We study the semileptonic B/Bs→(D?,D?s)lνl decays in the framework of the Standard Model(SM),by employing the perturbative QCD(PQCD)factorization formalism combined with the lattice QCD input for the relevant transition form factors.We calculate the branching ratios B(B(s)→D?(s)lνl)with l=(e,μ,τ),the ratios of the branching fractions R(D?)and R(D?s),and the physical observables Pτ(D?(s)),FL(D?(s))and AFB(τ).The“PQCD+Lattice”predictions for B(B→D?lνl)and R(D?)agree with the available experimental measurements within errors.For the ratios R(Ds)and R(D^?s),the"PQCD+Lattice"predictions agree with the other predictions.For Pτ(D^?)and FL(D^?),our theoretical predictions agree with the measured values within errors.Our theoretical predictions of the semileptonic B/Bs decays considered could be tested in the near future by the LHCb and Belle II experiments.  相似文献

During the past few years,signs of lepton flavor universality(LFU)violation have been observed in b→cτ■ and b→sl+l-transitions.Recently,the D* and τ polarization fractions P_L~D* and P_L~τ in B→D*τ■decay were likewise measured by the Belle collaboration.Motivated by these intriguing results,we revisit the RD(*)and RK(*) anomalies in a scalar leptoquark(LQ)model,where two scalar LQs,one of which is a S U(2)L singlet and the other a S U(2)L triplet,are introduced simultaneously.We consider five b→ cτ■ mediated decays,B→D(*)τ■,B_c→ηcτ■,Bc→J/ψt■,and ∧_b→∧_cτ■,and focus on the LQ effects on the q~2 distributions of the branching fractions,LFU ratios,and various angular observables in these decays.Under the combined constraints of the available data on RD(*),RJ/ψ,P_L~τ(D*),and pLD*,we perform scans for the LQ couplings and make predictions for a number of observables.Numerically it is found that both the differential branching fractions and LFU ratios are largely enhanced by the LQ effects,with the latter expected to provide testable signatures at the SuperKEKB and High-Luminosity LHC experiments.  相似文献

We present a study of the inclusive photon spectra from 5.9 million J/ψ decays collected with the KEDR detector at the VEPP-4M e+e collider. We measure the branching fraction of radiative decay J/ψ→ηcγ, ηc width and mass. Our preliminary results are: M(ηc) = 2979.4± 1.5 ± 1.9 MeV/c^2, Г(ηc) = 27.8±5.1 ±3.3 MeV, B(Jψ→ηcγ) = (2.34±0.15±0.40)%.  相似文献

Experimental data on R(D+).R(K+),and R(J/ψ),provided by different collaborations,show sizable deviations from the standard model predictions.To describe these anomalies,many new physics scenarios have been proposed.One of them is the leptoquark model,which introduces the simultaneous coupling of vector and scalar leptoquarks to quarks and leptons.To look for similar possible anomalies in the baryonic sector,we investigate the effects of a vector leptoquark U3(3,3,2/3)on various physical quantities related to the tree-levelΛb→Λclv^-l decays(l=u,t),which proceed via b→c l v^-l transiti ons at the quark level.We calculate the differential branching ratio,forward-backward asymmetry,and longitudinal polarizations of leptons and Ac baryons at theμandτlepton channels in the leptoquark model and compare their behavior to the predictions of the SM in terms of q^2.In the calculations,we use the form factors calculated in full QCD as the main input and account for all errors coming from the form factors and model parameters.We observe that at theτchanneL the Ra fit solution to data related to the leptoquark model sweeps some regions out of the SM band;nevertheless,the fit has a considerable intersection with the SM predictions.The Rr type solution gives roughly the same results as the SM on DBR(q^2)-q^2.At theμchannel.the leptoquark model gives results that are consistent with the SM predictions and existing experimental data on the behavior of DBR(q^2)with respect to q^2.Concerning the q^2 behavior of the AFB(q^2),the two types of fits forτand the predictions at the“channel in the leptoquark model give exactly the same results as the SM.We also investigate the behavior of the parameter R(q^2)with respect to q^2 and the value of R(Λc)in both the vector leptoquark and SM models.Both fit solutions lead to results that deviate considerably from the SM predictions for R(q^2)-q^2 and R(Ac).Future experimental data on R(q^2)-q^2 and RC made available by measurements of theΛb→Λcτv^-τchannel,will be particularly helpful.Any experimental deviations from the SM predictions in this channel would emphasize the im porta nee of tree-level hadronic weak tran sitions as good probes of new physics effects beyond the SM.  相似文献

We search for the ψ(4S) state in the B~±→ηJ/ψK~± and e~+e~-→ηJ/ψ processes based on the Belle measurements with the assumed mass M =(4230±8) MeV/c~2 and width Γ =(38±12) MeV. No significant signal is observed in the ηJ/ψ mass spectra. The 90% confidence level upper limit on the product branching fraction B(B~±→ψ(4S)K~±)B(ψ(4S)→ηJ/ψ) 6.8×10~(-6) is obtained in the B~±→ηJ/ψK~± decays. By assuming the partial width of ψ(4S)→e~+e~-to be 0.63 ke V, a branching fraction limitB(ψ(4S)→ηJ/ψ) 1.3% is obtained at the 90%confidence level in e~+e~-→ηJ/ψ, which is consistent with the theoretical prediction.  相似文献

Experimental data on R(D~((*))),R(K~((*))),and R(J/Ψ),provided by different collaborations,show sizable deviations from the standard model predictions.To describe these anomalies,many new physics scenarios have been proposed.One of them is the leptoquark model,which introduces the simultaneous coupling of vector and scalar leptoquarks to quarks and leptons.To look for similar possible anomalies in the baryonic sector,we investigate the effects of a vector leptoquark U3(3,3,2/3) on various physical quantities related to the tree-level ∧_b→∧_c■ decays(■=μτ),which proceed via b→ c■ transitions at the quark level.We calculate the differential branching ratio,forward-backward asymmetry,and longitudinal polarizations of leptons and ∧c baryons at the μ and τ lepton channels in the leptoquark model and compare their behavior to the predictions of the SM in terms of q~2.In the calculations,we use the form factors calculated in full QCD as the main input and account for all errors coming from the form factors and model parameters.We observe that at the τ channel,the R_A fit solution to data related to the leptoquark model sweeps some regions out of the SM band;nevertheless,the fit has a considerable intersection with the SM predictions.The R_B type solution gives roughly the same results as the SM on DBR(q~2)-q~2.At the μ channel,the leptoquark model gives results that are consistent with the SM predictions and existing experimental data on the behavior of DBR(q~2) with respect to q~2.Concerning the q2 behavior of the A_(FB)(q~2),the two types of fits for τand the predictions at the μ channel in the leptoquark model give exactly the same results as the SM.We also investigate the behavior of the parameter R(q~2) with respect to q~2 and the value of R(∧_C) in both the vector leptoquark and SM models.Both fit solutions lead to results that deviate considerably from the SM predictions for R(q~2)-q~2 and R(∧_C).Future experimental data on R(q~2)-q~2 and R(∧_C),made available by measurements of the ∧_b→∧_cτ■τ channel,will be particularly helpful.Any experimental deviations from the SM predictions in this channel would emphasize the importance of tree-level hadronic weak transitions as good probes of new physics effects beyond the SM.  相似文献

We report our lattice simulation on the charmonium spectra in the quenched approximation. Because the complete adjustment on all the nonperturbative parameters needs much calculation time, we only adjust two of them, but with some rescaling for mass splitting. After the rescaling, the calculated masses of meson are 3.030 GeV (ηc),3.080 GeV (J/ψ), 3.546 GeV (he) and 3.412 GeV (Xco) respectively, which is in agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

The product of the A_b~0(B~0) differential production cross-section and the branching fraction of the decay A_b~0→J/ψpK~-(B~0→J/ψK~*(892)~0) is measured as a function of the beauty hadron transverse momentum,p_T,and rapidity,y.The kinematic region of the measurements is p_T 20 GeV/c and 2.0y4.5.The measurements use a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3fb~(-1) collected by the LHCb detector in pp collisions at centre-of-mass energies s~(1/2)=7 TeV in 2011 and s~(1/2)= 8TeV in 2012.Based on previous LHCb results of the fragmentation fraction ratio,f_∧_b~0/f_d,the branching fraction of the decay ∧_b~0→J/ψpK~- is measured to be B(∧_b~0→J/ψpK~-)=(3.17±0.04±0.07±0.34_(-0.28)~(+0.45)×10~(-4)where the first uncertainty is statistical,the second is systematic,the third is due to the uncertainty on the branching fraction of the decay B~0→J/ψK~*(892)~0,and the fourth is due to the knowledge of f_∧_b~0/f_d.The sum of the asymmetries in the production and decay between A_b and A_b~0 is also measured as a function of p_T and y.The previously published branching fraction of A_b~0→J/φpπ~-,relative to that of A_b~0→J/ψpK~-,is updated.The branching fractions of∧_b~0→P_c~+(→J/ψp)K~- are determined.  相似文献

In past years,several hints of lepton flavor universality(LFU)violation have emerged from the b→ct■,and b→sl~+l-data.More recently,the Belle Collaboration has reported the first measurement of the D* longitudinal polarization fraction in the B→D*τV decay.Motivated by this intriguing result,along with the recent measurements of RJ/Ψand τ polarization,we present the study of b→ct■ decays in supersymmetry(SUSY)with R-parity violation(RPV).We consider B→D(*)t■,Bc→ηct■,Bc→J/ψt■ and ∧b→∧ct■ modes and focus on the branching ratios,LFU ratios,forward-backward asymmetries,polarizations of daughter hadrons,and the τ lepton.The RPV SUSY was capable of explaining the RD(*) anomalies at the 2σ level,after taking into account various flavor constraints.In the allowed parameter space,the differential branching fractions and LFU ratios are largely enhanced by the SUSY effects,especially in the large dilepton invariant mass region.Moreover,a lower bound B(B~+→K~+vv)7.37×10~(-6) is obtained.These observables could provide testable signatures at the high-luminosity LHC and SuperKEKB,and correlate with direct searches for SUSY.  相似文献

In this paper,we calculated the B →(J/ψ,ηc) K decays in the perturbative QCD(pQCD) factorization approach with the inclusion of the partial next-to-leading order(NLO) contributions. With the inclusion of the significant enhancement from the NLO vertex corrections,the NLO pQCD predictions for the branching ratios agree with the data within 2σ errors:Br(B0 → J/ψK0) = 5.2-+32..58×10-4,Br(B+ → J/ψK+) = 5.6-+32..79×10-4,Br(B0 →ηcK0) = 5.5-+22..30 × 10-4,Br(B+ →ηcK+) = 5.9-+22..51 × 10-4.  相似文献

The lattice parameter bulk modulus and pressure derivative of BeB2 are calculated by using the Cambridge Serial Total Energy Package (CASTEP) program in the frame of density function theory. The calculated results agree well with the average experimental data and other theoretical results. Through the quasi-harmonic Debye model, the dependences of the normalized lattice parameters a/ao, c/c0 and the normalized primitive cell volume V/Vo on pressure P, the variation of the thermal expansion coefficient ~ with pressure P and temperature T, as well as the dependences of the heat capacity Cv on pressure P and temperature T are obtained systematically.  相似文献

研究自旋和轨道量子数不同的介子之间的质量劈裂对检验夸克势模型非常重要。 在以往的夸克势模型计算中,ηc-J/ψ的质量劈裂都很难达到实验的值。 用正规化形状因子μ2/(q2+μ2), 在对完整的动量空间中的Breit夸克势实施一次正规化下研究了ηc-J/ψ和新介子ηb与Υ(1s)之间的质量劈裂。 结果表明, 正规化形状因子中的屏蔽质量μ应与介子折合质量有关, 当将其展开为介子折合质量的三阶多项式时, 上述介子质量劈裂可以精确重现实验的结果。另外, 由于完整的Breit势包含有自旋-轨道耦合相互作用的项,因而还可以研究χc0,χc1和χc2之间的质量劈裂。 The study of the splittings between the masses of mesons with different spin and orbit quantum numbers is important for checking the quark potential model. In the previous calculations with quark potential models, the splitting between ηc and J/ψ is however too small to the experimental result. In this paper the mass splitting of ηc J/ψ and the splitting between the new meson ηb and Υ(1s) are investigated with the complete Breit quark potential regularized by applying the form factor μ2/(q2+μ2) one time in momentum space. In addition, because the complete Breit potential includes the spin orbit interaction, it can be used to investigate the splittings among χc0, χc1 and χc2. The investigated results indicate that the screen mass μ in the form factor of regularization is related to the reduced mass of meson. The splittings of ηc-J/ψ, ηb Υ, and χc0 χc1 χc2 can reproduce the experimental results with high accuracy when the screen mass is expanded to the third order polynomial of meson reduced mass.  相似文献

By employing the perturbative QCD(PQCD) factorization approach, we study the quasi-two-body B_((s))~0→η_c(2S)π~+π~- decays, where the pion pair comes from the S-wave resonance f_0(X). The Breit-Wigner formula for the f_0(500) and f_0(1500) resonances and the Flatt′e model for the f_0(980) resonance are adopted to parameterize the time-like scalar form factors in the two-pion distribution amplitudes. As a comparison, Bugg's model is also used for the wide f_0(500) in this work. For decay rates, we found the following PQCD predictions:(a)-B(B_s~0 →ηc(2S)f_0(X)[π~+π~-]s)= 2.67_(-1.08)~(+1.78) ×10~(-5) when the contributions from f_0(980) and f_0(1500) are all taken into account;(b)B(B~0→η-c(2S)f_0(500)[π~+π~-]s) = 1.40_(-0.56)~(+0.92) ×10~(-6) in the Breit-Wigner model and 1.53_(-0.61)~(+0.97) ×10~(-6) in Bugg's model.  相似文献

The medium modifications of J/ψ production in d-Au collisions at √sNN=200 GeV are studied in the Glauber model. By means of the c.m. energy loss parameter per collision studied in Drell-Yan process, taking account of the inhomogeneous shadowing effect, we find that the initial-state energy loss effect can be ignored in d-Au collisions at mid-rapidity. Then, the final-state J/ψ absorption effect is also considered and the theoretical results are in good agreement with the recent experimental data given by PHENIX. Finally, the experimental results of J/ψ production in d-Pb collisions are also predicted at RHIC and LHC energies respectively.  相似文献
