Biphen[n]arenes (n=3, 4) are a new family of macrocyclic hosts. Here, we describe the molecular recognition behavior of hydroxylated biphen[4]arene (OHBP4) for the first time. A series of cationic guests with different sizes and shapes, including quaternary ammonium salts ( 1? PF6 and 2? PF6), pyridinium‐based guests ( 3? 2 PF6– 6? 2 PF6), and cobaltocenium hexafluorophosphate ( 7? PF6), were chosen as model guest molecules. OHBP4 exhibits good selectivity towards the 2,7‐dibutyldiazapyrenium bis(hexafluorophosphate) ( 4? 2 PF6) axle to form a [2]pseudorotaxane‐type complex. In contrast, hydroxylated biphen[3]arene (OHBP3) cannot bind with this big guest. In addition, OHBP4 strongly interacts with adamantane derivative 2? PF6 and cobaltocenium 7? PF6, which have tridimensional shape and relatively large size. The association constant of the 7 +?OHBP4 complex in 1:1 (v/v) [D6]acetone/CD2Cl2 solution is up to 3100±300 m ?1.  相似文献

This article describes the synthesis and the cation-radical polymerization (Scholl reaction) of 1,3-bis[4-(1-naphthoxy) benzoyl] benzene ( 6 ) and 1,4-bis[4-(1-naphthoxy) benzoyl]- benzene ( 7 ) initiated by FeCI3. This polymerization produced poly(ether ether ketone ketone)s (PEEKK) of number average molecular weight (M?n) up to 5400 g/mol. The synthesis of bis[4-(1-naphthoxy) phenyl] methane ( 8 ), 1,3-bis[4-(1-napthoxy) phenylmethyl] benzene ( 9 ), and 1,4-bis[4-(1-naphthoxy) phenylmethyl] benzene ( 10 ) are also described. Polyethers of M?n up to 15400 g/mol at a FeCl3/monomer molar ratio of 2/1 were obtained. An increased polymerizability of the monomers 9 and 10 containing two CH2 groups versus that of the corresponding monomers containing two carbonyl groups ( 6 and 7 ) was observed. This enhanced polymerizability was explained based on the increased nucleophilicity of monomers 9 and 10 .  相似文献

The formation of the inclusion complex of p-sulfonatocalix[6]arene (SCX6) with different forms of vitamin B6 (VB6) was studied by using fluorescence spectroscopy. VB6 can exist in one of three forms (the acidic form, neutral zwitterionic form and basic form) depending on pH. The fluorescence intensities of acidic and basic forms of VB6 remarkably decreased in presence of SCX6. SCX6 preferred to form 1:1 inclusion complexes with acidic and basic forms of VB6 but hardly form inclusion complex with neutral zwitterionic form. According to the nonlinear curve fitting method, the inclusion constant (K) for the formation of inclusion complexes of acidic and basic forms of VB6 with SCX6 were evaluated to be 1.4?×?104 and 9?×?103 L/mol, respectively. The binding affinity of SCX6 towards acidic form is attributed to hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interaction, furthermore, additional electrostatic interaction also plays a crucial role. The possible inclusion mode was given by 1H NMR technique.  相似文献

The reaction of H2[OsBr6] with DMSO in ethanol solution resulted in DMSO complex [H(dmso-O)2][OsIII(dmso-S)2Br4] (1) described previously as an intermediate product in the reaction of K2[OsBr6] with DMSO and characterized by EAS and ESR spectra. The coordination of DMSO molecules was established by IR and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The oxidation state of osmium and trans arrangement of DMSO molecules in the anion were established by ESR. The behavior of complex 1 in solutions was studied by EAS, ESR, and mass-spectrometry: a displacement of Br? ions accompanied by the reduction of osmium to oxidation state +2 occurs in DMSO, a solvation with displacement of DMSO molecules is observed at the first stage in water and methanol (rate constants 2.3 × 10?4 and 1.7 × 10?3 s?1, respectively), the sequential substitution of DMSO molecules and osmium oxidation to form [OsIVBr6]2? ions takes place in 4 mol/L HBr.  相似文献

Two new pendant‐armed calix[4]arene derivatives 5 and 6 have been synthesized. The study of alkali metal picrates extraction indicates that both compounds show preference of cesium cation, compound 6 in 1,3‐alternate conformation has better extractibility for Cs+ than compound 5. The coordination behavior of compound 6 with cesium cation was studied by 1H NMR spectroscopy. The Cs+ selective electrode based on compound 6 exhibits a linear, near Nernstian response characteristics, the slope is 56.4 mV/decade in me concentration range of 10?4—10?1 mol/L, the selectivity coefficient (logKpotCs.Na) is ?3.39.  相似文献

To investigate the reactivity of homoatomic clusters [E9]4? (E = Si-Pb) and intermetalloid clusters [M@E9]q?, the reactions of the Zintl anions [Sn9]4? and [Ni@Sn9]4? with the CdMes2 (Mes = Mesitylene) in the presence of 2.2.2-crypt were carried out. Two new compounds [K(2.2.2-crypt)]6[(Sn9)Cd(Sn9)]·en (1) and [K(2.2.2-crypt)]6[(Ni@Sn9)Cd(Ni@Sn9)]·en (2) were afforded. Both 1 and 2 were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS), and can be viewed as two [Sn9]4? or [Ni@Sn9]4? subunits bridged by Cd ion in an η3:η3 coordination mode. Quantum chemical calculations reveal the relationships between the geometries and electronic structures of clusters 2a, [Ni3Ge18]4? and [Cu4@Sn18]4?. Further electron localization technique (AdNDP method) was performed to explain chemical bonding patterns of 1a.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers containing Cd(II) and Co(II), connected via 4-[(3-pyridyl)methylamino]benzoate (L?), have been synthesized in hydrothermal conditions. In [Cd(L)Cl] n (1), adjacent Cd(II) cations are linked by carboxylates to give a dinuclear cluster. Pairs of L? bridge the dinuclear cluster to form double helical chains, and these chains are further linked by Cl? to produce a 4-connected net with (42?·?63?·?8) topology. [CdL2] n (2) contains 1-D ladder-like chains. The packing structure displays a 3-D supramolecular structure, with π?···?π interactions stabilizing the framework. [CoL2] n (3) has a 2-D extended supramolecular structure via π?···?π interactions of 1-D coordination polymers of 3. The crystal structures of 1–3 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Luminescent properties for 1 and 2 are discussed.  相似文献

Chloro- and Polyselenoselenates(II): Synthesis, Structure, and Properties of [Ph3(C2H4OH)P]2[SeCl4] · MeCN, [Ph4P]2[Se2Cl6], and [Ph4P]2[Se(Se5)2] By symproportionation of elemental selenium and SeCl4 in polar protic solvents the novel chloroselenates(+II), [SeCl4]2? and [Se2Cl6]2?, could be stabilized; they were crystallized with voluminous organic cations. They were characterized from complete X-ray structure analysis. Yellow-orange [Ph3(C2H4OH)P]2[SeCl4] · MeCN (space group P1 , a = 10.535(4), b = 12.204(5), c = 16.845(6) Å, α = 77.09(3)°, β = 76.40(3)°, γ = 82.75(3)° at 140 K) contains in its crystal structure monomeric [SeCl4]2? anions with square-planar coordination of Se(+II). The mean Se? Cl bond length is 2.441 Å. In yellow [Ph4P]2[Se2Cl6] (space group P1 , a = 10.269(3), b = 10.836(4), c = 10.872(3) Å, α = 80.26(3)°, β = 79.84(2)°, γ = 72.21(3)° at 140 K) a dinuclear centrosymmetric [Se2Cl6]2? anion, also with square-planar coordinated Se(+II), is observed. The average terminal and bridging Se? Cl bond distances are 2.273 and 2.680 Å, respectively. From redox reactions of elemental Se with boranate/thiolate in ethanol/DMF the bis(pentaselenido)selenate(+II) anion [Se(Se5)2]2? was prepared as a novel type of a mixed-valent chalcogenide. In dark-red-brown [Ph4P]2[Se(Se5)2] (space group P21/n, a = 12.748(4), b = 14.659(5), c = 14.036(5) Å, β = 108.53(3)° at 140 K) centrosymmetric molecular [Se(Se5)2]2? anions with square-planar coordination of the central Se(+II) by two bidentate pentaselenide ligands is observed (mean Se? Se bond lengths: 2.658 Å at Se(+II), 2.322 Å in [Se5]2?). The resulting six-membered chelate rings with chair conformation are spirocyclically linked through the central Se(+II). The vibrational spectra of the new anions are reported.  相似文献

A new glassy carbon electrode modified with novel calix[4]‐arene derivative was prepared and then applied to the selective recognition of lead ion in aqueous media by cyclic and square wave voltammetry. A new anodic stripping peak at ? 0.92 V (vs. Ag/Ag+) in square wave voltammogram can be obtained by scanning the potential from ? 1.5 to ? 0.6 V, of which the peak current is proportional to the concentration of Pb2+. The modified electrode in 0.1 mol/L HNO3 solution showed a linear voltammetric response in the range of 2.0 × 10–8–1.0 × 10–6 mol/L and a detection limit of 6.1 × 10–9 mol/L. In the modified glassy carbon electrode no significant interference occurred from alkali, alkaline and transition metal ions except Hg2+, Ag+ and Cu2+ ions, which can be eliminated by the addition of KSCN. The proposed method was successfully applied to determine lead in aqueous samples.  相似文献

The synthesis of new difunctionalized 2,6-dioxatricyclo[3.3.1.03,7]nonanes is described. This type of structure is an interesting synthetic building block for potential bioactive molecules and it was prepared from 8-oxabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-6-en-3-one having a NHBoc function on C-1. This precursor was obtained by a [4+3] cycloaddition reaction of 2-tert-butoxycarbonylaminofuran and the oxyallyl cation generated in situ from 2,4-dibromo-3-pentanone. Reduction of the carbonyl group at C-3 was accomplished in high yield and stereoselective manner to afford the corresponding axial alcohol at C-3 as a major product. Further intramolecular haloetherification of this type of alcohols with NBS and I(py)2BF4 led to the corresponding bromo and iodo-derivatives at C-8 of the 2,6-dioxatricyclo[3.3.1.03,7]nonane framework, in high yield. Epoxidation of 8-oxabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-6-en-3-ol followed by treatment with NaCN, NaN3, and/or NaOH in MeOH afforded 8-hydroxy-2,6-dioxatricyclo[3.3.1.03,7]nonanes in high yield via a transannular hydroxycyclization mediated by a base and through an alkoxide intermediate. The new 2,6-dioxatricyclo[3.3.1.03,7]nonanes were tested for biological activity against HIV-1 virus and MT-4 lymphoid cell line, showing a low anti-HIV activity and a high degree of cytotoxicity.  相似文献

A new preparative sequence from 2,3-polymethylene-2-cyclopentenone 5 to 2,6-polymethylenebromobenzenes 3 (n = 6, 7, 10) and 2,6-polymethylenephenyllithiums 6 has been found. The reaction of 6 with various electrophiles produces a number of new compounds to disclose the unique reactivity of the aryl C-Li moiety surrounded by the polymethylene chain. Photolysis of 3a and 3b provides transannular products 8, 10 and 11, all arising from the proximity between the aromatic bromine and the aliphatic hydrogen intraannularly opposed to be removed as HBr. Spectrometric study gives quantitative data of the dependence of the molecular geometry upon the chain length and the aromatic substituents. The energy barriers ΔGc of the conformational flipping are 17·4 kcal/mol (Tc 76·5°) for [6]metacyclophane (7a), 11·5 kcal/mol (Tc ?28°) for [7]metacyclophane (7b), ·8 kcal/mol for [10]metacyclophane (7c). The lower-energy process of the aliphatic chain in [6]metacyclophane derivatives is the pseudorotation with substituent-dependent barrier ΔGc 11·1 kcal/mol (Tc ?31·5°) for 7a, 12·4 kcal/mol (Tc ?4·5°) for 3a and 12·7 kcal/mol (Tc 1·0°) for 12a. The rather large rotational barrier is attributed to the compressed structure of each system. The benzene ring distortion of the cyclophanes is deduced from the bathochromic shift of the B-band and the diamagnetic shift of the benzene proton signals in the PMR.  相似文献

Stability of neat hydrophobic Room-Temperature Ionic Liquids (RTIL) [BuMeIm]X, where [BuMeIm]+ is 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium and X- is PF6-, and (CF3SO2)2N-, was studied under gamma radiolysis (137Cs) in an argon atmosphere and in air. It was found that the density, surface tension, and refraction index of RTILs are unchanged even by an absorbed dose of approximately 600 kGy. Studied RTILs exhibit considerable darkening when subjected to gamma irradiation. The light absorbance of ionic liquids increases linearly with the irradiation dose. Water has no influence on radiolytic darkening. A comparative study of [BuMeIm]X and [Bu4N][Tf2N] leads to the conclusion that the formation of colored products is related to gamma radiolysis of the [BuMeIm]+ cation. The radiolytic darkening kinetics of RTILs is influenced by the anions as follows: Cl- < (CF3SO2)2N- < PF6-. Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and NMR analysis reveal the presence of nonvolatile radiolysis products at concentrations below 1 mol% for an absorbed dose exceeding 1200 kGy. Initial step of BuMeIm+ cation radiolysis is the loss of the Bu* group, the H* atom from the 2 position on the imidazolium ring, and the H* atom from the butyl chain. Radiolysis of ionic liquid anions yields F* and CF3* from PF6- and [Tf2N]-, respectively. Recombinations of these primary products of radiolysis lead to various polymeric and acidic species.  相似文献

A facile method for the synthesis of pillar[6]arenes was developed.A series of pillar[6]arenes were prepared with FeCl 3 as catalyst and chloroform as solvent at room temperature in moderate yields(30%-40%).Their host-guest properties with n-cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide were investigated by 1 HNMR.The results showed that high selectivity in the host-guest relationship became apparent between pillar[6]arenes and pillar[5]arenes based on the different size of the inner cavity.  相似文献

The complexing of Eu(fod)3 with macrocyclic ethers, benzo[15]crown-5, benzo[12]crown-4, dibenzo[20]crown-6, dibenzo[23]crown-7 and dibenzo[26]crown-8 was observed on their 1H-NMR spectra and the selective binding constants at 400 MHz and 305 K in CDCl3 were reported. The Eu(fod)3 interaction displayed the selective binding role of oxygen on macrocyclic, H2COCH2, backbones with o- or m-dioxyphenyl groups referring the 1H chemical shifts. The estimated equilibrium constants, Ka of 1:1 ratio of interactions were in accordance with the Eu3+ ionic radii to bind the oxygen sites depending on the macrocyclic size and conformation of the ethers. The minimum lanthanide-macrocyclic ether distance displayed the maximum stability so that benzo[3n]crown-n (n=4, 5) group was found to bind the Eu(fod)3 moderately whilst dibenzo[3n+2]crown-n (n=6-8) oligomer chemical shifts were induced largely since the such Eu3+ complexes are more stable with larger ethyleneoxy groups.  相似文献

The sorption of [Fe(CN)6]3? and [Fe(CN)6]4? anions on the surface of Fe(III), Cr(III), and Zr(IV) oxyhydroxide hydrogels at various pH values of hydrogel precipitation from solutions without a support electrolyte and from NaCl and Na2SO4 solutions with an ionic strength of 0.5 was studied. It was found that isotherms of sorption of [Fe(CN)6]3? and [Fe(CN)6]4? anions from solutions without a support electrolyte and from NaCl solutions and those of sorption of [Fe(CN)6]4? from Na2SO4 solutions are described by the Langmuir equation. It was established that the sulfate background suppresses the sorption of [Fe(CN)6]3? on Fe(III) and Zr(IV) oxyhydroxides. Both anions are sorbed only when the surface of the oxyhydroxides is charged positively; the Langmuir equation parameters A max and K tend to decrease to the point of zero charge as the pH value of oxyhydroxide precipitation increases. An electrostatic mechanism of the sorption of [Fe(CN)6]3? and [Fe(CN)6]4? anions was suggested.  相似文献

A series of conformationally diverse novel tetrathiacalix[4]arene(amido)crowns and amides from tetrakis((ethoxycarbonyl)methoxy)p-tert-butyl tetrathiacalix[4]arene and its debutylated analog have been prepared by their reaction with diamines [H2N(CH2)nNH2; n=2,3,4, and 6] and polyamines. It has been determined that the length of the alkyl spacer in diamines is pivotal for the formation of either the tetrathiacalix[4]arene bis(amido)crowns or tetrathiacalix[4]arene amides with pendant amine functions. The synthesized compounds represent potential building blocks for achieving sophisticated molecular assemblies for molecular organization and recognition. Single crystal X-ray analysis of tetrathiacalix[4]arene bis(amido)crown 6a revealed that it has a 1,3-alternate conformation, which forms supramolecular complexes with chloroform.  相似文献

Supramolecular compounds of the compositions {[Cr2(OH)2(H2O)8](C42H42N28O14)2}-(NO3)4·18.75H2O (1) and {[Cr4(OH)6(H2O)12](C48H48N32O16)3(NO3)6·55H2O (2) were synthesized from aqueous solutions of chromium(III) nitrate and the macrocyclic cavitand cucurbit[n]uril (C6n H6n N4n O2n , where n = 7 or 8, respectively). According to the X-ray diffraction study, the polynuclear chromium aqua complexes are disposed in cavities formed by the cucurbit[n]uril molecules and are linked to these molecules through hydrogen bonds between the hydroxo and aqua ligands of the polycations and the portal oxygen atoms of the macrocycles. Compound 1 is the first example of supramolecular compounds of cucurbit[7]uril with metal aqua complexes. The isolation of the supramolecular adduct with cucurbit[8]uril 2 in the single-crystalline state allows the determination of the structure of the tetranuclear chromium aqua complex having an adamantane-like structure, [Cr42-OH)6(H2O)12]6+, which has been previously unknown in the solid state.  相似文献

Preparation and Crystal Structure of Tetraphenylphosphonium Hexathiocyanatorhodate(III), [P(C6H5)4]3[Rh(SCN)6] By treatment of RhCl3 · n H2O with KSCN in water a mixture of the linkage isomers [Rh(NCS)n(SCN)6–n]3?, n = 0–2 is formed which is separated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl cellulose. The X-ray structure determination on a single crystal of [P(C6H5)4]3[Rh(SCN)6] (monoclinic, space group C1c1, a = 13.620(5), b = 22.929(13), c = 22.899(9) Å, β = 98.55(3)°, Z = 4) confirms the coordination of all ligands via S with the middle Rh? S distance of 2.372 Å and Rh? S? C angles of 109°. The SCN groups are nearly linear with 175° and averaged bondlengths S? C 1.63 and C? N 1.14 Å. The crystal lattice is build up by layers of complex anions and voluminous cations with no specific interactions but which are closely connected by thiocyanate ligands and phenyl rings.  相似文献

Gas-phase electron diffraction and HF/6-31G*, HF/6-31G**, and B3LYP/6-31G* ab initio calculations were used to find that in the gas phase at 242°C the calix[4]arene [-(C6H3OH)-CH2-]4 molecule possesses a C4 conformation. Geometric parameters of the molecule were determined, and the energies of C-H?O hydrogen bonds (7.3 kcal mol?1) were estimated by the AM1 method.  相似文献
