The hydrothermal reaction of MoO3, V, Na2WO4· 2H2O, [N(CH2CH2)3N](1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2] octane), and H2O at 160°C for 90h gave dark-brown crystals of [HN(CH2CH2)3N]2[HMoVMoVI 5O19]·[N(CH2CH2)3N], (1), in 40% yield. Complex (1) is the first one-electron reduced mixed-valence hexamolybdate to be crystallized and structurally characterized. The crystal structure of (1) consists of discrete [HMoVMoVI 5O19]2– anions, [HN-(CH2CH2)3N]+ cations, and neutral [N(CH2CH2)3N] molecules of crystallization.  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal structures of [H3NCH2CH2NH3][V2O6] (1) and [HN(CH2CH2)3NH][VV 2VIV 4O14]·H2O (2) are described. The structure of the oxidized compound 1 consists of parallel stacks of vanadium oxide chains of corner sharing {VO4} tetrahedra. The chains are stabilized by extensive hydrogen bonding involving oxide ligands of the chains and ethylenediammonium ions which fill the space between the stacks of chains. The structure of compound 2 consists of vanadium oxide layers separated by doubly protonated 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane and lattice water. The vanadium oxide layers, containing mixed-valence vanadium (VV and VIV) centers, are composed of zigzag ribbons of edge-sharing {VO5} square pyramids interconnected by {VO4} tetrahedra. Crystal data. C2H10N2O6V2 , 1: monoclinic, space group P21/c (No. 14), a=5.5359(5), b=12.9430(12), c=5.6856(5) Å, =90, =97.460(2), =90°, V=403.93(6) Å3, Z=2. A total of 2506 reflections ( max=27.89°) was collected, of which 954 were used to resolve the structure. The structure was solved by direct methods and least-squares refinement converged at R=0.0592. C6H16N2O15V6, 2: monoclinic, space group C2 (No. 5), a=19.303(4), b=6.667(2), c=7.579(2) Å, =90, =111.31(2), =90°, V=908.4(4) Å3, Z=2. A total of 1779 reflections was collected, of which 1591 unique reflections were used for structural elucidation. The structure was solved by direct methods and least-squares refinement converged at R=0.0314.  相似文献

The title inclusion compound [{NH2(CH2CH2)2NCH2CH2NH2}2H][Cu4(CN)7] was obtained as single crystals from an aqueous solution containing CuCN, KCN, andN-(2-aminoethyl)piperazine. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupP2/n,a = 12.3829(9),b = 8.5970(9),c = 12.6633(7) Å, = 109.984(5)°,z = 2,R = 0.035 for 2921 independent reflections. The inclusion structure is composed of the hydrogen-bonded dimeric onium guest [{NH2(CH2CH2)2NCH2CH2NH2}2H]3+ and the negatively-charged three-dimensional host [CU4(CN)7]3– in which the CN-bridged framework Cu(I) atoms are all tetrahedral. A polyacene-like one-dimensional array of hexagons cornered by Cu(I) atoms and edged by -CN- linkages is arrayed in parallel to theb axis and stacked approximately along the c axis. The Cu(I) corner shared in the one-dimensional array extends an N-coordinate CN group along the c axis to a pair of unshared Cu(I) corners for which the C end behaves as a bifurcated ligand to build up the three-dimensional host structure. The cavity is composed of two networks of the hexagons at the top and bottom and pillared by six >CN- groups and accommodates a dimeric guest ofN-(2-aminoethyl)piperazinium cations protonated at each 4-N with the cations being hydrogen-bonded to each other through the 2-NH2 groups sharing another H+.Presented at the Sixth International Seminar on Inclusion Compounds, Istanbul, Turkey, 27–31 August, 1995.  相似文献

The Platinum(II) diamine with N,N-dimethylethylenediamine (N,N-dimeEn) [Pt{(CH3)2N(CH2)2NH2}Cl2] (I) was synthesized. The reaction of the diamine with pyridine gave Pt(II) tetramine [Pt{(CH3)2N(CH2)2NH2}Py2]Cl2 (II), which was oxidized with chlorine to give Pt(IV) triamine Pt{[(CH3)2N(CH2)2}PyCl3]Cl · H2O (III). The reaction of III with chlorine (chloroamidation) yielded chloroimide [Pt{(CH3)2N(CH2)2NCl}PyCl3] (IV). The IR spectra of complexes I–IV and UV/Vis spectra of III and IV were studied. X-Ray diffraction analysis was performed for III (monoclinic crystals, space group P21/c, a = 7.7437(6), b = 8.1100(7), c = 28.52992(2) Å, β = 93.7280(10)°, Z = 4, R hkl = 0.0420) and IV (orthorhombic crystals, space group Pna21, a = 15.7825(12), b = 7.4447(6), c = 12.3099(6) Å, Z = 4, R hkl = 0.0539). During oxidation of Pt(II) tetramine with chlorine, the pyridine molecule is removed from the cis position relative to the (CH3)2N group (trans position relative to the NH2 group) of N,N-dimethylethylenediamine. The reaction of chloroimide complex IV with concentrated HCl (dechloroamidation) at 20°C afforded the initial complex III; that at 100°C, gave triamine III together with Pt(IV) diamine [Pt(N,N-dimeEn)Cl4] (V) (monoclinic crystals, space group P21/n, a = 7.1278(5), b = 11.5384(8), c = 12.7501(9) Å, β = 93.23(10)°, Z = 4, R hkl = 0.0239).  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Co(NH3)5NO2](NO3)2·0.25H2O has been determined. Co1N8O8.25H15.5, a=7.582(3), c=10.331(3) Å, V=593.9(5) Å3, dcalc=1.782 g/cm3 for Z=2, space group I 4mm (C 4v 9 , No. 107). The structure is of the island type. Complex (distorted octahedral) cations are bonded to the NO 3 ? anions by electrostatic forces. Crystallization water is located in the vicinity of the labile NO2 group.  相似文献

In the presence of ethylenediamine template agents, a metal(II) phosphonate, [NH3CH2CH2NH3][Fe2(O3PCH(OH)CO2)2(H2O)2]?·?2H2O (1) has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction as well as infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. The compound crystallines in the monoclinic space group P21/n: Crystal data for 1: a?=?8.4523(8)?Å, b?=?9.8196(9)?Å, c?=?10.9217(10)?Å, β?=?105.9500(10)°, V?=?871.58(14)?Å, Z?=?2, D c?=?2.103?g?cm?3, R 1?=?0.0290, wR 2?=?0.0811. The Fe (II) cation is octahedrally coordinated by six oxygen atoms from the three ligands and one coordinated water molecule to form a 2D layered structure with a one-dimensional channel system in the a-axis direction.  相似文献

After a short survey of what is the present state of the cyclophosphates associated with the organic molecule NH2(CH2)4NH2, we report chemical preparation and crystal structure for a new example of such compounds. [NH3(CH2)4NH3]2P4O12.2H2O is monoclinic (S.G. : P21/n), with Z = 2 and the following unit-cell parameters : a = 7.6728(8) Å, b = 18.962(3) Å, c = 7.9789(9) Å β = 111.751(9)°. Bidimensional layer arrangement of P4O12 rings connected to the water molecules thanks to weak H-bonds run parallel to the ab plane. The organic groupements located between these inorganic planes perform the three-dimensional cohesion by NH····O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Crystal structures of [Co(MH)2(Thio)2][BF4] · H2O (I) and [Co(DH)2(NH3)2][BF4] (II), where MH is H3C–C(NOH)–C(NO)–H and DH is H3C–C(NOH)–C(NO)–CH3, were determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystals are monoclinic, space group C2/c, unit cell parameters (for I and II, respectively): a = 22.018(2) Å, b = 7.943(1) Å, c = 11.681(1) Å, = 92.68(1)° and a = 21.436(2) Å, b = 6.400(2) Å, c = 12.389(2) Å, = 113.13(1)°. In both cases, the Co(III) coordination polyhedron is a centrosymmetrical trans-octahedron, N4S2 for I and N6 for II. In the crystals of I and II, the complex cations and the outer-sphere [BF4] anions (and the crystal water molecules in I) form elaborate hydrogen bonding system.  相似文献

[Ni(CH(3)COO)(2)·(NH(2)CH(2)Ph)(4)] complex was synthesized using benzylamine and nickel acetate. The molecular structure of this complex was obtained by single crystal X-ray diffraction and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrometry and thermal analysis. The complex crystallized in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with cell parameters a=11.234(4)?, b=6.459(2)?, c=22.647(8)?, α=90.00, β=91.149(4)°, γ=90.00, V=1642.8(10)?(3), Z=2. The structure has been solved by direct methods and refined to R(1)=0.0876 for 6377 observed reflections I>2σ(I). Magnetic studies for complex show the data over the whole temperature range 5-300 K are well fitted to the Curie-Weiss law with C=1.03 cm(3) K mol(-1) and θ=-1.38 K. This fitting indicates antiferromagnetic interaction between the Ni ions and the metal center exhibits distorted octahedral coordination geometries. The thermal analysis was carried out to understand the thermal stability of the title complex.  相似文献

Two new organically templated zinc selenites MIL-86 or [H2N(CH2)2NH2]2·Zn4(SeO3)4 and MIL-87 or [H3N(CH2)3NH3]4·Zn4(SeO3)8 have been prepared by the reaction of ZnO with SeO2 under hydrothermal conditions in the presence of organic amines. Crystal data: MIL-86, monoclinic, space group P21/n, a=6.7712(4) Å, b=9.4520(5) Å, c=8.0295(4) Å, β=113.601(1)°, V=470.91(4) Å3; MIL-87, orthorhombic, space group Pbcm, a=8.8311(3) Å, b=7.8391(2) Å, c=16.2992(4) Å, V=1128.36(6) Å3. MIL-86 combines the structural features of templated networks and coordination polymers. Its structure is built up from ZnO3N tetrahedra and SeO3 pseudo-pyramids as the polyhedral building units. The ZnN bond corresponds to a direct link between zinc and the ethylenediamine template. In the other hand, MIL-87 is built up from chains of vertex-linked ZnO4 and SeO3 building units crosslinked by 1,3-diammonium propane cations. These structures are understood by comparison with the already known organically templated zinc phosphites.  相似文献

The reactions of dipropargyl manolate and terephthalate, respectively, with Co2(CO)8 in THF at room temperature gave four new compounds [R(CO2CH2C2H-μ)2][Co2(CO)6]2 (R=CH2, 1a; R=C6H4, 1b) and [(HC2CH2OCO)R(CO2CH2C2H-μ)][Co2(CO)6] (R=CH2, 2a; R=C6H4-1,4-, 2b), and compounds 2a and b reacted with RuCo2(CO)11 to form two new linked clusters [R(CO2CH2C2H-μ)2][Co2(CO)6][RuCo2(CO)9] (R=CH2, 3a; R=C6H4-1,4-, 3b). The treatment of two dipropargyl esters, respectively, with RuCo2(CO)11 afforded another two new clusters [R(CO2CH2C2H-μ)2][RuCo2(CO)9]2 (R=CH2, 4a; R=C6H4-1,4-, 4b). The reactions of dipropargyl manolate, terephalate with Mo2Cp2(CO)4 gave rise to the formation of dinuclear complexes [(HC2CH2OCO)R(CO2CH2C2H-μ)][Mo2Cp2(CO)4] (R=CH2, 5a; R=C6H4-1,4-, 5b), compound 5a reacted with Co2(CO)8 to produce the cluster [CH2(CO2CH2C2H-μ)2][Co2(CO)6][Mo2Cp2(CO)4] 6a. All the new clusters have been characterized by C/H elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopies. The structure of [CH2(CO2CH2C2H-μ)2][Co2(CO)6]2 1a and [p-(HC2CH2OCO)C6H4(CO2CH2C2H-μ)][Co2(CO)6] 2b have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods.  相似文献

A new palladium compound [Pd(NH3)4][cis-Pd(NH3)2(SO3)2][Pd(NH3)3(SO3)] · H2O (I) was synthesized and its structure was studied by X-ray powder diffraction method. In the course of the synthesis, the initial trans-diamminesulfite anionic complex is transformed into the cis-configuration. Further heating in aqueous solution results in isomerization of a substance into a neutral complex [Pd(NH3)3(SO3)]. Crystals I are triclinic: a = 10.3297(2) Å, b = 14.1062(3) Å, c = 6.8531(1) Å, = 101.36(0)°, = 92.74(0)°, = 92.71(0)°, space group P1¯. Structure I consists of the columns with alternating cis-[Pd(NH3)2(SO3)2]2– and [Pd(NH3)3(SO3)] complexes and [Pd(NH3)4]2+ ions between the columns.  相似文献

The binary salt Cs7[BW12O40][Rh2(CH3COO)4Cl]2 · 8H2O was obtained by heating of K8[HBW11O39] · 13H2O with [Rh2(CH3COO)4(H2O)2] in water followed by crystallization in the presence of CsCl. The crystal structure of the salt was determined by X-ray diffraction. The treatment of dipropargyl ether HC2CH2OCH2C2H with Co2(CO)8 resulted in the formation of a novel cluster [Co2(CO)6][μ-HC2CH2OCH2C2H-μ][Co2(CO)6]. The cluster was characterized by C/H analyses, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystal structure determination. It belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/c with the following crystallographic parameters: a=18.149(2), b=7.0111(7), c=20.897(2)(A), β=115.318(7)°, V=2403.7(5)(A)3, Z=4, Mr=665.97, Dc=1.840 g·cm-3, F(000)=1304.00, μ(Mo-Kα)=27.76 cm-1 and R=0.030 for 2372 observed reflections.  相似文献

Monohydrates of chloropentammine rhodium(III) and chloropentammine cobalt(III) tetracloropalladates(II) were synthesized. Single crystals of [Rh(NH3)5Cl][PdCl4] · H2O were obtained and studied by Xray diffraction. The crystallographic data are as follows: a = 7.8730(16) Å, b = 10.905(2) Å, c = 16.038(3) Å, = 102.70(3)°, V = 1343.3(5) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 4, dcalc = 2.422 g/cm3. The structure consists of alternating layers of [Rh(NH3)5Cl]2+ complex cations and [PdCl4]2- complex anions. Each anion layer contains two crystallographically independent Pd atoms, and the square coordination environment of one of these atoms is converted to a bipyramide. The structure of the compound [Co(NH3)5Cl][PdCl4] · H2O is determined and its unitcell parameters are refined: a = 7.813(3) , b = 10.896(4) , c = 15.966(5) , = 102.85(4)°, V = 1325.2(8) 3, and dcalc = 2.148 g/cm3. The synthesis temperature is shown to have an effect on the content of hydrated and anhydrous complexes in the mixture formed during precipitation of these binary salts from aqueous solutions.  相似文献

The title complex[NH3CH2CH(NH2)CH3]2[M(Ⅵ)O2(OC6H4O)2](M=Mo0.6W0.4)was synthesized via a simple solution-phase chemical route. The determination of single crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that the title compound is crystallized in a monoclinic system with P2(1)/n space group, a=1.0913(10) nm, b=1. 0442(10) nm,c=1.8842(19) nm, α=90°, β=96.530(17)°, γ=90°,Z=4, and V=2. 133(4) nm3. The mononuclear anionic unit [M(Ⅵ)O2(OC6H4O)2]2- displays chiral pseudo-octahedral [MO6] coordination geometry and is ges show that the title complex is comprised of nano-particles with diameters ranging from 20 to 50 nm. The NMR study shows the 1 H downfield chemical shifts of [NH3CHaHbCH(NH2)CH3] cations in the title complex when it is mixed with adenosine-triphosphate(ATP), and the chemical shift difference between Ha and Hb is increased greatly,and most of the catecholate ligands dissociate from the central metal atoms. The DNA cleavage activity experiment reveals that DNA cleavage promoted by the title complex is lower than that by Na2MoO4 which possesses antitumor property, but higher than that by Na2WO4.  相似文献
