A new procedure for the synthesis of triazole N-oxides, based on base-induced intramolecular cyclization of 1-(-cyanoalkyl)-3-aryl(hetaryl)triazen-1-oxides, is proposed. Analysis of the 14N and 15N NMR spectroscopic data of 2-methyl-4,5-dinitro-1,2,3-triazole and of substituted 2-methyl-4(5)-nitro-1,2,3-triazole 1-oxides has shown the possibility of applying them for confirmation of the structures of the studied compounds.  相似文献

以乙二醛、甲基肼和盐酸羟胺为起始原料,经缩合、肟化得到中间体肟基甲腙;该中间体不经分离直接加入到硫酸铜-吡啶-水体系中,经缩合环化得到2-甲基三唑-1-氧化物(MTO);随后用混酸(硝酸+硫酸)硝化得到目标产物2-甲基-4,5-二硝基三唑-1-氧化物(DNMTO);初步探讨了环化反应的机理,研究了反应温度与时间等因素对硝化反应的影响,确定了最佳硝化反应条件.与此同时,利用红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱及元素分析等分析了中间产物和DNMTO的组成和结构.结果表明,目标产物的总收率为16%,纯度为99%;最佳硝化反应温度为100℃,最佳硝化反应时间为0.5h.  相似文献

The products of the alkylation of sodium 4-nitro-1,2,3-triazolate with ethyl bromide were investigated using 1H, 13C, and 15N NMR spectroscopy. It was found that alkylation proceeds on the triazole nitrogen atoms giving a mixture of three isomeric N-ethyl-4-nitro-1,2,3-triazoles. The molar ratio of N1, N2, and N3-alkylation products was 4:8:1. The formation of a minor N3-isomer, namely 1-ethyl-5-nitro-1,2,3-triazole was confirmed by X-ray structural analysis of single crystals of its tetranuclear copper(II) complex obtained by reaction of copper(II) chloride dihydrate with a mixture of the N2 and N3-isomers.  相似文献

为了寻找新型低毒性的潜在除草剂, 以2-氯-5-(氯甲基)吡啶和2-氯-5-(氯甲基)噻唑为起始原料, 经过叠氮化, 然后与乙酰乙酸乙酯的环化, 水解, 卤化, 最后与2-氨基-4,6-二取代嘧啶的缩合反应, 合成了9种未见文献报道的目标化合物, 其结构经IR, 1H NMR, MS 和元素分析确证. 初步的生物活性测试结果表明, 所测目标化合物在100 mg/L浓度下显示出良好的除草活性.  相似文献

A method for the synthesis of previously inaccessible 5-dialkylamino-substituted 1,2,3-thiadiazole-4-carbaldehydes was developed. Ring transformation in these compounds induced by primary aliphatic and aromatic amines, hydroxylamines, and N-substituted hydrazines resulted in the synthesis of a broad range of 1,2,3-triazole-4-carbothioamide.  相似文献

将邻羟苯基引入1,2,3-三唑结构中, 设计合成了10个1-(4-取代苯基)-4-苯基-5-取代-1,2,3-三唑类衍生物. 首先, 以对位取代的芳胺为原料, 经重氮化、叠氮化、闭环和缩合反应制得1-(4-取代苯基)-4-苯基-5-水杨醛亚胺-1,2,3-三唑类衍生物(3a~3e), 再用硼氢化钠还原制得1-(4-取代苯基)-4-苯基-5-(2-羟基苄基)氨基-1,2,3-三唑类衍生物(4a~4e). 目标化合物的结构经核磁、IR及元素分析确认. 抑菌活性测试表明, 当质量浓度为0.1 mg/L时, 除化合物3e和4e外, 所有化合物对白色念球菌的抑菌率均达95%以上, 对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达85%以上, 具有强抑菌活性, 表明该类化合物在抗菌药物开发方面有重要应用价值.  相似文献

Reactions of 1-(5-methyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)ethan-1-ones and benzaldehydes in ethanol under basic conditions gave the corresponding chalcones. Reactions of the chalcones combined with thiosemicarbazide in dry ethanol containing sodium hydroxide afforded the corresponding pyrazolin-N-thioamides. Reactions of the synthesized pyrazolin-N-thioamides and several ketones (namely, ethyl 2-chloro-3-oxobutanoate, 2-bromoacetylbenzofuran, and hydrazonoyl chloride) gave the corresponding novel 2-(1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)thiazoles in high yields (77–90%). Additionally, 2-(4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-4-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)thiazoles were obtained in high yields (84–87%) from reactions with N-pyrazoline-thioamides and 4-bromoacetyl-1,2,3-triazoles under basic conditions. The structures of six of the newly synthesized heterocycles were confirmed by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

According to the superposition principle of reinforcement of biological activities, 24 novel 1,4- disubstituted phenyl-5-(halo-2-hydroxyphenyl)imino-1,2,3-triazoles was synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, elemental analysis and IR. All the target compounds were screened for their antibacterial potential in vitro against Monilia albican, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. It was shown that all the compounds possessed efficient antibacterial activities at a concentration of 0.1 mg/mL, even at a concentration of 0.01 mg/mL, some of the compounds still exhibited antibacterial activities against Escherichia coli and Monilia albican. At last, the structure- activity relationship was discussed based on the antibacterial results.  相似文献

The interesting bioactivities of 2(5H)-furanone, 1,2,3-triazole, and amino acid derivatives have promoted their combination into one multifunctional molecule. The symmetrical bis-1,2,3-triazoles and mono-1,2,3-triazoles with one free azide group are synthesized respectively by controlling the molar ratio of reactants, N-[5-alkoxy-2(5H)-furanonyl] amino acid propargyl ester and 1,4-diazidobutane. The unsymmetrical bis-1,2,3-triazoles are afforded by the subsequent reaction of mono-1,2,3-triazoles with other terminal alkynes with good to excellent yields in a short time under the same mild “click” reaction conditions. The 32 new compounds obtained in the reactions are characterized by Fourier transform infrared, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. Because of the diversity of four or five basic units in molecule, this methodology provides easy access to different chiral 2(5H)-furanone compounds with polyheterocyclic structure, especially with unsymmetrical bis-1,2,3-triazole moiety. Importantly, a simple approach is provided for the synthesis of unsymmetrical bis-1,2,3-triazoles using common diazides.  相似文献

Abstract

Reaction of the dimeric N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) palladium compounds [Pd(μ-Cl)(Cl)(NHC)]2 with 4-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole gave four mono- and dinuclear complexes 1–4. Mononuclear complexes 1 and 2 [(NHC)PdCl2(4-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole)] were obtained when the reactions were performed in CH2Cl2, whereas dinuclear complexes 3 and 4 [Pd2(μ-Cl)(μ-4-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole)Cl2(NHC)2] were obtained when the reactions were performed in THF in reflux with Et3N as the base. Further explorations of the catalytic properties of 1–4 for Pd-catalyzed transformations have been performed and these complexes exhibited moderate to high catalytic activities for Suzuki–Miyaura coupling and arylation of benzoxazoles with aryl bromides.  相似文献
