合成了不同软锻段长度和不同链段含量的系列对苯二甲酸乙二酯-环氧乙烷(PET-PEO)多嵌段共聚物,用NMR质子谱测定了硬链段一,对部分溶于氯仿的PET-PEO多嵌段共聚物进行了分离,并分别测定基氯仿可溶物和不溶物的硬边段一、熔融热谱和热结晶谱,揭示了PET-PEO多嵌段共聚物的组成不均一性及其对软段长度和硬链段一的信赖性,进而用DSC热谱证明了软链段和硬链段的结晶能力与PET-PEO多嵌段共聚物组  相似文献

合成了聚氧化乙烯-聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEO-PET)多嵌段共聚物,以红外光谱(RIR)、核磁共振谱图(NMR)对产物进行了结构表征,结果表明产物的组成与理论基本一致;利用差示扫描量效法研究了PEO-PET共聚物的热行为,发现共聚物中软段PEO与硬段PET的结晶性竞相互作用的影响。  相似文献

高硬段含量和高软段分子量的聚酯-聚醚多嵌段共聚物有明显的组成不均一性,可分离出大量高熔点的氯仿不溶组份.通过和5mol%间苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMI)共聚,可改进其表观组成均一性,得到不含氯仿不溶物和力学性能优良的硬段含量为40wt%、软段分子量为4000的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯-聚乙醇醚多嵌段共聚物(PET-PEG).另一合成途径是以间苯二甲酸(IPA)酸解 PET,再和端羟基聚乙二醇醚共缩聚,也可制得相应的改性 PET-PEG.降低聚醚分子量可以有效地改进其组成均一性.  相似文献

对硬链段具有一定分布的聚醚酯多嵌段共聚物的结晶行为进行了研究。从所得结果表明,其结晶过程可以类比于均聚物在溶液中的分级过程。软硬链段的组成决定了某一长度硬链段的丰度;而结晶条件及试样的热历史则决定了各种不同长度硬链段的超饱和程度,分聚速率和结晶速率。究竟那些长度的硬链段能结晶取决于上述两因素。  相似文献

用差示扫描量热法(DSC),广角X射线衍射(WAXD),傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)等技术研究了对苯二甲酸丁二酯-ε-己内酯(PBT—PCL)多嵌段共聚物中硬链段的受限结晶。结果表明,PBT—PCL共聚酯中软硬链段在非晶区的混容性比较好,不同组成的样品均显示出一个玻璃化转变温度;对硬段含量超过50%的共聚酯来说,硬链段可以结晶,而软链段不能结晶;由于硬链段的受限特点,BT硬链段的结晶受软链段的影响和制约,其结晶能力随硬段序列长度的增加而逐渐增大。  相似文献

本工作合成了两种性质不同的聚醚-酯多嵌段共聚物,一种是以聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯为硬链段,聚乙二醇(PEGT)为软链段的亲水性多嵌段共聚物,另一种是以聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯为硬链段,聚四亚甲基醚二醇(PTMGT)为软链段的疏水性多嵌段共聚物。将两种共聚物以一定的比例共混,制备多嵌段聚醚-酯共混物。 改变共混物的组成,研究其微相结构与血液相容性的关系。采用动态力学谱(VES)、示差扫描量热(DSC)、透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)等测定共混物的微观结构,采用微球柱法评价共混物的血液相容性。实验结果表明:材料的微观非均相结构及亲水平衡是决定血液相容性的重要因素。  相似文献

两亲嵌段共聚物溶液内胶束形成的温度效应   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
合成了一系列具有两亲嵌段结构的聚(乙二醇)(PEO)一聚(丙二醇)(PPO)共聚物.利用荧光探针及示差量热法测定了共聚物水溶液的临界胶束形成温度(CMT)值.发现二嵌段共聚物(PEO-PPO)和三嵌段共聚物(PEO-PPO-PEO)有着类似的变化规律,即随共聚物分子中疏水链(PPO)长度的增大,其CMT值降低.但三嵌段共聚(PPO-PEO-PPO)则因疏水链段处于共聚物分子的两端,因而在溶液中有可能形成立体网状交联结构.此外,利用探针分子在不同极性溶剂中荧光峰值波长发生位移的现象可以对形成胶束内核的组织程度、极性大小进行估测.  相似文献

合成了硬段含量和软段分子量不同的聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯-聚四亚甲基醚(PBT-PTMG)多嵌段共聚物。研究了硬段含量和软段分子量对嵌段共聚合过程的影响。当软段分子量较大、硬段含量较高时,在嵌段共缩聚过程中有均聚物伴生。当软段分子量在2000左右,硬段含量在20%左右时,基本上不生成均聚物。硬段重量含量为 20%的低硬段 PBT-PTMG多嵌段共聚物是结晶的。由它纺成的弹体纤维有良好的力学性能和弹性回复。热处理能改进纤维的弹性回复。  相似文献

A series of ethylene oxide-butylene terephthalate (EOBT) segmented copolymers with differentsoft segment length and hard segment content were synthesized. The compositional heterogeneity was studiedby solvent extraction. The results show that the compositional heterogeneity increases when soft segmentlength and hard segment content increase. The compositional heterogeneity is also reflected in thecrystallization behavior and morphology of soft and hard segment in EOBT segmented copolymer. The morecompositional heterogeneous the EOBT segmented copolymer is, the more different the morphology and thecrystallization behavior between separated fractions. Compared with ethylene oxide-ethylene terephthalate(EOET) segmented copolymer, compositional heterogeneity in EOBT segmented copolymer is weaker. Butthe compositional heterogeneity in EOBT segmented copolymer with long soft segment and high hardsegment content is still obvious.  相似文献

Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)/polycaprolactone(PCL) segmented copolymers with different hard segment contents and a blend of two of them were studied by using DSC, WAXS, TEM and IR techniques and dynamic mechanical, stress-strain and isothermal crystallization measurements. Emphasis was laid on the studies of influence of compositional heterogeneity on the morphology and properties of these segmented copolymers. It was found that the solution cast specimens of the more heterogeneous sample exhibit better segregation of segments, high crystallinity and melting temperature. They have higher thermal stability of mechanical properties at small deformations. However, they are less stable against large deformations and may become softer than the more homogeneous ones.  相似文献

The crystallization behavior of a series of ethylene oxide-butylene terephthalate (EOBT) segmented copolymers with different soft segment molecular weight and hard segment weight content were examined by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and polarized microscope. Combined with the comparison with the crystallization behavior of ethylene oxide-ethylene terephthalate (EOET) segmented copolymers, it can be concluded that the crystallizability of both the soft segments and the hard segments in poly(ester-ether) segmented copolymers is much worse than those of the corresponding homopolymers due to the interactions between the soft and the hard segments. The crystallizability of the soft segments is mainly determined by the soft segment molecular weight, but is weakened by the hard segments. On the other hand, the soft segments have complicated influences on the crystallization of the hard segments. The melting temperatures of the hard segments change monotonically with the average hard segment length, but the corresponding melting enthalpies will reach a maximum at an intermediate soft segment molecular weight. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A novel macrodiol based on mixed silicone and carbonate chemistries was synthesized and used as a soft segment precursor in the synthesis of two series of segmented polyurethane (PU) copolymers varying in hard segment content and soft segment molecular weight. The hard segments in these copolymers were derived from 4,4‐methylene diphenyl diisocyanate and 1,4‐butane diol. The phase transitions, microphase separation behavior, and mechanical properties of the copolymers were investigated using a variety of experimental methods. When compared with segmented PU copolymers having predominately poly(dimethyl siloxane) soft segments, these siloxane–carbonate soft segment copolymers exhibit enhanced intersegment mixing, and consequently relatively low mechanical modulus. With relatively low modulus and siloxane units in the soft phase, the siloxane–carbonate PUs have potential for use in cardiac and orthopedic biomedical applications. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Two series of segmented polyurethanes were prepared with systematic variation in soft and hard segment length. The soft segment was constituted by polycaprolactone (PCL) blocks of molecular masses 530 or 2000 and the hard segment (HS) by urethane blocks, in a concentration that varied from 12% to 44% in weight of the whole polyurethane. Morphological analyses indicated that the amount of crystallinity of copolymers was strongly dependent on the PCL molar mass and hard segment content. The copolymers with longer PCL soft segments (Mn=2000) were semicrystalline, but those with shorter PCL segment (Mn=530) were unable to crystallize. The primary factor affectingthe biodegradability of copolymers as evaluated by Sturm tests was the extent of the phase separation, and that the segmental blending of the less biodegradable polyurethane (HS) blocks with PCL in the amorphous phase had a critical unfavorable consequence, which may be attributed to the size of the accessible area by microorganisms.  相似文献

以双酚A聚砜或酚酞作为硬段,聚对羟基苯乙烯、酚醛、聚羟基醚或聚羟基醚砜作为半硬段,聚二甲基硅氧烷作为软段合成了七种三元多嵌段共聚物,并对其稳定性、动态力学性能进行了比较详细的研究。结果表明这类共聚物在溶液中的稳定性及热稳定性主要与半硬段有关;它们的形态结构同属于微相分离,并在很宽的温度范围内表现出优良的弹性体性质。三元多嵌段共聚物中硬段与半硬段的相容性直接影响其力学性能,当两者的相容性好时,其强度高于对应的二元多嵌段共聚物。  相似文献
