A model is developed to simulate the response of polyacrylamide gel (PAG) dosimeters to single spherical brachytherapy seeds. The model predicts the amount of polymer formed and crosslink density as a function of radial distance and time, using either a HDR Ir192 seed or a LDR I125 seed. Results indicate that PAG dosimeters should provide accurate dosimetry when used for HDR brachytherapy at distances larger than 4 mm from the center of the seed and that PAG dosimeters will give poor results for LDR dosimetry because of the long time available for the monomer and crosslinker to diffuse toward the seed during polymerization.

A mathematical model for crosslinking copolymerization of acrylamide (or NIPAM) and N,N'methylenebisacrylamide is extended to account for contamination by oxygen and the inhibitor MEHQ. This model improves basic understanding of interactions among oxygen, MEHQ and polymerization reactions in gel dosimeters that are used to verify radiation doses delivered by cancer treatment equipment. Improved parameter estimates result in a good match between model predictions and data. The model predicts that a larger absorbed dose will be required to overcome the oxygen inhibition with increasing oxygen contamination, in agreement with experimental data. The model also predicts that MEHQ, in the absence of oxygen, has almost no influence on dosimeter response.

作为锂离子电池重要组分,隔膜由多孔聚烯烃高分子材料组成;电解质体系由有机碳酸酯和六氟磷酸锂混合组成,虽具有高离子电导率,但因液态碳酸酯的易燃特性给锂离子电池带来了安全隐患。利用能够将液态电解质体系凝胶化的聚合物制备得到的凝胶聚合物隔膜,结合了液态电解质体系高电导率和固态电解质高安全性的优点。凝胶聚合物隔膜的研究从简单微孔凝胶聚合物隔膜开始,经历了引入少量纳米无机颗粒的掺杂凝胶聚合物隔膜,到引入大量纳米颗粒的凝胶陶瓷隔膜的发展历程。本文详细介绍这三种类型凝胶聚合物隔膜的物理化学特性,最后展望凝胶聚合物隔膜的发展趋势。  相似文献

Over the past decade there has been much interest in the development of three‐dimensional gel dosimeters to aid in the determination of the distribution and magnitude of absorbed dose in clinical radiation therapy. A widely used dosimeter for verification of spatial dose distribution is the polyacrylamide system, sometimes termed polyacrylamide gel (PAG). In this paper, we develop a model to describe the kinetic mechanisms in this gel dosimeter, based on the radiation‐induced copolymerization of acrylamide and bisacrylamide monomers in water and gelatin. Using the proposed model, the conversion of both monomers and total vinyl groups, the concentrations of pendant double bonds (PDB), cyclized groups and crosslinks along the polymer chains as well as temperature changes were simulated. The model predictions and experimental findings in PAG dosimeters agree for a variety of recipes and spatially uniform radiation conditions. Further experiments are required to obtain accurate kinetic parameter estimates and to verify model predictions.

为研究弱凝胶的形成过程,并把高分子弱凝胶用于三次采油,采用三维Monte Carlo模拟了高分子溶液凝胶化过程. 模拟预测了凝胶化开始的时间,得到了凝胶化过程中分子量分布的演化规律和胶团生长的三维图像. 发现生成溶胶与凝胶团的歧化过程,初始聚合物的浓度对能否形成凝胶至关重要,低于临界浓度不能形成凝胶. 模拟了凝胶化速度和聚合物浓度以及交联剂浓度的关系,并与粘度随凝胶化时间变化的实验结果进行比较, 结果表明, 聚合物浓度较高时,浓度对交联反应的影响减弱,这一趋势与实验结果相一致.  相似文献

Polymer gel particle is a widely used deep profile control agent to plug the water breakthrough channel in reservoir. However, there is still no theoretical model to describe its plugging ability available when it is applicated. Based on the Hertz contact theory and force analysis, the plugging model of polymer gel particle is established at the view of pore throat, and the parameters in the model are achieved by the pore throat experiments. The plugging model is verified by the core experiments. The results show that the plugging strength of polymer gel particle keeps rise with the increasing of the ratio between particle diameter and pore throat size, and then it will stay at a stable value because of the limitation of material strength. The material strength is 0.32 MPa and the particle will be broken when the size ratio is over 3. The plugging strength of the polymer gel particles with the diameters of 30–40 µm and 60–80 µm is 0.12 and 0.31 MPa in the cores with the permeability of 2989.6 × 10?3 and 3014.7 × 10?3 µm2, respectively, which is consistent perfectly with the theoretical calculation. The plugging model of polymer gel particle is verified to be correct and can be applied to the profile control in reservoir.  相似文献

PVA碱性凝胶聚合物电解质薄膜电化学稳定性研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
应用溶解—铸膜法制备聚乙烯醇(polyvinylalcohol,PVA)碱性凝胶聚合物电解质(gelpolymerelectrolyte,GPE)薄膜.交流阻抗(EIS)测试表明,随着KOH含量的增加,该薄膜的离子电导率表现为先增大而后减小的变化趋势,当KOH含量为42%(bymass,下同)时,电导率达到最大值,为2.01×10-3S/cm.X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明,当膜中KOH含量大于20%时,晶态的PVA就逐渐转变为非晶态结构.又当KOH含量增加到一定值后,由于体系中未电离的非晶态KOH量的增多而导致离子电导率下降.循环伏安(CV)和拉曼光谱(Raman)结果表明,该薄膜具有很好的电化学稳定性,可应用于碱性二次电池.  相似文献

采用Raman光谱、傅里叶转换红外光谱和X-射线衍射光谱研究N-甲基-N-丙基哌啶双三氟甲磺酸亚胺离子液体(PP13TFSI)和双三氟甲磺酸亚胺锂盐(LiTFSI)对PVDF-HFP聚合物聚合方式的影响,结果表明,PP13TFSI、LiTFSI和PVDF-HFP是共混存在的,同时加入PP13TFSI和LiTFSI会使聚合物的聚合方式由晶体结构转变为无定形结构. 通过对电解质及其各组分的线性扫描伏安曲线和热重曲线分析可知,溶剂N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)容易残留在凝胶聚合物电解质(ILGPE)中,这会降低ILGPE的电化学稳定性和热稳定性. 作者对固态LiFePO4|ILGPE|Li电池的倍率性能进行了研究,实验结果表明其具有较好的倍率性能,当电池倍率由C/10增大至2C,然后再回到C/10时,其容量可以恢复到原来的90.9%左右. 该研究结果对理解PP13TFSI和LiTFSI在ILGPE中的作用机理具有重要的意义.  相似文献

The growth of lithium dendrites and low coulombic efficiency restrict the development of Li metal anodes. Polymer electrolytes are expected to be promising candidates to solve the issue, but ways to obtain a polymer electrolyte that integrates high ionic conductivity and high mechanical toughness is still challenging. By introducing a double polymer network into the electrolyte design to reshape it, a tough polymer electrolyte was developed with high conductivity, and stable operation of lithium metal anodes was further realized. The double network (DNW) gel electrolyte has high modulus of 44.3 MPa and high fracture energy of 69.5 kJ m?2. The conductivity of DNW gel is 0.81 mS cm?1 at 30 °C. By using this gel electrolyte design, the lithium metal electrode could be cycled more than 400 times with a coulombic efficiency (CE) as high as 96.3 % with carbonate‐based electrolytes.  相似文献

随着新能源产业和储能产业的快速发展,二次电池的安全性和能量密度要求越来越高.而传统的液态锂电池使用易燃的电解液,所以存在较大的安全隐患.因此固态锂电池由于其较高的安全性和能量密度受到越来越多人的关注.目前困扰固态电池应用的主要问题是其离子电导率和电极电解质界面问题.固态电解质是固态电池的关键材料.因此开发高离子电导率的固态电解质是开发固态电池的关键.在本工作中,作者成功通过旋涂法制备聚乙二醇-聚丙烯腈-聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PEO-PAN-PMMA)凝胶电解质.PEO-PAN-PMMA聚合物薄膜为均匀透明的,具有较高的吸附率,且热稳定性较好,在380℃下保持稳定.通过浸泡电解液可以得到性能优异的凝胶电解质.该凝胶电解质具有较高的离子电导率,室温离子电导率为0.4 mS/cm,而且电化学窗口较宽,在0~4.2 V之间化学性能较为稳定,界面稳定性较好.组装成Li//PEO-PAN-PMMA凝胶电解质//LiCoO2电池之后,正极首圈放电容量为129.8 mAh/g,循环100周,正极放电容量剩余119.51 mAh/g,在0.1 C、0.2 C、0.5 C和1 C倍率下循环,正极放电容量分别为129.8 mAh/g,99.5 mAh/g,86.1 mAh/g和64 mAh/g.  相似文献

Summary: The potential of ten different crosslinkers was investigated, with the aim of improving the performance of polymer gel dosimeters used for detecting radiation dose distributions generated by cancer radiation therapy equipment. Unfortunately, none of the candidate crosslinkers was shown to be more effective than N,N′-methylene-bisacrylamide, the standard crosslinker used in polymer gel dosimetry applications. Two co-solvents, glycerol and isopropanol, were used to increase the solubility of N,N′-methylene-bisacrylamide crosslinker in polymer gel dosimeter recipes. Using isopropanol, the crosslinker solubility increased from approximately from 3 to 10% by weight, enabling the manufacture of polymer gel dosimeters with much higher levels of crosslinking than was previously possible. The new dosimeter recipes can be imaged effectively using nuclear magnetic resonance and optical techniques, and may be suitable for read-out using x-ray CT (Computed Tomography).  相似文献

以1,3,5-苯三甲酰肼和间苯二甲醛为有机单体,利用席夫碱反应原理和酰腙共价键为交联点,通过一步交联聚合法研制了一种新型酰腙键聚合物凝胶。采用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱、固体核磁和热重分析对所制备的聚合物凝胶进行结构和形貌表征,结果表明材料具有良好的物化性能。将其作为固相萃取吸附剂,结合高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器检测,建立了饲料中4种硝基呋喃类药物的分析方法。通过单因素实验,系统考察了吸附剂用量、上样体积、洗脱溶剂和洗脱体积对方法回收率的影响。在最优实验条件下,呋喃它酮(FTD)、呋喃西林(NFZ)、呋喃妥因(NFT)和呋喃唑酮(FZD)在1.0~200μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.9990,方法的检出限以信噪比(S/N=3)计算为0.1~0.5μg/L,定量限(S/N=10)为1.0~5.0μg/L,在3个浓度水平(10、50和100μg/L)加标下样品的回收率在78.5%~96.8%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.1%~9.3%。该方法的检出限低、灵敏高,可用于饲料样品中硝基呋喃类药物的灵敏准确分析。  相似文献

采用偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物[P(VDF-HFP)]胶凝3-甲氧基丙腈基液体电解质, 成功制备了凝胶电解质并组装成准固态染料敏化太阳电池. 差示扫描量热测试结果表明凝胶电解质的溶液-凝胶转变温度(TSG)为71 ℃. 利用电化学方法分析了凝胶电解质中 电对的表观扩散系数及电导率低于液体电解质的原因, 同时结合暗态伏安法考察了电池内部TiO2多孔薄膜电极/电解质界面处的暗反应, 分析了凝胶化对电池光伏性能的影响. 进一步老化实验结果表明凝胶电池的稳定性明显优于液体电池.  相似文献

以Ziegler-Natta催化剂和茂金属催化剂为例,介绍了聚烯烃均相催化剂的负载化技术以及载体选择的影响因素,明确了载体的强度、密度、总孔容、孔分布、孔径、粒度和颗粒形状等物理性质是选择载体要考虑的主要因素。综述了聚烯烃催化剂载体硅胶的结构特征和性能特征,并对聚烯烃催化剂载体硅胶的合成机理、影响因素进行了详细介绍。此类载体硅胶比表面积280~320m2/g、堆密度0.28~0.32g/cm3、孔容1.40~1.70cm3/g、平均孔径18~22nm。建议通过开展对不同性能硅胶(如更小粒径、不同元素改性等)的研究开发,以满足不同催化剂对载体硅胶的特殊要求。  相似文献

Thermally stable, flexible polymer gel electrolytes with high ionic conductivity are prepared by mixing the ionic liquid 1-butyl-1-methylpyrrolidinium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide (C4mpyrTFSI), LiTFSI and poly(vinylidene difluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene (PVDF-HFP). FT-IR and Raman spectroscopy show that an amorphous film is obtained for high (60 %) C4mpyrTFSI contents. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) confirms that the polymer gels are stable below ∼300 °C in both nitrogen and air environments. Ionic conductivity of 1.9×10−3 S cm−2 at room temperature is achieved for the 60 % ionic liquid loaded gel. Germanium (Ge) anodes maintain a coulombic efficiency above 95 % after 90 cycles in potential cycling tests with the 60 % C4mpyrTFSI polymer gel.  相似文献

将金属配位和主客体相互作用引入到同1个超分子体系中,设计合成了2个超分子单体1和2.通过这2个超分子单体分级自组装形成的交联网状超分子聚合物构建了一种多重刺激响应性和良好自修复性能的超分子凝胶.同时,进一步将具有聚集诱导发光性能的四苯乙烯引入到这种超分子体系中,以赋予超分子体系新颖的发光性能.单体分子1是由中间为双苯并24-冠-8的冠醚连接2个四苯基乙烯荧光生色团,两端为2个三联吡啶分子构成的1个主体分子.单体分子1两端的三联吡啶基团可以与过渡金属Zn(OTf)2进行金属配位形成线型超分子聚合物3;而中间的冠醚基团与双二级铵盐客体分子2通过主客体相互作用进一步形成交联超分子聚合物4.当该交联超分子聚合物的浓度达到30 mmol/L时,可形成荧光超分子聚合物凝胶.通过核磁共振(1H-NMR和DOSY)与黏度等测试方法,证明了线形和交联超分子聚合物的形成,并进一步通过流变的测试证明了超分子聚合物凝胶的形成及其良好的自修复性能.除此之外,由于引入的主客体相互作用以及金属配位固有的刺激响应性,该荧光超分子聚合物凝胶表现出对温度、p H值、K+离子和竞争配体的刺激响应性能.  相似文献

Charged-particle radiotherapy (CPRT) utilizing low and high linear energy transfer (low-/high-LET) ionizing radiation (IR) is a promising cancer treatment modality having unique physical energy deposition properties. CPRT enables focused delivery of a desired dose to the tumor, thus achieving a better tumor control and reduced normal tissue toxicity. It increases the overall radiation tolerance and the chances of survival for the patient. Further improvements in CPRT are expected from a better understanding of the mechanisms governing the biological effects of IR and their dependence on LET. There is increasing evidence that high-LET IR induces more complex and even clustered DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs) that are extremely consequential to cellular homeostasis, and which represent a considerable threat to genomic integrity. However, from the perspective of cancer management, the same DSB characteristics underpin the expected therapeutic benefit and are central to the rationale guiding current efforts for increased implementation of heavy ions (HI) in radiotherapy. Here, we review the specific cellular DNA damage responses (DDR) elicited by high-LET IR and compare them to those of low-LET IR. We emphasize differences in the forms of DSBs induced and their impact on DDR. Moreover, we analyze how the distinct initial forms of DSBs modulate the interplay between DSB repair pathways through the activation of DNA end resection. We postulate that at complex DSBs and DSB clusters, increased DNA end resection orchestrates an increased engagement of resection-dependent repair pathways. Furthermore, we summarize evidence that after exposure to high-LET IR, error-prone processes outcompete high fidelity homologous recombination (HR) through mechanisms that remain to be elucidated. Finally, we review the high-LET dependence of specific DDR-related post-translational modifications and the induction of apoptosis in cancer cells. We believe that in-depth characterization of the biological effects that are specific to high-LET IR will help to establish predictive and prognostic signatures for use in future individualized therapeutic strategies, and will enhance the prospects for the development of effective countermeasures for improved radiation protection during space travel.  相似文献
