We discuss symmetry flows of noncommutative Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (NCKP) hierarchy. An operatorbased formulation, alternative to the star-product approach of extended symmetry flows is presented. Noncommutative additional symmetry flows of the NCKP hierarchy are formulated. A rescaling symmetry flow which is associated with the rescaling of whole coordinates is introduced.  相似文献

We present a new symmetry flow of the Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (KP) hierarchy, which origins from the rescaling of whole “multi-time“ valuables. This flow describes the deformation of solutions of the KP hierarchy with respect to a noncommutative parameter. It is shown that the introduced rescaling symmetry flow does not commute with the ordinary evolution flows of the KP hierarchy, but commutes with the evolution flows with respect to slow-variables.  相似文献

We study the relation between the WDVV equations and the τ-function of the noncommutative KP (NCKP) hierarchy. WDVV-like equations (Hirota triple-product relation) in the noncommutative context appear as a consequence of the nontrivial equation for τ-function of the NC KP hierarchy, while the prepotential in the Seiberg–Witten (SW) theory has been identified to the τ-function of the Whitham hierarchy. We show that the spectral curve for the SW theory is the same as the Toda-chain hierarchy. We also show explicitly that Whitham hierarchy includes commutative Toda/KP hierarchy. Further, we comment on the origin of the Hirota triple-product relation in the context of the SW theory.  相似文献

We study the Zee–Babu two-loop neutrino mass generation model and look for a possible flavor symmetry behind the tri-bimaximal neutrino mixing. We find that there probably exists the μτ   symmetry in the case of the normal neutrino mass hierarchy, whereas there may not be in the inverted hierarchy case. We also propose a specific model based on a Froggatt–Nielsen-like Z5Z5 symmetry to naturally accomplish the μτ symmetry on the neutrino mass matrix for the normal hierarchy case.  相似文献

The BCr-KP hierarchy is an important sub-hierarchy of the KP hierarchy. In this paper, the BCr-KP hierarchy is investigated from three aspects. Firstly, we study the gauge transformation for the BCr-KP hierarchy.Different from the KP hierarchy, the gauge transformation must keep the constraint of the BCr-KP hierarchy. Secondly,we study the gauge transformation for the constrained BCr-KP hierarchy. In this case, the constraints of the Lax operator must be invariant under the gauge transformation. At last, the compatibility between the additional symmetry and the gauge transformation for the BCr-KP hierarchy is explored.  相似文献

The KP hierarchy has been extended to a large set of integrable hierarchies. The main idea is to utilize the additional symmetry of the KP hierarchy, although not commuting among themselves. But we found that their proper combinations do commute with the original KP flows and among themselves, so as to give rise to an enlarged integrable hierarchy, which we call the generalized KP hierarchy.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to the negative flows of the AKNS hierarchy. The main result of this work is the functional representation of the extended AKNS hierarchy, composed of both positive (classical) and negative flows. We derive a finite set of functional equations, constructed by means of the Miwa's shifts, which contains all equations of the hierarchy. Using the obtained functional representation we convert the nonlocal equations of the negative subhierarchy into local systems of higher order, derive the generating function of the conservation laws and the N-dark-soliton solutions for the extended AKNS hierarchy. As an additional result we obtain the functional representation of the Landau–Lifshitz hierarchy.  相似文献

A one-parameter generalization of the hierarchy of negative flows is introduced for integrable hierarchies of evolution equations, which yields a wider (new) class of non-evolutionary integrable nonlinear wave equations. As main results, several integrability properties of these generalized negative flow equation are established, including their symmetry structure, conservation laws, and bi-Hamiltonian formulation. (The results also apply to the hierarchy of ordinary negative flows). The first generalized negative flow equation is worked out explicitly for each of the following integrable equations: Burgers, Korteweg-de Vries, modified Korteweg-de Vries, Sawada-Kotera, Kaup-Kupershmidt, Kupershmidt.  相似文献

A generalised Calogero-Moser many-body system, in which the particles possess extra internal degrees of freedom, is introduced and solved by the method of Olshanetsky and Perelomov.Further, the hierarchy of flows commuting with this system is obtained from a hierarchy of linear systems possessing SL(N) symmetry, by the usual method of reduction; thus they are shown to be integrable.  相似文献

Starting from a 3 × 3 matrix spectral problem, we derive a hierarchy of nonlinear equations. It is shown that the hierarchy possesses bi-Hamiltonian structure. Under the symmetry constraints between the potentials and the eigenfunctions, Lax pair and adjoint Lax pairs including partial part and temporal part are nonlinearied into two finitedimensional Hamiltonian systems (FDHS) in Liouville sense. Moreover, an explicit N-fold Darboux transformation for CDNS equation is constructed with the help of a gauge transformation of the spectral problem.  相似文献

广泛应用的二维直角坐标系下的Wilkins有限差分格式在计算一维柱面问题时,通过等角度划分周向网格能够获得严格的对称性,非等角度划分周向网格会产生较严重的不对称性.通过分析Wilkins有限差分格式在处理非等角度划分周向网格的一维柱面问题时破坏对称性的原因,指出周向网格的非等角度划分产生了周向压力分量,从而产生了周向加速度分量和周向运动速度,以此为基础提出一种对该有限差分格式进行修正的方法,将节点处的周向压力分量做算术平均运算,以消除周向压力分量,只剩径向压力分量起作用.因而该修正方法在以任意角度划分周向网格的条件下都能够保持严格的对称性.通过几个典型算例验证该结论,对对称流动,修正方法与原始方法所获得的结果一致,对非对称流动,二者有微小差异.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to the negative flows of the derivative nonlinear Schrödinger hierarchy (DNLSH). The main result of this work is the functional representation of the extended DNLSH, composed of both positive (classical) and negative flows. The rotation of polygons in a Type-II hydraulic jump prompts us to look for a rotational feature in the Type-I hydraulic jump. Coupling the radial and azimuthal flows breaks the azimuthal symmetry of the shallow-water circular jump. An unstable rotating wave along the circumference of the jump is possible with a kinematic viscosity of very small order, whose upper threshold value is less than the kinematic viscosity of water.  相似文献

Abstract

In this paper, we construct the bilinear identities for the wave functions of an extended Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (KP) hierarchy, which is the KP hierarchy with particular extended flows. By introducing an auxiliary parameter, whose flow corresponds to the so-called squared eigenfunction symmetry of KP hierarchy, we find the tau-function for this extended KP hierarchy. It is shown that the bilinear identities will generate all the Hirota's bilinear equations for the zero-curvature forms of the extended KP hierarchy, which includes two types of KP equation with self-consistent sources (KPSCS). The Hirota's bilinear equations obtained in this paper for the KPSCS are in different forms by comparing with the existing results.  相似文献
