Three monomeric boratranes B[(OCH2CH2)nN(CH2CMe2O)3−n] (n = 0, 1; n = 1, 2; n = 2, 3) have been synthesized by the reaction of B(OMe)3 with a series of triethanolateamines such as [(OCH2CH2)nN(CH2CMe2O)3−n]3− (n = 0, L1; n = 1, L2; n = 2, L3), where the number of CMe2 groups adjacent to the OH functionality varied from 3 (L1H3) to 2 (L2H3) to 1 (L3H3). These boratranes 1-3 have been characterized by solution 1H, 13C{1H} and 11B NMR, and the crystal structures of 1 and 2 have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Three monomeric germatranes, 1-isopropoxy-3,3,7,7,10,10-hexamethyl-2,8,9-trioxa-5-aza-1-germatricyclo[3.3.3.01,5]undecane (1), 1-isopropoxy-3,3,7,7-tetramethyl-2,8,9-trioxa-5-aza-1-germatricyclo[3.3.3.01,5]undecane (2), and 1-isopropoxy-3,3-dimethyl-2,8,9-trioxa-5-aza-1-germatricyclo[3.3.3.01,5]undecane (3) have been synthesized by the reaction of Ge(O-i-Pr)4 in refluxing toluene with corresponding triethanolamines, (HOCH2CH2)nN(CH2CMe2OH)3−n (n = 0, L1H3; n = 1, L2H3; n = 2, L3H3), where the number of CMe2 groups adjacent to a OH functionality varied from 3 (L1H3) to 2 (L2H3), and to 1 (L3H3). These germatranes 1-3 have been characterized by solution 1H and 13C{1H} NMR and the solid state structure of 2 has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

An efficient method for the preparation of carbosiloxane dendrimers with end-grafted SiH-bonds is given by using the alcohols HOCH(Me)(CH2)4SiMe3 − nHn (4a: n = 1, 4b: n = 2, 4c: n = 3), which themselves are accessible by the hydrosilylation of MeCOCH2CH2CHCH2 (1) with the chlorosilanes HSiMe3 − nCln (2a: n = 1, 2b: n = 2, 2c: n = 3) and hydrogenation of the latter species with Li[AlH4]. Alcohols 4a-4c can be used as starting materials for the preparation of carbosiloxane dendrimers of the 1st-3rd generation. For the synthesis of the 1st generation dendrimers, Me4 − mSiClm (5a: m = 1, 5b: m = 2, 5c: m = 3, 5d: m = 4) is reacted with 4a-4c in presence of NEt3 as base. The dendritic molecules Me4 − mSi[OCH(Me)(CH2)4SiMe3 − nHn]m (n = 1: 6a, m = 1; 6b, m = 2; 6c, m = 3; 6d, m = 4. n = 2: 7a, m = 1; 7b,m = 2; 7c, m = 3; 7d, m = 4. n = 3: 8a, m = 3; 8b, m = 4) are thereby obtained in excellent yield. Carbosiloxane dendrimers of the 2nd and 3rd generation with a MeSiO3- or SiO4-core can be isolated from the reaction of MeSi(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe2Cl)3 (9), MeSi(OCH2CH2CH2SiMeCl2)3 (11), Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe2Cl)4 (13) and MeSi(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe2Cl)2)3 (15) with 4a or 4b, respectively, under similar reaction conditions. Thereby MeSi[OCH2CH2CH2SiMe2OCH(Me)(CH2)4SiMe2H]3 (10), MeSi[OCH2CH2CH2SiMe[OCH(Me)(CH2)4SiMe3 − nHn]2]3 (12a, n = 1; 12b, n = 2), Si[OCH2CH2CH2SiMe[OCH(Me)(CH2)4SiMe2H]2]4 (14) and MeSi[OCH2CH2CH2SiMe[OCH2CH2CH2SiMe2OCH(Me)(CH2)4SiMe3 − nHn]2]3 (16) are formed as colourless oils.Compounds 3, 4, 6-8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 were characterised by elemental analysis as well as spectroscopic (IR, NMR) and mass spectrometric (ESI-TOF) studies.  相似文献

Treatment of [Fc-1-R1-1′-R2] (R1 = H, R2 = CH(O); R1 = H, R2 = CMe(O); R1 = R2 = CMe(O)) with LiCCCH2OLi (prepared in situ from HCCCH2OH and n-BuLi) affords the ferrocenyl-substituted but-2-yne-1,4-diol compounds of general formula [Fc-1-R1-1′-{CR(OH)CCCH2OH}] (R1 = R = H (1a); R1 = H, R = Me (1b); R1 = CMe(O), R = Me (1c)) in low to high yields, respectively (where Fc = Fe(η5-C5H4)2). In the case of the reactions of [Fc-1-R1-1′-R2] (R1 = H, R2 = CH(O); R1 = R2 = CMe(O)), the by-products [Fc-1-R1-1′-{CR(OH)(CH2)3CH3}] (R1 = R = H (2a); R1 = CMe(O), R = Me (2c)) along with minor quantities of [Fc-1,1′-{CMe(OH)(CH2)3CH3}2] (3) are also isolated; a hydrazide derivative of dehydrated 2c, [1-(CMeCHCH2CH2CH3)-1′-(CMeNNH-2,4-(NO2)2C6H3)] (2c′), has been crystallographically characterised. Interaction of 1 with Co2(CO)8 smoothly generates the alkyne-bridged complexes [Fc-1-R1-1′-{Co2(CO)6-μ-η2-CR(OH)CCCH2OH}] (R1 = R = H (4a); R1 = H, R = Me(4b); R1 = CMe(O), R = Me (4c)) in good yield. Reaction of 4a with PhSH, in the presence of catalytic quantities of HBF4 · OEt2, gives the mono- [Fc-1-H-1′-{Co2(CO)6-μ-η2-CH(SPh)CCCH2OH}] (5) and bis-substituted [Fc-1-H-1′-{Co2(CO)6-μ-η2-CH(SPh)CCCH2SPh}] (6) straight chain species, while with HS(CH2)nSH (n = 2,3) the eight- and nine-membered dithiomacrocylic complexes [Fc-1-H-1′-{cyclo-Co2(CO)6-μ-η2-CH(S(CH2)n-)CCCH2S-}] [n = 2 (7a), n = 3 (7b)] are afforded. By contrast, during attempted macrocyclic formation using 4b and HSCH2CH2OCH2CH2SH dehydration occurs to give [Fc-1-H-1′-{Co2(CO)6-μ-η2-C(CH2)CCCH2OH}] (8). Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies have been reported on 2c′, 4b, 4c, 7b and 8.  相似文献

Water-soluble functionalized bis(phosphine) ligands L (ah) of the general formula CH2(CH2PR2)2, where for a: R = (CH2)6OH; bg: R = (CH2)nP(O)(OEt)2, n = 2–6 and n = 8; h: R = (CH2)3NH2 ( Scheme 1), have been prepared photochemically by hydrophosphination of the corresponding 1-alkenes with H2P(CH2)3PH2. Water-soluble palladium complexes cis-[Pd(L)(OAc)2] (18) were obtained by the reaction of Pd(OAc)2 with the ligands ah in a 1:1 mixture of dichloromethane:acetonitrile. The water-soluble phosphine ligands and their palladium complexes were characterized by IR, 1H and 31P NMR. A crystallographic study of complex 1 shows that the Pd(II) ion has a square planar coordination sphere in which the acetate ligands and the diphosphine ligand deviate by less than 0.12 Å from ideal planar.  相似文献

A series of new palladacycloalkanes of formula cis-[PdL2(CH2)n] (9. n = 6, L = PPh3; 10. n = 6, L2 = dppe; 11. n = 8, L = PPh3; 12. n = 8, L2 = dppe) have been prepared by two routes. In the first route, the precursor bis(1-alkenyl) complexes cis-[PdL2((CH2)nCHCH2)2] (1. n = 2, L = PPh3, 2. n = 2, L2 = dppe, 3. n = 3, L = PPh3, 4. n = 3, L2 = dppe) were allowed to react with Grubb’s 2nd generation catalyst to give the palladacycloalkenes, cis-[PdL2(CH2)nCHCH(CH2)n] (5. n = 2, L = PPh3, 6. n = 2, L2 = dppe, 7. n = 3, L = PPh3, 8. n = 3, L2 = dppe), which were then hydrogenated to the palladacycloalkanes, 9-12. In the second route, the di-Grignard reagents BrMg(CH2)nMgBr (n = 6, 8) were reacted with the palladium complex [PdCl2(COD)] followed by immediate ligand displacement to form the respective palladacycloalkanes 10 and 12. The complexes obtained were characterized by a range of spectroscopic and analytical techniques. Thermal decomposition studies were carried out on the palladacycloalkanes 9-12 and the main organic products shown to be 1-alkenes and 2-alkenes.  相似文献

A straightforward method for the preparation of metallo carbosiloxanes of type Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe2[OCH2PPh2M(CO)n])4 (n = 3, M = Ni, 7a; n = 4, M = Fe, 7b; n = 5: M = Mo, 7c; M = W, 7d), Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe[OCH2PPh2Ni(CO)3]2)4 (8) and Me2Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe[OCH2PPh2Ni(CO)3]2)2 (11) is described. The reaction of Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMeXCl)4 (1: X = Me, 2: X = Cl) or Me2Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMeCl2)2 (9) with HOCH2PPh2 (3) produces Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe2(OCH2PPh2))4 (4), Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe(OCH2PPh2)2)4 (5) or Me2Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe(OCH2PPh2)2)2 (10) in presence of DABCO. Treatment of the latter molecules with Ni(CO)4 (6a), Fe2(CO)9 (6b), M(CO)5(Thf) (6c: M = Mo; 6d: M = W), respectively, gives the title compounds 7a-7d, 8 and 11 in which the PPh2 groups are datively bound to a 16-valence-electron metal carbonyl fragment.The formation of analytical pure and uniform branched and dendritic metallo carbosiloxanes is based on elemental analysis, and IR, 1H, 13C{1H}, 29Si{1H} and 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopic studies. In addition, ESI-TOF mass spectrometric studies were carried out.  相似文献

The new ferrocenyl substituted ditertiary phosphine {FcCH2N(CH2PPh2)CH2}2 [Fc = (η5-C5H4)Fe(η5-C5H5)] (1) was prepared, in 72% yield, by Mannich based condensation of the known bis secondary amine {FcCH2N(H)CH2}2 with 2 equiv. of Ph2PCH2OH in CH3OH. Phosphine 1 readily coordinates to various transition-metal centres including Mo0, RuII, RhI, PdII, PtII and AuI to afford the heterometallic complexes {RuCl2(p-cym)}2(1) (2), (AuCl)2(1) (3), cis-PtCl2(1) (4), cis-PdCl2(1) (5), cis-Mo(CO)4(1) (6), trans,trans-{Pd(CH3)Cl(1)}2 (7) and trans,trans-{Rh(CO)Cl(1)}2 (8). In complexes 2, 3, 7 and 8 ligand 1 displays a P,P′-bridging mode whilst for 4-6 a P,P′-chelating mode is observed. All new compounds have been fully characterised by spectroscopic and analytical methods. Furthermore the structures of 1, 2 · 2CH2Cl2, 3 · CH2Cl2, 4 · CH2Cl2, 6 · 0.5CHCl3 and 8 have been elucidated by single crystal X-ray crystallography. Electrochemical measurements have been undertaken, and their redox chemistry discussed, on both noncomplexed ligand 1 and representative compounds containing this new ditertiary phosphine.  相似文献

(Ferrocenylmethyl)(2-hydroxyethyl)amine (1) reacts with mono- (CH3CO2H and PhCO2H) and dicarboxylic acids (HO2C(CH2)nCO2H (n = 0-2), (E)- and (Z)-HO2CCHCHCO2H) to give the respective carboxylates, viz [1H](RCO2) (2, R = CH3; 3, R = Ph), [1H]2(O2C(CH2)nCO2) (4, n = 0; 5, n = 1; 6, n = 2), [1H]2((E)-O2CCHCHCO2) (7) and [1H]2((Z)-HO2CCHCHCO2) (8), as defined crystalline solids. Crystal structures of 2-8 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, revealing extensive hydrogen bonding interactions based predominantly on charge-supported N+-H···O and O-H···O hydrogen bonds, and on C-H···O contacts. Whereas the crystal assemblies of the monocarboxylate salts propagate preferentially in one dimension (2: cross-linked chains, 3: columnar stacks), those of the salts prepared from the dicarboxylic acids (including hydrogenmaleate 8) are best described as layered composite arrays resulting via alternation of polar, hydrogen-bonded layers and of non-polar sheets constituted by the ferrocenyl substituents.  相似文献

The alkenyl substituted fulvene compound, (C5H4)CMe(CH2CH2CHCMe2) (1), reacts with one equivalent of LiMe to give the lithium derivative Li{C5H4(CMe2CH2CH2CHCMe2)} (2). The reaction of 2 with Me2Si(C5Me4H)Cl gave the ansa-ligand precursor Me2Si(C5Me4H)(C5H4(CMe2CH2CH2CHCMe2)) (3), which after the subsequent reaction with 2 equivalents of LiBun yielded the dilithium salt Li2{Me2Si(C5Me4)(C5H3(CMe2CH2CH2CHCMe2))} (4). The alkenyl-substituted zirconocene complex [Zr{Me2Si(η5-C5Me4)(η5-C5H3(CMe2CH2CH2CHCMe2))}Cl2] (5) was synthesized by the equimolar reaction of 4 and ZrCl4. 5 was characterized by spectroscopic methods and by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The zirconocene compound 5 has been tested as a catalyst in the polymerization of ethylene at different temperatures and Al:Zr ratios, and also in the co-polymerization of ethylene and 1-octene, observing modest co-monomer incorporations. In addition, the cytotoxic activity of 5 was tested against tumour cell lines 8505C anaplastic thyroid cancer, A253 head and neck tumour, A549 lung carcinoma, A2780 ovarian cancer and DLD-1 colon carcinoma. Complex 5 showed the best cytotoxic activity on A2780 ovarian cancer (IC50 value of 36.8 ± 5.9 μM). This represents the highest reported cytotoxic activity of a zirconocene complex on A2780 ovarian cancer. In addition, the cytotoxic activities of 5, have been compared with those obtained using cisplatin.  相似文献

N-thioamide thiosemicarbazone derived from 4-(methylthio)benzaldehyde (R = H, HL1; R = Me, HL2 and R = Ph, HL3) have been prepared and their reaction with fac-[ReX(CO)3(CH3CN)2] (X = Br, Cl) in methanol gave the adducts [ReX(CO)3(HLn)] (1a X = Cl, n = 1; 1a′ X = Br, n = 1; 1b X = Cl, n = 2; 1b′ X = Br, n = 2; 1c X = Cl, n = 3; 1c′ X = Br, n = 3) in good yield. All the compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry (ESI), IR and 1H NMR spectroscopic methods. Moreover, the structures of HL2, HL3, HL3·(CH3)2SO and 1b′·H2O were also elucidated by X-ray diffraction. In 1b′, the rhenium atom is coordinated by the sulphur and the azomethine nitrogen atoms (κS,N3) forming a five-membered chelate ring, as well as three carbonyl and bromide ligands. The resulting coordination polyhedron can be described as a distorted octahedron. The structure of the dimers is based on rhenium(I) thiosemicarbazonates [Re2(L1)2(CO)6] (2a), [Re2(L2)2(CO)6] (2b) and [Re2(L3)2(CO)6] (2c) as determined by X-ray studies. Methods of synthesis were optimized to obtain amounts of these thiosemicarbazonate complexes. In these compounds the dimer structures are achieved by Re-S-Re bridges, where S is the thiolate sulphur from a κS,N3-bidentate thiosemicarbazonate ligand. Some single crystals isolated in the synthesis of 2b contain [Re(L4)(L2)(CO)3] (3b) where L4 (=2-methylamine-5-(para-methylsulfanephenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole) is originated in a cyclization process of the thiosemicarbazone. Furthermore, the rhenium atom is coordinate by the sulphur and the thioamidic nitrogen of the thiosemicarbazonate (κS,N2) affording a four-membered chelate ring.  相似文献

The allyl-substituted group 4 metal complexes [M{(R)CH(η5-C5Me4)(η5-C5H4)}Cl2] [M = Ti, R = CH2CHCH2, (2); R = CH2C(CH3)CH2 (3); M = Zr, R = CH2CHCH2 (4), R = CH2C(CH3)CH2 (5)] have been synthesized by the reaction of allyl ansa-magnesocene derivatives and the tetrachloride salts of the corresponding transition metal. The dialkyl complexes ] [M = Ti, R = CH2=CHCH2, R′ = Me (6), R′ = CH2Ph (7); R = CH2C(CH3)CH2, R′ = Me (8), R′ = CH2Ph (9); M = Zr, R = CH2CHCH2, R′ = Me (10), R′ = CH2Ph (11); R = CH2C(CH3)CH2, R′ = Me (12), R′ = CH2Ph (13)] have been synthesized by the reaction of the corresponding ansa-metallocene dichloride complexes 2-5 and two molar equivalents of the alkyl Grignard reagent. Compounds 2-5 reacted with H2 under catalytic conditions (Wilkinson’s catalyst or Pd/C) to give the hydrogenation products [M{(R)CH(η5-C5Me4)(η5-C5H4)}Cl2] [M = Ti and R = CH2CH2CH3 (14) or R = CH2CH(CH3)2 (15); M = Zr and R = CH2CH2CH3 (16) or R = CH2CH(CH3)2 (17)]. The reactivity of 2-5 has also been tested in hydroboration and hydrosilylation reactions. The hydroboration reactions of 3, 4 and 5 with 9-borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane (9-BBN) yielded the complexes [M{(9-BBN)CH2CH(R)CH2CH(η5-C5Me4)(η5-C5H4)}Cl2] [M = Ti and R = H (18); M = Zr and R = H (19) or R = CH3 (20)]. The reaction with the silane reagents HSiMe2Cl gave the corresponding [M{ClMe2SiCH2CHRCH2CH(η5-C5Me4)(η5-C5H4)}Cl2] [M = Ti and R = H (21); M = Zr and R = H (22) or R = CH3 (23)]. The reaction of 22 with t-BuMe2SiOH produced a new complex [Zr{t-BuMe2SiOSi(Me2)CH2CH2CH2CH(η5-C5Me4)(η5-C5H4)}Cl2] (24) through the formation of Si-O-Si bonds. On the other hand, reactivity studies of some zirconocene complexes were carried out, with the insertion reaction of phenyl isocyanate (PhNCO) into the zirconium-carbon σ-bond of [Zr{(n-Bu)CH(η5-C5Me4)(η5-C5H4)}2Me2] (25) giving [{(n-Bu)CH(η5-C5Me4)(η5-C5H4)]}Zr{Me{κ2-O,N-OC(Me)NPh}] as a mixture of two isomers 26a-b. The reaction of [Zr{(n-Bu)(H)C(η5-C5Me4)(η5-C5H4)}(CH2Ph)2] (27) with CO also provided a mixture of two isomers [{(n-Bu)CH(η5-C5Me4)(η5-C5H4)]}Zr(CH2Ph){κ2-O,C-COCH2Ph}] 28a-b. The molecular structures of 4, 11, 16 and 17 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

Reactions of neutral amino phosphine compounds HL1-3 with rare earth metal tris(alkyl)s, Ln(CH2SiMe3)3(THF)2, afforded a new family of organolanthanide complexes, the molecular structures of which are strongly dependent on the ligand framework. Alkane elimination reactions between 2-(CH3NH)-C6H4P(Ph)2 (HL1) and Lu(CH2SiMe3)3(THF)2 at room temperature for 3 h generated mono(alkyl) complex (L1)2Lu(CH2SiMe3)(THF) (1). Similarly, treatment of 2-(C6H5CH2NH)-C6H4P(Ph)2 (HL2) with Lu(CH2SiMe3)3(THF)2 afforded (L2)2Lu(CH2SiMe3)(THF) (2), selectively, which gradually deproportionated to a homoleptic complex (L2)3Lu (3) at room temperature within a week. Strikingly, under the same condition, 2-(2,6-Me2C6H3NH)-C6H4P(Ph)2 (HL3) swiftly reacted with Ln(CH2SiMe3)3(THF)2 at room temperature for 3 h to yield the corresponding lanthanide bis(alkyl) complexes L3Ln(CH2SiMe3)2(THF)n (4a: Ln = Y, n = 2; 4b: Ln = Sc, n = 1; 4c: Ln = Lu, n = 1; 4d: Ln = Yb, n = 1; 4e: Ln = Tm, n = 1) in high yields. All complexes have been well defined and the molecular structures of complexes 1, 2, 3 and 4b-e were confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. The scandium bis(alkyl) complex activated by AlEt3 and [Ph3C][B(C6F5)4], was able to catalyze the polymerization of ethylene to afford linear polyethylene.  相似文献

A series of monomeric pentamethylcyclopentadienyltitanatranes, [n = 0, 1; n = 1, 2; n = 2, 3], were synthesized by the reaction of Cp∗TiCl3 with corresponding triethanolamines such as (HOCH2CH2)nN(CH2CMe2OH)3 − n (n = 0, L1H3; n = 1, L2H3; n = 2, L3H3), which varied by the number of CMe2 groups adjacent to an OH functionality from 3 (L1H3) to 2 (L2H3) to 1 (L3H3), in the presence of NEt3. All complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and solution 1H and 13C{1H} NMR spectroscopy. Moreover, their solid state structures, which are slightly distorted three-legged piano stool geometry, have been confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. On activation with methylaluminoxane (MAO), these complexes showed good catalytic activity for the polymerization of styrene producing syndiotactic polystyrene (SPS) with high molecular weights. Compounds 1 and 2 bearing more than two pairs of methyl substituents on the side arms of triethanolamines showed the enhanced catalytic activities as the polymerization temperature went up from 50 °C to 110 °C, whereas less bulky complexes 3 and Cp∗Ti(OCH2CH2)3N (4) gave the decreased activities as polymerization temperature rose. Unlike 3 and 4, complexes 1 and 2 in the presence of MAO as a cocatalyst gave SPS with controlled bimodal molecular weight distribution. Bimodal properties were much distinct at low polymerization temperature.  相似文献

Four d10-metal coordination polymers based on the 2,4,5-tri(4-pyridyl)-imidazole ligand (Htpim), {[Zn2(Htpim)4Cl4] · 8H2O}n (1), {[Cd(tpim)2(H2O)2] · 4CH3OH}n (2), {[Cu2(Htpim)(PPh3)2I2] · CH3CN}n (3) and {[Ag(Htpim)](NO3) · CH2Cl2}n (4), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, thermogravimetric and X-ray structural analyses. Both complexes 1 and 2 show one dimensional ribbon-like structures. Via intermolecular hydrogen bonds, a 2D supramolecular network and 3D framework are formed for 1 and 2, respectively. Complex 3 shows a 1D zigzag chain with a CuI2Cu rhomboid dimer. Complex 4 shows a 1D ladder-like polymer with two different metallacycles. The luminescent properties of all the complexes have been studied in the solid state.  相似文献

In this work the synthesis of phosphane selenides (FcCC)nPh3−nPSe (2a, n = 1; 2b, n = 2; 2c, n = 3; Fc = ferrocenyl, (η5-C5H4)(η5-C5H5)Fe) from (FcCC)nPh3−nP (1a, n = 1; 1b, n = 2; 1c, n = 3) and selenium is described to estimate the σ-donor properties of these systems by 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopy. Progressive replacement of phenyl by ferrocenylethynyl causes a shielding of the phosphorus atom with increasing of the 1J(31P-77Se) coupling constants. The palladiumdichloride metal-organic complexes [((FcCC)nPh3−nP)2PdCl2] (3a, n = 1; 3b, n = 2; 3c, n = 3) have been used as (pre)catalysts in the Suzuki-Miyaura (reaction of 2-bromo-toluene (4a) and 4-bromo-acetophenone (4b), respectively, with phenyl boronic acid (5) to give 2-methyl biphenyl (6a) and 4-acetyl biphenyl (6b)) and in the Heck-Mizoroki reaction (treatment of iodobenzene (7) with tert-butyl acrylate (8) to give E-tert-butyl cinnamate (9)).The structures of molecules 1a, 1c, 2c, and 3c in the solid state were determined by single X-ray structure analysis showing that the structural parameters of these systems are unexceptional and correspond to those of related phosphanes, seleno phosphanes, and palladium dichloride complexes.  相似文献

The oligoether-substituted (CH3(OCH2CH2)n-; n = 1, 2 or 3) benzimidazolium bromides (3-7) and oligoether-linked (-CH2(CH2OCH2)nCH2-, n = 1, 2 or 3) bisbenzimidazolium dibromides (8-13) were prepared by quarternization of N-substituted benzimidazoles (1 and 2) with the bulky benzyl bromides (ArCH2Br: Ar = C6H2(CH3)3-2,4,6 and C6(CH3)5). trans-Bis(carbene) palladium(II) complexes 14 and 15 derived from 4 and 6 were synthesized by using Ag complexes as carbene-transfer agents in dichloromethane at ambient temperature. In addition, the reactions of 4 and 6 with Pd(OAc)2 and NaBr gave the Pd(II) dimers 16 and 17 which can readily be cleaved by triphenylphosphine to afford the benzannulated monocarbene (NHC) monophosphine Pd(II) complexes [PdBr2(NHC)(PPh3)] (18 and 19). All compounds have been fully characterized by using elemental analysis, 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectroscopies. X-ray diffraction studies on single crystals of 19a and 19b confirm the cis square planar geometry. In situ formed complexes from Pd(OAc)2 and benzimidazolium salts (3-13) and preformed Pd(II) complexes 14, 15, 18 and 19 were tested as catalyst for the Heck coupling reaction in water. The influence of the oligoether and benzyl substituents on N atoms and CH3-substituents on the 5,6-positions of benzimidazole frame were investigated under the same conditions in the Heck coupling reaction. In situ formed catalysts showed better conversions than the isolated Pd(II) complexes. The length of the oligoether spacer significantly increases the activity. The salts with two benzimidazole moieties connected by an oligoether as the spacer 8-13 showed similar catalytic activities in the Heck coupling reaction with the mono salts 3-7 bearing corresponding oligoethers on the N atom.  相似文献

Mono and doubly alkynyl substituted ferrocene complexes, [Fc(CH2OCH2CCH)n], 2-3 (2: n = 1; 3: n = 2; Fc = ferrocene) have been synthesized from the room temperature reaction of mono and 1,1′-dihydroxymethyl ferrocene, Fc(CH2OH)n , 1a-b (1a: n = 1; 1b: n = 2) and propargyl bromide, in modest to good yields. These new ferrocene derivatives have been characterized by mass, IR, 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopy, and molecular structures of compound 2 and 3 were unequivocally established by single crystal X-ray diffraction study. The crystal structure analysis revealed that 2 and 3 consist of infinite 1D zig-zag hydrogen bonded chains and 2D microporous hydrogen bonded network of molecules, linked by intermolecular C-H···O hydrogen bonding. The molecular structures of both 2 and 3 are further stabilized by C-H···π interactions.  相似文献

The organotin (IV) derivatives of 2-mercapto-4-methylpyrimidine (Hmpymt) R3SnL (R = Ph 1, PhCH22, n-Bu 3), R2SnClmLn (m = 1, n = 1, R = CH34, Ph 5, n-Bu 6, PhCH27; m = 0, n = 2, R = CH38, n-Bu 9, Ph 10, PhCH211) were obtained by the reaction of the organotin(IV) chlorides R3SnCl or R2SnCl2 with 2-mercapto-4-methylpyrimidine hydrochloride (HCl · Hmpymt) in 1:1 or 1:2 molar ratio. All complexes 1-11 were characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H, 13C and temperature-dependent 119Sn NMR spectra. Except for complexes 3 and 6, the structures of complexes 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8-11 were confirmed by X-ray crystallography. Including tin-nitrogen intramolecular interaction, the tin atoms of complexes 1-7 are all five-coordinated and their geometries are distorted trigonal bipyramidal. While the tin atoms of complexes 8-11 are six-coordinated and their geometries are distorted octahedral. Besides, the ligand adopts the different coordination modes to bond to tin atom between the complexes 1, 6, 7 and 2, 3, 4, 5, 8-11. Furthermore, intermolecular Sn?N or Sn?S interactions were recognized in crystal structures of complexes 4, 7 and 11, respectively.  相似文献

A series of germylene and stannylene (Me2NCH2CH2O)2E (E = Ge, 1; E = Sn, 2) complexes of group 6 metals and iron carbonyls L·M(CO)n (M = Cr, Mo, W, n = 5 (3-8), n = 4 (9, 10); M = Fe, n = 4 (11, 12)) were prepared. These complexes were characterized by 1H, 13C NMR, FTIR and elemental analysis. Ligand properties of 1 and 2 were compared to PPh3 and dmiy (N,N′-dimethylimidazolin-2-ylidene) using theoretical calculations (PBE/TZ2P) and FTIR. Ligand dissociation energies increase in the order Ph3P < 21 < dmiy, while donor strength rise in the order PPh< dmiy < 2 < 1.  相似文献
