[C6N2H18]2[Mo5O15(HPO4)2]·H2O的水热合成与结构表征   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
通过水热法合成了一个新化合物[C6N2H18]2[Mo5O15(HPO4)2]·H2O,并通过IR光谱、ICP、元素分析、差热与热重分析和X射线单晶衍射分析等手段进行了表征.结果表明,晶体属三方晶系,P3(2)21空间群,a=1.1231(1)nm,c=2.2802(5)nm,V=2.4911(7)nm3,Dx=2.835Mg/m3,Z=6,最后的一致性因子R=0.0227,wR=0.0675.阴离子中Mo5O15构成一环状结构,2个HPO4一个连在环的下方,一个连在环的上方,形成类似于“飞碟”状的结构,阳离子为2个质子化的四甲基乙二胺.  相似文献

以5-硝基间苯二甲酸,1,10-邻菲啰啉,硫酸锰(MnSO4.H2O)为原料合成了一种结构新颖的金属配位聚合物——[Mn2(C8H3NO6)2(C12H8N2)2]n(1),其结构经IR,XRD,TG-DTG和元素分析表征。X-射线单晶衍射测试结果表明,1属三斜晶系,空间群Pī,晶胞参数a=10.060 2(1),b=14.343 5(2),c=14.663 7(2),α=104.052(1)°,β=102.633(1)°,γ=110.460(1)°,Mr=888.52,V=1 812.69(4)3,Z=2,Dc=1.628 g.cm-3,F(000)=900。以30%H2O2为氧化剂,初步研究了1在苯乙烯氧化反应中的催化氧化性能。  相似文献

The crystal structure of copper sulfate templated by 2-methylpiperazine, (C5H14N2)[Cu(SO4)2(H2O)4] · H2O, was investigated using single crystal X-ray diffraction data. At room temperature, it crystallises in the monoclinic P21/n space group with the following unit-cell parameters: a = 6.9153(1), b = 23.1295(3), c = 10.4472(1) Å, β = 104.227(1)°, V = 1619.75(4) Å3 and Z = 4. The CuII cation adopts a slightly distorted octahedral geometry, arising from four water molecules and two sulfate tetrahedra leading to the formation of [Cu(SO4)2(H2O)4] units. The structure consists of isolated [Cu(SO4)2(H2O)4]2− anions, 2-methylpiperazinediium cations (C5H14N2)2+ and water molecules connected by a three-dimensional hydrogen-bond network. The thermal decomposition of the precursor, studied by thermogravimetry and temperature-dependent X-ray powder diffraction, proceeds through four stages giving rise to the copper oxide.  相似文献

The chemical preparation, crystal structure and spectroscopic characterization of [2,6-(C2H5)2C6H3NH3]2H2P2O7 · 2H2O have been reported. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system in space group P21/c and cell parameters a = 14.323(2), b = 11.158(3), c = 16.387(2) ? and β = 96.34(3)°; V = 2602.8(9) ?3 and Z = 4. Crystal structure has been determined and refined to R = 0.044, using 3528 independent reflections. The atomic arrangement of the title compound shows anionic layer of formulae [H2P2O7(H2O)2] n 2n stacked along the c-axis. The 2,6-diethylanilinium cations establish on both sides of these inorganic layer hydrogen bonds so as to contribute to the intralayer cohesion in the network. The different building species are held together by means of O–H···O and N–H···O intermolecular hydrogen bonds in addition to electrostatic and van der Waals interactions.  相似文献

The complex [Mn(C13H8N2OBr)2(C5H5N)2]·3C5H5N has been synthesized and characterized by X-Ray diffraction, IR and variable temperature (~10 to ~278K) magnetic susceptibility. X-Ray diffraction result for the single crystal shows that the crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=1.0969(3)nm, b=2.0903(5)nm, c=2.0481(6)nm, β=97.366(6), V=4.657(2)nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.47g·cm-3。  相似文献

The complex has been synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic techniques and single-crystal X-ray analysis. The crystal is orthorhombic , space group P212121 with a=1.6620(3)nm, b=1.7300(4)nm, c=0.5450(1)nm and Z=4. In the crystal lattice, the molecules create a two-dimensional network structure through hydrogen bonds. The C-H…O intermolecular hydrogen bonds connect the title complex to form layer super-molecular plane structure perpendicular to the axis b, with the layers stacked by the Van der Waals interaction. Colorless crystal, [Ce(NO3)5H2O]·(C3N2H5)2, has been obtained from the reaction of Ce(NO3)3 with imdazole in the aqueous solution and its crystal structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques.The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1. The cell parameters are: a = 0.7489(1) um, b = 0.7914(2) nm, c = 1.8139(3) nm, a = 89.39(2)°, β = 89.37(l) °,γ = 63.18(2)°, Dc = 2.1g·cm-3, Z = 2, R = 0.0319.In the compound, all of five nitrates are bidentate and one molecule of water is monodentate, the coordination number of Ce (Ⅲ) is 11.The processes of thermal decomposition of the compound was proposed by its TGcurve.  相似文献

The formation of the thioammelinium cation in an aqueous solution in the presence of uranyl ions is demonstrated. Single crystal X-ray diffraction study of (C3N5H6S)2[UO2(C2O4)2(H2O)] · C2N4H4 was carried out and the geometric characteristics of thioammelinium were determined for the first time. The crystals are triclinc, space group , Z = 2, a = 8.5201(11) ?, b = 11.4027(14) ?, c = 14.329(2) ?, α = 103.182(5)°, β = 99.607(6)°, γ = 109.698(4)°, R = 0.0526. The main structural units in the crystal are mononuclear complex groups [UO2(C2O4)2(H2O)]2− corresponding to the crystal chemical group AB 2 01 M1 (A = UO 2 2+ , B01 = C2O 4 2− , M1 = H2O) of uranyl complexes. Uranium-containing mononuclear complexes are connected into a three-dimensional framework through electrostatic interactions and hydrogen bonds involving thioammelinium ions, water molecules, and cyanoguanidine. A dinuclear Cd(Ⅱ) complex [Cdz (N3)2LzCl2]2·H2O (1) [L=4'-(4-eyanophenyl)-2,2':6',2"-terpyridine]was synthesized by reaction of ligand L with CdCl2 and NaN3 using solvothermal method and its structure was determined by X-ray crystal structure analysis. The structure indicates that the complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=1.644 5(16) nm, b=1.441 9(12) nm, c=1.9181(18) nm,β=100.349(11)°. V=4474(7) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.570Mg·m-3,μ=1.120 mm-l, F(000)=2 100, and final R1=0.039 3, wR2=0.0811. The result shows a Cd(Ⅱ) ion was sixcoordinated by a tridentate 4'-(4-cyanophenyl)-2,2' :6',2"-terpyridine ligand and one bridging nitrogen atom of the azide group in the basal position and an chloride atom and the other bridging nitrogen atom of the azide group in the axialone, to form a distorted octahedral-pyramidal geometry. The title compound [C4H12N2] 3 [PMo12O40] was synthesized from the hydrothermal reaction and charac-terized by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray signal crystal structural analysis. The crystal of the title complex belongs to trigonal space group R3c with a=1.788 62 nm, c=2.354 3 nm, and V=6.522 62 nm3, Z=6, R1=0.038 4, wR2=0.102 0. The compound consisted of piperazine and PMo12O403-, and the structure is extended to three dimensional framework owing to the hydrogen bond between the O atoms and N atoms. The bulk-modified carbon paste electrode (APM-CPE) using this compound as modifier shows a good electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of ascorbic acid(AA). CCDC: 707968.  相似文献

在水乙醇混合溶剂中,首次得到了2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙、1,10-菲啰啉与硝酸钆形成的配合物[Gd(C10H9N2O4)(C10H8N2O4)(H2O)3]2·phen·4H2O,并测试了其单晶结构。该配合物属三斜晶系,空间群为P-1。每个配合物分子中有两个九配位的钆的结构单元,每个钆离子与两个三齿配体2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙(分别以负一价和负二价形式)和三个水分子配位。每个钆单元在空间呈扭曲的单帽四方反棱柱。同时还有一个游离的1,10-菲啰啉存在于晶格中,通过氢键与配位水作用。生物活性试验表明该配合物对三种病原菌有一定的抑菌活性。  相似文献

Binuclear Copper (Ⅰ) Complex {Cu[μ-S2P(C2H5O)2](C10H8N2)}2 was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IRand X-ray diffraction analysis.The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P1 with Z = 1, cell dimentions are a = 1.0613 (5), b = 1.0723 (3), c = 0.9397 (2) um, a = 111.11 (4), β = 115.57(6), γ = 85.28(2)°, V= 0.8583(6) nm3.The structure was refined to R = 0.039 and Rw = 0.042 for 2527 reflection with Ⅰ≥3σ(Ⅰ).The complex exists as a centrosymmetric dimer with a Cu-S-P-S-Cu-S-P-Schair eight-membered ring in which Cu atoms are bridged by di-μ-S-P-Sgroups.  相似文献

A novel compound of {[(C6H5)NH]2C=NH(C6H5)}[B(C6H5)4]·C2H5OH is prepared and examined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data: C45H44BN3O, M = 653.64, monoclinic, space group P21/c, unit cell parameters: a = 24.375(2) Å, b = 17.5829(15) Å, c = 18.090(1) Å, β = 105.277(2)°, V = 7479.0(11) Å3, Z = 8, d calc = 1.161 g/cm3, T = 293 K, R 1 = 0.064. The structure contains two crystallographically independent cations, two anions, and two solvate ethanol molecules. Three types of interactions occur between them: interionic N-H(N)⋯π and N(H)⋯π⋯H(C), π-delocalized system of Ph rings of the anions, and interaction of ions with ethanol molecules N-H⋯O-H(O)⋯π. 以哌嗪为模板剂, 在水热条件下合成了一个新的具有二维拓展骨架结构的稀土硫酸盐[C4N2H12]3[Ce2(SO4)6(H2O)2]·H2O, 并对其进行了结构表征和热分析. 单晶结构解析结果表明, 该化合物晶体属于单斜晶系, P21/c空间群, 晶体学参数a=0.66335(10) nm, b=2.8088(4) nm, c=1.02212(15) nm, β=96.160(2)°, V=1.8935(5) nm3, R1=0.0466, wR2=0.1226. 该化合物由[—Ce—S3—Ce—S1—Ce— S3—Ce—S1—]八元环连接形成二维层状结构, 无机层间通过氢键连接成三维无限结构.  相似文献

在无水乙醇中, 使低水合氯化稀土 (RE = Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu) 与吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵 (APDC)和1,10-菲咯啉 (o–phen•H2O) 反应, 制得其三元固态配合物. 用化学分析和元素分析确定它的组成为RE(C5H8NS2)3(C12H8N2) (RE = Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu). IR光谱说明RE3+ 分别与3个PDC的6个硫原子双齿配位, 同时与o–phen的2个氮原子双齿配位, 配位数为8. 用精密转动弹热量计测定了它们的恒容燃烧热△cU分别为(-16788.46 ± 7.74), (-15434.53 ± 8.28), (-15287.80 ± 7.31), (-15200.50 ± 7.22)和(-15254.34 ± 6.61) kJ•mol-1; 并计算了它们的标准摩尔燃烧焓△cHmθ和标准摩尔生成焓△fHmθ分别为( -16803.95 ± 7.74), (-15450.02 ± 8.28), (-15303.29 ± 9.28), (-15215.99 ± 7.22), (-15269.83 ± 6.61) kJ • mol-1和 (-1115.42 ± 8.94), (-2477.80 ± 9.15), (-2619.95 ± 10.44), (-2670.17 ± 8.22), (-2650.06 ± 8.49) kJ•mol-1.  相似文献

Single crystals of [C7H5N2H(C3H5)]+[Cu3Cl4] were obtained for the first time by ac electrochemical synthesis from 1-allylbenzimidazolium and copper(II) chlorides in ethanol and structurally characterized. The unit cell parameters are a=8.6755(9) , b=8.846(1) , c=10.4540(7) , =85.36(1)°, =70.529(7)°, =83.29(1)° , V=750.5(3) 3, space group P , R(F)=0.0551. In the -complex, the copper and chlorine atoms form complicated infinite chains along the x axis. The 1-allylbenzimidazolium cation functions as an original bridge: it is coordinated by the Cu atom of one cuprous-chloride chain through the C=C bond of the allyl group and forms a N-HCl hydrogen bond with another inorganic chain through the N atom of the imidazole ring. The trigonal pyramidal environment of the Cu(1) atom includes three Cl atoms and the C=C bond; the environments of the Cu(2), Cu(3), and Cu(3a) are composed only of chlorine atoms. The complex [Co(Im)6](Cin)2 (Im=imidazole,Cin=cinnamate) was prepared by reaction of Co(PhCHCHCOO)2 with imidazole in ethanol. It has been determined by single crystal X-ray analyses. The crystals are triclinic, space group P, with a=9.7601(3),b=10.5935(3),c=11.3269(2)(A),α =69.948(1),β =71.027(1),γ =62.803(1)°, and Z=1. The crystal structure of the title complex consists of monomeric [Co(Im)6]2+ cations and cinnamate anions in which the cobalt(Ⅱ) ion assumes a centrosymmetric octahedral geometry with the CoN6 chromophore. In the solid state, the complex forms a three dimensional network through N-H… O hydrogen bonds, the intermolecular hydrogen bonds connect the [Co(Im)6]2+ cations and cinnamate anions.The cinnamate anions are nearly planar.  相似文献

以沙拉沙星为主要配体,对苯二甲酸为桥联配体,镉(Cd)为配位反应中心,利用水热法合成了新型配合物[Cd2(C20H17N3O3F2)2(C8H4O4)2].H2O(1),其结构经X-射线单晶衍射和元素分析表征。1属单斜晶系,空间群C2/c,晶胞参数a=19.994 1(8),b=11.166 6(3),c=22.561 4(8),β=95.826(3)°,V=5 011.2(3)3,Z=4,Dc=1.781 g.cm-3,R1=0.054 6,ωR2=0.099 5。1中每个Cd原子与一个沙拉沙星配体、三个对苯二甲酸以及一个游离的水分子配位,形成了具有无限伸展孔道结构的二维网络结构。  相似文献
