Dicobalt(II) complexes [{(B)CoII}2(μ-dtdp)2] (13) of 3,3′-dithiodipropionic acid (dtdp) and phenanthroline bases (B), viz. 1,10-phenanthroline (phen in 1), dipyrido[3,2-d:2′,3′-f]quinoxaline (dpq in 2) and dipyrido[3,2-a:2′,3′-c]phenazine (dppz in 3), have been prepared, characterized and their photo-induced anaerobic DNA cleavage activity studied. The elemental analysis and mass spectral data suggest binuclear formulation of the complexes. The redox inactive complexes have magnetically non-interacting dicobalt(II) core showing magnetic moment of ∼3.9 μB per cobalt(II) center. The complexes show good binding propensity to calf thymus DNA giving Kb values within 4.3 × 105–4.0 × 106 M−1. Thermal melting and viscosity data predict DNA groove binding and/or partial intercalative nature of the complexes. The complexes show significant anaerobic DNA cleavage activity in green light under argon atmosphere possibly involving radical species generated from the disulfide moiety in a type-I pathway. The DNA cleavage reaction under aerobic medium in green light is found to involve hydroxyl radical species. The dppz complex 3 exhibits significant photocytotoxicity in HeLa cervical cancer cells with an IC50 value of 2.3 μM in UV-A light of 365 nm, while it is essentially non-toxic in dark giving an IC50 value of >200 μM. A significant reduction of the dark toxicity of the organic dppz base (IC50 = 8.3 μM in dark) is observed on binding to the cobalt(II) center while essentially retaining its photocytotoxicity in UV-A light (IC50 = 0.4 μM).  相似文献

Half-sandwich organorhodium(III) complexes of the type [(η5-C5Me5)RhCl(pp)] (CF3SO3) containing polypyridyl ligands (pp) represent a promising class of cytostatic agents. Replacement of the polypyridyl ligands of complexes 1 (pp = phen) and 6 (pp = dppz) by methyl-substituted derivatives in 2-5 (pp = 4-Mephen, 5-Mephen, 4,7-Me2phen, 5,6-Me2phen) and 7 (pp = Me2dppz) leads to a significant improvement in their antiproliferative activity towards human MCF-7 and HT-29 cancer cells. For instance, the IC50 value towards HT-29 cells decreases from 4.3 ± 0.2 μM for 6 to 0.98 ± 0.49 μM for complex 7. In contrast, no activity (IC50 > 100 μM) was observed for the HOOC and n-BuNHCO substituted dppz complexes 8 and 9. UV/vis, CD and NMR spectra for mixtures of complexes 7-9 with CT DNA were in accordance with intercalation of the substituted dppz ligands between the base pairs of the double helix and direct evidence for this binding mode was also provided by a 2D NOESY study for complex 7 with the hexanucleotide d(5′-CGTCGG-3′). Each of the methyl-substituted phen complexes 2-5 is significantly more active towards immortalized HEK-293 cells (IC50 values 0.40 ± 0.02 to 0.94 ± 0.02 μM) than towards the cancer cells. Flow cytometric measurements of DNA fragmentation in BJAB cells following an incubation period of 72 h with 1, 5 and 6 indicate that the complexes induce specific apoptotic cell death in the non-adherent lymphoma cells.  相似文献

The DNA binding of polypyridyl (pp) (η5-C5Me5)RhIII complexes of the types [(η5-C5Me5)RhCl(pp)](CF3SO3) (2-6) (pp = bpy, phen, dpq, dppz, dppn), [(η5-C5Me5)Rh{(Me2N)2CS}(pp)](CF3SO3)2 (7-9) (pp = dpq, dppz, dppn) and [(η5-C5Me5)Rh(L)(pp)](CF3SO3) (10) (L = C6H5S) and (11) (L = C10H7S) has been studied by UV/Vis spectroscopy, circular dichroismus and viscosity measurements. Complexes 3-11 are cytotoxic towards the human MCF-7 breast and HT-29 colon cancer cell lines and exhibit IC50 values in the range 0.56-10.7 μM. Stable intercalative binding into CT-DNA is indicated for the dpq and dppz complexes by large increases ΔTm of 6-12 °C in the DNA thermal denaturation temperature for r = [complex]/[DNA] = 0.1 and by induced CD bands and large viscosity increases. In contrast, significant DNA lengthening is not observed after incubation of the biopolymer with the dppn complexes 2 and 9 at molar ratios of r < 0.08. Pronounced hypochromic shifts for the π-π transitions of the dppn ligands in the range 320-425 nm indicate the possible presence of surface stacking. The in vitro cytotoxicities of the chloro complexes 4-6 and the (Me2N)2CS complexes 7-9 are dependent on the size of the polypyridyl ligand with IC50 values decreasing in the order dpq > dppz > dppn. For instance, IC50 values of 5.3, 1.5 and 0.91 μM were determined for 7-9 against MCF-7 cells. Rapid Cl/H2O exchange leads the formation of aqua dications for 4-6, whose levels of cellular uptake and cytotoxicities are similar to those established for 7-9. Intramolecular interactions between the aromatic thiolate and dppz ligands of 10 and 11 prevent significant DNA intercalation. X-ray structural determinations have been performed for 2-7 and 11.  相似文献

Terpyridine copper(II) complexes [Cu(L)2](NO3)2, where L is (4′-phenyl)-2,2′:6′,2′′-terpyridine (ph-tpy in 1) and [4′-(1-pyrenyl)]-2,2′:6′,2′′-terpyridine (py-tpy in 2), are prepared, characterized and their photocytotoxic activity studied. The crystal structure of complex 1 shows distorted octahedral CuN6 coordination geometry. The 1:2 electrolytic and one-electron paramagnetic complexes show a visible band near 650 nm in DMF–H2O. The complexes show emission band at 352 nm for 1 and 425 nm for 2 when excited at 283 and 346 nm, respectively. The Cu(II)–Cu(I) redox couple is observed near −0.2 V versus SCE in DMF–0.1 M TBAP. The complexes are avid partial-intercalative binders to calf thymus DNA giving binding constant (Kb) values of ∼106 M−1. Complex 2 with its photoactive pyrenyl moiety exhibits significant photocleavage of pUC19 DNA in red light via singlet oxygen pathway. Complex 2 also exhibits significant photo-activated cytotoxicity in HeLa cancer cells in visible light giving IC50 value of 11.9 μM, while being non-toxic in dark with an IC50 value of 130.5 μM.  相似文献

Six new complexes constructed by 5-sulfosalicylic acid and bipyridyl-like ligands (2,2′-bipy and 1,10-phen), namely [Cu4(OH)2(ssal)2(phen)4 · 7H2O] (1), [Cu4(OH)2(ssal)2(bipy)4 · 2H2O] (2), [Cd(Hssal)(bipy)] (3), [Cd(HL)2(phen)2] (4), [Cr(ssal)(bipy)(H2O)2 · 2H2O] (5) and [Cr(ssal)(phen)2] (6) (H3ssal = 5-sulfosalicylic acid, H2L = p-hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid, bipy = 2,2′-bipy, phen = 1,10-phen) were prepared under hydrothermal conditions and their structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 1 and 2 are both tetranuclear copper complexes with a stepped topology. In complex 3, a new coordination mode of the Hssal2− group is reported in this work. During the synthetic process of complex 4, in situ decarboxylation of 5-sulfosalicylic acid into p-hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid is involved. Two chromium 5-sulfosalicylates (5 and 6) are reported for the first time. These new complexes display different supramolecular structures by O–H?O, C–H?O hydrogen bonds as well as π?π, C–H?π and O?π interactions. The results of magnetic determination show that ferromagnetic interactions exist in complex 1, however, antiferromagnetic interactions exist in 2.  相似文献

The chemistry of first row transition metal complexes obtained from the ligand dipyrido[3,2-f:2′,3′-h]-quinoxaline (dpq) have been reported. The reaction between Cu(ClO4)2 · 6H2O with dpq under different reaction conditions led to the isolation of three polymorphic copper(II) complexes [Cu(dpq)2(H2O)](ClO4)2 · H2O (2), [Cu(dpq)2(ClO4)](ClO4) (3) and [{Cu(dpq)2(H2O)}{Cu(dpq)2(ClO4)}](ClO4)3 (4). The bluish-green compound 2, obtained by reacting Cu(ClO4)2 · 6H2O with dpq in methanol, has a distorted trigonal bipyramidal structure with τ = 0.55. The reaction between Cu(ClO4)2 · 6H2O and dpq in dry acetonitrile produced the blue compound 3 in which the copper(II) centre has a distorted square planar geometry. When the condensation reaction between 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione and 1,2-diaminoethane was carried out in the presence of Cu(ClO4)2 · 6H2O in methanol, the green copper(II) complex 4 was isolated along with 1. The structure determination of 4 has established the presence of two different complex cations in the asymmetric unit and they are considered as co-crystals. In the zinc(II) compound [Zn(dpq)2(ClO4)2] (5), the two perchlorates are unidentately coordinated to the metal centre, providing a distorted octahedral geometry. The quinoxaline ring in 5 is involved in intermolecular π–π interactions, leading to the generation of a sinusoidal chain. The proton NMR spectra, especially those of the paramagnetic complexes [Ni(dpq)3](ClO4)2 (6) and [Co(dpq)3](ClO4)2 (7), have been studied in detail. The electronic absorption spectra and the redox behaviour of the copper(I), copper(II), cobalt(II) and cobalt(III) complexes have been studied. The three copper(II) compounds 24 show identical absorption spectra and redox properties when measured in acetonitrile, although in nitromethane they show small but definite differences in their spectral and redox features.  相似文献

Three dinuclear and one mononuclear copper(II)-1,10-phenanthroline ternary complexes, [Cu(L1)(phen)(OH)]2 (1), [Cu(L2)(phen)(OH)]2·3H2O (2), [Cu(L3)(phen)(OH)]2 (3) and [Cu(L4)2(phen)(H2O)] (4), with thiadiazole sulfonamide derivative ligands: HL1 (N-(5-ethyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)naphthalene-1-sulfonamide), HL2 (N-(5-ethylthio)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide), HL3 (N-(5-ethyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)benzenesulfonamide) and HL4 (N-(5-ethyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide) have been synthesized and characterized. In the four complexes each copper atom is five-coordinated. The structure of complexes 1, 2 and 3 consists of a dimeric unit with a C2 symmetry axis, where both coppers are bridged by two hydroxo anions. Magnetic measurements show that the dimer complexes are ferromagnetic according to the Cu–O–Cu angles. Cleavage experiments using pUC18 plasmid DNA in the presence of H2O2/ascorbic acid as an activating agent show that the title complexes are potent artificial chemical nucleases, the order of efficiency being 3 > 2 ∼ 1 > 4. Control cleavage experiments indicated that the dimer complexes are stronger artificial nucleases than the [Cu(phen)2]2+ complex under the same experimental conditions, while the monomer 4 has a lower nuclease activity than the [Cu(phen)2]2+ complex. The inhibition of the cleavage process in the presence of reactive oxygen intermediate scavengers suggests that the hydroxyl radical and the superoxide anion are reactive species for the breakage of the DNA strands.  相似文献

A series of novel octahedral nickel(II) dithiocarbamate complexes involving bidentate nitrogen-donor ligands (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) or a tetradentate ligand (cyclam = 1,4,8,11-tetraazacycloteradecane) of the composition [Ni(BzMetdtc)(phen)2]ClO4 (1), [Ni(Pe2dtc)(phen)2]ClO4 (2), [Ni(Bzppzdtc)(phen)2]ClO4 · CHCl3 (3), [Ni(Bzppzdtc)(phen)2](SCN) (4), [Ni(BzMetdtc)(bpy)2]ClO4 · 2H2O (5), [Ni(Pe2dtc)(cyclam)]ClO4 (6), [Ni(BzMetdtc)2(cyclam)] (7), [Ni(Bz2dtc)2(cyclam)] (8) and [Ni(Bz2dtc)2(phen)] (9) (BzMetdtc = N,N-benzyl-methyldithiocarbamate(1-) anion, Pe2dtc = N,N-dipentyldithiocarbamate(1-) anion, Bz2dtc = N,N-dibenzyldithiocarbamate(1-) anion, Bzppzdtc = 4-benzylpiperazinedithiocarbamate(1-) anion), have been synthesized. Spectroscopic (electronic and infrared), magnetic moment and molar conductivity data, and thermal behaviour of the complexes are discussed. Single crystal X-ray analysis of 3 and 8 confirmed a distorted octahedral arrangement in the vicinity of the nickel atom with a N4S2 donor set. They represent the first X-ray structures of such type complexes. The catalytic influence of complexes 2, 3, 6, and 7 on graphite oxidation was studied and discussed.  相似文献

The ortho-metallated complexes [Pd22(C,C)-C6H4(PPh2CHC(O)C6H5R}2(μ-Cl)2] (R = Ph (1a), NO2 (1b), Br (1c)) were prepared by refluxing equimolar mixtures of Ph3PCHC(O)C6H5R, (R = Ph, NO2, Br) and Pd(OAc)2 in MeOH, followed by an excess of NaCl. The dinuclear complexes (1a-1c) react with silver trifluoromethylsulfonate and bidentate ligands [L = bipy (2,2′-bipyridine), phen (phenanthroline), dppe (bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane), dppp (bis(diphenylphosphino)propane)] giving the mononuclear stabilized orthopalladated complexes in endo position [Pd{κ2(C,C)-C6H4(PPh2CHC(O)R}L](OTf) [R = Ph, L = phen (2a), bipy (3a), dppe (4a), dppp (5a); R = NO2, L = phen (2b), bipy (3b), dppe (4b), dppp (5b); R = Br, L = phen (2c), bipy (3c), dppe (4c), dppp (5c); OTf = trifluoromethylsulfonate anion]. Orthometalation and ylidic C-coordination are demonstrated by an X-ray diffraction study of 2c and 3c. In the structures, the palladium atom shows a slightly distorted square-planar coordination geometry.  相似文献

Five new Cu(II) complexes [Cu(psa)(phen)] · 3H2O (1), [Cu(psa)(2bpy)] · 0.5H2O (2), [Cu(psa)(2bpy)(H2O)] · 3H2O (3), [Cu(psa)(4bpy)] · H2O (4), and [Cu(psa)0.5(N3)(2bpy)] (5) (H2psa = phenylsuccinic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, 2bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, and 4bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine) were obtained under solvothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 2 and 3 were formed by one-pot reaction. In complex 2, Cu(II) ion is four-coordinated and locates at a slightly distorted square center. In complex 3, the coordinated water molecule occupies the axial site of Cu(II) ion forming a tetragonal pyramid geometry. Complexes 1 and 3 are of 1D chain structures, and extended into 2D supramolecular network by hydrogen bonds. Complex 2 is of zipper structure, and further assembled into 2D supramolecular network by hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions. Complex 4 is a 3D CdSO4-like structure with twofold interpenetration, while complex 5 is a dinuclear compound. The different structures of complexes 15 can be attributed to using the auxiliary ligands, indicating an important role of the auxiliary ligands in assembly and structure of the title complexes.  相似文献

DNA-binding and DNA-photocleavage properties of two Ru(II) complexes, [Ru(L1)(dppz)2](PF6)4 (1) and [Ru(L2)(dppz)2](PF6)4 (2) (L1 = 5,5′-di(1-(triethylammonio)methyl)-2,2′-dipyridyl cation; L2 = 5,5′-di(1-(tributylammonio)methyl)-2,2′-dipyridyl cation; dppz = dipyrido[3,2-a:2′,3′-c]phenazine, have been investigated. Experimental results show that the DNA-binding affinity of complex 1 is greater than that of 2, both complexes emit luminescence in aqueous solution, either alone or in the presence of DNA, complex 1 can bind to DNA in an intercalative mode while 2 most likely interacts with DNA in a partial intercalation fashion, and complex 2 serves as a better candidate for enantioselective binding to CT-DNA compared with 1. Moreover, complex 1 reveals higher efficient DNA cleavage activity than 2, during which supercoiled DNA is converted to nicked DNA with both complexes. Theoretical calculations for the two complexes have been carried out applying the density functional theory (DFT) method at the level of the B3LYP/LanL2DZ basis set. The calculated results can reasonably explain the obtained experimental trends in the DNA-binding affinities and binding constants (Kb) of these complexes.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of new symmetrical FeII complexes, [FeLA(NCS)2] (1), and [FeLBx(NCS)2] (24), are reported (LA is the tetradentate Schiff base N,N′-bis(1-pyridin-2-ylethylidene)-2,2-dimethylpropane-1,3-diamine, and LBx stands for the family of tetradentate Schiff bases N,N′-bis[(2-R-1H-imidazol-4-yl)methylene]-2,2-dimethylpropane-1,3-diamine, with: R = H for LB1 in 2, R = Me for LB2 in 3, and R = Ph for LB3 in 4). Single-crystal X-ray structures have been determined for 1 (low-spin state at 293 K), 2 (high-spin (HS) state at 200 K), and 3 (HS state at 180 K). These complexes remain in the same spin-state over the whole temperature range [80–400 K]. The dissymmetrical tetradentate Schiff base ligands LCx, N-[(2-R2-1H-imidazol-4-yl)methylene]-N′-(1-pyridin-2-ylethylidene)-2,2-R1-propane-1,3-diamine (R1 = H, Me; R2 = H, Me, Ph), containing both pyridine and imidazole rings were obtained as their [FeLCx(NCS)2] complexes, 510, through reaction of the isolated aminal type ligands 2-methyl-2-pyridin-2-ylhexahydropyrimidine (R1 = H, 57) or 2,5,5-trimethyl-2-pyridin-2-ylhexahydropyrimidine (R1 = Me, 810) with imidazole-4-carboxaldehyde (R2 = H: 5, 8), 2-methylimidazole-4-carboxaldehyde (R2 = Me: 6, 9), and 2-phenyl-imidazole-4-carboxaldehyde (R2 = Ph: 7, 10) in the presence of iron(II) thiocyanate. Together with the single-crystal X-ray structures of 7 and 9, variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility and Mössbauer studies of 510 showed that it is possible to tune the spin crossover properties in the [FeLCx(NCS)2] series by changing the 2-imidazole and/or C2-propylene susbtituent of LCx.  相似文献

The hydrosulfido complexes CpRu(L)(L′)SH react with one equivalent of O-alkyl oxalyl chlorides (ROCOCOCl) to form the corresponding O-alkylthiooxalate complexes CpRu(L)(L′)SCOCO2R (L = L′ = PPh3 (1), (2); L = PPh3, L′ = CO (3); R = Me (a), Et (b)). The reactions of the hydrosulfido complexes with half equivalent of oxalyl chloride produce the bimetallic complexes [CpRu(L)(L′)SCO]2 (L = L′ = PPh3 (4), (5); L = PPh3, L′ = CO (6)). The crystal structures of CpRu(PPh3)2SCOCO2Me (1a) and CpRu(dppe)SCOCO2Et (2b) are reported.  相似文献

The reaction of acetonitrile (15) and mixed acetonitrile/water 1:1 (69) solutions containing the cyanide-bearing [Fe(bipy)(CN)4] building block (bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine) and the partially blocked [Ln(bpym)]3+ cation (Ln = lanthanide trivalent cation and bpym = 2,2′-bipyrimidine) has afforded two new families of 3d–4f supramolecular assemblies of formula [Ln(bpym)(NO3)2(H2O)3][Fe(bipy)(CN)4] · H2O · CH3CN [Ln = Sm (1), Gd (2), Tb (3), Dy (4) and Ho (5)] and [Ln(bpym)(NO3)2(H2O)4][Fe(bipy)(CN)4] [Ln = Pr (6), Nd (7), Sm (8), Gd (9)]. They crystallize in the P21/c (15) and P2/c (69) space groups and their structures are made up of [Fe(bipy)(CN)4] anions (19) and [Ln(bpym)(NO3)2(H2O)n]+ cations [n = 3 (15) and 4 (69)] with uncoordinated water and acetonitrile molecules (15) which are interlinked through an extensive network of hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking into three-dimensional motifs. Both families have in common the occurrence of the low-spin iron(III) unit [Fe(bipy)(CN)4] where two bipy–nitrogen and four cyanide–carbon atoms build a somewhat distorted octahedral surrounding around the iron atom [Fe–N = 1.980(3)–1.988(3) Å (15) and 1.988(2)–1.992(2) Å (69); Fe–C = 1.904(5)–1.952(4) Å (15) and 1.911(2)–1.948(3) Å (69)]. The main structural difference between both families concerns the environment of the lanthanide atom which is nine- (15)/10-coordinated (69) with a chelating bpym, two bidentate nitrate and three (15)/four (69) water molecules building distorted monocapped (15)/bicapped (69) square antiprisms. This different lanthanide environment is at the origin of the different hydrogen bonding pattern of the two families of compounds.  相似文献

Four new mixed ligand nickel(II) complexes viz., [Ni(tren)(phen)](ClO4)2 (1), [Ni(tren)(bipy)](ClO4)2 (2), [Ni(SAA)(PMDT)] · 2H2O (3) and [Ni(SAA)(TPTZ)] (4) (tren = tris(2-aminoethylamine), phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, SAA = salicylidene anthranilic acid, PMDT = N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, TPTZ = 2,4,6-tri(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine) have been synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analysis, spectroscopic, magnetic susceptibility and cyclic voltammetric measurements. Single crystal X-ray analysis of [Ni(tren)(phen)](ClO4)2 (1) and [Ni(SAA)(PMDT)] · 2H2O (3) has revealed the presence of a distorted octahedral geometry. Superoxide dismutase activity of these complexes has also been measured.  相似文献

Ternary Cu(II) complexes [Cu(II)(saltyr)(B)] (1,2), (saltyr = salicylidene tyrosine, B = 1,10 phenanthroline (1) or 2,2′ bipyridine (2)) were synthesized and characterized by various techniques. The complexes exhibit square pyramidal (CuN3O2) geometry. CT-DNA binding studies revealed that the complexes show good binding propensity (Kb = 3.47 × 104 M−1 and 3.01 × 104 M−1 for 1 and 2, respectively). The role of these complexes in the oxidative and hydrolytic DNA cleavage was studied. The catalytic ability of 1 and 2 follows the order: 1 > 2. The rate constants for the hydrolysis of phosphodiester bond were determined as 2.80 h−1 and 2.11 h−1 for 1 and 2, respectively. It amounts to (0.58-0.77) × 108 fold rate enhancement compared to non-catalyzed DNA cleavage, which is significant.  相似文献

The current paper describes the synthesis and characterization of the following adducts: [Zn(4-mpzdtc)2(1,10-phen)] · H2O (1), [Zn(4-mpzdtc)2(2,2′-bipy)] (2), [Cd(4-mpzdtc)2(1,10-phen)] (3), [Cd(4-mpzdtc)2(2,2′-bipy)] (4), [Zn(padtc)2(1,10-phen)] (5) and [Cd(padtc)2(1,10-phen)] (6) (where, 4-mpzdtc = 4-methylpiperazinecarbodithioate anion, padtc = N,N′-(iminodiethylene)bisphthalimide dithiocarbamate anion, 1,10-phen = 1,10-phenanthroline and 2,2′-bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine). All the synthesized complexes were characterized by UV–Vis, IR, NMR, (1H and 13C) and fluorescence spectra. A single crystal X-ray structural analysis was carried out for complex 1. IR spectra of the complexes show the contribution of the thioureide form to the structures. The observed deshielding of the α-protons for 16 in the 1H NMR spectra is attributed to the drift of electrons from the nitrogen of the NR2 groups, forcing a high electron density towards sulfur via the thioureide π-system. In the 13C NMR spectra, the most important thioureide (N13CS2) carbon signals are observed in the region 206–208 ppm. Fluorescence spectra of complexes 5 and 6 show intense fluorescence due to the presence of rigid conjugated systems such as phthalimide and 1,10-phenanthroline. The observed fluorescence maxima for complexes with a MS4N2 chromophore in the visible region are assigned to the metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) processes. Single crystal X-ray structural analysis of 1 showed that the zinc atom is in a distorted octahedral environment with a MS4N2 chromophore. VBS equivalent to 1.81 supports the correctness of the determined structure. The piperazine ring in the dithiocarbamate fragment is in the normal chair conformation.  相似文献

Nine new compounds, namely [CuL1(biim-6)] · H2O (1), [ZnL1(biim-6)] · H2O (2), [MnL1(biim-6)] · H2O (3), [MnL1(biim-4)] (4), [Co2(L2)2(biim-5)3 · 6H2O] · 8H2O (5), [ZnL3(biim-6)] (6), [ZnL3(biim-5)] (7), [CdL3(biim-5) · 1.5H2O] · 0.5H2O (8) and [CdL4(biim-6) · 2H2O] (9) [where L1 = oxalate anion, L2 = fumarate anion, L3 = phthalate anion, L4 = p-phthalate anion, biim-4 = 1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(imidazole), biim-5 = 1,1′-(1,5-pentanedidyl)bis(imidazole) and biim-6 = 1,1′-(1,6-hexanedidyl)bis(imidazole)] were successfully synthesized. Compounds 13 are isostructural, and display 2D polymeric structures. Compound 4 shows a threefold interpenetrating diamondoid framework. In compound 5, the anions act as counterions, and the metal cations are bridged by bis(imidazole) ligands to form 1D polymeric chains. Compounds 69 show 2D polymeric structures. The magnetic properties for 1, 3 and 4 and luminescent properties for 2 and 69 are discussed. Thermogravimetric analyses (TGA) for these compounds are also discussed.  相似文献
