In this paper the electron axial channeling radiation has been compared with a free electron laser (FEL),and the possibility of reforming this type of radiation as γ–laser has been discussed.introducing equivalent magnetic field to describe ~electron’s motion,the pendulum equation and energy gain of the electron longitudial motion have been obtained using interaction of the electron with the radiation field. it shows that the channeling radiation is very similar to fel, if there exists standing wave field in the crystal.  相似文献

The proof of Bell's inequality is based on the assumption that distant observers can freely and independently choose their experiments. As Bell's inequality isexperimentally violated, it appears that distant physical systems may behave as a single, nonlocal, indivisible entity. This apparent contradiction is resolved. It is shown that resonance internal conversion offers a feasible tool for mastering nuclear processes with laser or synchrotron radiation. The physics of the process is discussed in detail in a historical aspect. Possible experimental application is shown in the case of the M1 70.6-keV transition in nuclei of 169 Yb. The nuclear transition rate in hydrogen-like ions of this nuclide can be enhanced by up to four orders of magnitude.  相似文献

The fluorescence intensity dependences on electron kinetic energy, or fluorescence excitation functions, for some aromatic (perylene and p-terphenyl) and heterocyclic (biphenylfuran, oxazoles, and oxadiazoles) compounds are studied. It is found that the addition of phenyl rings to the above molecules result in a moderate decrease in excitation function. On the other hand, introducing heteroatoms such as oxygen or nitrogen leads to a substantial decrease in excitation function.  相似文献

The fine mid-infrared absorption features of dimethyl methylphosphonate vapor have been characterized by using Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy, and the nitrous oxide was used for calibration purpose. The results show that the main P-O-C and P=O bonds related absorption bands of dimethyl methylphosphonate vapor are peaked at 1050.01 and 1275.76 cm-1 respectively, those two bands show continuous characteristics at resolution of 0.125 cm-1.  相似文献

By starting with a seed Newtonian potential–density pair we construct relativistic thick spherical shell models for a Majumdar–Papapetrou type conformastatic spacetime. As a simple example, we considerer a family of Plummer–Hernquist type relativistic spherical shells. As a second application, these structures are then used to model a system composite by a dust disk and a halo of matter. We study the equatorial circular motion of test particles around such configurations. Also the stability of the orbits is analyzed for radial perturbation using an extension of the Rayleigh criterion. The models considered satisfying all the energy conditions.  相似文献

The one-dimensional Coulomb system is known to have equilibrium states with nonvanishing electric field. These states are shown here to be analogous, and related, to the vacua which have been discussed for gauge theories in two or more space-time dimensions. The system exhibits confinement of fractional charges, which we dicuss with the purpose of offering a simple example of the-vacua phenomenology. Precise relations and connections between one-dimensional Coulomb gases and two-dimensional Abelian gauge theories, and quantum-mechanical matter systems, are discussed.Supported in part by National Science Foundation Grant PHY-2825390 A01.  相似文献

The effect of varying amounts (in the range 1–10 wt.%) of LiBOB (lithium bis(oxalato) borate) as additive in mixed liquid electrolyte on the electrochemical performance of lithium–sulfur batteries is investigated at room temperature. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) of lithium anode with LiBOB has two semicircles, corresponding to charge transfer impedance and ion migration impedance, respectively. The lithium anode with LiBOB shows a higher ion migration impedance, which could reduce the ionic diffusion rate in the anode. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observations shows that lithium anode with LiBOB has a smoother and denser surface morphology than the anode without LiBOB. The lithium–sulfur batteries with LiBOB shows the improvement of both the discharge capacity and cycle performance, a maximum discharge capacity of 1,191 mA h g−1 is obtained with 4 wt.% LiBOB. The lithium–sulfur batteries with 4 wt.% LiBOB can maintain a reversible capacity of 756 mA h g−1 after 50 cycles.  相似文献

Using a Langevin equation coupled with a statistical model, we calculate pre-scission giant dipole resonance (GDR) γ-ray multiplicity of nuclei 194 pb, 200Pb, 206Pb, and 200 Os. It is demonstrated that with increasing the isospin asymmetry of these fissioning nuclei the sensitivity of the emitted γ multiplicity to the nuclear viscosity coefficient is decreased significantly. For 200Os nuc/eus, this γ-ray emission is no longer sensitive to the magnitude of the viscosity coefficient. In addition, the effect of the isospin asymmetry on the γ rays as a probe of nuclear dissipation is reduced with increasing angular momentum. These results suggest that to obtain a more accurate information of the viscosity coemfficient by the measurement of pre-scission GDR γ-ray multiplicity it is better to choose those compound systems with small isospin asymmetry and low spin.  相似文献

The effects of periodic segregation of components in metastable (supercooled or supersaturated) binary alloys in the course of kinetic phase transformations as a result of laser irradiation of heterogeneous systems were studied analytically. Nonlinear processes of temporal and spatial selforganization of concentrationrelated structures were simulated using (i) a selfconsistent system of timedependent twodimensional equations for the distribution function for the sizes and spatial coordinates of the newphase particles and (ii) balance equations for the temperature and concentration of dissolved components; the latter equations account for nonlinearity of the particlesource function, sinks, for dependences of the phasetransition temperature on the surface curvature of particles and on the concentration of components, and for diffusive motion of particles in space. The domain of existence for the instabilities under consideration and the characteristics of the formed crystallizationrelated periodic structures are determined. It is established that nanoclusters formed during supersaturation of crystallizing material may play an important role in generation of selfoscillatory crystallization modes. Hydrodynamic aspects of liquidphase concentrationrelated stratification in heterogeneous systems based on immiscible components are considered.  相似文献

Polarization dependent loss (PDL) has been recognized as a critical issue because various inline optical components may have nonnegligible PDL effect that interacts with polarization mode dispersion (PMD). We investigated the impact of PMD-PDL interaction on degree of polarization (DOP), which is the most commonly used feedback signal in PMD compensation. The simulation results of a 40-Gb/s NRZ code optical transmission system show that the maximum PMD increases from approximately 40 ps to more than 45 ps, while minimum DOP declines from approximately 0.6 to approximately 0.2. The interaction of PMD and PDL also induces residual PMD underestimation of 5-8 ps, which causes degradation of PMD compensation performance.  相似文献

We discover a realisation of the affine Lie superalgebra and of the exceptional affine superalgebra as vertex operator extensions of two algebras with “dual” levels (and an auxiliary level-1 algebra). The duality relation between the levels is . We construct the representation of on a sum of tensor products of , , and modules and decompose it into a direct sum over the spectral flow orbit. This decomposition gives rise to character identities, which we also derive. The extension of the construction to is traced to the properties of embeddings into and their relation with the dual pairs. Operational solutions to fractional-order ordinary differential equations and to partial differential equations of the Black–Scholes and of Fourier heat conduction type are presented. Inverse differential operators, integral transforms, and generalized forms of Hermite and Laguerre polynomials with several variables and indices are used for their solution. Examples of the solution of ordinary differential equations and extended forms of the Fourier, Schrödinger, Black–Scholes, etc. type partial differential equations using the operational method are given. Equations that contain the Laguerre derivative are considered. The application of the operational method for the solution of a number of physical problems connected with charge dynamics in the framework of quantum mechanics and heat propagation is demonstrated.  相似文献

The zincosilicate analog of zeolite mordenite was hydrothermally synthesized in the presence of citric acid and characterized with several spectroscopic techniques.The zeolite thus prepared had a higher crystallinity and Zn concentration in the framework compared with the one obtained in the absence of citric acid.XRD and FTIR provided evidence for the incorporation of Zn in the framework.Results of XAFS indicated a tetrahedral structure of Zn in the lattice framework with a Zn-O distancd of 0.1938nm.It is speculated that the citric acid might decrease the concentration of Zn^2 in the synthesis mixture,there by preventing the unfavorable-formation of oxide or hydroxide species.2001 Elsevier Science B.V.All rights reserved.  相似文献

In the geometry of total backscattering, the intensity of scattered Mössbauer radiation is calculated. The contribution of various scattering channels to the spectrum is discussed: resonant and nonresonant, elastic and inelastic. Scattering at samples of different thickness is considered. The homogeneous coordinate ring of the Grassmannian Grk,n has a cluster structure defined in terms of planar diagrams known as Postnikov diagrams. The cluster corresponding to such a diagram consists entirely of Plücker coordinates. We introduce a twist map on Grk,n, related to the Berenstein–Fomin–Zelevinsky-twist, and give an explicit Laurent expansion for the twist of an arbitrary Plücker coordinate in terms of the cluster variables associated with a fixed Postnikov diagram. The expansion arises as a (scaled) dimer partition function of a weighted version of the bipartite graph dual to the Postnikov diagram, modified by a boundary condition determined by the Plücker coordinate.
