Information on the synthesis of a polyaniline film on glassy carbon covered with a Nafion film is obtained. The effect of electrochemical synthesis conditions on the process is studied. The relationship between these conditions and properties of obtained composite polyaniline–Nafion films is revealed.  相似文献

Swelling chitosan–polyaniline composite systems demonstrating a pronounced electromechanical response are obtained. The formation of a crosslinked structure in chitosan allows one to enhance elasticstrain properties of composites, but this is accompanied by a decrease in the bending angle under an electric field. Polyaniline as an electroactive component improves the composite system capability of deformation induced by an electric field. A galvanic replacement reaction was used to prepare silver–platinum bimetallic nanowires and platinum nanotubes. Silver nanowires, prepared by boiling aqueous silver nitrate with sodium citrate in the presence of small amount of sodium hydroxide, were used as the sacrificial template in the galvanic reaction to prepare silver–platinum bimetallic nanowires and ultimately hollow platinum nanotubes. The resulting nanomaterials are stable and can be isolated without core aggregation or decomposition. These new materials have been characterized by transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray analysis, and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy.  相似文献

The enzyme horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was used to polymerize acid‐functionalized anilines to make self‐doped polymer in the presence of a polycationic template. Anionic templates such as sulfonated polystyrene (SPS) could not function as a suitable template for the polymerization of acid‐functionalized aniline derivatives. Several types of polyelectrolytes were used as templates to observe the structural effects and doping behavior of polyaniline/template complexes. The synthesis is straightforward and the conditions are mild in that the polymerization of conducting polyanilines may be carried out in buffered solutions as high as pH 6, with a stoichiometric amount of hydrogen peroxide and catalytic amount of enzyme. The conductivity of these enzymatically synthesized self‐doped polymers was relatively high without additional doping due to the self‐doping of the acid moieties. The conductivity did not decrease dramatically at pH 3 as is the usual case of unsubstituted HCl‐doped polyaniline and maintained good conductivity even at pH 6. The measured conductivity at pH 4~pH 6 is around 10?4 S/cm to 10?6 S/cm.  相似文献

Polyaniline (PANI) nanocomposites were prepared with fly ash (FA) either by aging the starting materials (aniline and FA) before oxidative polymerisation or by including poly(styrene sulphonic acid) (PSSA) eliminating the aging step. The aging procedure formed polymer nanotubes that have cross-sectional diameters of 50–110 nm. The procedure involving PSSA produced nanorods and nanofibres composites that have diameters of 100–500 nm and length of up to 10 μm attributed to the presence of metal oxides and silica in FA. The electrochemical analysis of the PANI–PSSA–FA nanorod composites shows three redox couples with formal potentials, , values of 105 mV, 455 mV and 670 mV, and conductance, C, value of 1.21 × 10−2 S. The UV-Vis spectroscopy of the polymeric nanorod shows absorption maxima at 340 and 370 nm (due to π–π* transition of the benzoid rings), and 600–650 nm (due to charge transfer excitons of the quinoid structure), which are characteristic of emeraldine base.  相似文献

Li-Mn-spinel was synthesized using the rheological phase recation method,First,the precursor was prepared by rheological phase reaction.The it was decomposed to form Li-Mn-spine,which was characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis and IR spectra.The particle size of Li-Mn-spinel was determined by the method of the transmission electron microscopy.The synthesized materials are of nanometer size with 30-100nm in the average diameter.The electrochemical properties of the Li-Mn-spinel were also studied.It proved that this method not only provided a simple practicable and effective route for the synthesis of Li-Mn-spinel,but also had many advantages such as lower sintering temperature,shorter sintering time,fine particles and particularly excellent electrochemical performances.  相似文献

Metal-organic framework (MOF) thin films currently lack the mechanical stability needed for electronic device applications. Polymer-based metal-organic frameworks (polyMOFs) have been suggested to provide mechanical advantages over MOFs, however, the mechanical properties of polyMOFs have not yet been characterized. In this work, we developed a method to synthesize continuous sub-5 μm polyUiO-66(Zr) films on Au substrates, which allowed us to undertake initial mechanical property investigations. Comparisons between polyUiO-66 and UiO-66 thin films determined polyUiO-66 thin films exhibit a lower modulus but similar hardness to UiO-66 thin films. The initial mechanical characterization indicates that further development is needed to leverage the mechanical property advantages of polyMOFs over MOFs. Additionally, the demonstration in this work of a continuous surface-supported polyUiO-66 thin film enables utilization of this emerging class of polyMOF materials in sensors and devices applications.  相似文献

In the quest for biodegradable and environmentally friendly packaging materials, starch-based films have been considered as a potential alternative to address ecological problems that emerged from the use of nonbiodegradable petroleum-based plastics. Thus, this article presents a new biopolymer (sugar palm starch) for the preparation of biodegradable packaging films using the solution-casting technique. The effects of different plasticizer types (glycerol [G], sorbitol [S], and glycerol-sorbitol [GS] combination) with varying concentrations (0, 15, 30, and 45, w/w %) on the dynamic mechanical properties of sugar palm starch (SPS) films were evaluated. It was observed that the storage (E′) and loss modulus (E″) of the plasticized SPS films decrease as plasticizer concentration increases from 15 to 45%. S-plasticized films showed higher storage modulus (1000 MPa) than G (880 MPa) and GS (920 MPa) plasticized films, irrespective of plasticizer concentration.  相似文献

The dialysis method has been traditionally used for the conversion of native human plasminogen (Glu-Hpg) to lys-plasminogen(Lys-Hpg). Here is described a solid-phase synthesis method for the preparation of an acyl-plasminogen-streptokinase activator complex(APSAC) from Lys-Hpg, streptokinase (SK) and chemical modification agent(4-amidinophenyl-4‘-aminobenzoate hydrochloride) with the L-lysine-Sepharose 4B Column as the carrier. The new method significantly increases the product yield and purity over the liquidphase methods. The APSAC prepared with the new method exhibits a significant thrombolytic effect with a long half-life of about 8.8 h in rabbits.  相似文献

Novel thermosensitive hydrogels based on polymerization of N-isopropyl acrylamide, Sodium acrylate, and diacetone acrylamide were synthesized, The swelling ratio and dynamic swelling were investigated. The results indicated that the hydrogels exhibited high water uptake and themosensitivity. The dilational properties of a branch-shaped polyether-type nonionic demulsifier (PEB), a comb-shaped polyether-type nonionic demulsifier (PEC), and a star-shaped polyether-type nonionic demulsifier (PES) at the decane–water interfaces were investigated by Langmuir trough method through oscillating barrier and interfacial tension relaxation methods, which are mainly in the influences of oscillating frequency and bulk concentration on dilational properties. Meanwhile, the effect of demulsifiers on interfacial dilational modulus of diluted crude oil was also explored. The experimental results indicate that all demulsifiers can decrease the dilational modulus of diluted crude oil at the experimental concentration. The addition of PEB causes the dilational modulus of crude oil to be lower than that at the water–decane interface. The demulsifier PEC has a similar effect with PES to influence the interfacial film of crude oil: at low concentration, the dilational modulus of mixed interfacial film is lower than that of demulsifier alone, while at high concentration, the dilational modulus of mixed interfacial film is slightly higher than that of demulsifier alone. The dependence of static modulus on the bulk concentration is consistent with the trend of interfacial dilational modulus with concentration for demulsifiers PEB, PEC, and PES. The studies about the structure modulus show that the new demulsifiers PEC and PES have a stronger ability than branch-shaped demulsifier PEB to destroy the interfacial film.  相似文献

Composite microspheres composed of monodispersed poly(St-co-MAA) latices with diameter about 260 nm as core and Ag nanocrystals as shell were prepared by an in situ reduction method. The shell thickness could be controlled in the range of 15--45 nm by this coating process. The structure and the composition of the core-shell microspheres were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffractometry (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The formation of the composite microspheres is explained by the nucleation of silver on the surface of the latices followed by growth of the silver shell.  相似文献
