Nano-sized particles of manganese oxides have been prepared by a very simple and cheap process using a decomposing aqueous solution of manganese nitrate at 100 °C. Scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction spectrometry have been used to characterize the phase and the morphology of the manganese oxide. The nano-sized manganese oxide shows efficient catalytic activity toward water oxidation and the epoxidation of olefins in the presence of cerium(iv) ammonium nitrate and hydrogen peroxide, respectively.  相似文献

According to UV-visible spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction spectrometry, dynamic light scattering, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, nano-sized manganese oxides are proposed as active catalysts for water oxidation in the reaction of some manganese complexes and cerium(iv) ammonium nitrate.  相似文献

分别以乙酸锰(MnAc)、氯化锰(MnCl2)和硝酸锰(Mn(NO32)为前驱物,采用浸渍法制备MnAc/TiO2、MnCl/TiO2和MnN/TiO2三种催化剂,并采用氮吸附、SEM、H2-TPR、O2-TPD、XRD和XPS进行表征。在固定床反应器上研究了三种催化剂的联合臭氧催化氧化NO性能。结果表明,以乙酸锰为前驱物制备的MnAc/TiO2催化剂联合臭氧催化氧化NO活性最高;MnAc/TiO2催化剂颗粒分散性好,比表面积相对较大,催化剂表面Mn3+较多,因而具有较高的催化活性。  相似文献

The solid-liquid equilibrium diagrams of binary mixtures involving magnesium nitrate hexahydrate with cobalt nitrate hexahydrate, nickel nitrate hexahydrate (partly), manganese nitrate tetrahydrate, and iron(III) nitrate nonahydrate and of magnesium chloride hexahydrate with cobalt and nickel chlorides hexahydrates and manganese chloride tetrahydrate, and the of two manganese salts were determined. Those diagrams that showed a simple eutectic were fitted by the Ott equation and where the required BET parameters were available, the magnesium salt rich parts of the liquidus were modeled by means of this method.  相似文献

CaMnO(3) and Ca(2)Mn(3)O(8) were synthesized and characterized by SEM, XRD, FTIR and BET. Both oxides showed oxygen evolution activity in the presence of oxone, cerium(IV) ammonium nitrate and H(2)O(2). Oxygen evolution from water during irradiation with visible light (λ > 400 nm) was also observed upon adding these manganese oxides to an aqueous solution containing tris(2,2'-bipyridyl) ruthenium(II), as photosensitizer, and chloro pentaammine cobalt(III) chloride, as electron acceptor, in an acetate buffer. The amounts of dissolved manganese and calcium from CaMnO(3) and Ca(2)Mn(3)O(8) in the oxygen evolving reactions were reported and compared with other (calcium) manganese oxides. Proposed mechanisms of oxygen evolution and proposed roles for the calcium ions are also considered.  相似文献

以Mg(NO3)2和Ni(NO3)2为原料,用甘氨酸作为氧化剂,采用燃烧法制备约50nm的混合金属氧化物前躯体,再在H2气氛保护下的管式炉中用CaH2还原制备MgNi2合金。利用X-射线粉末衍射仪、透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜对样品的成分、晶体结构和形貌进行了分析,产品为粒度200nm左右的单相MgNi2合金粉末。制备MgNi2合金的最佳反应温度为850℃,反应时间为3h,制备混合氧化物前驱体时甘氨酸和硝酸根(Gly/NO3^-)的最佳配比为0.15。  相似文献

采用水热还原氧化法合成了高度分散的具有纳米纤维结构的钾矿型二氧化锰,并将其用来制作检测双氧水浓度的传感器.运用X射线衍射(XRD)仪、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和比表面积(BET)及孔隙度分析仪观察和表征二氧化锰纳米纤维的结构和表面形貌;用电化学工作站(EW)检测其传感性能.结果表明:在pH为7.4的磷酸缓冲溶液中,开路电压为0.2V的条件下对0.1%(w,质量分数)的二氧化锰纳米纤维修饰的玻碳电极(GCE)进行测试,测试结果为随着双氧水的浓度每增加0.1mmo·lL-1,响应电流的峰值就增加约1.3μA,在双氧水的浓度在0.1-1.5mmo·lL-1范围内得到的线性相关系数为0.996,这种电极的高灵敏度和优异的电化学活性可能归因于钾矿型二氧化锰纳米纤维的特殊纳米结构.这种传感器有很高的灵敏度和很好的重现性.综上说明这种廉价并且有很好的电化学活性的材料为设计新型电极生物传感器提供了更大可能.  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了Ag-TiO2共修饰的二氧化锰锂电池阴极材料,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、能量散射X射线能谱(EDS)、循环伏安测试(CV)、恒流放电测试、交流阻抗测试(EIS)等分别检测了所制备样品的物理-化学特性及相应的电化学性能特征.结果表明:空白二氧化锰与修饰后二氧化锰均为β 晶型,相比于未修饰样品,Ag-TiO2-MnO2 样品的形貌得到了明显的改变.修饰后样品大倍率的放电比容量显著提升,1C 下的容量由 75mAh·g-1 增加到 115mAh·g-1,Ag-TiO2-MnO2 样品 Mn-O 键能的增强对于抑制放电过程中体积膨胀也有一定作用,可以使二氧化锰材料保持较好的结构稳定性.  相似文献

Nanoscale manganese oxides within Faujasite zeolite have been synthesized with a simple method and characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction spectrometry, N(2) adsorption-desorption isotherms, transmission electron microscopy, and atomic absorption spectroscopy. The process of standardization of the use of electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectrometry in the determination of Mn(II) species in aqueous solution by comparison with atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) is discussed. It is shown that EPR signals obtained from standardized aqueous solutions of manganese(II) perchlorate and nitrate in the concentration range of 0.05-2 mg/l. do not vary significantly over the pH range 2.1-7.0. Study of the effect (on the manganese EPR signals) of the addition of inorganic ions commonly found in significant concentrations in natural waters, viz. chloride, sulphate and bicarbonate, has shown that such ions, at the levels reported to occur in surface fresh waters, will not complex manganese(II); however, evidence is obtained that humic acid/manganese complexes could be present in such waters. The EPR signals are not affected by ionic strengths of the levels found in fresh waters.  相似文献

MnO and Mn2O3 nanoparticles were prepared in air and argon atmosphere by thermal decomposition of nanocrystalline manganese carbonate synthesized by reaction of manganese(II) nitrate with glycerol. Samples were characterized using transmission electron microscopy, simultaneous thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. Average sizes of prepared nanoparticles were calculated from XRD patterns using Scherrer equation. Also, the conditions for decomposition of manganese carbonate were optimized to obtain optimal nanoparticle sizes. Due to suitable sizes of prepared nanoparticles and the initial material, this method can be used in a wide range of industrial applications.  相似文献

The constrained DET (diffusive equilibrium in thin films) probe filled with agarose gel was successfully used for measuring depth profiles of metals and anions in estuarine sediments at high-resolution (mm). The agarose gel was tested for equilibration times and recoveries. For manganese (10 mg l(-1)), the equilibration time between an aqueous solution and the agarose gel was reached after 60 min. In the presence of humic acids it was five times longer. As a consequence, for field applications a deployment time of 5-24 h was applied. The subsequent elution of manganese into nitric acid was completed in less than 10 min even without mixing. For agarose gel in contact with solutions of 10 mg l(-1) ions (cadmium, copper and manganese, bromide, chloride, nitrate and sulfate), recoveries obtained were close to 100%. DET probes were applied in test laboratory sediment and in real sediment in the Authie (France) estuary. Depth profiles for 19 elements (Ag, As, Ba, Bi, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Sb, Se, Sr, Tl, V, and Zn) and four anions (bromide, chloride, nitrate and sulfate) were established for the test laboratory sediment. In the real sediment, the pore water concentrations of iron and manganese using gel probes were comparable with those obtained by a conventional method (box core-anoxic slicing followed by centrifugation).  相似文献

Although directly relevant to metal mediated biological nitrification as well as the coordination chemistry of peroxide, the metal complexes of hydroxylamines and their functionalized variants remain largely unexplored. The chelating hydroxylamine ligand N,N-bis(2-{pyrid-2-ylethyl})hydroxylamine can be readily generated via a solvent free reaction in high purity; however, the ligand is prone to decomposition which can hamper metal reaction. N,N-bis(2-{pyrid-2-ylethyl})hydroxylamine forms stable complexes with chromium(III), manganese(II), nickel(II), and cadmium(II) ions, coordinating in a side-on mode in the case of chromium and via the nitrogen in the case of the latter three metal ions. The hydroxylamine ligand can also be reduced to form N,N-bis(2-{pyrid-2-ylethyl})amine upon exposure to a stoichiometric amount of the metal salts cobalt(II) nitrate, vanadium(III) chloride, and iron(II) chloride. In the reaction with cobalt nitrate, the reduced ligand then chelates to the metal to form [N,N-bis(2-{pyrid-2-ylethyl})amine]dinitrocobalt(II). Upon reaction with vanadium(III) chloride and iron(III) chloride, the reduced ligand is isolated as the protonated free base, resulting from a metal-mediated decomposition reaction.  相似文献

In this work, the effect of immersion in silver nitrate solution on activated carbon fibers (ACFs) was investigated in relation to adsorption behavior and antibacterial activity of ACFs supported with silver (ACF/Ag). The pore and surface properties were studied in terms of BET volumetric measurement with nitrogen adsorption, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The antibacterial activities of ACF/Ag were studied in broth dilution tests against Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and Escherichia coli (E. coli) from a point of view of water purification. As an experimental result, the silver content of ACF/Ag increased with increasing concentration of silver nitrate. It was found that the micropore structure slightly decreased as the silver nitrate concentration increased. Otherwise, it was revealed that the ACF/Ag possessed a strong antibacterial activity and an inhibitory effect for the growing of E. coli and S. aureus, respectively. Silver content on ACF/Ag decreased rapidly because of rough morphology of silver particles in water erosion.  相似文献

SnO_2/中空洋葱状碳纳米复合材料的制备及电化学性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以炭黑为原料,硝酸铁为催化剂前驱体,氮气气氛下1000℃高温炭化制备了直径为40nm的中空洋葱状碳纳米颗粒(OC).用SnCl2/乙醇溶液浸渍,空气中350℃氧化得到SnO2/OC复合材料.进一步对该复合材料进行酸处理制备OC包覆的SnO2电极材料.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和热失重分析(TGA)对OC和SnO2/OC复合材料进行表征;利用恒电流充放电和循环伏安(CV)方法对复合材料作为锂离子电池负极材料的电化学性能进行表征.结果表明:酸处理后的复合材料的循环性能得到明显改善,50次循环后可逆容量保持为446mAh·g-1,OC起到了缓冲SnO2膨胀和阻止团聚的作用.  相似文献
