A novel method for the preparation of derivatives of 7-amino-3-phenoxazone
Derivatives of 7-amino-3-phenoxazone were prepared by condensation of p-nitrosoaniline with various phenols. Purification, usually needing column chromatography, was achieved by simple recrystallization.

A new method for preparing hydrogenated pterines by catalytic hydrogenation in halogenated acids is described. The best results are obtained with platinum or rhodium in trifluoracetic acid. By this procedure the complete and selective hydrogenation of the pyrazine nucleus of pterine, its N-methylated derivatives and of folic acid is effected in short time. For the first time the oxygen sensitive hydrogenation products have been isolated as hydrochlorides or sulphates. Some UV., NMR. and pKa data of 5,6, 7,8-tetrahydrogenated pterines are given.  相似文献

On Organophosphorus Compounds. XV. Preparation and Reactions of Trimethylsilyl Esters of Phosphinic Acids Trimethylsilylesters of Phosphinic acids R2P(X)YSi(CH3)3 (R ? CH3, C2H5, C3H7, t?C4H9, C6H5; X, Y ? O, S) were prepared by 7 different methods as in some cases easily hydrolysable but thermally remarkably stable compounds. The properties and some reactions of these substances are reported, their structures confirmed by IR? as well as 1H- and 31P-NMR-spectroscopy. The method described works refractometrically on the principle of Toeplers schlieren optics. It provides the possibility for a faster quantitative estimation of protein solutions than expected for microelectrophoresis until today. There is no need for dialysis. The measuring system works with high sensitivity and accuracy. The assumed superiority of the interferometrical method was found to be only limited.
