A New Facile Method for the Dealkylation of Phosphonic and Phosphinic Acid Esters The synthesis of phosphonic and phosphinic acid esters of the type is realized by reaction of dialkylphosphonates and O-alkylphosphinates with chlorotrimethylsilane in the presence of catalytical amounts of NH₄Cl and hexamethyldisilazane (HMDZ).

Synthesis of Phosphoric Acid Ester Chlorides, Phosphinic Acid Chlorides, Diphosphoric Acid Tetraesters, and Phosphinic Acid Anhydrides by Action of the System Triphenylphosphine/Carbon Tetrachloride on Phosphoric Acid Esters and Phosphinic Acids Phosphoric acid mono- and diesters and phosphinic acids react with triphenylphosphine/carbon tetrachloride to acid chlorides or corresponding acid anhydrides. In presence of triethylamine only acid anhydrides can be obtained.     

Neues Verfahren zur Darstellung von 7-Amino-3-phenoxazon-derivaten

Zusammenfassung Durch Kondensation von p-Nitrosoanilin mit Phenolen wurden einige Derivate von 7-Amino-3-phenoxazon dargestellt. Analytisch reine Substanzen konnten durch bloßes Umkristallisieren der Rohprodukte gewonnen werden.

A novel method for the preparation of derivatives of 7-amino-3-phenoxazone

Derivatives of 7-amino-3-phenoxazone were prepared by condensation of p-nitrosoaniline with various phenols. Purification, usually needing column chromatography, was achieved by simple recrystallization.

     

Über Pterinchemie. 14. Mitteilung. Neues Verfahren zur Darstellung und Stabilisierung von Tetrahydrofolsäure und Tetrahydropterinen

A new method for preparing hydrogenated pterines by catalytic hydrogenation in halogenated acids is described. The best results are obtained with platinum or rhodium in trifluoracetic acid. By this procedure the complete and selective hydrogenation of the pyrazine nucleus of pterine, its N-methylated derivatives and of folic acid is effected in short time. For the first time the oxygen sensitive hydrogenation products have been isolated as hydrochlorides or sulphates. Some UV., NMR. and pK_a data of 5,6, 7,8-tetrahydrogenated pterines are given.

On Organophosphorus Compounds. XV. Preparation and Reactions of Trimethylsilyl Esters of Phosphinic Acids Trimethylsilylesters of Phosphinic acids R₂P(X)YSi(CH₃)₃ (R ? CH₃, C₂H₅, C₃H₇, t?C₄H₉, C₆H₅; X, Y ? O, S) were prepared by 7 different methods as in some cases easily hydrolysable but thermally remarkably stable compounds. The properties and some reactions of these substances are reported, their structures confirmed by IR? as well as ¹H- and ³¹P-NMR-spectroscopy. Darstellung von α-aminophosphonsäureestern und verwandten Verbindungen

Zusammenfassung Aus N-Fluorsulfonylaldiminen und Phosphorigsäuredialkylestern werden N-Fluorsulfonyl--amino-phosphonsäureester erhalten. Durch saure Verseifung können hieraus je nach den Bedingungen -Aminophosphonsäuren oder deren Ester gewonnen werden. Durch Anlagerung sekundärer Phosphinoxide sekundärer Phosphine oder tertiärer Phosphinhydrohalogenide an N-Fluorsulfonylaldimine entstehen in -Stellung durch die N-Fluorsulfonylamido-Gruppe substituierte tertiäre Phosphinoxide, tertiäre Phosphine oder Phosphoniumsalze.Herrn Dr. Dr. h. c.Gerhard Schrader zum 65. Neues Verfahren zur freien Mikroelektrophorese von Proteinlösungen

The method described works refractometrically on the principle of Toeplers schlieren optics. It provides the possibility for a faster quantitative estimation of protein solutions than expected for microelectrophoresis until today. There is no need for dialysis. The measuring system works with high sensitivity and accuracy. The assumed superiority of the interferometrical method was found to be only limited. The curves of the gradient and integral are recorded simultaneously.
