A route to cyclic peroxides containing 1,2-dioxolane, 1,2-dioxane or 1,2-dioxepane rings is described. These compounds present simpler structures related to the bicyclic core of stolonoxides, metabolites with marked cytotoxicity against several mammalian tumor cell lines, isolated from the marine tunicate Stolonica socialis. The key synthetic step consists in the intramolecular Michael addition of a secondary hydroperoxide group to an α,β-unsaturated ester.  相似文献

Ring opening of titanacyclopentadienes 1 with (SCN)2 or (SeCN)2 followed by bis(thiocyanate) or bis(selenocyanate) cyclization affords 1,2-dithiin ( 2 a ) or 1,2-diselenin ( 2 b ), respectively. Compound 1 gives 2 a directly on reaction with S2Cl2. Unsubstituted 1,2-diselenin is prepared by reaction of PhCH2SeNa with 1,4-bis(trimethylsilyl)-1,3-butadiyne followed by reductive cleavage of the benzyl group and oxidation. The unsubstituted 2-selenathiin is prepared in an analogous manner, but from a mixture of PhCH2SeNa and PhCH2SNa.  相似文献

The conventional strain energies of 1,2-dihydroazete, 2,3-dihydroazete, 1,2-dihydrophosphete, and 2,3-dihydrophosphete are determined within the isodesmic, homodesmotic, and hyperhomodesmotic models. Optimum equilibrium geometries, harmonic vibrational frequencies, and corresponding electronic energies and zero-point vibrational energies are computed for all pertinent molecular systems using SCF theory, second-order perturbation theory, and density functional theory and employing the correlation consistent basis sets cc-pVDZ, cc-pVTZ, and cc-pVQZ. Single-point fourth-order perturbation theory, CCSD, and CCSD(T) calculations employing the cc-pVTZ and the cc-pVQZ basis sets are computed using the MP2/cc-pVTZ and MP2/cc-pVQZ optimized geometries, respectfully, to ascertain the contribution of higher order correlation. Three DFT functionals, B3LYP, wB97XD, and M06-2X, are employed to determine whether they can yield results similar to those obtained at the CCSD(T) level.  相似文献

Diacenaphtho[1,2-c:1,2-e]-1,2-dithiin 2 was synthesized in 23% yield by the reaction of acenaphthylene with elemental sulfur at 120 °C. This reaction also afforded either diacenaphtho[1,2-b:1,2-d]thiophene 1 or diacenaphtho[1,2-b:1,2-e]-dihydro[e]-1,4-dithiin 3 depending on the reaction time. Compound 2 was desulfurized and converted to 1 under UV-vis irradiation in a benzene solution. Reaction of 2 with Pt(COD)2 yielded the complex Pt(COD)(C24H12S2) 4 (COD=1,5-cyclooctadiene) by insertion of a Pt(COD) group into the S-S bond of 2. When heated, 4 was desulfurized and converted to 1 by elimination of a (COD)PtS grouping. Compounds 1-4 were characterized crystallographically.  相似文献

Hydrazonoyl bromides 1a-c react with 5-amino-3-phenyl-1H-pyrazole, 5-amino-1H-1,2,4-triazole, 2-aminopyridine, and 2-aminobenzimidazole to afford the corresponding imidazol[1,2-b]pyrazoles 10, imidazo[1,2-b]-1,2,4-triazoles 11, imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines 16, imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidines 17, and imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazoles 20, respectively. Abstract

From dilatometric method at 293.15,303,15, and 313.15K for binary mixtures of water and 1,2-alkane diols, the excess molar volumes, VE and the partial molar volumes, V i of both components at 293.15 K have been obtained as a function of mixtures composition. Excess molar volumes were calculated and correlated by a Redlich-Kister type function in terms of mole fraction. The partial molar volumes have been extrapolated to zero concentration to obtain the limiting values at infinite dilution, V 0 i . All mixtures showed negative values and decreases with the chain length of diols. The values become less negative with increasing temperature. The results are explained in terms of dissociation of the self-associated diol molecules and the formation of aggregates between unlike molecules.  相似文献
