In this paper, we present a numerical approach for analyzing thermo-visco-plastic deformation in one dimension. The method, which is accurate to second order, is based on integration along the characteristic lines. It is able to simulate fully localized plastic flow with high resolution and good efficiency. We apply this numerical scheme to the analysis of shear localization, emphasizing the interactions between a single shear band and its surroundings and among the members of a periodic array of shear bands. It is found that a shear band may grow intermittently due to interactions with other bands. The developed method is specifically adequate for analyzing the self-organized multiple adiabatic formation process, which will be discussed in the follow-up paper.  相似文献

A vertical 2Dxz laterally averaged hydrodynamic model is presented in this paper to study the aeration process in lakes. The system exhibits highly nonlinear behaviour due to the phenomena involved such as stratification, air concentration, and convective terms. The suggested model is used to simulate mechanical aeration to overcome and prevent the eutrophication in lakes. The multiquadric radial basis functions are used to solve numerically the governing partial differential equations. Because of the difficulty and the complexity when choosing a suitable shape parameter in radial basis functions, an alternative way is introduced in this work to overcome these difficulties. A validation study is carried out using several test examples, including Poisson, Navier–Stokes and transport equations. Finally, the proposed model is first applied to simulate a squared domain aeration problem and then a real test case has been considered. The obtained results are in good agreement with the results reported in the literature.  相似文献

有限质点法是以向量式力学为基础的新兴结构分析方法,本文将其应用于冲击荷载作用下的网壳结构的倒塌破坏模拟中。以空间杆单元为例建立了有限质点法的基本方程,推导了求解几何和材料非线性问题的基本公式。为计算断裂问题,建立了空间杆单元的断裂准则和断裂模型,发展了有限质点法进行断裂分析的基本算法。通过对某双层网壳冲击荷载下破坏过程的模拟和分析,验证了该方法在结构倒塌破坏过程模拟中的有效性和适用性。  相似文献

采用具有高分辨率的NND格式,通过数值求解N-S方程对典型外形多喷口侧向喷流复杂干扰流动进行了数值模拟. 为了提高计算效率,采用了LU-SGS隐式算法. 采用分块对接网格技术,生成高质量的贴体计算网格,精确模拟喷口截面. 对比分析了不同计算格式、限制器形式、网格拓扑及流动形态(层流与湍流)对喷流干扰流场结构和压力分布特性的影响,研究和分析了喷口附近流场的涡系结构、波系结构和喷流干扰引起的气动力特性. 在上述研究的基础上,针对典型飞行器外形的侧向喷流干扰特性进行了详细的数值模拟,得到了喷口参数(喷口位置、数目等)及来流条件对喷流干扰流场结构、气动力特性的影响规律,并对其流动机理进行了相应的分析. 研究表明,发展的针对多喷口侧喷干扰的数值计算方法是成功的,可以应用于飞行器侧向喷流干扰的流场结构分析及气动力特性数值预测.   相似文献

Most of the developed models for fractured reservoirs assume ideal matrix block size distribution. This assumption may not be valid in reality for naturally fractured reservoirs and possibly lead to errors in prediction of production from the naturally fractured reservoirs especially during a transient period or early time production from the matrix blocks. In this study, we investigate the effect of variable block size distribution on one- dimensional flow of compressible fluids in fractured reservoirs. The effect of different matrix block size distributions on the single phase matrix-fracture transfer is studied using a recently developed semi-analytical approach. The proposed model is able to simulate fluid exchange between matrix and fracture for continuous or discrete block size distributions using probability density functions or structural information of a fractured formation. The presented semi-analytical model demonstrates a good accuracy compared to the numerical results. There have been recent attempts to consider the effect of variable block size distribution in naturally fractured reservoir modeling for slightly compressible fluids with a constant viscosity and compressibility. The main objective of this study is to consider the effect of variable block size distribution on a one-dimensional matrix-fracture transfer function for single-phase flow of a compressible fluid in fractured porous media. In the proposed semi-analytical model, the pressure variability of viscosity and isothermal compressibility is considered by solving the nonlinear partial differential equation of compressible fluid flow in the fractured media. The closed form solution provided can be applied to flow of compressible fluids with variable matrix block size distribution in naturally fractured gas reservoirs.  相似文献

In acid fracturing, excessive acid leakoff is thought to be the main reason that limits fracture propagation and live acid penetration distance. Although acid leakoff has been studied under experimental conditions, the acid leakoff theory developed under experimental conditions cannot be extended to in situ conditions because the injection rate or pressure drop across a core plug is fixed in the experiments. In this paper, we used a model that couples a two-scale continuum model simulating wormholing in the invaded zone and a reservoir flow model for the compressed zone to simulate acid leakoff process under in situ conditions. Based on this model, we investigated wormhole propagation behavior and its effect on acid leakoff under in situ conditions. The study shows different wormhole propagation behavior under in situ conditions from that under experimental conditions. Wormholes grow fast at the beginning and slow down at later time due to the rise of reservoir pressure caused by the leakoff and the growth of the invaded zone. In oil reservoirs, wormholing has minor effect on acid leakoff because of small compressibility and relatively high reservoir fluid viscosity, but in gas reservoirs, the influence of wormholing on acid leakoff becomes significant due to large compressibility and low reservoir fluid viscosity. Acid viscosity has more notable influence on acid leakoff in gas reservoirs than in oil reservoirs.  相似文献

A formulation is developed to impose pressure-prescribed boundary conditions in the penalty finite element method. Some numerical experiments for the Poiseuille flow problem are performed to compare it with the conventional traction-prescribed boundary condition. Also the incorrectness of the traction-free outlet boundary condition for contained-flows is studied with explanatory numerical examples. Discussion is focused on the inlet and outlet boundary conditions to simulate fully developed flows. Finally, the three-dimensional flow in a bifurcated pipe is analysed with the proposed formulation.  相似文献

In acid fracturing, excessive acid leakoff is thought to be the main reason that limits fracture propagation and live acid penetration distance. Since most carbonates are naturally fractured, we developed a new model in this paper to simulate acid leakoff into a naturally fractured carbonate oil reservoir during acid fracturing. Our model incorporates the acid-rock reaction, fracture width variation due to rock dissolution on the fractured surfaces, and fluid flow in naturally fractured carbonate oil reservoirs. Given the information of the reservoir, injected acid, and pressure in the hydraulic facture and the reservoir, the model predicts acid leakoff with time. In this study, we found that acid leakoff mechanism in naturally fractured carbonates is much different from that in reservoirs without natural fractures. Widened natural fractures by acid-rock reaction act as high-conductivity conduits allowing leakoff acid to penetrate deeper into the formation, resulting in serious leakoff. Wide natural fractures have a dominant effect on acid leakoff compared to micro-fractures and matrix.  相似文献

离散缝网的表征与模拟是目前国内外研究的热点. 在非常规油气开发过程中, 由于地应力场的存在会对裂缝的流动属性产生显著影响, 若将裂缝视为静态对象, 与矿场数据会出现极大偏差, 因此要基于动态裂缝做更深入的研究. 本文针对致密油藏应力场?渗流场耦合力学问题, 提出了一种高效的混合数值离散化方法, 其中采用扩展有限元法 (XFEM) 求解岩石的弹性形变, 采用了混合边界元法 (MBEM) 精确计算基岩与裂缝间的非稳态窜流, 这两种数值格式是完全耦合的, 并对整体计算格式的时间项进行了全隐式求解, 可准确表征致密油藏开采过程中的裂缝变形及流体流动机理. 此外, 本文采用了嵌入式离散裂缝前处理算法显式表征大尺度水力压裂缝, 并考虑了支撑剂的作用; 采用了双孔有效应力原理和双重介质隐式裂缝表征方法, 可捕捉基质与小尺度天然裂缝的动态信息; 由此, 本文所提出的混合模型综合表征了基质?天然裂缝?水力压裂缝共同组成的致密油藏复杂渗流环境, 并通过几个实例论证了模型的准确性, 研究表明: 对致密油藏压裂水平井进行产能评价时, 应力场所引起渗流参数的改变及裂缝开度降低的影响不可忽略. 本文研究可为非常规油气资源的开发提供理论指导.   相似文献

Research efforts made so far to simulate fibre suspension flows are limited to fibre suspensions in Newtonian fluids. Though short fibre composites are mostly made of polymers, lack of suitable constitutive equations for fibre suspensions in viscoelastic fluids frustrates attempts to simulate flows of these suspensions. A preliminary work done by the author led to a constitutive equation for semiconcentrated fibre suspensions in the Oldroyd-B fluid. This paper describes the mathematical formulation of the flow problems for such a suspension and the numerical procedure to solve them. Some numerical results of flow past a sphere in a tube are also presented. 针对下游带有障碍物的溃坝流动问题,本文基于两相流动模型,在有限元算法框架下对其进行数值模拟研究。依据水平集(Level Set)方法追踪运动界面,并引入了一个简单的修正技术,保证较好的质量守恒性。为了精确表示运动界面,采用稳定和有效的间断有限元方法求解双曲型Level Set及其重新初始化方程。对于两相统一Navier-Stokes方程,首先利用分裂格式对其解耦,然后通过SUPG (Streamline Upwind Petrov Galerkin)方法进行数值求解。模拟研究了下游带有障碍物的牛顿流体溃坝流动问题,得到的数值结果与文献已有模拟结果及实验结果均吻合较好。此外,还考虑了幂律型非牛顿流体,并分析了不同特性非牛顿流体对于溃坝流动过程和界面形态等的影响。  相似文献

Chemical flooding is one of the effective technologies to increase oil recovery of petroleum reservoirs after water flooding. Above the scale of representative elementary volume (REV), phenomenological modeling and numerical simulations of chemical flooding have been reported in literatures, but the studies alike are rarely conducted at the pore-scale, at which the effects of physicochemical hydrodynamics are hardly resolved either by experimental observations or by traditional continuum-based simulations. In this paper, dissipative particle dynamics (DPD), one of mesoscopic fluid particle methods, is introduced to simulate the pore-scale flow in chemical flooding processes. The theoretical background, mathematical formulation and numerical approach of DPD are presented. The plane Poiseuille flow is used to illustrate the accuracy of the DPD simulation, and then the processes of polymer flooding through an oil-wet throat and a water-wet throat are studies, respectively. The selected parameters of those simulations are given in details. These preliminary results show the potential of this novel method for modeling the physicochemical hydrodynamics at the pore scale in the area of chemical enhanced oil recovery.  相似文献

海陆过渡相页岩常与煤层和砂岩呈互层状产出, 储层连续性较差、横向变化快、非均质性强, 水力压裂技术是其获得经济产量的关键手段. 然而, 目前缺乏有效的海陆过渡相页岩气藏不稳定渗流数学模型, 对其渗流特征分析及储层参数评价不利. 针对这一问题, 首先建立海陆过渡相页岩气藏压裂直井渗流数学模型, 其次采用径向复合模型来反映强非均质性, 采用Langmuir等温吸附方程来描述气体的解吸和吸附, 分别采用双重孔隙模型和边界元模型模拟天然裂缝和水力裂缝, 建立并求解径向非均质的页岩气藏压裂直井不稳定渗流数学模型, 分析海陆过渡相页岩气藏不稳定渗流特征, 并进行数值模拟验证和模型分析应用. 分析结果表明, 海陆过渡相页岩气藏不稳定渗流特征包括流动早期阶段、双线性流、线性流、内区径向流、页岩气解吸、内外过渡段、外区径向流及边界控制阶段. 将本模型应用在海陆过渡相页岩气试井过程中, 实际资料拟合效果较好, 其研究成果可为同类页岩气藏的压裂评价提供一些理论支撑, 具有较好应用前景.   相似文献

Hydrogen is a renewable and clean source of energy, and it is a good replacement for the current fossil fuels. Nevertheless, hydrogen should be stored in high-pressure reservoirs to have sufficient energy. An in-house code is developed to numerically simulate the release of hydrogen from a high-pressure tank into ambient air with more accuracy. Real gas models are used to simulate the flow since high-pressure hydrogen deviates from ideal gas law. Beattie–Bridgeman and Abel Noble equations are applied as real gas equation of state. A transport equation is added to the code to calculate the concentration of the hydrogen–air mixture after release. The uniqueness of the code is to simulate hydrogen in air release with the real gas model. Initial tank pressures of up to 70 MPa are simulated.  相似文献

颗粒介质由大量离散的颗粒聚集而成,因而与传统固体和流体不同,运动过程中的颗粒介质中可能同时存在多种流态及其相互间复杂的转换过程. 颗粒介质弹性失稳机理、不可恢复应变量化是研究颗粒介质固态和流态及固-流态转变的关键. 在前期建立的双颗粒温度热力学(two-granular-temperature, TGT) 理论基础上,确定了颗粒介质的弹性稳定性条件,建立了不可恢复应变流动法则,搭建了描述颗粒固态-液态及其相互转化的简单模型. 颗粒堆积体坍塌过程是典型的颗粒介质固态和流态及其转变过程,因此本文首先开展了25 167 个陶颗粒堆积体坍塌过程的实验研究,并使用基于TGT 理论的物质点方法和离散元方法对物理实验进行了模拟. 结果表明,模型数值结果与物理实验在颗粒堆坍塌过程中的形态、速度分布等细节上吻合很好,同时也发现了现阶段所使用的物质点方法和TGT 理论的不足. 初步说明TGT 理论可以实现颗粒介质固态和流态,以及状态转变的描述.   相似文献

研究用于非结构动网格的弹簧近似方法,采用顶点弹簧描述,导出并讨论了弹簧倔强系数的取值。通过引入边界修正和扭转效应修正,对标准弹簧近似方法进行了改进,转动翼型算例的结果表明,改进后的方法大大提高了网格变形能力和网格质量,应用该动网格方法耦合求解基于(Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian,ALE)描述的三维Euler方程,模拟了作俯抑振动的矩形机翼绕流,计算结果与实验数据及文献计算结果十分一致,作为多个自由刚与流体耦合运动问题的简单例证,耦合刚体动力学方程,模拟了激波与双立方体的相互作用,得到了非定常流场结构,研究表明,基于弹簧近似的非结构动网格与有限体积流式流场解算器相结合,是模拟包含运动边界的非定常流动问题的有效方法。  相似文献
