薄层色谱法分离测定1,5-苯并硫氮杂-α-氯代-β-内酰胺

用薄层色谱法分离测定了反应混合物中的１,５－苯并硫氮杂艹卓－α－氯代－β－内酰胺。采用透射法锯齿扫描,定量分析的变异系数小于５％ ,最低检测限为０．１１４ μｇ,定量校正线性相关系数０．９９５ ２,方法的平均回收率为９６．７５％ ,方法简便、快速。     

1,5-苯并硫氮杂(艹卓)-β-内酰胺的合成及其副产物的研究

以3-(3S-叔丁氧基)丁二酰亚胺基乙酰氯作为烯酮的来源,和1,5-苯并硫氮杂(艹卓)反应合成了4个具有光学活性的新型1,5-苯并硫氮杂(艹卓)-β-内酰胺衍生物.通过1H NMR,IR,MS谱和元素分析对其结构进行了表征,在得到目标产物的同时还得到了该反应的另外两个副产物,并且通过单晶X射线衍射确定了这两个副产物的结构.     

微波作用下1,5-苯并硫氮杂(艹卓)-α-溴代-β-内酰胺衍生物的合成

1,5-苯并硫氮杂(艹卓)、溴乙酰氯在三乙胺的存在下,用微波辐射合成了5个新的1,5-苯并硫氮杂(艹卓)-α-溴代-β-内酰胺衍生物,并且还合成了已用常规方法合成出的9个1,5-苯并硫氮杂(艹卓)-β-内酰胺衍生物,对其结构进行了表征.文中研究了微波促进这类反应的最佳反应条件.     

1,5-苯并硫氮杂卓-α-恶唑烷酮-β-内酰胺衍生物的光谱研究(Ⅱ)

苯并硫氮杂卓-β-内酰胺化合物是目前广泛用于临床的广谱抗生素药物.它的抗生素生理活性与其结构有着密切联系,为使该类化合物更具生理活性和优良药效,合成了五种新的1,5-苯并硫氮杂卓-α-恶唑烷酮-β-内酰胺衍生物,并用核磁共振(NMR)、质谱(MS)、红外光谱(1R)及元素分析确定了其衍生物结构,分析和讨论了该类衍生物的光谱特征及其规律,确定了该类衍生物结构的分析判据.     

1,5-苯并硫氮杂卓α-氨基-β-内酰胺的合成和立体 结构研究

合成了6个1,5-苯并硫氮杂卓α-氨基-β-内酰胺化合物,用MS、^1HNMR和元素分析对其结构进行了确证,并用X-射线衍射法确定了此类化合物的立体结构。

苯并硫氮杂是一类具有重要生理活性的七元杂环化合物, 近年来, 通过亚胺双键(CN)的环加成反应向此类化合物分子中引入新的环系引起了人们的关注[1～4].     

1,5-苯并硫氮杂(艹卓)-α-苯基-β-内酰胺的合成、结构及谱学性质

苯并硫氮杂(艹卓)是一类具有多种生理活性的七元杂环化合物,近年来,其各类衍生物的合成及性质的研究受到人们的关注[1～5].我们曾用氯乙酰氯与1,5-苯并硫氮杂(艹卓)反应合成了具有两个活性结构单元的1,5-苯并硫氮杂(艹卓)-β-内酰胺衍生物,并发现其产物具有确定的构型[6].为了研究可能具有更好生理活性的α-烃基-β-内酰胺的杂(艹卓)衍生物,我们合成了4个新的苯基取代的杂(艹卓)衍生物(Ⅱa-Ⅱd),研究了它们的谱学特征和立体结构.     

1,5-苯并硫氮杂(艹卓)-α-氨基-β-内酰胺衍生物的合成及立体结构(Ⅱ)

用一种甘氨酸N-端保护试剂和1,5-苯并硫氮杂反应, 合成了5个1,5-苯并硫氮杂-α-氨基-β-内酰胺衍生物, 其结构经元素分析、 1H NMR, MS和IR确证. 用X射线衍射法确定了产物的立体结构, 结果表明, 该反应具有立体专一性, 四元环上的两个取代基位于环的同侧, 为顺式结构, 产物分子中的七元环为稳定的类椅式构象.

Separation and micro determination of lipids by thin-layer chromatography followed by densitometry

Summary A method is presented for the rapid analysis of mixtures of lipids, particularly those from blood serum. The lipids are separated by thin-layer chromatography on silicagel, then charred with 10% aqueous sulphuric acid and the amount of carbon on the slides is measured densitometrically. 5–10 g of lipid mixture are needed for determination of the relative amounts of free sterol, sterol esters, glycerol esters, free fatty acids and total phospholipids.

Zusammenfassung Es wird eine Methode beschrieben zur schnellen Analyse von Lipidgemischen, insbesonders von Lipiden aus Blutserum. 5–10 g eines Gemisches werden mit Hilfe der Dünnschicht-Chromatographie auf Kieselgel in Sterinester, Glycerinester, freie Steroide, unveresterte Fettsäuren und Phospholipide getrennt. Nach Verkohlung durch Erhitzen mit 10%iger Schwefelsäure werden die verschiedenen Typen densitometrisch bestimmt.

Separation of zirconium by thin-layer chromatography

The thin-layer Chromatographie separation of a number of metal ions [Sc, Y, Zr, La, Sm, Th, U(VI), etc.] with solvent mixtures of mesityl oxide, ethanol and 5M nitric acid on silica gel-cellulose (5:1) thin-layer plates is reported. Zirconium remains stationary whilst the other metal ions move with the solvent, thus allowing a selective separation of zirconium from about 20 metal ions in ratios ranging from 100:1 to 1:100. Mixtures of various metal ions can also be separated.     

Separation of carbohydrates by thin-layer chromatography

Summary The separation of 13 sugars by means of 8 solvents and one- and two-dimensional chromatography on cellulose and starch layers is described. Good results were obtained on cellulose layers.

Zusammenfassung Die Trennung 13 verschiedener Zucker mit 8 Lösungsmitteln im Wege der ein- und zweidimensionalen Chromatographie auf Zelluloseund Stärkedünnschichten wurde beschrieben. Zelluloseschichten ergeben gute Resultate.
