This paper considers a simple supply chain with one supplier and one retailer where the supplier’s production is subject to random yield and the retailer faces uncertain demand. There exists a secondary market for acquiring or disposing products by the supplier. We study both the centralized and decentralized systems. In the decentralized system, a no risk sharing contract and a risk sharing minimum commitment contract are analyzed. The supply chain with the risk sharing contract is further analyzed with a constant secondary market price and a yield dependent secondary market price. We present both the supplier’s and the retailer’s optimal strategies and provide insights for managers when making decisions under random yield risk and demand uncertainty. We find that the secondary market generally has a positive impact on supply chain performance and the actual effect of random yield risk on the supply chain performance depends on cost parameters and supply chain contract settings. Under certain conditions, reducing yield randomness may weaken the double marginalization effect and improve the chain performance. From the numerical study, we also show that there exists an optimal commitment level for the supply chain.  相似文献

The paper investigates the extent to which capacity investment considerations interact with the double marginalization effect in a simple supply chain governed by a wholesale price contract. To do so, a non-cooperative differential game model is formulated to study the pricing and capacity investment decisions in a supply chain, which consists of a supplier and a manufacturer. In such a game, there are different decision rules—open-loop, closed-loop, feedback—that are available to the supply chain participants, depending on the observability of the current state of the supply chain. While closed-loop and feedback equilibrium strategies involve the observability of other chain member’s production capacity, open-loop equilibrium strategies do not have such requirement. We examine how the supplier and the manufacturer determine, with the different decision rules, their production capacities and pricing policies to maximize their profits over an infinite planning horizon, and determine how the observability of other supply chain’s members’ production capacity affects the magnitude of the double marginalization effect. Our study suggests that the observability of other chain member’s current production capacity entails a lower production efficiency that results in a greater double marginalization effect. This allows us to conclude that observability of other chain member’s current production capacity is associated with a greater double marginalization effect.  相似文献

以电厂和电网分开政策下引发的双重边际效应为背景,建立了考虑水资源税的序贯博弈模型。在"厂网分开"背景下,探讨了水资源税对博弈参与方(电厂、电网)最优决策、供应链效率的影响。考察了影响上网电价及供应链效率的主要因素。结论显示,水资源税的下调会负向影响电厂最优电价,进而促进电厂售电量、提升其净利润,最终削弱双重边际效应,改善了供应链效率。此外,本文运用数值算例验证了主要研究发现。  相似文献

在节能减排背景下考虑制造商低碳生产、零售商宣传竞争的情形,将碳减排量以及商誉作为状态变量,借助微分博弈研究供应链动态优化与协调问题。针对双重边际化效应,通过引入成本共担契约对供应链进行协调。研究表明,引入契约后零售商处的低碳宣传努力水平提高、低碳商誉提升、需求量增加,供应链利润基本达到集中决策水平;随着竞争程度的增加,市场需求量提高,制造商利润增加,供应链整体利润提高,启发供应链企业在决策过程中创造良性竞争环境、形成良性竞争机制。  相似文献

综合考虑产品绿色度和价格对市场需求的多重影响,构建微分博弈模型,运用最优控制理论,先后考察并比较批发价契约、收益共享契约和集中式决策三种情形下绿色供应链最优生态研发努力和定价策略,进一步采用Rubinstein讨价还价模型设计合理的利润分配契约。研究发现:收益共享契约无法促使绿色供应链实现协调,但在一定条件下,能够有效消除批发价契约的“双重边际效应”;集中式决策下,合理的利润分配契约能够保证供应链成员分得的利润“帕累托最优”,实现供应链协调,且该契约与收益共享比例有关。  相似文献

考虑消费者具有低碳产品偏好的情况,研究需求随机且受减排影响的期权契约,建立了由单个制造商和单个零售商组成的供应链模型。该模型中制造商处主导地位,零售商处追随地位,制造商首先提出期权契约,零售商购买期权。求解发现,由于传统双重边际化效应的存在,只有当零售价格等于期权执行价格时,才能达到供应链的协调,这时零售商利润为负,不满足参与约束。为此,从降低期权执行价格的角度,对期权契约进行补充,增加了成本共担条款。研究表明,减排成本共担的期权契约能够实现供应链的协调。最后利用算例验证了结论,计算了制造商和零售商利润及零售商分担的减排成本比例随期权价格和期权执行价格的变化情况,并对减排难度系数的敏感性做了分析。  相似文献

Supply contract helps in coordinating the supply of quantities from different suppliers in order to meet the demand for a product. In this paper, supply contract models are developed by considering an assembly system operated under a centralized and a decentralized control modes. The centralized control mode considers a single decision maker and offers a global optimal solution. However, the decentralized control mode considers each player in the contract as a decision maker and offers local optimal solutions based on the production and cost characteristics of each player. Such local optimal solutions are adjusted through coordinating parameters to obtain global optimal solutions. If a contract developed for a decentralized control mode achieves the global optimal solution, then the supply chain (or channel) is said to be coordinated.  相似文献

针对由一个拥有线上直销渠道的制造商以及一个线下零售商组成的供应链,考虑消费者对不同渠道的偏好构建了供应链博弈模型,研究了竞争环境下制造商与零售商的最优BOPS合作策略,并分析了BOPS合作在改善交通拥堵方面的作用。研究表明,BOPS合作在缓解供应链双重边际效应的同时会加剧渠道之间的价格竞争,所以并不总是对供应链有利;仅当消费者线上渠道偏好程度比较低且线下麻烦成本比较大时,制造商和零售商才会都从BOPS合作中受益从而自愿达成合作,其他情形下制造商可根据供应链利润变化设计转移支付契约促成与线下零售商的BOPS合作并实现双赢;此外,一定条件下BOPS合作能够通过调整渠道需求结构,在保证供应链成员利润的同时对交通拥堵改善也带来正向作用。  相似文献

合理的定价策略和有效的协调机制是保障即将大量报废的动力电池实现回收利用的重要手段。本文同时考虑动力电池回收利用中来自市场的需求风险和来自回收渠道的质量风险,构建了两阶段逆向供应链分散式和集中式定价模型,发现分散决策下的最优回收价格始终低于集中决策下的最优回收价格,逆向供应链存在双重边际化现象;进一步,基于风险共享契约提出完全补偿契约来协调供应链,从而使供应链成员实现帕累托改进,并结合具体算例提出了相应的建议。  相似文献

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is considered in a two-echelon supply chain consisting of an upstream supplier and a downstream firm that are bound by a wholesale price contract. CSR performance (the outcome of CSR conduct) of the whole supply chain is gauged by a global variable and the associated cost of achieving this CSR performance is only incurred by the supplier with an expectation of being shared with the downstream firm via the wholesale price contract. As such, the key issue is to determine who should be allocated as the responsibility holder with the right of offering the contract and how this right should be appropriately restricted. Game-theoretical analyses are carried out on six games, resulting from different interaction schemes between the supplier and the firm, to derive their corresponding equilibriums. Comparative institutional analyses are then conducted to determine the optimal social responsibility allocation based on both economic and CSR performance criteria. Main results are furnished in a series of propositions and their implications to the real-world business practice are discussed. The key findings are threefold: under the current model settings: (1) the optimal allocation scheme is to assign the supplier as the responsibility holder with appropriate restrictions on the corresponding rights to determine the wholesale price; (2) inherent conflict exists between the economic and CSR performance criteria and, hence, the two maxima cannot be achieved simultaneously; and (3) although integrative channel profit is not attainable, the system-wide profit will be improved by implementing optimal social responsibility allocation schemes.  相似文献

In this article we propose a model of the supply chain in electricity markets with multiple generators and retailers and considering several market structures. We analyze how market design interacts with the different types of contract and market structure to affect the coordination between the different firms and the performance of the supply chain as a whole. We compare the implications on supply chain coordination and on the players’ profitability of two different market structures: a pool based market vs. bilateral contracts, taking into consideration the relationship between futures and spot markets. Furthermore, we analyze the use of contracts for differences and two-part-tariffs as tools for supply chain coordination. We have concluded that there are multiple equilibria in the supply chain contracts and structure and that the two-part tariff is the best contract to reduce double marginalization and increase efficiency in the management of the supply chain.  相似文献

针对两个制造商与一个零售商组成的二级供应链,建立了制造商一方与零售商联盟,制造商另一方与之竞争、零售商类型为其私人信息下的博弈模型,从系统优化的角度研究了供应链系统批发价格如何应对突发事件.首先证明稳定条件下,零售商成本信息为非对称信息时,批发价格契约能实现集中控制与分散控制下-该供应链的协调.当突发事件造成零售商的成本分布变化时,通过求解突发事件下供应链系统最优利润的Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)条件,提出了供应链应对突发事件的最优策略,进一步证明了改进的批发价格契约可以协调突发事件下分散化决策的供应链系统.数值仿真表明,当零售商的成本在一个较小的范围内扰动时,原有契约机制具有一定的鲁棒性,而当扰动较大时,需要对原来的生产计划进行调整.  相似文献

针对决策者存在失望规避行为且产品绿色水平具有动态变化特征的情形,基于失望理论,运用微分博弈的方法研究了供应链协同绿色创新动态优化与协调问题,探讨了供应链成员失望规避程度对绿色创新决策及供应链绩效的影响,并提出双向成本分担契约对供应链进行协调。结果表明,供应链成员是否选择协同绿色创新及产品的绿色水平均与成员的失望规避程度密切相关;分散式决策下,若制造商选择分担供应商部分绿色创新成本,其分担比例与制造商失望规避程度负相关,与供应商失望规避程度正相关;集中式决策下,产品绿色水平、成员绿色创新水平及效用现值均高于协调前分散系统中的对应值;在一定条件下,双向成本分担契约的设计与实施,能有效提升供应链成员效用现值,实现供应链协调。  相似文献

We consider the impact of partial positive externalities (imperfect complementarity) among downstream retailers on supply chain performance. We show that double marginalization may fail to exist in a decentralized setting when some retailers carry multiple imperfect complements. By giving a precise characterization on the degree of complementarity, we prove that a decentralized supply chain loses at least 25% of the optimal profit and that its performance degrades rapidly with the complementarity effect.  相似文献

以零售商回收模式为对象,采用博弈论方法,研究再制造产品与新产品存在销售价格差异以及废旧产品存在回收价格差异时闭环供应链的定价策略及契约协调问题。对闭环供应链系统在分散决策和集中决策下的定价模型进行了分析,得到了系统各成员的最优定价策略和利润,发现分散决策会造成系统效率的损失。为此提出一种改进的特许经营费用契约对闭环供应链进行协调,使得闭环供应链系统不仅消除了"双重边际化"的问题,而且实现了完美协调。算例分析验证了定价策略及契约协调机制的有效性。  相似文献

研究一个由供应商和零售商组成的两级供应链系统在模糊连续需求环境下的运作过程。将市场需求视为三角模糊数,利用模糊截集理论分析模糊连续需求下的分散决策和集中决策过程,并给出收益共享契约机制下的决策模型。研究结果表明:在模糊连续需求环境下,零售商的订购量存在唯一最优解;供应链系统的“双重边际化”效应同样存在;收益共享契约机制可以实现供应链中成员问的协调。最后,通过数值例子对模型进行了比较分析。  相似文献

This paper explores a generalized supply chain model subject to supply uncertainty after the supplier chooses the production input level. Decentralized systems under wholesale price contracts are investigated, with double marginalization effects shown to lead to supply insufficiencies, in the cases of both deterministic and random demands. We then design coordination contracts for each case and find that an accept-all type of contract is required to coordinate the supply chain with random demand, which is a much more complicated situation than that with deterministic demand. Examples are provided to illustrate the application of our findings to specific industrial domains. Moreover, our coordination mechanisms are shown to be applicable to the multi-supplier situation, which fills the research gap on assembly system coordination with random yield and random demand under a voluntary compliance regime.  相似文献
