A new 3,4-dihydroisocoumarin, named botryoisocoumarin A (1), was obtained from the fermentation culture of Botryosphaeria sp. F00741, together with two known ones, 3,8-dihydroxy-3-methylisochroman-1-one (2) and 4,8-dihydroxy-3-methylisochroman-1-one (3). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses, including 1D and 2D NMR experiments and ESI mass spectrometry, and by comparison with those reported. Compound 1 was evaluated for its antitumor and antimicrobial activities in vitro.  相似文献

A chemical study on the n-BuOH-soluble fraction of the 95% EtOH extract of long-grain rice (Oryza sativa) fermented with the endophytic fungus Annulohypoxylon boveri var. microspora (BCRC 34012) has resulted in the isolation of one new natural azaphilone derivative, designated as annulohypoxyboverin (1) together with 12 known compounds, (3R,6R,7E)-3-hydroxy-4,7-megstigma-dien-9-one (2), α-tocopheryl quinone (3), isofraxidin (4), coumarin (5), cinnamic acid (6), a mixture of palmitic acid (7) and stearic acid (8), N-cis-feruloyltyramine (9), luteolin (10), kaempferol (11), kaempferitrin (12), and 4,5,4′,5′-tetrahydroxy-1,1′-binaphthyl (13). Annulohypoxyboverin (1) contains a dihydrobenzofuran-2,4-dione backbone, 1-hydroxyhexyl side chain, and one γ-lactone ring. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses including 1D and 2D NMR experiments, and by HR-ESI-MS. The relative configuration of 1 was confirmed by NOESY experiment. Other known compounds were identified by comparing their spectral data with those of literature data.  相似文献

A new griseofulvin derivative, 7-chloro-2',5,6-trimethoxy-6'-methylspiro(benzofuran-2(3H),1'-(2) cyclohexene)3,4'-dione (1), together with the known 2-acetyl-7-methoxybenzofuran (2), was isolated from the marine-derived mangrove endophytic fungus Sporothrix sp. A new cucurbitacin, endecaphyllacin C, was isolated from the tubers of Hemsleya endecaphylla. N-Chloroacetylcytisine was synthesized by acylation of (–)-cytisine. Stable Z- and E-conformers with respect to rotational isomerism around the N-12–CO bond were found in PMR spectra at room temperature. The point at which PMR resonances of the Z- and E-conformers coalesced upon heating was measured. The transition barrier between the conformers was estimated.  相似文献

A rapid amplification cDNA end (RACE) assay was established to achieve the complete sequence of mitochondrial manganese-superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD) cDNA in Nelumbo nucifera. The obtained full-length cDNA of Mn-SOD was 926 bp and contained a 699-bp open reading frame encoding an Mn-SOD precursor of 233 amino acids. The recombinant of Mn-SOD expressed by PET-32a vector in Escherichia coli BL21 was confirmed by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and Western blotting assays. A 3D structural model of the Mn-SOD was constructed by homology modeling. Real-time polymerase chain reaction analysis revealed that Mn-SOD mRNA was expressed in young leaves, blossom, stems, and terminal buds during reproductive stage but with the highest expression in young leaves. This significant difference demonstrated the differential expression of Mn-SOD in various organs of N. nucifera.  相似文献

Condensation of the monosaccharides D-glucose and D-galactose with synthesized halo-substituted p-phenylenediamines and 4-amino-2,6-dibromophenol was studied. It was found that glycosylation occurred only at the 4-amino group that was sterically unhindered by the halogen atom. A new compound, 2,4,6-trihydroxybenzoic acid 4-O-β-D-allopyranoside (1), together with four known compounds, sucrose (2), fructose (3), ecdysterone (4), and β-sitosterol (5) was isolated from the roots of Neocheiropteris palmatopedata (Baker) Christ. The new compound was identified based on extensive spectroscopic studies including HR-ESI-MS, FAB-MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT, 1H–1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY spectra, and the known compounds were identified by their spectroscopic data analysis, comparison with reports in the literature, and co-chromatography with authentic standards. Compounds 2, 3, and 5 were obtained from the Neocheiropteris genus for the first time, and 4 was originally isolated from the plant.  相似文献

A new stilbene glycoside, 5-methylresveratrol-3,4′-O-β-D-diglucopyranoside (1), was isolated from the n-butanol fraction of the rhizomes of Veratrum dahuricum, together with five known stilbenoids: resveratrol-3-O-β-D-glycoside (2), 4′-methylresveratrol-3-O-β-D-glycoside (3), oxyresveratrol-4′-O-β-D-glycoside (4), oxyresveratrol-3-O-β-D-glycoside (5), and oxyresveratrol-3,4′-O-β-D-diglycoside (6), and found for the first time in the investigated plant. The structures of six isolates were identified on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR data. Compounds 1–6 showed platelet aggregation inhibition, and compound 1 had an IC50 value of 383.6 μM against platelet aggregation induced by AA. The composition of lipids from the aerial parts of two species of halophytes from the family Chenopodiaceae, Halostachys caspica C. A. Mey. and Halocharis hispida Bge. was determined. Neutral lipids (NL, 62.1 and 54.2%, respectively) dominated the total lipids (TL) of these plants. More than a third of the NL were esters of aliphatic alcohols and phytosterols (FAE). Fatty acids 16:0, 18:1, and 18:2 dominated the acids of FAE; 16:0, 18:1, and 18:3, the phospholipids. The principal fatty acids of glycolipids were unsaturated acids (68.3 and 75.1%) with linolenic acid dominating (44.9 and 43.5%).
