The vibrational (IR and Raman) spectra ofN,N-dinitromethylamine were studied. The assignments of the bands were carried out using a comparison of spectra obtained in different aggregate states, invoking the results of normal coordinate analysis. The most probable symmetry of the molecule was shown to beC s with a planar configuration of the N(NO2)2 moiety.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. The interaction of 3,6-di-tert-butyl-ortho-benzoquinone (1) and 3,5-di-tert-butyl-ortho-benzoquinone (2) with NH3 in water—alcohol medium and with (NH4)2CO3 in a solid phase has been studied. Redox processes with participation of a nucleophile of the medium take place for1, while2 reacts with NH3 at the carbonyl group with transformation of the quinone imide. The multiple attenuated total reflection IR spectra of solutions of sodium acetate in acetic acid have been recorded in the range from 9000 to 4000 cm–1. Complexes of a rare-earth element containing only one radical-anion ligand have been synthesized and isolated in pure states for the first time. The LaI2(bpy)(THF)3 complex has been prepared from [LaI2(THF)3]2(C10H8) and 2,2-bipyridyl in DME. The semiquinone complex LaI2(SQ)(THF)3 has been obtained by reaction of lanthanum iodide with 3,6-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinone in THF in the presence of lanthanum powder. [Zn(FZ)2Cl2] (1) (FZ = Voriconazole, (2R,3S)-2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-3(5-fluoropyrimidin-4-yl)-1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)butan-2-ol), has been obtained through the reaction of zinc chloride and FZ and has been characterized by FT-IR, UV–vis and fluorescence spectra, elemental analysis (EA), single crystal X-ray diffraction, powder X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). FZ was also characterized by FT-IR, UV–vis spectra, single crystal X-ray diffraction and TGA. FZ crystallizes in the chiral space group P21 and 1 crystallizes in chiral space group P1 with a mononuclear structure. In 1, there are three kinds of hydrogen bonding interactions and weak stacking interactions which generate a 3-D architecture. The primary antimicrobial results show that 1 exhibits potent activity against Aspergillus (Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus terreus, Aspergillus fumigatus and Aspergillus flavus) and Candida species (Candida albicans, Candida krusei, Candida glabrata and Cryptococcus neoformans), higher than that of free FZ. Fluorescence spectra of 1 and FZ have been discussed.  相似文献

Infrared spectra of the CH3NH3+, CH3ND3+, CD3NH3+ and CD3ND3+ ions in bis(methylammonium)hexachloroplatinate(IV) have been recorded. The spectra are entirely consistent with the C3v symmetry reported for the methylammonium ion, at temperatures between room temperature and 90 K. No spectral manifestations of the phase transition, which in (CH3NH3)2PtCl6 has been reported to take place at 125 K, were observed. Assignments of the infrared-active fundamentals have been made for each ion and a normal-coordinate analysis has been performed using the observed fundamental frequencies. Comparison with the infrared spectra of other methylammonium salts shows that hydrogen bonding in (CH3NH3)2PtCl6, if present, is weak.  相似文献

Mercury(u) dinitramidate Hg(N3O4)2 (MDNA) has been synthesized. Its electronic and vibrational spectra show that in the crystalline state and in solutions in nonpolar solvents, MDNA is a covalent compound, the mercury atom being bound to the oxygen atoms. Abstract

The crystal structures of ammonium and sodium 2-amino-3,5-dichlorobenzoates were determined by the X-ray diffraction method. The ammonium salt crystallizes in the monoclinic system (space group P21/c) with a = 13.941(3), b = 9.128(3), c = 7.349(2) Å, β = 90.80(3)° and Z = 4. The structure consists of an ammonium cation hydrogen bonded to a carboxylate oxygen of the 2-amino-3,5-dichlorobenzoate anion. The sodium salt of 2-amino-3,5-dichlorobenzoic acid crystallizes in the triclinic system (space group P 1) with a = 8.033(2), 6 = 8.944(2), c = 17.350(3) Å, α = 76.72(3)°, β = 79.69(3)°, γ = 72.54(3)° and Z = 4. The compound is a polymer in which the sodium ions are coordinated by carboxylate oxygen atoms of the organic ligand and water molecules in an octahedral arrangement. Electronic absorption and circular dichroism spectra of the optically active [Pd(-pincnyl)Cl]2 complex (1) have been studied. The assignment of the bands in the circular dichroism spectrum in the d—d-transition region of complex1 was made within the framework of the one-electron model of optical activity; this assignment is in agreement with the literature data on the analysis of the absorption spectrum of (Pd(allyl)Cl]2. 3,3-Dimethyl-3,4-dihydroisocarbostyryl azine (2) has been synthesized by oxidation of l-hydrazino-3,3-dimethyl-3,4-dihydroisoquinoline (1). The crystal and molecular structures of compound 2 were determined. It has been established that in the solid state, compound2 exists as an azine tautomer. The IR, electronic, and NMR spectral data indicate that in solution the tautomeric form of2 does not change. Crystals containing up to 30 wt. % CS2, according to the data of IR and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, were isolated from the C60-TSeT-CS2 (TSeT is tetraselenotetracene) system. The unusually high concentration of carbon disulfide results in the complete sublimation of the crystals at a relatively high temperature (520 °C). The geometrical and electronic structures of two isomers (1 and2) of the polyhedral boron nitride molecule, B12N12, have been calculated using the MNDO method. Structure1 having the form of a truncated octahedron is more energetically preferable (ΔH f 0=−128 kcal mol−1) than isomer2, which hasC 6v symmetry. The equilibrium geometries of the N6B6(CH2)6 isomers (3 and4), which simulate fragments of structure2, have been calculated. The stabilization mechanism of the N6 nitrogen cluster (hexaazabenzene) in polyhedral structures is discussed. The linear trinuclear cobalt(II) complex [Co3(pytrz)6(H2O)6](NO3)6 (1) with pytrz = 4-(2-pyridine)-1,2,4-triazole has been prepared and characterized. It crystallizes in the rhombohedral R-3 space group with Z = 3, a = 13.955(2), b = 13.955(2), c = 28.942(9) Å, γ = 120°, V = 4881.2(18) Å3. The structure of 1 comprises the cation [Co3(pytrz)6(H2O)6]6+, in which linear trinuclear Co(II) units are bridged by six L ligands and have six aqua molecules as terminal ligands. The six free nitrates link the terminal aqua ligands through N–H ··· O hydrogen bonds with C3 symmetry. 1 was characterized by FT-IR, electronic spectra and magnetic measurements. The variable-temperature magnetic measurements reveal weak anti-ferromagnetic interactions in 1.  相似文献

Diazotization of aminofurazans (1) and 4-aminofuroxans (2) with nitrosylsulfuric acid in a mixture of conc. H2SO4 and H3PO4 has been studied and offered as a general method for preparing furazanyl- (3) and furoxanyldiazonium (4) salts. A new general synthetic procedure for preparation of Na3[Fe(C2O4)3]·5H2O (1), Rb3[Fe(C2O4)3]·3H2O (2), and Cs3[Fe(C2O4)3]·2H2O (3) was developed. The crystal structures of these salts have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Salt 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with Z = 8, salt 2 in P21/c with Z = 4, and salt 3 in P21/n with Z = 4. The three new salts and K3[Fe(C2O4)3]·3H2O, prepared for comparative purposes, were further characterized by infrared and 57Fe-Mössbauer spectroscopy. Substitution reactions of K3[Cr(NCS)6] with morpholine were studied. The formula of the complex anion, [Cr(NCS)4(morph)2], was established.23 new complex compounds of these types have been prepared from the hydrochlorides of some aliphatic or heterocyclic amines, alkaloids and cobalt(III)ammine bases resp.Their thermal behaviour and the mechanism of pyrolysis of these salts was studied by derivatographic methodes. From UV and IR spectra some structural problems are resolved and discussed.

Styryl dyes (4a,b) containing a 15-crown-5 fragment and isomeric 2- and 4-quinolinium residues with anN-sulfopropyl substituent undergo [2+2]-autophotocycloaddition to give cyclobutane derivatives (9a,b) in acetonitrile only in the presence of Mg(ClO4)2 or Ca(ClO4)2.
