Bioaccumulation of six metals (Cu2+, Cu+, Mo6+, Mn2+, V5+, Ni2+) and their combinations by algaScenedesmus quadricauda was determined by using radio nuclide X-ray fluorescence (RXFA). The metals were added into the cultivation medium in concentrations corresponding with EC50 value for each metal. The obtained results indicate that Ni2+, Cu2+ and Cu+ were accumulated in high amounts (20%, 17.5% and 15.19%) the Mo6+ ion (<0.2%) was accumulated in the lowest amount. For metal-metal interactions in accumulation of metal ions by algaS. quadricauda three types of answers were determined: inhibition (MoCu2+, Ni, Mn, V; VNi, Mn; MnNi, Cu2+, Cu+; Cu+Ni; Cu2+Ni; NiMn, V), enhancement (VCu+; Cu2+Mn;Cu+V, Mn; MnV; NiCu2+, Cu+) and neutral effect (VMo; Cu2+Mo; Cu+Mo; MuMo; NiMo).  相似文献

Short-wavelength nSe * and long-wavelength nSe * bands are observed in the UV spectra of saturated trialkylarsine selenides in the near-UV region. The nx * band in going from arsine selenides to arsine sulfide and then to arsine oxides is shifted hypsochromically, as in the corresponding phosphorus compounds. The nx * band is only slightly sensitive to the chalcogen. The Hückel approximation in MO LCAO is used to show that the anion system of cyclopent-4-ene-1,3-dione should have two * transitions: a weak one at long wavelengths, NV1, and a strong one at short wavelengths, C=C(1,3)V1. An ethylene, phenyl, or acyl group at position 2 gives rise to a new strong band, NC=C(2), Nbenz, or NC=O (2). A p-nitrophenyl group at position 2 gives rise to a strong NNO2 band, which overlaps the weak NV1 band, while the Nbenz band becomes weak and is virtually lost from the spectrum.  相似文献

A series of hydrophopic ( 2 and 3) and new hydrophilic ( 4– 7) molecular receptors of the PNP-lariat ether with tetra-substituted cyclotriphosphazene subunits have been prepared by the complete nucleophilic substitution of chlorine atoms in the reactive PNP-crown precursor 1 with the respective sodium cation-paired oxyanions (phenoxy 2, -naphthoxy 3, and methoxytrioxyethylenoxy 4) and aliphatic amines (n-propylamine 5 aziridine 6, and pyrrolidine 7). Their structures were established by MS and 31P NMR spectroscopy and their metal ion complexing properties tested by a TLC method. Comparison of the complexation behaviour for ligands 1– 7 shows that the affinity for particular cations is strongly substituent-dependent and, in general, is significantly enhanced by cooperation of the side arm donor atoms (O or N) with the parent PNP-crown structure in the binding process. The remarkable affinity of some ligands for selected cations, in particular lithium, cesium, and silver ions, is interpreted in terms of structure-property relationships.  相似文献

Electron transitions in divinyl chalcogenides (CH2=CHXCH=CH2, where X is S, Se, or Te) have been analyzed using UV absorption spectra of dialkyl and alkyl vinyl chalcogenides. The following relations for the orbital energies are found: * < * < * < * for Te and * < * < * < * for S and Se. For chalcophenes, a correlation between the energy of the excited state (E *) of specific symmetry, the ionization potential (I) and the electron affinity (EA) is obtained:E *=const+(I+EA)/2. The electron affinity of divinyl chalcogenides is estimated. The synthesis of the 17(20)-16 analog of natural chiogralactone is described. Attempts to introduce a 6-oxo group directly into the -lactone proved unsuccessful, since the first stage — saponification — took place with the formation of three products: the 3-hydroxy--lactone, the 3-hydroxy-20(22)-lactone, and the 15,17(20)-dienoic acid. The synthesis of the desired compound was effected from the ethyl ester of the 5,16-dienoic acid by the scheme 3-acetate3-tosylate6-hydroxy-3,5-cyclosteroid6-oxo-3,5-cyclosteroid6-oxo-5H--lactone. It has been shown that the cyclopropane ring in the 3,5-cyclosteroid -lactone is extremely stable under the conditions of acid treatments.N. D. The vapor absorption spectrum of acrylonitrile CH2CHCN has been measured in the vacuum ultraviolet region. In addition, an all-valence-electron molecular orbital calculation has been used to calculate the electronic structure and spectrum of the molecule. On the basis of the MO calculation, as well as a vibrational analysis of the observed spectrum, several electronic transitions are assigned. The lowest energy absorption band (2107Å, = 150) is assigned as an n * transition. Absorption bands at 2030Å (=1600), 1725Å ( = 2100), and 1570Å ( = 1920) are assigned as 0–0 bands associated with transitions that are, respectively, *,*, and * in character.
Zusammenfassung Das UV-Absorptionsspektrum von dampfförmigen Acrylnitril wurde gemessen und eine CNDO/2-Rechnung für die Elektronenstruktur durchgeführt. Auf dieser Basis konnten unter Zuhilfenahme der Analyse der Schwingungsstruktur im beobachteten Spektrum mehrere Banden zugeordnet werden: die 2107-Å-Bande ( = 150) einem n*-Übergang, die drei Banden bei 2030Å ( = 1600), 1725Å ( = 2100) und 1570 Å ( = 1920)0-0-Übergängen von *-, *- bzw. *-Banden.

Résumé Mesure du spectre d'absorption en phase vapeur de l'acrilonitrile CH2CHCN dans la région de l'ultraviolet. Par ailleurs, la structure électronique et le spectre de la molécule ont été calculés à l'aide d'une méthode des orbitales moléculaires semi-empirique pour tous les électrons de valence. Sur cette base, ainsi que sur une analyse vibrationnelle du spectre expérimental, on procède à l'attribution de plusieurs transitions électroniques. La bande d'absorption de plus basse énergie (2107 Å, = 150) est attribuée à une transition n *. Les bandes d'absorption à 2030Å ( = 1600), 1275Å ( = 2100) et 1570Å ( = 1920) sont considérées comme des bandes 0 - 0 associées à des transitions *, * et * respectivement.

Photobromination of SiH4 under uv-irradiation at various wavelengths has been studied. Rate constants for the elementary reactions Br(2P3/2)+SiH4HBr+SiH3 (k=3.2×10–11 exp(–21.8±2.5)/RT, cm3/s) and Br* (2P1/2)+SiH4HBr+SiH3 (k*=(3±1)×10–13 cm3/s) have been determined in the temperature range from 300 to 415 K.

The thermal decomposition of hydroxylammonium neodymium sulfate dihydrate has been investigated by simultaneous thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis. Chemical analysis, X-ray powder spectra and infrared spectroscopy have been employed to characterize the intermediates and the final product. The thermal decomposition can be described by the sequence (NH3OH)Nd(SO4)2·2H2O(NH3OH)Nd(SO4)2 NH4Nd3(SO4)5Nd2(SO4)3. The first and the second reactions overlap, but the last one is well separated from the first two.  相似文献

Configuration interaction (CI) studies of ground, n *, * * electronically excited states are reported for pyridine N-oxide. The transition energy to the lowest * excited 1 B 2 state is calculated at 4.35 eV, compared to the experimental spectrum range of 3.67–4.0 eV. This state lies below the lowest n * excited 1 A 2 state calculated at 4.81 eV above the ground state. The only experimentally reported triplet state at 2.92 eV above the ground state is predicted to be the 3 A 1 (*) state. The calculated energy lies at 3.27 eV. Numerous other high-lying singlet states as well as the triplet states have also been calculated. The intramolecular charge transfer character of the ground and the excited states have been studied in terms of the calculated dipole moment and other physical properties.  相似文献

Nitrate radical (NO3) reactions with benzene (R-1), toluene (R-2), p-xylene (R-3), p-cresol (R-4) and mesitylene (R-5) have been studied by laser photolysis/long path laser absorption (LP-LPLA) in aqueous solution. Rate constants of k1=(4.0±0.6) 108, k2=(1.2±0.3)109, k3=(1.6±0.1)109, k4= (8.4±2.3)108 and k5=(1.3±0.3)109 lmol-1s-1 were obtained at T=298 K. In addition, reaction rate coefficients for SO-5+Fe2+prod. (R-6) and SO-5+Mn2+prod. (R-7) of k6=(4.3±2.4) 107 lmol-1s-1 and k7=(4.6±1.0)106 lmol-1s-1 (T=298 K, I0) have been obtained by the application of laser photolysis/UV-VIS broadband diode array spectroscopy. A new laser photolysis/UV-long path laser absorption experiment has been applied to study the reaction of the Cl-2 radical anion with dissolved sulfur(IV). For the reactions Cl-2+HSO-32Cl-+H++SO-3 (R-8) and Cl-2+SO2-32Cl-+SO-3 (R-9) rate coefficients of k8=(1.7±0.2)108 lmol-1s-1 (T=298 K, I0) and of k9=(6.2±0.3)107 lmol-1s-1 (T=279 K, I0) were obtained.  相似文献

The pathways of the chemical transformation of aglycones and their glycosides that do not affect the glycosidic chain are considered. Starting from 3-hydroxy-5-pregn-16-en-20-one 3-0-[0--D-glucopyranosyl-(1 2)-0--D-glucopyranosyl-(1 4)--D-galactopyranoside] the corresponding 16(H),17(OH)-dihydropyranone glycoside has been obtained. The latter has been converted into the polyacetate of a glycoside with a 17,20-dihydroxytetrahydropyran ring E. Calculations are presented of the energies of the ground and excited and electronic states of ethylene and substituted vinylboranes. The Pople-Segal-Santry method was employed throughout. It is concluded that the excited state of lowest energy in ethylene has * character whilst the lowest energy ultra-violet spectral bands of the latter compounds stem from * transitions.
Zusammenfassung Valenzelektronenrechnungen nach Pople-Segal-Santry wurden für Äthylen und Vinylborane durchgeführt. Danach hat der niedrigste angeregte Zustand von Äthylen *-Charakter, während die längstwellige UV-Bande der Vinylborane einem * -Übergang entspricht.

The INDO/S method with Zerner's parametrization has been used to calculate the energies and intensities of electronic transitions for a number of metallophthalocyanines of transition metals and their negatively charged ions: CoPC, FePC·L2, MnPC·L2, CoPC, FePC, MnPC·L2, FePC2–, FePC·L2, and COPC2– (PC is the macrocyclic phthalocyanines ligand, and L the molecules of axial ligands, in the present instance ammonia molecules). It is shown that within an isoelectronic series of compounds, having the same total number of electrons and the same disposition of pairs of d orbitals, the laws governing the changes in the electronic spectra, related to changes in the d- interactions, can be described theoretically by allowing for configuration interactions of doubly excited configurations in the basis. It is established that in the visible and near UV and IR regions of the spectrum the allowed electronic transitions in compounds of an isoelectronic series, corresponding to an uncharged state of the phthalocyanine ligand, consist of a superposition of the * configuration (2a1u 6eg) and two types of intramolecular CT configurations: (d 3b1u) and the double excitation (2a1u, d 6eg, 6eg). (+)-3-Methyl-3,4-dihydroisoquinoline-1-thione was obtained by sulfuration of (+)-3-methyl-3,4-dihydroisoquinolone with phosphorus pentasulfide or by cyclization of (+)--benzylethyl isothiocyante under the influence of polyphosphoric acid. Measurements of the rotatory dispersion and circular dichroism showed the presence of two positive Cotton effects due to n* and * transitions in the thioamide chromophore, as well as Cotton effects apparently due to * transitions in the aromatic chromophore.Communication XXXV from the series Stereochemical Investigations. The energetics of the * transition in quadruply bonded complexes are investigated using a very simple valence-bond formalism, called the isolated * manifold (IDDM) model. In this model all electrons except for those that occupy the or * molecular orbitals are ignored, as are explicit metal-ligand interactions. The resulting equations allow the calculation of transition energies very inexpensively, albeit with poor quantitative agreement: the * transition in prototypical quadruple-bond systems is predicted to occur at energies greater than 70,000 cm1. The model incorporates configuration interaction between the two1 A 1g configurations (|| and |**|) to roughly the same extent as do correlated all-electron calculations. The application of the method to systems that involve relative changes in * transition energies, such as the torsional twisting of quadruple bonds, is more successful quantitatively.  相似文献
