The preprocessing of chromatograms, such as the alignment of retention time shifts, is often a crucial step in the proper data analysis chain. Here, an efficient approach to align shifted chromatographic signals, longest distance shifting, is presented and highlighted. The performance of this novel strategy was demonstrated by using both simulated chromatograms that covered the different kinds of retention time shifts and the real experimental chromatograms of Pudilan Xiaoyan Tablets obtained by high‐performance liquid chromatography with photodiode array detection. The averaged correlation coefficient for experimental chromatograms were in the range of 0.9517–0.9840 and the peak factor was 0.9989. As a comparison, all the chromatograms have also been aligned using correlation optimized warping and Interval Correlation Optimized Shifting algorithms. The obtained results indicate that the longest distance shifting algorithm is simpler, faster and more effective, and will be potentially suitable for the alignment of other types of signals.  相似文献

An unprecedented C4-methyl regioselective halogenation of 4,5-dimethyl-2-aryl-1,3-thiazoles (1) has been accomplished. The reaction of compound 1 with N-chlorosuccinimide and N-bromosuccinimide under mild conditions provides an efficient and operationally simple method for obtaining 4-chloromethyl-5-methyl-2-aryl-1,3-thiazoles (2) and 4-bromomethyl-5-methyl-2-aryl-1,3-thiazoles (3), respectively, in good yields without the formation of 4-methyl-5-halomethyl regioisomers.  相似文献

α-Bromination of carbonyl compounds (cyclic and acyclic ketones, amides and β-ketoesters) has been achieved efficiently by treatment with N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) and catalyzed by silica-supported sodium hydrogen sulfate (NaHSO4·SiO2). Ascorbic acid (AA) is involved in important metabolic processes in the human body. However, its chemical instability requires the assessment of products containing AA. The aim of this study was to develop systems that improve AA stability and to evaluate its release profile, permeation, and skin retention in vitro. For this purpose, we prepared binary systems consisting of propylene glycol and water, microemulsions, liquid crystalline systems, and an emulsion. The AA content in these systems was evaluated over time by measuring the inhibition of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). Our results demonstrated that the binary systems and molecular aggregates were less stable and effective than the emulsion. Thus, in vitro AA release, skin permeation, and retention were evaluated using the emulsion. Our results indicate that AA exhibits low release and permeation levels and a high retention rate in the skin, characteristics desirable in cosmetic products.  相似文献

An efficient synthetic method for 3,6-epoxy[1,5]dioxocines via the condensation of salicyl aldehydes and epichlorohydrin, using benzyl triethylammonium chloride as catalyst, is described. The use of neutral or electron-deficient salicyl aldehydes in all cases was found to give 3,6-epoxy[1,5]dioxocine derivatives in good yields. The structural features were resolved by IR, NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and ultimately proved by X-ray crystallographic analysis.  相似文献
