The structure of the dimer associates of aniline and n-propylamine with dimethylsulfoxide, isobutyronitrile, and N-methylpiperidone was investigated by ab initio calculations. Stable configurations of the complexes and their structural and energy characteristics have been determined. The effects of the nature of the solvent and the structure of the associate on the properties of the NH2 group are examined.  相似文献

A comparative quantum chemical analysis has been made for the most stable dimer of nitrogen oxide with the structure cis-ONNO in a singlet state 1A1 by ab initio method of SCF MO LCAO, allowing for electron correlation according to Meller-Plesset perturbation theory of the second order (MP2), and density functional technique (DFT). The computations by MP2 method show anion-radical (ONNO)? to have a strong bond between nitrogen atoms (N-N 1.44 Å) in contrast to molecular weakly bound cis-dimer with equilibrium distance N-N 2.23 Å. Molecular orbital structure of the dimer and its anions was examined that made it possible to suggest a reason of preferable stabilization of nitrogen oxide dimer in the cis-form. Calculated high affinity to electron (Ea = ?1.55-?1.69 eV) for the molecular dimer ONNO (1A1) explains an intense strengthening of N-N bond in anion-radical and confirms the experimental data on a possibility of surface anion-π-radical formation on electron donor centers. The DFT computations indicate that this technique poorly reproduces the experimental geometry and electron structure of the cis-dimer ONNO having predicted a triplet ground state with the equilibrium distance N-N ≈2 Å instead of a singlet one with N-N 2.26 Å. The comparison between MP2 and DFT calculations for complex dimer ONNO with copper cation reveals the energy state of the complex (Cu-O2N2)+ corresponding to stabilization of anion-π-radical (N2O2)? {term-3A2, Cu(d)9-(ONNO)?1} to be highly overestimated by DFT.  相似文献

N-Chloroacetylcytisine was synthesized by acylation of (–)-cytisine. Stable Z- and E-conformers with respect to rotational isomerism around the N-12–CO bond were found in PMR spectra at room temperature. The point at which PMR resonances of the Z- and E-conformers coalesced upon heating was measured. The transition barrier between the conformers was estimated.  相似文献

Phosphoryl chloride is used as a starting material to synthesize new diazaphosphole, (1) and diazaphosphorinane, (2). The products are characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, and IR spectroscopy. A high value 2 J(PNH) = 17.0 Hz, 17.2 Hz is measured for two non-equivalent NH protons of endocyclic nitrogen atoms in compound 1, while it greatly decreases to 4.5 Hz in 2. Also, great amounts are obtained for two 2 J(P,C) as well as two 3 J(P,C) in the 13C NMR spectrum of 1, but they are zero in 2. Here, the effect of ring strain and ring size on the structural and spectroscopic parameters is observed. The 31P NMR spectra reveal that δ(31P) of compound 1 is far much more downfield (12.63 ppm) relative to that of compound 2 (−10.39 ppm). Furthermore, ab initio quantum chemical calculations are performed to optimize the structures of these molecules by density functional theory (B3LYP) and Hartree-Fock (HF) methods, using the standard 6−31+G** basis set. The stabilization energies are calculated by the equation ΔE stabilization = E molecule − ΣE i , where i = atom. To obtain the atomic hybridizations, NBO computations are made at the B3LYP/6−31+G** level. Also, by NMR calculations the 1H, 13C, 31P chemical shifts are obtained and compared with the experimental ones.  相似文献

The hydrodynamic and conformational properties of molecules of poly(N,N-diallyl-N,N-dimethylammonium chloride) and N,N-diallyl-N,N-dimethylammonium chloride-maleic acid copolymers of different compositions in solutions with various ionic-strength and pH values, as well as of the polyelectrolyte complex based on the copolymer with dodecyl sulfate anions in chloroform, are studied. For poly(N,N-diallyl-N,N-dimethylammonium chloride) molecules in a 1 M NaCl solution, the Kuhn segment length and the hydrodynamic diameter of the chain are estimated as A = 3.9 nm and d = 0.48 nm, respectively. In acidic solutions with pH 3.5, the copolymers demonstrate behavior typical for polyelectrolytes. In an alkaline solution with pH 13, when 1 M NaCl is added to the solution of the copolymer containing 29 mol % maleic acid units, there is an antipolyelectrolyte effect that manifests itself as an increase in the intrinsic viscosity of the copolymer and in the hydrodynamic radius of its molecules. It is found that an increase in the fraction of maleic acid units in the copolymer from 12 to 42 mol % brings about a reduction in the equilibrium rigidity of its macromolecules from 4.1 to 2.2 nm. The equilibrium rigidity of polyelectrolyte-complex molecules is higher than that of initial copolymer molecules owing to steric interactions arising between the aliphatic chains of dodecyl sulfate anions. In an electric field, the molecules of the complex are oriented owing to the induced dipole moment resulting from the displacement of dodecyl sulfate anions along the chain contour.  相似文献

A copolymer of N,N-diallyl-N,N-dimethylammonium chloride with maleic acid of constant composition was prepared under the conditions of radical initiation. The possibility of the functionalization of the copolymer with drugs containing amino groups by polymer-analogous transformations was examined. Conditions were found for preparing conjugates of the copolymer with isoniazid. The structures and the quantitative compositions of the conjugates were determined by 13С NMR spectroscopy, and the possibility of preparing conjugates with controlled drug content was demonstrated.  相似文献

Synthesis of amino acid conjugates of glycyrrhizic acid with the use of N-hydroxyphthalimide, N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, and tert-butyl esters of L-amino acids (valine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, and methionine) was performed followed by deprotection with trifluoroacetic acid. The target amino acid conjugates were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel in 40–45% yield. The structure of the prepared compounds was confirmed by IR and 13C NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The thioketene molecule, as well as its isomer and dimer molecules, were calculated by the HF, MP2, and DFT (B3LYP) ab initio methods. The 6-31G (d) and 6-311G (2d, p) basis sets were used. The sequence of stable isomers is refined, and vibrational spectra are calculated for three most stable structures. The assignment of some absorption bands is changed. Phonon spectra of hypothetic BeMN2 (M = C, Si, Ge, Sn) crystals with a chalcopyrite lattice are calculated by the ab initio density functonal method in the center of the Brillouin zone and interpolated over the whole Brillouin zone using the phenomenological Keating model. Interaction parameters are found by comparing IR and Raman active frequencies obtained in the phenomenological model with calculations performed by the ab initio method. Numerical values of short-range constants and charges are in accordance with the ab initio calculated characteristics of the chemical bond. These parameters have the obvious physical meaning and the chemical nature and can be further used for both qualitative estimates of any physical and physicochemical values and quantitative calculations of the phonon spectra of isostructural compounds.  相似文献

We report ab initio UMP2 calculations of the reaction of CN with HNCO using 6-311G(d,p) basis sets. The obtained results show that the reaction has two product channels: HNCO+CN→HCN+NCO (1) and HNCO+CN→HNCN+CO (2). Channel (1) is a hydrogen abstraction reaction, which is a concerted process. The calculated potential energy barrier is 20.80 kJ/mol at UMP2(full)/6-311G(d,p) level. In the range of reaction temperature (1000-2100 K), the conventional transition theory rate constant for channel (1) ranges from 0.32×10−11 to 6.9×10−11cm3· mol−1· s−1, which is close to the experimental value. Channel (2) is a stepwise reaction involving an intermediate during the process of reaction. The UMP2(full)/6-311G(d,p) potential energy barrier is 83.42 kJ/mol for the rate-controlling step, which is much higher than that of channel (1).  相似文献

Ab initio quantum-chemical calculations of 1,2-acetylenedithiol isomers were carried out. The MP2(full), DFT(B3PW91, MPW1PW91), G3, G3B3, and CBS-Q methods were used. According to the calculations, the most stable isomers were 1,2-dithiet, thiiranethione, and trans-1,2-dithioglyoxal. The necessity of including basis set functions with a large angular momentum in calculations was confirmed. The relatively high stability of 1,2-dithiet was attributed to the aromaticity of its four-membered ring. It was noted that the carbon-carbon bond in the three-membered rings of the cis- and trans-isomers of thiirenethiols was unusually short.  相似文献

Summary Eight possible tautomeric forms of barbituric acid have been studied using the Gaussian-98 program at a B3LYP/D95** level of computation. All of them are considered in the isolated state in order to find the transition states between pairs of tautomers. A rapid amplification cDNA end (RACE) assay was established to achieve the complete sequence of mitochondrial manganese-superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD) cDNA in Nelumbo nucifera. The obtained full-length cDNA of Mn-SOD was 926 bp and contained a 699-bp open reading frame encoding an Mn-SOD precursor of 233 amino acids. The recombinant of Mn-SOD expressed by PET-32a vector in Escherichia coli BL21 was confirmed by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and Western blotting assays. A 3D structural model of the Mn-SOD was constructed by homology modeling. Real-time polymerase chain reaction analysis revealed that Mn-SOD mRNA was expressed in young leaves, blossom, stems, and terminal buds during reproductive stage but with the highest expression in young leaves. This significant difference demonstrated the differential expression of Mn-SOD in various organs of N. nucifera.  相似文献

Background  

Adenylation of nicotinate mononucleotide to nicotinate adenine dinucleotide is the penultimate step in NAD+ synthesis. In Escherichia coli, the enzyme nicotinate mononucleotide adenylyltransferase is encoded by the nadD gene. We have earlier made an initial characterization in vivo of two mutant enzymes, NadD72 and NadD74. Strains with either mutation have decreased intracellular levels of NAD+, especially for one of the alleles, nadD72.  相似文献

Conformers of the biologically active compounds CH3P(O)(OR)(SCH2CH2NR 2 ), where (I) R = i-C4H9, R′ = C2H5 and (II) R = C2H5, R′ = i-C3H7, are calculated within the AM1 level of theory. The elongated and twisted forms with maximum and minimum distances between a nitrogen atom and those of a phosphorus tetrahedron, respectively, and bearing a syn and anti oriented alkoxy group relative to a phosphoryl oxygen, are studied. It is found that the differences between the energy, electronic, and geometric parameters of these forms are apparent in differences between their properties, e.g., the ability to participate in complexation and protonation, reactions that to some extent simulate the interaction between a substance and a biological object.  相似文献

The molecular structures of N-(o-and p-hydroxybenzyl)cytisine were investigated by NMR spectroscopy, x-ray structure analysis, and molecular modeling. Summary. Condensation of (2-iodophenyl)ethylamines with cyclohexanoylacetaldehyde provided the corresponding aldimines which were reduced yielding secondary phenethylcyclohexanoylethylamines. These in turn were appropriate intermediates to prepare several erythrinanes by a sequential intramolecular Strecker and intramolecular Bruylants reaction.
