为了合理地设计光学系统以整形激光二极管出射光束,必须准确了解激光二极管的远场分布,然而对于大功率激光二极管仍没有形式简单并且较好反映实际器件特性的光束模型。基于亥姆霍兹方程的严格远场解,提出使用两个离心高斯光束描述场源处平行结平面方向的模式场分布,将其代入严格远场解中得到一种描述大功率激光二极管远场光分布模型.用于描述其双峰远场结构。理论模型与三种实际器件的测量数据进行了比较,曲线主要部分都能很好吻合,并且偏差部分的能量仅占总能量的1%~2%。该模型数学表达形式简单,可以方便地用于研究光束经光学系统后的变换,以及计算光学系统的耦合效率,而且对于定量设计光学整形系统十分有用。 相似文献

The formation and evolution of a plasma in the interaction of laser radiation with gold targets are studied by computer simulations using MHD code (ESC-CASTOR). The nonlinear features of the interaction including the absorption of laser radiation, heating of the plasma components, and the deformation of the density profile under the action of the ponderomotive force are discussed. The role of these nonlinear effects together and the influence of the radiative and collisional transport in the evolution of the density profile are discussed based on the numerically obtained two-dimensional dynamical structures of the hydrodynamic parameter (electron density ne, ion density ni, electron temperature Te, ion temperature Ti), radiation temperature Tr, ponderomotive force profile, and the space-time dependencies of the absorption efficiency and the ionization rates. The radiation spectrum is analyzed and the regularities in the motion of the critical density surface are clarified. 相似文献

Chiroptical response, demonstrating chiral interaction between optical vortex and chiral structure, plays an important role in variety of fields like optics and material science. However, the flexibility and efficiency of chiral structure fabrication are limited due to mask requirement and a point-by-point constructing strategy. In this paper, a novel chiral lithography method is proposed that utilizes optical vortex phase beam shaping to achieve chiral structure processing with high efficiency and flexibility. By programming topological charges of the vortex phase, chiral structures with adjustable appearance, rotation, and chirality can be produced using femtosecond laser single pulse exposure. Transmittance measurements of fabricated chiral structures array confirm a 66% helical dichroism that is predicted by simulation. Moreover, with the aid of convolutional neural networks (CNN), an accuracy of 98% in Orbital Angular Momentum (OAM) recognition can be achieved. This chiral lithography method provides an alternative for chiral structure fabrication and holds promise in the development of chiral optics, optical communications, and next-generation optical devices. 相似文献

高功率固体激光驱动器的负载能力已经成为限制驱动器发展的瓶颈问题,负载能力研究的主要是激光束近场和光学元件的相互作用过程。采用功率谱密度(Power spectral density,PSD)方法分析了多程放大构型高功率固体激光驱动器实验输出近场强度的频谱在激光强度提升过程中的演变规律,分析了引起近场强度调制的主要因素。结果表明,高强度下,激光驱动器的输出近场存在明显的频谱特征,二维功率谱密度近似满足各向同性,近场调制主要源于小尺度自聚焦效应,PSD曲线显示获得增长的频率主要是各级空间滤波器截止频率所限定的频段。 相似文献

为了设计能够满足高功率固体激光装置需求的空间滤波器透镜,采用矩阵光学方法,分析光束经过单透镜传输时剩余反射形成各阶鬼像的过程,得到鬼像位置与透镜曲率半径的关系式.该关系式表明,透镜的曲率半径设计可以控制鬼像所在的区域.根据高功率激光装置光路排布的特点简化鬼像分析,利用自行开发的鬼像追迹软件分析了主放大级鬼像分布特点.通过改变透镜的曲率半径和倾斜透镜这两种方式,基于鬼像规避和像差最小化两种原则,最终确定主放大级透镜曲率半径的最优选择为1:3弯月型,凸面朗向光学元件集中的方向.该方法可普遍应用于指导高通量复杂光学系统的透镜设计. 相似文献

The crater formation process is studied in the laser - Al solid target interactions on the PALS iodine laser facility. A great variety of laser beam parameters are used to irradiate massive aluminium targets. Large laser energies available (up to 600 J) open a possibility to investigate the process of crater formation for physical conditions different from the earlier studies for the lower laser energies. Comparison with the earlier results is presented.A simple theory, LSM (laser simulation method), has been applied for the analysis of the experimental results. This model leads to a universal relation (scaling law) for the crater relative volume. Our work extends the study of crater formation to the virtual macroparticle velocities exceeding 100 km/s. The scaling law is derived here for this previously unexplored region. An alternative method of studying crater formation is also proposed. 相似文献

It includes a deformable bimorph mirror and a Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor. This system was used to improve the radiation
focusing in an ultrashort-pulse laser designed for basic research in the field of high-energy physics. With the indicated
system, the power density of 10-TW radiation pulses in the focal plane of a Ti:Al2O3 laser reached 4 ⋅ 1019 W/cm2.

采用侧面环绕均匀排布的紧凑型抽运结构,实现了激光二极管阵列侧向抽运Nd∶YAG陶瓷激光器高效率激光输出。理论计算得到谐振腔输出镜的最佳输出耦合透射率为22.2%,并在输出耦合镜透射率为22%的条件下,用掺杂原子数分数为1%,尺寸为5mm×75mm的Nd∶YAG陶瓷棒,获得了平均功率大于230W的准连续1064nm激光输出,其光光效率和斜率效率分别高达52.4%和61%。并测得输出激光脉冲宽度为160μs,光谱线宽略小于0.8nm,光束发散角为16mrad。实验结果显示,Nd∶YAG陶瓷激光器输出功率Nd∶YAG单晶激光器相当。 相似文献

质子注入型面发射激光器相干耦合阵列能够实现同相模式的激射,但是由于制作过程中的工艺不均匀性引起单元间存在相位差,影响光束的质量。本文通过设计分离电极结构,使每个单元注入的电流得到分别的控制,实现了3单元三角排列阵列高光束质量同相耦合模式的激射。阵列远场发散角仅为3.4°,大约有25.6%的全部能量聚集在中心光斑。激射光谱的线宽为0.24 nm,边模抑制比为27 dB。该方法能够有效提高相干耦合阵列的光束质量,弥补制作工艺中引入的单元不均匀性,提高器件的可靠性和实用性。质子注入方法简单、成本低,能够成为制作高光束质量相干耦合阵列的一个重要方法。 相似文献
