We get the characterizations of the family of all nonnegative,subadditive,β-absolutely homogeneous and continuous functionals defined on X,when the β-normed space X contains an asymptotically isometric copy of lβ.Moreover,it is proved that if a closed bounded β-convex subset K of a β-normed space contains an asymptotically isometric lβ-basis,then K contains a closed β-convex subset C which fails the fixed point property.  相似文献

Assume X is a normed space, every x* ∈ S(X*) can reach its norm at some point in B(X), and Y is a β-normed space. If there is a quotient space of Y which is asymptotically isometric to lβ, then L(X, Y) contains an asymptotically isometric copy of lβ. The main purpose of this paper is to study the weight space L p(x),ω for 0 < p(x) < 1 as well as the topology of this space. Embeddings between different Lebesgue spaces with variable exponent of summability are established. In particular, it is proved that the set of all linear continuous functionals over L p(x),ω for 0 < p(x) < 1 consists only of the zero functional.  相似文献

In this paper we continue the study of the theories I n+1 (T), initiated in [7]. We focus on the quantifier complexity of these fragments and theirs (non)finite axiomatization. A characterization is obtained for the class of theories such that I n+1 (T) is n+2 –axiomatizable. In particular, I n+1 (I n+1 ) gives an axiomatization of Th n+2 (I n+1 ) and is not finitely axiomatizable. This fact relates the fragment I n+1 (I n+1 ) to induction rule for n+1 –formulas. Our arguments, involving a construction due to R. Kaye (see [9]), provide proofs of Parsons conservativeness theorem (see [16]) and (a weak version) of a result of L.D. The partial ordering of Medvedev reducibility restricted to the family of 01 classes is shown to be dense. For two disjoint computably enumerable sets, the class of separating sets is an important example of a 01 class, which we call a ``c.e. separating class'. We show that there are no non-trivial meets for c.e. separating classes, but that the density theorem holds in the sublattice generated by the c.e. separating classes. We consider a problem of the realization of k-valued logics functions (k ≥ 3) by circuits in two bases: in the Rosser–Turkett basis and in its dual basis. We assume that the basis gates are exposed to faults at outputs: only of type 0 or only of type k ? 1, and they pass into faulty states independently of each other. We describe a constructive method for the synthesis of an asymptotically optimal reliable circuit for almost any function of k-valued logic, we found the upper and lower bounds of circuits unreliability and the class of functions for which the lower bounds are true.  相似文献

In this paper, we define the normalized Eisenstein series ℘, e, and associated with Γ0(2), and derive three differential equations satisfied by them from some trigonometric identities. By using these three formulas, we define a differential equation depending on the weights of modular forms on Γ0(2) and then construct its modular solutions by using orthogonal polynomials and Gaussian hypergeometric series. We also construct a certain class of infinite series connected with the triangular numbers. Finally, we derive a combinatorial identity from a formula involving the triangular numbers.   相似文献

We point out that it is consistent with ZFC that 2 ω > ℵ1 and every subset of ℝ is the ω 1 limit of a sequence of G δ sets in ℝ. We prove also that assuming cov ( ) > ℵ1, not every set in ℝ is the ω 1 limit of a sequence of measurable sets. This solves two problems of T. Natkaniec and J. Wesołowska.   相似文献
