给出了高能脉冲X射线能谱测量的基本原理及实验结果.采用Monte-Carlo程序计算了高能光子在能谱仪中每个灵敏单元内的能量沉积,利用能谱仪测量了"强光Ⅰ号"加速器产生的高能脉冲X射线不同衰减程度下的强度,求解得到了具有时间分辨的高能脉冲X射线能谱,时间跨度57ns,时间步长5ns,光子的最高能量3.0MeV,平均能量1.04MeV,能量在0.2—0.9MeV之间的光子数目最多,占46.5%.也利用二极管的电压电流波形理论计算了光子的能谱,并与利用能谱仪测得的能谱进行了比较,两种方法所得结果基本一致.  相似文献

 研制了一种重复频率快脉冲硬X射线发生器,该发生器的主要设备包括纳秒脉冲功率源、亚纳秒脉冲发生器、功率负载二极管装置、真空系统和二极管运行监测探测器5部分。对该发生器的工作原理、结构特点进行了介绍,通过建立的发生器运行电参数监测以及辐射场参数测量手段,对源的运行电流、电压参数以及辐射场参数进行了初步监测和分析,并考验了源运行的稳定性。结果表明:该发生器结构以及运行方式灵活、稳定性好,实现了射线的能量上限、能谱、强度、脉宽等多种重要参数在线可调,且射线有一定的强度,可以为快响应探头标定等实验提供合适的纳秒、皮秒脉冲硬X射线辐射场。  相似文献

研制出了一种用于强脉冲γ射线能谱测量的能谱仪,在感应电压叠加器实验平台上,测量了阳极杆箍缩二极管产生的强脉冲γ射线能谱。选择适合强脉冲γ射线测量的Si-PIN探测器阵列和铅过滤片作为测量系统,通过在能谱仪的前部放置不同厚度的铅衰减片,测量了感应电压叠加器的强脉冲γ射线的强度。理论计算了不同能量的光子经过不同厚度的铅衰减片以后在探测器阵列上的能量沉积,得到了探测器的灵敏度曲线。利用探测器上的理论计算的电荷量和实验波形的对应关系,求解了该加速器的能谱。光子的最高能量约为1.44 MeV,平均能量为0.68 MeV,其中能量在0.4-0.8 MeV范围内的光子数最多,占74.3%。  相似文献

采用粒子模拟,得到了阳极杆箍缩二极管阳极钨针上电子的空间分布和入射角分布,分析二极管工作状态得到了电子的能量分布.在此基础上建立阳极杆箍缩二极管的蒙特卡罗模型,模拟得到了阳极杆箍缩二极管的辐射能谱和X射线的平均能量,并与实验结果进行了比较.结果表明:09006炮光子平均能量为0.441 MeV,计算该能谱射线经过不同厚度铅衰减片后的剂量衰减情况,与叠片法PIN探测器所测的实验数据基本一致. 关键词: 阳极杆箍缩二极管 粒子模拟 蒙特卡罗方法 X射线能谱  相似文献

结合利用雪崩光电二极管(APD)进行红外单光子探测电路模型的工作原理和特点以及传输线瞬态电脉冲产生的过程,提出了将传输线瞬态过程脉冲发生电路模型用于APD雪崩抑制的一种新方法,该方法可以实现利用APD门模工作方式进行红外单光子探测的过程.主要从理论上计算了红外单光子信号入射APD时,传输线脉冲发生电路模型中负载电阻输出电脉冲的特点,讨论了传输线终端不同边界条件对输出电脉冲的影响,通过理论计算确定了这种利用APD进行红外单光子探测新模型的电路结构与参数,证明了该电路模型用于红外单光子探测APD门模工作方式的 关键词: 红外单光子探测技术 雪崩光电二极管(APD) 抑制电路 传输线瞬态过程  相似文献

光子与相对论麦克斯韦分布电子散射的描述及能谱角度谱计算非常复杂且费时.本文提出了一种光子与相对论麦克斯韦速度分布电子散射的蒙特卡罗(MC)模拟方法,该方法能够细致模拟高温等离子体中任意能量光子与任意温度电子的Compton和逆Compton散射问题.对于散射后光子的能谱和角度谱参数,可以根据电子温度抽样若干不同状态的电子,分别模拟其与光子发生散射,可以得到各次散射后的光子能量和偏转角度,取统计平均后的结果即可获得该光子与该温度电子散射的能谱和角度谱分布.根据该方法编写了光子与相对论电子散射MC模拟程序,开展了高温全电离等离子体中光子与相对论电子散射的能谱角度谱计算和分析,分析结果显示:热运动电子将展宽出射光子能谱,且低能光子与高温电子散射后的蓝移现象明显;出射光子的角度谱很复杂,其决定于入射光子能量、出射光子能量及电子温度.基于该方法计算并以数表形式给出的光子-相对论电子散射能谱角度谱数据,可以供辐射输运数值模拟程序使用.  相似文献

 给出了低阻抗二极管产生的电子束能谱分布及外加磁场对二极管阻抗影响的数值模拟研究结果。结果表明,即使在外加电压恒定的条件下,二极管产生的电子束也具有一定的能谱分布,这说明用二极管电压、电流波形计算脉冲电子束能谱分布是不正确的。另外,外加磁场对低阻抗二极管的阻抗特性具有较大影响,其阻抗随外加磁场的增大而减小。分析认为这是由于外加磁场强度的变化改变了二极管中束电子的运动轨迹。当没有外加磁场或外加磁场较小时,低阻抗二极管产生的电子束发生自箍缩,此时二极管电流是自箍缩饱和顺位流;当外加磁场足够强时,电子束的自箍缩被抑制,二极管电流是没有箍缩时的空间电荷限制电流。束电流小于自箍缩临界电流的二极管其阻抗将不随外加磁场的变化而变化。  相似文献

介绍了基于吸收法的脉冲硬X射线能谱测量的基本原理及设计思路,完成了探测器及吸收片的选型,设计了射线准直系统,研究了散射对测量的影响,以12路PIN探测器阵列及铜、铝吸收片为测量核心部件研制了脉冲硬X射线能谱测量系统。实验测量了真空环境下"闪光二号"加速器串级二极管产生的脉冲硬X射线强度,获得了不同衰减程度的实验波形,通过解谱获得了脉冲硬X射线的能谱,光子最高能量约600 keV,平均能量约89.1 keV,与理论计算的结果比较符合。  相似文献

雪崩光电二极管单光子探测器是一种具有超高灵敏度的光电探测器件,在远距离激光测距、激光成像和量子通信等领域有非常重要的应用.然而,由于雪崩光电二极管单光子探测器的雪崩点对工作温度高度敏感,因此在外场环境下工作时容易出现增益波动,继而导致单光子探测器输出信号的延时发生漂移,严重降低了探测器的时间稳定性.本文发展了一种稳定输出延时的方法,采用嵌入式系统控制雪崩光电二极管,使其处于恒定温度,并实时补偿由环境温度引起的延时漂移,实现了雪崩光电二极管单光子探测器的高时间稳定性探测.实验中,环境温度从16 ℃变化到36 ℃,雪崩光电二极管的工作温度稳定在15 ℃,经过延时补偿,雪崩光电二极管单光子探测器输出延时漂移小于±1 ps,时间稳定度达到0.15 ps@100 s.这项工作有望为全天候野外条件和空间极端条件下的高精度单光子探测应用提供有效的解决方法.  相似文献

The theory of coherent excitation of then=3 level of atomic hydrogen by electron impact is studied using density matrix techniques. A set of multipole parameters is defined which allows to characterise coherently excited states with different angular momenta. Numerical results of these parameters, calculated in first order Born approximation, are tabulated for several energies and angles. Angular distribution and polarization of Balmer-α radiation are expressed in terms of the initial multipole parameters for the case that scattered electrons and emitted photons are detected in coincidence. The theory of cascade effects is briefly considered and applied to the case where scattered electrons and Lyman-α photons are detected in coincidence, generalising earlier formulations. Most of the formulas presented here are quite general and can be applied, for example, to an analysis of light emitted by beam foil excited hydrogenic levels.  相似文献

A linear optical quantum computer relies on interference between photonic qubits for logic, and entanglement for near-deterministic operation. Here we measure the interference and entanglement properties of photons emitted by a quantum dot embedded within a light-emitting diode. We show that pairs of simultaneously generated photons are entangled, and indistinguishable from subsequently generated photons. We measure entanglement fidelity of 0.87 and two-photon-interference visibility of 0.60 ± 0.05. The visibility, limited by detector jitter, could be improved by optical cavity designs.  相似文献

X rays emitted by relativistic electrons traversing a system of parallel atomic planes of a crystal are considered. The spectral, angular, and polarization characteristics of emitted photons are studied theoretically simultaneously for two coherent emission mechanisms, namely, the coherent bremsstrahlung and parametric X rays. Based on the results obtained, an optimal design of the experiment on studying the effect of interference of these emission mechanisms on the polarization of photons is calculated. The process of coherent radiation by relativistic electrons, which move in the field of periodically deformed crystal planes of atoms, is considered in the high-frequency range of emitted photons. The new mechanism of formation of sharp jumps in the radiation spectrum at this frequency range, based on the structure of asymptotic forms of the function that is summing in the cross section, is predicted.  相似文献

A number of laboratories are currently developing monochromatic sources of X-rays and gamma quanta based on the Compton backscattering (CBS) of laser photons by relativistic electrons. Modern technologies are capable of providing a concentration of electrons and photons in the interaction point such that each primary electron can emit several hard photons. In contrast to the well-known nonlinear CBS process, in which an initial electron “absorbs” a few laser photons and emits a single hard one, the above-mentioned process can be called a multiple CBS process and is characterized by a mean number of emitted photons. The present paper is devoted to simulating the parameters of a beam of back scattered quanta based on the Monte Carlo technique. It is shown that, even in the case of strong collimation of a resulting photon beam, the radiation monochromaticity may deteriorate because of the contribution coming from the multiple photon emission, which is something that must be considered while designing new CBS sources.  相似文献

The differential cross section of bremsstrahlung emitted in the head-on collision of beams of energetic protons and electrons is calculated in the laboratory frame. The angular distribution of the photons is more isotropic than in the common bremsstrahlung production on stationary target atoms. In order to incorporate the screening effect due to inner-shell electrons, a distorted wave approach is used. The nonlinear emission of electrons from a metal under the action of a femtosecond moderate-intensity laser pulse (laser shot) has been studied. A theoretical model of the process has been constructed based on the 1D nonstationary Schrödinger equation in the vacuum half-space with given boundary conditions for the electron wavefunction. This equation has been solved using the Laplace transformation. It has been assumed that the states of free electrons in a metal, which are described by the Sommerfeld theory of metals, are insignificantly influenced by the laser field. The energy spectrum of emitted electrons has been obtained, and its dependence on the parameters of the lased shot has been found. The calculated spectrum of nonlinear electron emission from a tungsten nanotip under the action of a 6.5-fs-long laser shot generating a field of 9.26 V/nm agrees with the experimental data.  相似文献

X-ray radiation from fast electrons in undulators filled with an inverse medium is studied. A formula for the spectral density of the number of photons is derived. The intensity zeroth harmonics, as well as the intensity of radiation in zero undulator field, are described by the Tamm-Frank formula for Cherenkov radiation. It is shown that the spectral density of emitted photons in a wavelength range of λ ? 0.4–2.0 Å in such a medium can be increased by four orders of magnitude as compared to the radiation intensity in a vacuum undulator. The energy of emitted electrons in the former case must be in an interval of 5-2 GeV, while electrons with an energy of 14-6 GeV are required in vacuum undulators.
