手性分离在生物医药等领域具有重要意义。高效液相色谱(HPLC)因其经济、快速、高效等特点被广泛应用于手性化合物的分离分析中。手性固定相(CSP)是HPLC实现手性分离的核心,而制备有效CSP的关键在于手性选择剂的筛选。近年来,大量文献报道了新型CSPs的制备,其中键合型CSPs因具有溶剂耐受性和较高稳定性等优点受到了广泛关注。该文对近年来以手性单分子、多糖、环糊精、大环抗生素、冠醚、杯芳烃及生物碱等为手性选择剂制备的新型键合型CSPs进行了归纳整理,并对其发展前景进行了展望。  相似文献

Supramolecular optical chemosensors are abiotic molecular devices that bind analytes by noncovalent interactions, producing a change in light absorption or fluorescence. This review summarizes recent progress in the development of such chemosensors for organic analytes based on artificial receptors. Important design considerations, such as analyte affinity, choice of chromophore or fluorophore, binding selectivity, and optical signaling mechanism are briefly discussed. Chemists have fashioned chemosensors from a wide range of molecular structures, including polyalcohols, crown ethers, calixarenes, helicenes, sterically geared tripods, metal complexes, pinwheels, porphyrins, and fused-ring heterocycles. Analytes of interest include amines, carboxylic acids, amino acids, hydroquinones, alkaloids, carbohydrates, peptides, urea and creatinine.  相似文献

手性杯芳烃是一类重要的主体化合物,在手性识别、对映体分离和不对称催化等方面有着广泛的用途。[4]芳烃引其稳定的构象和易于修饰的特点,成为研究最为广泛的杯芳烃分子,其中大量的文献报道了能够用于对映体识别和检测的手性[4]芳烃。在手性识别的研究中,荧光、紫外和核磁是3中最常见的研究方法,本文根据这3种方法进行分类,综述了近年来以杯[4]芳烃为分子骨架的手性受体的合成及其在手性识别中的应用。最后对手性[4]芳烃的发展前景作了展望。  相似文献

Recently, much concentration has been focused on chiral macrocyclic amides that bear the dual features of macrocyclic polyamines and oligopeptides, which can act as both hydrogen bond acceptors and donors and can form complexes with cation, anion or neutral molecules, so as to have potential applications for enantiomeric recognition and enantiomeric separation. In light that the more rigid the macrocyclic molecule, the better the enantiomeric recognition, and macrocyclic receptors possessing C2 symmetry usually show higher enantioselectivity than those of C1 symmetry, we chose L-proline, which possesses a unique and rigid pyrrolidinyl group, as starting material to synthesize a new class of novel chiral macrocyclic dioxopolyamines of C2 symmetry.  相似文献

Imitating the signal transduction and transmembrane transport co ntrolled by biological channels in the cell membra ne,artificial nanochannels with a similar capability of sensing and transport are constructed as bionic nanochannels.To accomplish selective sensing and transport of biological analyte(as "guest"),the bionic nanochannels are modified with the artificial receptor(as "host"),Based on selective recognition between host and guest,bionic nanochannels translate the stimulus of the guest to electrochemical signal as sensors,and further regulate the transmission of guest as transporters.Howeve r,throughout all kinds of guests,the selective sensing and transpo rt of ions and chiral molecules is a challenging problem.And throughout all hosts of ions and chiral molecules,the macrocyclic hosts with multisite of recognition show better selectivity,such as crown ethers,cyclodextrins,calixarenes,and pillararenes.In this article,we highlight recent advances in the macrocyclic host-based nanochannels for the selective sensing and transport of ionic and chiral guests,summarize the similarities and differences of different kinds of macrocyclic host-based nanochannels,and expect the research direction and application prospect.  相似文献

Two chiral crown ethers derived from methyl β-d-galactopyranoside are examined as chiral NMR discriminating agents for protonated primary amines, amino alcohols, and amino acids. In combination, the solubility and use of the two crown ethers span a range of common NMR solvents including chloroform, acetonitrile, and methanol, which are compatible with the solubilities of various protonated amines. Enantiomeric discrimination is observed in the spectra of most substrates in the presence of the crown ethers. In several cases, the enantiomeric discrimination is larger than observed with previously reported chiral crown ethers. The crown ether V contains a β-diol unit capable of forming a chelate bond with lanthanide(III) ions. Adding ytterbium(III)nitrate to NMR samples in acetonitrile containing V causes substantial enhancements in the enantiodiscrimination in the spectra of several substrates.  相似文献

Due to the importance of chiral separations of drugs, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and xenobiotics by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and capillary electrophoresis (CE), it is important to have the knowledge of the enantiomeric recognition mechanisms so that scientists may design and module the new chiral selectors for rapid, inexpensive and reproducible chiral separations; specially at preparative scale. The mechanisms of the chiral separation by HPLC and CE using polysaccharides, cyclodextrins, macrocyclic glycopeptide antibiotics, Pirkle type, ligand exchangers, crown ethers and other several types of chiral selectors have been discussed. Various complex formation and different types of interactions responsible for chiral resolution have been presented in detail.  相似文献

The modification of title compounds to chiral receptors and their characterization are reported. The two synthetic methods were developed. The racemates obtained could be resolved to each stable enantiomer by a chiral HPLC column. Chiral calixarenes were designed as the receptors with planar chirality. A simple and efficient synthetic protocol for an easy access of carbohydrate-linked crown ethers from cheap and readily available D-glucose in good yields has been devised. The base-mediated cyclization of sugar-linked bis-iodo podands in CH3CN with amines, including ethylamine and furfurylamine afforded the novel chiral monoaza-15-crown-5-type macrocyclic crown ethers anellated to 3-O-benzyl-1,2-O-isopropylidene-α-D-glucofuranose and 3-O-benzyl-1,2-O-isopropylidene-α-D-allofuranose. The glucose-based crown ethers have been characterized by spectroscopy techniques including IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR.  相似文献

This review gives an overview of chiral separation principles and their applications in capillary electromigration techniques. The basic chiral separation principles are explained and the mechanisms discussed. Recent developments and new techniques in CZE and capillary electrochromatography (CEC) are highlighted. New chiral selectors among cyclodextrins, crown ethers, carbohydrates, macrocyclic antibiotics, proteins, chiral ion-pairing reagents, chiral surfactants and chiral metal ion complexes and their chiral recognition ability are discussed. Recent advances in chip technology for chiral separation and new approaches regarding improvement of detection sensitivity are presented. This paper reviews chiral separations of primary amines by capillary electrophoresis and crown ether as chiral selector. Two possible mechanisms of chiral recognition by host-guest complexation are discussed: (i) The substituents of the crown ether act as barriers for the guest compounds, and (ii) lateral electrostatic interactions between host and guest occur. Experimental conditions affecting the separation are discussed in detail. A literature overview of practical applications is presented as well. More than 80 different primary amines were analyzed, whereupon the majority could be resolved using a screening method. It is shown that a synergistic effect on the resolution of chiral amines is observed when the chiral crown ether and cyclodextrins are simultaneously used in the same buffer system. This approach opens interesting perspectives for further method optimization.  相似文献
