Synthetic approaches towards new condensed thienopyridine ring systems including furo[2,3-b]thieno[3,2-e]pyridines, bisthieno[2,3-b:3′,2′-e]pyridines, 5H-chromeno[2,3-b]thieno[3,2-e]pyridines, 5H-benzo(f)chromeno[2,3-b]thieno[3,2-e]pyridines have been achieved by application of intramolecular 4+2 cycloaddition reactions of suitably designed thieno[2,3-e][1,2,4]triazines tethered with alkene or alkyne terminals.  相似文献

Simple one-step synthesis of [1]benzothieno[3,2-b][1]benzothiophene (BTBT) from commercially available o-chlorobenzaldehyde is reported. The procedure is also applicable to the synthesis of dinaphtho[2,3-b:2′,3′-f]thieno[3,2-b]thiophene (DNTT).  相似文献

Two new organic sensitizers, 2-cyano-3-(6-(4-(diphenylamino)phenyl)-4-(2-ethylhexyl)-4H-dithieno[3,2-b:2′,3′-d]pyrrol-2-yl)acrylic acid and 2-cyano-3-(6-(4-(diphenylamino)phenyl)-4-(4-(hexyloxy)phenyl)-4H-dithieno[3,2-b:2′,3′-d]pyrrol-2-yl)acrylic acid, consisting of electron donating (triphenylamine) and electron accepting (cyanoacrylic acid) functionalities linked by two different rigidified π-spacers, N-alkyl- and N-aryl-dithieno[3,2-b:2′,3′-d]pyrrole, were designed, synthesized and applied for dye-sensitized solar cells, respectively. The materials were successfully synthesized through Knoevenagel condensation reactions. Ultraviolet–visible absorption spectra revealed that the use of either of rigidified π-spacer resulted in similar charge transfer transition, however, enhanced spectral response was observed when compared with an oligothiophene analogue. In terms of their photovoltaic performance, new dyes outperformed the reference bithiophene sensitizer when tested with nitrile-based and ionic liquid-based electrolytes.  相似文献

Synthesis of the strained 2H-thieto[3,2-b]quinoline ring system is reported for the first time. Treatment of (Z)-2-benzyliden-2H-thieto[3,2-b]quinoline derivatives of this heterocycle with base, at reflux in ethanol, causes a novel rearrangement to 2-phenylthieno[3,2-b]quinolines. Indeed, the one-pot reaction of 2-aminobenzaldehydes and (Z)-2-benzylidenethietan-3-one in refluxing basic ethanol leads directly to 2-phenylthieno[3,2-b]quinolines in good yields.  相似文献

A series of 6-arylbenzothieno[3,2-c]quinolines were synthesised in three steps from benzo[b]thiophene. After a selective Heck-type coupling of benzo[b]thiophene with different o-nitroaryl bromides to obtain 2-(o-nitroaryl)benzo[b]thiophenes, corresponding 2-(benzo[b]thiophen-2-yl)anilines were involved in a Pictet-Spengler reaction to form the quinoline cycle.  相似文献

Two new classes of heteroacenes, namely benzo[4′,5′]thieno[2′,3′:4,5]thieno[3,2-b]quinolines and benzo[4′,5′]thieno[2′,3′:4,5]thieno[3,2-b][1,8]naphthyridines, have been formed using the Friedländer reaction to annulate the benzo[b]thieno[2,3-d]thiophene scaffold to quinoline or 1,8-naphthyridine fragments. In accordance with this synthetic strategy, benzo[b]thieno[2,3-d]thiophen-3(2H)-ones were treated with 2-aminobenzaldehydes or 2-aminonicotinaldehyde in the presence of pyrrolidine in glacial acetic acid at reflux to give the desired quinoline- or 1,8-naphthyridine-fused compounds, respectively. The optical and electrochemical properties of selected heteroacenes were determined.  相似文献

We have developed efficient synthetic routes to obtain a novel building block spiro[[8H]indeno[2,1-b]thiophene-8,9′-fluorene] (SITF), a monothiophene-containing spirobifluorene analogue, and constructed blue light-emitting materials, including 2′,7′-bis([1,1′-biphenyl]-4-yl)-spiro[indeno[2,1-b]thiophene-8,9′-fluorene] (BBP-SITF) and 2′,7′-bis(9,9′-spirobifluoren-2-yl)spiro[[8H]indeno[2,1-b]-thiophene-8,9′-fluorene] (BSBF-SITF). BSBF-SITF has shown to be a stable blue light-emitting material with high PL quantum efficiency (89%) and unique regioselective feature at the C2 of thiophene, which indicate that BSBF-SITF will be useful for constructing complicated optoelectronic systems.  相似文献

Mono(iminophosphorane) 4 was selectively prepared from the reaction of 3,4-diaminothieno[2,3-b]thiophene 3 with excess triphenylphosphine, C2Cl6, and Et3N due to intramolecular double hydrogen bond formation. Mono(iminophosphorane) 4 reacted with aromatic isocyanates to give stable carbodiimides 8, which were further treated with aliphatic secondary or primary amines to give 2-amino substituted thieno[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones 10 or 12 in the presence of a catalytic amounts of EtONa+. However, in the presence of a catalytic amounts of potassium carbonate, the carbodiimides 8 were transformed into previously unreported 5H-2,3-dithia-5,7-diaza-cyclopenta[c,d]indenes 13 via direct cyclization in high yields. The reaction of carbodiimides 8 with phenols in the presence of a catalytic amounts of potassium carbonate gave a mixture of 2-aryloxy substituted thieno[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones 14 and 13. X-ray structure analysis of 10m supported the structure and the proposed reactivity of amino group.  相似文献

4-Methylfuro[3′,2′:5,6]benzofuro[3,2-c]pyridine ( 3 ) was synthetized from 2-acetylfuro[3,2-f]benzo[b]furan ( 4 ) or from 2-acetyl-5,6-dihydrofuro[3,2-f]benzo[b]furan ( 10 ). The key step involves a rearrangement-cyclization of azides 6 and 12 to form 4-methylfuro[3′,2′:5,6]benzofuro[3,2-c]pyridin-1(2H) one ( 7 ) and 8,9-dihydro-4-methylfuro[3′,2′:5,6]benzofuro[3,2c]pyridin-1(2H)-one ( 13 ). Introduction of an aminoalkyl chain on carbon 1 was effected by substitution of 1-chloro-4-methylfuro[3′,2′:5,6]benzofuro[3,2-c]pyridine ( 8 ).  相似文献

The reaction of azaheterocyclic enamines with acrylamide was employed for the preparation of novel fluorescent scaffolds possessing a benzo[e]indoline moiety. Reaction of 3-substituted 2-methylidene-1H-benzo[e]indole with acrylamide gave rise to spiro[benzo[e]indole-2,2′-piperidin]-6′-ones. Ring opening reactions of the latter spiro compounds were investigated. Benzo[e]indoline derivatives possessing 2-(3-carbamoylpropyl), 2-[3-(ethoxycarbonyl)propyl] and 2-(4-aminobutyl) side chains were synthesised. The optical properties of the benzo[e]indoline derivatives were studied by UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopy.  相似文献

A facile and straightforward procedure for the synthesis of spiro-benzo[b]acridine-6,2′-furan derivatives via the reaction between benzo[b]acridine-6,11-dione, electron-deficient acetylenic compounds, and an isocyanide is described. The benzo[b]acridine-6,11-dione is obtained from the reaction between 2-(aminomethyl)aniline and 2-hydroxynaphthalene-1,4-dione via an unexpected reaction pathway. The products are synthesized in medium to high yields and no complicated purification is required.  相似文献

5-Hydroxy uracils or 4-hydroxy[1]benzopyran-2-ones were refluxed with 2-bromobenzyl bromides in acetone in the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate to afford a number of 5-(2′-bromobenzyloxy) pyrimidine-2,4-dione (80-92%) or 4-(2′-bromobenzyloxy) benzopyran-7-ones (70-82%) respectively. These were then refluxed with tri-n-butyltin chloride and sodium cyanoborohydride in the presence of a catalytic amount of azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) for 3-4 h to give 1H,3H,6H [2]benzopyrano[4,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4-diones (75-85%) or 12H-benzopyrano[3,2-c][1]benzopyran-5-ones (70-85%) respectively.  相似文献

1-Chloro-5-methyl-5H-pyrido[4,3-b]benzo[f]indole-6,11-quinones, variously substituted on ring D, have been synthesised from 4-chloro-3-formyl-1-methylpyrrolo[3,2-c]pyridine and lithiated N,N-diethylbenzamides. These, with amines, formed the corresponding 1-alkylamino derivatives. In some cases the substitution was accompanied by the formation of polysubstituted by-products. It was found that the méthoxy groups of 7- and 10-methoxy-5-methyl-5H-pyrido[4,3-b]benz[f]indole-6,11-quinones are themselves substituted by amines; this accounts for the complexity of the reaction products formed on substitution of some chloro-intermediates mono- or poly-methoxylated on ring D.  相似文献

A convenient and efficient one-pot three-step domino approach to bis(pyrazinothienopyrimidinones) from ethyl 3-(triphenylphosphoranylideneamino)-thieno[2,3-b]pyrazine-6-carboxylate 1 has been developed. In this method, treatment of phosphazene 1 with a mixture of isocyanates, nitrogen, sulfur, and oxygen bis(nucleophiles) and K2CO3 in refluxing THF regioselectively furnishes the corresponding bis(pyrazino[2′,3′:4,5]thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones) in satisfactory to good yields. This methodology is highly versatile and efficient for the generation of these functionalized bis(triheterocyclic) compounds that are not readily available by other synthetic methods.  相似文献

Three new α,α′-diimine ligands were synthesized based on condensation of 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione with 1,2-phenylenediamine derivatives using different approaches. All compounds were fully characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR, UV-visible, and MS spectroscopies. We report the first example of a dipyrido[3,2-f:2′,3′-h]quinoxalino[2,3-b]quinoxaline, which exhibits a strong absorption at 430 nm and an interesting electrochemical behavior. These new molecules may have biological potential and are of synthetic and technological importance.  相似文献

The thermolysis of (3R,9bS)-5-oxo-2,3,5,9b-tetrahydrothiazolo[2,3-a]isoindole-3-carboxylic acids in Ac2O led to novel 3-methylene-2,5-dioxo-3H,9bH-oxazolo[2,3-a]isoindoles and chiral (9bS)-5-oxo-2,3,5,9b-tetrahydrothiazolo[2,3-a]isoindoles were obtained on FVP. Starting from l-cysteine methyl ester (3R,10bR)-5-oxo-2,3-dihydro-10bH-[1.3]thiazolo[3,2-c][1,3]benzoxazines were obtained as single stereoisomers. The thermolysis of (3R,10bR)-5-oxo-2,3-dihydro-10bH-[1.3]thiazolo[3,2-c][1,3]benzoxazine-3-carboxylic acid in Ac2O gave 5-acetyl-2-phenyl-2,3-dihydrothiazole. The structures of methyl (3R,9bS)-5-oxo-2,3,5,9b-tetrahydrothiazolo[2,3-a]isoindole-3-carboxylate 1a and methyl (2R,4R)-N-chlorocarbonyl-2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)thiazolidine-4-carboxylate 9 were determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献
