针对三维球形靶丸内爆高效模拟需求和传统笛卡尔正交网格上辐射加源困难的问题, 发展一种多块结构非正交网格生成方法, 并基于此种计算网格提出高效的三维扩散格式并行算法, 将其应用于辐射流体方程组的求解和三维内爆不对称性的数值模拟, 数值结果显示了算法的有效性。并行性能测试显示该算法可扩展到5400个核上, 并行效率达到69%。 相似文献

结合Euler型多物质流体动力学数值方法,将Youngs界面重构技术进行改进,改进后的算法中,混合网格周围网格物质的体积份额不但被用来计算物质界面的位置,还被用来确定混合网格中各物质的输运次序.将改进后的算法加入到自行开发的MMIC-2D通用多物质二维爆炸与冲击问题数值仿真程序中,对二维直角坐标系下圆环在平移流场中的运动过程进行模拟,以此对提出的改进界面处理算法进行数值考核.在此基础上,对聚能装药射流的形成过程进行数值模拟,模拟结果图像显示,其物质分界面清晰,并与实验结果吻合较好,从而验证了该方法的精度及有效性. 相似文献

以分区拼接网格数值模拟方法为研究对象,对二阶Godunov方法在拼接网格中流场的数值模拟进行了研究,发展了适用于Godunov格式的通量守恒型算法,结合二阶Godunov有限体积法离散非定常Euler方程,数值模拟了捆绑火箭及航天飞机的超声速流场,计算结果正确描述了流场中的激波相交、反射等干扰特性. 相似文献

针对传统谱元法在每个单元内只能存在单一均匀介质,应用在复杂非均匀介质的波传播模拟中可能造成极大计算规模的问题,发展了多网格谱元法。该方法在谱元法单元内引入独立的辅助网格,用于精细描述单元内的介质和外力分布变化,在较稀疏的主网格上进行波场的求解。基于声波和弹性波方程推导了多网格谱元法公式,并对几种典型模型进行了波场的数值模拟。与传统谱元法的对比结果表明,此算法在复杂非均匀介质的弹性波传播模拟中可以利用较少的网格点数达到不低于传统算法的精度。此外,实现了并行化的多网格谱元法,获得了较好的并行效率。 相似文献

将局部基本解方法应用于静电场问题的模拟与分析。局部基本解方法是利用控制方程的基本解,基于局部理论和移动最小二乘原理提出的一种无网格算法。相比于有限元和有限差分等传统网格类方法,该方法仅需离散节点,避免了复杂的网格剖分难题。作为一种半解析数值技术,物理问题的基本解被作为插值基函数建立数值离散模型,从而保证了算法的较高精度。此外,与具有全局离散格式的无网格方法相比,局部基本解法更适用于高维复杂几何和大尺度模拟。二维和三维数值试验表明,该方法具有实施方便灵活,计算精度高和计算速度快等优势。为静电场仿真研究开辟新的途径,拓展了局部基本解方法的应用领域。 相似文献

The lattice Boltzmann method for two-phase fluid flows is applied to the simulations of gas-liquid two-phase flows in a micro
porous structure for various capillary numbers at low Reynolds numbers. The behaviors of the gas-liquid interface and the
velocities of the two-phase fluid in the structure are simulated, and the permeability of gas and liquid through the structure
are estimated from the calculated results. By changing the void fraction, the contact angle of the interface on walls, and
the surface tension, the effect of these properties on the behaviors and the permeability of the two-phase flows in the micro
porous structure is investigated. It is found that the permeability of liquid flows depends on the contact angle and it increases
for hydrophobic walls. It is also seen that liquid flows are choked in pores for large void fractions and low capillary numbers. 相似文献

This paper reports the result of investigation into the morphological evolution and migration of void in bi-piezoelectric material interface by utilizing nonlocal phase field model and finite element method (FEM), where the small scale effect containing the long-range forces among atoms is considered. The nonlocal elastic strain energy and the nonlocal electric energy around the void are firstly calculated by the finite element method. Then based on the finite difference method (FDM), the thermodynamic equilibrium equation containing the surface energy and anisotropic diffusivity is solved to simulate the morphological evolution and migration of elliptical void in bi-piezoelectric films interface. Results show that the way of load condition plays a significant role in the evolution process, and the boundary of void's long axis gradually collapses toward the center of ellipse. In addition, the evolutionary speed of left boundary gradually decreases with scale effect coefficient growth. This work can provide references for the safety evaluation of piezoelectric materials in micro electro mechanical system. 相似文献

Positron Lifetime measurements reveal that neutron irradiation at 350 and 400°C can produce sub-electron microscopic voids in Mo. The results show that the lifetime in voids reaches a saturation value with increasing void size to a dimension less than 20 Å. It is suggested that the difference among known data for τ2 ? 450 ps can be attributed to differences in the metal-void interface and gaseous conditions within the void. 相似文献

本文利用固体层状媒质声反射模型,给出了固体中含气泡层声反射和透射系数的表达式,并由此导出沿固体中含气泡薄层对称和反对称模式界面波的特征方程式。本文还介绍了含气泡固体有效弹性模量的估算方法,文中给出的数值计算具体说明了气泡体积浓度和气泡层厚度对声反射系数、声透射系数以及反对称模式界面波传播速度的影响,本文的研究为根据声反射系数和界面波的传播速度的测量反演固体间气泡层的力学性能提供了理论依据。

Voids at the tunnel-soil interface are not normally considered when predicting ground vibration from underground railways. The soil is generally assumed to be continuously bonded to the outer surface of the tunnel to simplify the modelling process. Evidence of voids around underground railways motivated the study presented herein to quantify the level of uncertainty in ground vibration predictions associated with neglecting to include such voids at the tunnel-soil interface. A semi-analytical method is developed which derives discrete transfers for the coupled tunnel-soil model based on the continuous Pipe-in-Pipe method. The void is simulated by uncoupling the appropriate nodes at the interface to prevent force transfer between the systems. The results from this investigation show that relatively small voids () can significantly affect the rms velocity predictions in the near-field and moderately affect predictions in the far-field. Sensitivity of the predictions to void length and void sector angle are both deemed to be significant. The findings from this study suggest that the uncertainty associated with assuming a perfect bond at the tunnel-soil interface in an area with known voidage can reasonably reach and thus should be considered in the design process. 相似文献

金刚石薄膜红外椭圆偏振参量的计算与拟合 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
用红外椭圆偏振仪对热丝化学气相沉积法制备的金刚石薄膜的光学参量进行了测量。由于表面状态和界面特性的差异,分别对镜面抛光硅片和粗糙氧化铝基片上的金刚石薄膜建立了不同的模型,并在此基础上进行了测试结果的计算拟合。为了综合反应诸如表面粗糙度等表面界面因素对测试结果的影响,根据衬底特性将表面层和界面层分离出来,并采用Bruggeman有效介质方法对它们的影响进行了近似处理。结果表明,硅衬底上金刚石薄膜的椭偏数据在模型引入了厚度为879nm的表面粗糙层之后能得到很好的拟合。而对于氧化铝衬底上的金刚石薄膜而言,除了在薄膜表面引入了粗糙层之外,还必须在衬底和金刚石界面处加入一层由体积分数为0.641的氧化铝、体积分数为0.2334的金刚石和体积分数为0.1253的空隙组成的复合过渡层(厚度995nm),才能使计算值与实验参量很好地吻合。 相似文献
