提出了一种基于大分子表面活性剂对纳米氧化物的分散稳定作用,采用分光光度法测定复合镀层中纳米氧化物含量的方法.研究表明,阿拉伯胶对纳米Al2O3有显著的增稳增敏作用.在测定波长540 nm处,测试液中阿拉伯胶用量为0.5 g/L时,纳米氧化铝溶液的吸光度值与其浓度在10~200 mg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=0.01010+2.767×10-3C(mg/L),相关系数r=0.9989.本方法用于Zn-Ni-Al2O3复合镀层中纳米Al2O3含量的测定,其回收率为96.5%~98.5%.  相似文献

采用紫外一可见分光光度法测定不同pH的水溶液中纳米Al2O3的含量及有关影响因素。结果表明,纳米水溶液体系存在空白液吸光度很低,工作液吸光度较高的较大的波长区间,是分光光度法中理想的测定体系;对应的标准曲线线性的相关系数均大于0.98实验还研究了分散方式及分散时间的影响,超声20min可达到较好的分散效果;溶液pH对分散效果影响显著,纳米Al2O3浆料在pH为4~8及10~12两个区间分散性较好;其平均相对误差(2.33%)远远小于重量分析法(20.7%),且比重量分析法(2d)省时(小于1h)。  相似文献

采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定纳米Al2O3电镀液中(四种不同电镀液)纳米微粒的含量。研究表明,这些体系均存在空白液吸光度很低、工作液吸光度较高的较宽的波长区间,是光度分析法中理想的测定体系,标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.98,其平均相对误差(2.93%)远远小于重量分析法(20.7%)。  相似文献

建立一种有效的红外分光光度法测定粉尘中游离二氧化硅含量,并对样品处理和曲线绘制方法进行了改进.游离二氧化硅含量在0~100.85 mg范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 6.样品加标回收率为80.35%~92.77%,测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于5.06%(n=5).  相似文献

在pH 4.56的B ritton-Rob inson(B-R)缓冲溶液中,半胱氨酸的SH和NH3 分别与金纳米粒子表面进行共价结合和静电作用,导致金纳米粒子的长距离自组装,形成网状超分子结构,并使金纳米粒子的最大吸收波长从520 nm红移到660 nm。本实验对半胱氨酸引导的金纳米粒子自组装的作用机制进行了研究,建立了操作简便、高灵敏度测定半胱氨酸的分析方法。其线性范围为0.01~0.20 mg/L;检出限为2.8μg/L(3,σ2.3×10-8mol/L)。在实验条件下,其它常见的氨基酸和谷胱甘肽均不干扰测定。  相似文献

考察了SiO2含量的显色酸度,显色反应的适宜条件,以及共存离子的干扰,提出了相关的实验务件,建立了分析方法.在选定的最佳条件下,可以对氟化钙中SiO2含量在0~20%的也采用硅钼蓝分光光度法进行测定,测定萤石中SiO2的含量范围就可以达到0~20%,可以避免测定萤石中SiO2遇到的选择方法问题以及选择不当而造成的物质和时间的浪费.  相似文献

采用分光光度法测定葛根中总黄酮的含量。样品经乙醚浸泡去除杂质,用甲醇超声波提取。以芦丁为标准品制作标准曲线,于最大吸收波长510nm处测定。芦丁的质量浓度在8.48~28.92mg·L-1范围内与其吸光度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.75mg·L-1。方法用于葛根样品分析,测得总黄酮平均含量为1.64mg·g-1,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.2%。用标准加入法做回收试验,测得回收率在97.2%~101%之间。  相似文献

Low permittivity ceramic substrates with a sandwich structure consisting of a porous, fiber-reinforced SiO2 core and two thin polymer plates were fabricated by sol-gel processing, and polymer infiltration. The rheological behavior of an aqueous colloidal SiO2 sol, containing short SiO2 fibers was studied as a function of particle loading, fiber loading and gelation time. Short SiO2 fibers were introduced to limit drying shrinkage and thus minimize substrate cracking during drying. After the psuedoplastic sol was tape cast and sintered at 1150°C for 2 h, a polyimide solution was infiltrated into the porous SiO2 core. Permittivities ranging from 1.81 to 3.08 could be obtained by using 32–42% SiO2, 5–50% polyimide and 63 to 8% porosity. The substrate strength was increased from 1.93 MPa to 3.83 MPa after polyimide infiltration.  相似文献

Composite nano‐TiO2 with doping Fe3+ and Ag was prepared, and further modified by 3‐methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane. They were characterized by Zetasizer Nano ZS Particle and Zeta Potential Analyzer, X‐ray diffraction, UV–Vis spectrophotometer, FT–IR spectra, and transmission electron microscopy. The modified composite nano‐TiO2 was applied to prepare multifunctional fluorocarbon coatings (FCC). Antibacterial activity of multifunctional FCC containing modified composite nano‐TiO2 was investigated. Its photocatalytic antibacterial activity reached 92%. The influence of doping ingredients, amount of composite nano‐TiO2, different light houses, or surface modification was discussed. The surface of FCC cannot be easily smirched by oiliness, dust or water because of hydrophobic fluorosilicone emulsion. It would be an available modern interior building coating for its remarkable photocatalytic antibacterial property as well as self‐cleaning function. Preparation of silica, titania and mixed silica/titania particles has been studied. The region for formation of monodisperse SiO2 particles in the phase diagram tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS)-ethanol-H2O was studied as a function of NH3 concentration at room temperature. Titania particles could be prepared at lowered temperatures and concentration of ammonia up to 0.01 M. The size of SiO2 particles was 0.03–1 m whereas TiO2 particles were size range 0.5–0.8 m. Mixed SiO2/TiO2 particles were prepared from prehydrolyzed TEOS/EtOH solutions by adding tetraethyl orthotitanate (TEOT). This was accomplished at 3°C and slightly alkaline solutions. In this study, the synthesis of ZnO/SiO2 nanocomposites using bamboo leaf ash (BLA) and tested their photocatalytic activity for rhodamine B decolorization have been conducted. The nanocomposites were prepared by the sol–gel reaction of zinc acetate dihydrate, which was used as a zinc oxide precursor, with silica gel obtained from the caustic extraction of BLA. The effect of the Zn content (5, 10, and 20 wt%) on the physicochemical characteristics and photocatalytic activity of the nanocomposites was investigated. The results of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, gas sorption, and transmission electron microscopy characterization confirmed the mesoporous structure of the composites containing nanoflower-like ZnO (wurtzite) nanoparticles of 10–30 nm in size dispersed on the silica support. Further, the nanocomposites were confirmed to be composed of ZnO/SiO2 by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis. Meanwhile, diffuse-reflectance UV–visible spectrophotometry analysis of the nanocomposites revealed band gap energies of 3.38–3.39 eV. Of the tested nanocomposites, that containing 10 wt% Zn exhibited the highest decolorization efficiency (99%) and fastest decolorization rate. In addition, the degradation efficiencies were not reduced significantly after five repeated runs, demonstrating the reusability of the nanocomposite catalysts. Therefore, the ZnO/SiO2 nanocomposite obtained from BLA is a promising reusable photocatalyst for the degradation of dye-polluted water.  相似文献

采用逐层自组装方法在二氧化硅球表面交替组装了十二烷基硫酸钠单分子膜和二氧化钛纳米粒子膜 ,该复合多层膜经高温煅烧后得到了核壳型纳米结构二氧化钛 /二氧化硅复合颗粒 .利用XRD ,SEM ,X射线能谱等对复合颗粒进行了表征 .结果表明 :二氧化钛在复合颗粒表面排列紧密、均匀 ,粒径在 5 0nm左右 ,为锐钛矿型结构 .复合颗粒中二氧化钛的含量随组装层数的增加而均匀增加  相似文献

A novel technique in controlling the size of SiO2 nano‐particles in the preparation of Nafion/SiO2 composite membranes via in situ sol–gel method, as well as the effects of nano‐particle size on membrane properties and cell performance, is reported in this paper. Nafion/SiO2 composite membranes containing SiO2 nano‐particles with four different diameters (5 ± 0.5, 7 ± 0.5, 10 ± 1, and 15 ± 2 nm) are fabricated by altering the reactant concentrations during in situ sol–gel reaction. Sequentially, size effects of SiO2 nano‐particles on membrane properties and cell performance are investigated by SEM/EDAX, TEM, TGA, mechanical tensile, and single cell tests, etc. The results suggest that 10 nm is a critical diameter for SiO2 incorporated into Nafion matrix, exhibiting desirable physico‐chemical properties for operation at elevated temperature and low humidity. At 110°C and 59% RH, the output voltage of the cell equipped with Nafion/SiO2 (10 nm) obtains an output voltage of 0.625 V at 600 mA/cm2, which is 50 mV higher than that of unmodified Nafion. Sol–gel chemistry of SiO2(1 – x)TiO2(x) involving the partial pre-hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and subsequent reaction with titanium isopropoxide has been used to produce materials of high area and variable absorption edge in the UV-visible spectrum. As x increases so the total surface area of these phases unexpectedly passed through a maximum, but the UV-vis cut off moved to greater wavelength. On the other hand, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) measured O1s binding energies and temperatures of maximum rates of reduction (Tmax) that were intermediate between those of pure SiO2 and TiO2. Both suggested that SiO2(1 – x)TiO2(x) samples were an intimate mixture of Si4 + and Ti4 + in the sol–gel matrix. Perfluoroalkylsilane (PFAS) was strongly adsorbed on this sol–gel coating making it strongly hydrophobic. This mode of modification was better than PFAS incorporation at the start of the sol–gel synthesis. Such sol–gel chemistry might in the future be optimised for water-repelling surfaces.  相似文献
