A class of nonlinear nonlocal for singularly perturbed Robin initial boundary value problems for reaction diffusion equations is considered. Under suitable conditions, firstly, the outer solution of the original problem is obtained, secondly, using the stretched variable, the composing expansion method and the expanding theory of power series the initial layer is constructed, finally, using the theory of differential inequalities the asymptotic behavior of solution for the initial boundary value problems are studied and educing some relational inequalities the existence and uniqueness of solution for the original problem and the uniformly valid asymptotic estimation is discussed. In this paper, we consider a singularly perturbed problem of a kind of quasilinear hyperbolic-parabolic equations, subject to initial-boundary value conditions with moving boundary: When certain assumptions are satisfied and ε is sufficiently small, the solution of this problem has a generalized asymptotic expansion (in the Van der Corput sense), which takes the sufficiently smooth solution of the reduced problem as the first term, and is uniformly valid in domain Q where the sufficiently smooth solution exists. By using “the method of modified two-variable”,“the method of mixing perturbation ”and introducing four small parameters, the problem of the nonlinear unsymmetrical bending for orthotropic rectangular thin plate with linear variable thickness is studied. By means of WKB expansions, new fourth order evolution equations are derived for two-dimensional Stokes waves over the bottom with arbitrary depth. The effects of slowly varying depthh=h(ε 2x) and currentU=U(ε 2x,ε2t,ε4z) on the evolution of a packet of Stokes waves are considered as well. In addition, numerical simulation is performed for the evolution of single envelope by finite-difference method. The mixed finite element(MFE) methods for a shallow water equation systemconsisting of water dynamics equations, silt transport equation, and the equation of bottomtopography change were derived. A fully discrete MFE scheme for the discrete-time alongcharacteristics is presented and error estimates are established. A high order of asymptotic solution of the singular fields near the tip of a mode III interface crack for pure power-law hardening bimaterials is obtained by using the hodograph transformation. It is found that the zero order of the asymptotic solution corresponds to the assumption of a rigid substrate at the interface, and the first order of it is deduced in order to satisfy completely two continuity conditions of the stress and displacement across the interface in the asymptotic sense. The singularities of stress and strain of the zeroth order asymptotic solutions are −1/(n 1+1) and −n/(n 1+1) respectively. (n=n 1,n 2 is the hardening exponent of the bimaterials.) The applicability conditions of the asymptotic solutions are determined for both zeroth and first orders. It is proved that the Guo-Keer solution[10] is limited in some conditions. Four turbulence models, namely, the basic and nonlinear stress-transport models and the basic and anisotropick-ε models, have been tested in the case of interaction between a longitudinal vortex pair and a flat-plate boundary layer. The results of their predictions were compared with Mehta and Bradshaw's measurements. In this paper, part of the results involving those of the nonlinear stress-transport model and anisotropick-ε model are presented and discussed. The higher order asymptotic fields at the tip of a sharp V-notch in a power-hardening material for plane strain problem of Mode I are derived. The order hierarchy in powers ofr for various hardening exponentsn and notch angles β is obtained. The angular distributions of stress for several cases are plotted. The self-similarity behavior between the higher order terms is noticed. It is found that the terms with higher order can be neglected for the V-notch angle β>45°. In this work, sandwich beams are studied to reveal the underlying size effects of the periodic core cells for the first time within the framework of free vibration analysis of such an advanced lightweight structure. The energy equivalence method is formulated as a theoretical approach that takes into account the cell size effect. It is compared with the asymptotic homogenization method and direct finite element method systematically to show their consistence and applicability. The accuracy of free vibration responses predicted by the detailed finite element model is used as the standard of comparison. It is shown that the cell size is an important parameter characterizing the cellular core rigidities that influence vibration responses. The homogenization model agrees exactly with the asymptotic solution of the analytical expression of the beam model only whenever the cell size tends to be infinitely small.  相似文献

This article is devoted to the study of the propagations of the nonlinear water waves on the shear flows. Assuming μ=kh is small andε/μ 2O(1), and the base flow is uniformly sheared, the modified Boussinesq equation is obtained. We calculate propagations of the single solitary wave with vorticity Γ=0,>0 and <0. The influences of the vorticity are manifested. At the end examples of the interactions of two solitary waves, moving in opposite and the same directions, are given.
