利用神光Ⅱ上激光与等离子体相互作用得到的软X光,建立了基于多层镜的四通道软X光单色器系统。研究了光源的性能,测量了光源强度、单色器系统稳定性、相应通道的一致性。研究表明,采用多层镜作为脉冲光源的分光元件,可以得到具有较好单色性的强脉冲软X 光标定源。光源的光子能量为253 eV和820 eV,两能道的光源强度分别为1.8×1019 photon/(s·cm2)和3.2×1019 photon/(s·cm2)。在该标定源上可以实现XRD、平面镜、多层镜、透射光栅和滤片的标定。 相似文献

利用能量为1.7MeV, 注量分别为1.25×1013/cm2, 1.25×1014/cm2, 1.25×1015/cm2的电子束辐照VO2薄膜,采用XPS, XRD等测试手段对电子辐照前后的样品进行分析,并研究了电子辐照对样品相变过程中光透射特性的影响。结果表明电子辐照引起VO2薄膜中V离子出现价态变化现象,并使薄膜的X射线衍射峰发生变化。电子辐照在样品中产生的这些变化显著改变了VO2薄膜的热致相变光学特性。 相似文献

在1.2×1013W·cm-2低功率密度下,对基频激光预主短脉冲驱动类镍银X光激光机理进行了数值模拟和理论分析。证实了在靶长23 mm范围内X光激光都能获得有效放大,取得了和实验相符合的结果。考虑了单柱面镜线聚焦沿靶长度方向功率密度的非均匀性对X光激光放大的影响,采用弯曲靶能有效克服折射以及单柱面镜线聚焦功率密度非均匀带来的不利影响。理论模拟给出的类镍银X光激光的出光下限泵浦功率密度也与实验符合得很好。理论模拟还表明,采用1%左右的预脉冲强度并对预主脉冲时间间隔进行优化,X光激光的输出能量和能量转换效率将获得大幅度提高。 相似文献

The resistance to neutron irradiation of La Br3 scintillator was studied in this work. The change of background counting rate, light output and energy resolution of the La Br3 scintillator were analyzed to determine whether the scintillator was damaged under different neutron flux rates induced by241Am-Be, D-T neutron generator,and reactor neutron source. The results show that the neutron radiation damage in La Br3 scintillator is mainly affected by neutron flux rate. Under low flux rate, the properties of the scintillator were hardly changing, while under high flux rate, there is obvious deterioration in the background spectra and in the energy resolution because of the neutron activation. After a period, the neutron radiation damage will spontaneously recover. 相似文献

Luminescence of a CaWO4 scintillator was studied in the temperature range 77–500 K using intense laser excitation in the 450–600 nm spectral region. Characteristics of the observed blue emission are similar to those of the intrinsic luminescence of calcium tungstate. The emission is concluded to be caused by cascade excitation of CaWO4 that results in a two-photon excited (TPE) luminescence. The features of TPE luminescence of CaWO4 are analysed in comparison to those obtained with UV and X-ray excitation. 相似文献

The light yield of the plastic scintillator NE 102A for electrons has been measured as a function of electron energy between 3 and 11 keV and scintillator thickness between 0,1 and 50 mm. The scintillation response is a linear function of the electron energy down to energies of 4 to 8 keV, these values depending on the scintillator thickness. The light yield of thin scintillation sheets for low energies was observed to be considerately larger than for thicker sheets. Two possible explanations are discussed. 相似文献

A radio-luminescence set-up was installed at the synchrotron light source ANKA to characterise scintillators under the high X-ray photon flux density of white beam synchrotron radiation. The system allows for investigating the radio-luminescence spectrum of the material under study as well as analysing in situ changes of its scintillation behaviour (e.g. under heat load and/or intensive ionising radiation). In this work we applied the radio-luminescence set-up for investigating the radiation damage effects on the luminescence properties of a new kind of thin single crystal scintillator for high resolution X-ray imaging based on a layer of modified Lu2SiO5 grown by liquid phase epitaxy on a dedicated substrate within the framework of an EC project (SCINTAX).1 相似文献

The aim of the present study was to measure the imaging transfer characteristics and the luminescence efficiency (XLE) of
a Lu2SiO5:Ce (LSO:Ce) powder scintillator for use in X-ray mammography detectors. An LSO:Ce powder scintillating screen, with a coating
thickness of 25 mg/cm2, was prepared in our laboratory. The imaging performance of the screen was assessed by experimental determination of the
modulation transfer function (MTF) and the detective quantum efficiency (DQE) as well as single index image quality parameters
such as noise equivalent pass band (Ne) and informational efficiency (n
I). A theoretical model, describing radiation and light transfer, was fitted to experimental MTF values in order to estimate
optical properties of the scintillator. Screen irradiation was performed under exposure conditions employed in mammographic
applications (27 kVp, 63 mAs). MTF was determined by the square wave response function (SWRF) method. Results showed that
LSO:Ce exhibits high MTF and DQE values, which are comparable to those of the commercially used Gd2O2S:Tb. Considering our image quality parameters and luminescence efficiency results as well as the fast response of the LSO:Ce
scintillator screen (40 ns), this material can be considered for use in X-ray mammographic detectors. 相似文献

In the present work, an appliance for the measurement of the radiothermoluminescence of thin polymer layers irradiated at a temperature T = 80 K is described. The design of the electron beam source used for the irradiation as well as of both the cooling and the healing systems is presented in detail. An electrode system of oscillograph tubes is used as an election source yielding flux density I ≥ 10?6 A/cm2 with electron energy being variable from 5 keV to 25 keV. The appliance offers particular advantage by the aggregation of irradiation source, sample holder and SEV, rendering possible measurement of isothermal luminescence at low temperature immediately after irradiation. 相似文献

A thin plastic scintillator film detector with an inner ellipsoidal reflection mirror made of aluminum is introduced. Detection efficiency and light collection efficiency of the detector have been investigated. The time resolution of the detector has been also studied. The testing results show that the detection efficiency of BC498 with the thickness of 1 micron to be used in the coming superheavy synthesis experiments is approximately 100%, and the time resolution is better than 200 ps (σ). The performances of the thin plastic scintillator film detector meet the requirements for the time measurement of the superheavy element synthesis. 相似文献
