运用二维相关红外光谱分析技术研究芦丁的热微扰过程   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5

采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)和二维相关分析(2D correlation analysis)技术研究了固态芦丁20℃~160℃的升温过程。实验结果显示,芦丁红外光谱的特征峰在红外图上随着温度升高变化不明显,说明实验中芦丁分子没有发生氧化反应。借助于二维相关分析,提高了谱图的分辨率,将芦丁分子中不同苯环的骨架振动峰在二维同步图上显示并区分开来。同时还揭示了芦丁分子内各官能团之间的相互作用,反映了在热微扰过程中这些基因之间的协同关系和变化的先后顺序。分析结果表明;芦丁分子中两个苯环,杂环的C=O及=C-O-C基因发生了相互作用。其变化的顺序是和含氧杂环相连的苯环,C=O,=C-O-C和含氧杂环相并的苯环。此结论与芦丁的氧化反应机理相一致。总之,二维相关红外分析可以作为研究芦丁热微扰过程中结构动态变化的一种新方法,也为芦丁在氧化过程中的机理研究提供了一个重要的理论依据。  相似文献

通过二维红外相关分析来研究尼龙6在25~200℃范围内酰胺氢键和碳氢链段的结构变化.结果证明,尼龙6中酰胺氢键的吸收峰和主链上亚甲基的伸缩振动对于温度变化所导致的结构变化是十分敏感的,因此可以通过对二维红外相关谱图的分析,确定尼龙6在升温过程中酰胺氢键的解离和碳氢链段结构变化的先后顺序.  相似文献

应用新型二维傅里叶变换红外(2DFTIR)相关光谱研究细菌合成聚羟基丁酸酯(PHB)在升温时的预熔行为以及降温后的重结晶过程.在25~220℃的变温过程中测得动态红外光谱.着重讨论了在热力学干扰导致红外谱图中羰基峰(1700~1770cm-1)和醚键(1230~1310cm-1)吸收强度的波动.结果表明,这种影响来自样品中PHB的结晶态和非晶态之间的相态变化.二维谱图分析表明,在热熔过程中,结晶态的消失并不同时引起完全非晶态的出现,暗示在分子排列高度有序的晶态和非晶态之间存在某种中间态,PHB晶体向非晶态转变时必须经过一个预熔过程.在红外谱图上这个中间态很可能对应着由二维分析显示出来的位于1730cm-1的吸收峰.同时,在PHB熔体从非晶态逐渐生成晶体的过程中也探测到了中间态的存在.  相似文献

红外光谱法研究温度变化对卵粘蛋白构象的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱法和二维相关分析(2D Correlation analysis)技术研究了卵粘蛋白(Ovomucin)的构象转变与温度之间的关系. 结果表明, 当温度为55~65℃时, 卵粘蛋白的红外谱峰的位置和强度发生较大改变. 二维相关分析表明, 在升温过程中, 与肽链相比卵粘蛋白分子中的糖链对温度变化更为敏感, 且优先发生构象改变, 糖链分子的存在利于维持卵粘蛋白构象的热稳定性. 在25~95℃升温过程中, 卵粘蛋白分子二级结构的变化次序依次为α-螺旋、 β-折叠、 β-转角和无规卷曲. 由温度变化引起的卵粘蛋白分子结构动态变化的微观信息, 为揭示变温微扰引起的蛋白构象变化机理提供了初步的理论依据.  相似文献

液晶物质在升温过程中会发生多个相转变过程 ,DSC热分析可测量这些相转变的能量变化 ,但却不能提供变化的微观原因和细节 .而温度升高对液晶样品的红外光谱图强度、峰形和吸收频率都有显著影响 .引起这样变化的原因一是热膨胀改变了分子内部化学键的力常数和相互作用 ,从而改变了分子振动偶极矩的性质 ;二是分子中有红外吸收的基团浓度随温度升高而改变 .红外光谱可以给出样品能量变化过程中分子结构变化的细节 ,通过计算还可获得分子结构变化的表观焓变 .前人做过的探索性工作 [1~ 3]都集中在一个或几个功能团的变化上 .在能量变化上仅…  相似文献

在30~170 ℃范围内逐渐升温过程中,用红外光谱仪原位检测无定形聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)薄膜红外光谱图的变化情况。通过特征谱带吸光度与温度的变化特点,研究了PET分子链在热变化过程中的松弛运动及冷结晶过程中分子链的构象变化。实验结果表明在冷结晶过程中,随PET结晶的不断完善,对应左右式(gauche)构象的吸收峰减弱,对应反式(trans)构象的吸收峰增强,并计算出CH2面外摇摆振动结晶前和结晶后反式构象和左右式构象的相对百分含量随温度的变化关系,以及玻璃化转变和冷结晶的温区范围。  相似文献

合成了双吡啶双西佛碱(bpbd)有机分子,并用该分子进行了超分子网络晶体的组装.X射线单晶结构分析表明:在bpbd晶体中存在着分子间氢键相互作用,该氢键由吡啶环上的N原子和西佛碱H—C—N基团上的H原子相互作用而成.每一个bpbd分子同另外4个bpbd分子通过氢键相连,构成了二维网状结构;在bpbd晶体中还存在分子间π…π相互作用,并导致一维分子柱的形成.二维氢键和一维π…π的协同作用,导致了三维超分子晶体的形成。  相似文献

通过二维相关红外光谱,研究了再生蚕丝蛋白膜的构象及其转变与温度之间的关系.实验结果表明,将样品从130℃升温到220℃、或在180℃的恒温过程中,丝素蛋白分子链的构象会发生变化,且不同构象对温度升高过程或180℃恒温过程响应的顺序是无规线团变化先于β-折叠、α-螺旋的形成.  相似文献

采用紫外光谱、红外光谱和圆二色谱法研究了Pb2+与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)之间的相互作用和蛋白质微观结构的变化。紫外光谱表明,Pb2+与BSA肽链上的CO存在相互作用,并使蛋白质疏水结构的微环境发生变化;红外光谱研究表明,Pb2+与BSA结合位点可能为—OH和—NH基团,利用二阶导、退卷积和谱线拟合技术对蛋白质红外谱图的酰胺Ⅰ带进行处理推测蛋白质二级结构的变化,结果表明蛋白质α螺旋和β折叠二级结构含量降低,β转角二级结构含量增加;圆二色谱(CD)也表明Pb2+与BSA的结合使蛋白质的构象发生了改变。  相似文献

二维相关红外光谱作为一种先进的光谱分析方法,具有提高谱图分辨率、解析动态过程等优势,近来在高分子表征中引起了越来越多的关注.高分子体系涉及了丰富的相互作用和复杂的结构,分子光谱是常用的表征手段,而借助二维相关光谱分析技术,能够有效识别精细结构、判别动态变化机制,从而显著丰富和完善分析结果 .本文重点围绕二维相关红外光谱,简述了发展历史和基本原理,随后结合实际过程,介绍了相关实验和分析技巧,最后列举了其在高分子表征中的典型应用,展示了二维相关红外光谱分析的特点,具体涉及温度响应高分子的响应机制、可拉伸离子导体中复杂相互作用、小分子在聚合物基质中的扩散、天然高分子的结构表征等研究.希望通过本文的介绍,能够帮助读者更好地理解二维相关光谱,进一步拓展其在高分子领域中的应用.  相似文献

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. 非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

Two vanilloids, (5E)-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)oct-5-en-4-one (1) and 4-[3-hydroxydecyl]-2-methoxyphenol (2), isolated from the dried seeds of Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta), were synthesized; the latter compound was made as the S-enantiomer and the material derived from the seeds was found to be a 1:1.7 mixture of the R and S isomers. The synthetic route used should allow the preparation of analogs having extended alkyl chains and consequently different lipophilicity, and 3, a homolog of 2, was also prepared.  相似文献

Main hydration products of two cement pastes, i.e. CSH-gel, portlandite (P) (and specific surface S) were studied by static heating, and by SEM, TEM and XRD, as a function of cement strength (C-33 and C-43) hydration time (th) and subsequent hydration in water vapour.Total change in mass on hydration and air drying, Mo, increased with strength of cement paste and with hydration time. Content of water escaping at 110 to 220°C, defined as water bound with low energy, mainly interlayer and hydrate water, was independent on cement strength but its content increased with (th). Content of chemically bound (zeolitic) water in CSH-gel, escaping at 220-400°C, was slightly dependent on strength and increased with (th). It was possibly derived from the dehydroxylation of CSH-gel and AFm phase. Portlandite water, escaping at 400-500°C, was independent on cement strength and was higher on longer hydration. Large P crystals were formed in the weaker cement paste C-33. Smaller crystals were formed in C-43 but they increased with (th). Carbonate formated on contact with air (calcite, vaterite and aragonite), decomposed in cement at 600-700oC. It was high in pastes C-33(1 month) and C-43(1 month), i.e. 5.7 and 3.3%, respectively; it was less than 1% after 6 hydration months (low sensitivity to carbonation) in agreement with the XRD study showing carbonates in the air dry paste (1month), and its absence on prolonged hydration (6 months) and on acetone treatment. Water vapour treatment of (6 months) pastes or wetting-drying increased this sensitivity.Nanosized P-crystals, detected by TEM, could contribute to the cement strength; carbonate was observed on the rims of gel clusters.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献
