•OH radical induced oxidation of methionine and N-phosphoryl methionine in aqueous solutions has been investigated using optical pulse radiolytical technique, the influence of N-phosphoryl group on the radiolytical processes of methionine has been explained by molecular structure and the rate constants of oxidation of N-phosphoryl methionine (NDM) by the •OH radicals at different pH values have been determined. This research result suggests that the phosphonate ester has a coordinating effect on the radioprotection of methionine to the biological systems.  相似文献

Using the ns pulse radolysis, we studied the characteristic absorption spectrum and kinetic decay of cytosine anion radical (Cyt-). Results showed that the characteristic absorption of Cyt- was located at λ=355±5 nm, and decayed following the first order kinetics with τ1/2=265 ns at pH=7.0. The decay became slower and τ1/2 rapidly rised with the increment of pH value, Cyt- protonated at C6 in acidic solution, and the characteristic absorption was located at λ=310±5 nm, and decayed following the second order kinetics: Cyt- protonated at N3 in aqueous solution of pH≥7, and the characteristic absorption was located at λ=295±5 nm, and decayed following the second order kinetics.  相似文献

金属硫蛋白(Metallothioneins,简称MTs)是一类富含巯基和金属的低分子量蛋白质,广泛存在于哺乳动物中.MTs 通常含61个氨基酸,其中20个为半胱氨酸,不含芳香族氯基酸和组氨酸,因此在280nm 附近没有吸收峰.MTs 通常结合7个Cd 或zn,20个巯基全部去质子化并参与配位,从而形成牢固的结构域.有证据表明MTs 可能有储存Zn 和Cu 的作用,同时能减轻重金属对动物细胞的毒性,但其生理功能一直不很清楚.近几年的研究表明,MTs 能增强机体对电离辐射的耐受力、修复DNA 损伤,这可能与MTs 中含有丰富的巯基有关.体外实验测得k_(MT/OH)=10~(12)dm~3·mol~(-1)·s~(-1),k_(MT/O(?))=5×10~5dm~3·mol~(-1)·s~(-1),但其辐解机理尚不清楚.本工作利用脉冲辐解技术研究了免肝MT-I 稀水溶液辐解时的中间过程,并作了初步的解释.  相似文献

采用脉冲辐解技术, 研究了葛根素(puerarin, 一种异黄酮)对二氧化氮自由基(NO2•)、一氧化氮自由基(NO•)和羟基自由基(OH•)的清除活性. 葛根素与NO2•和NO•反应产生的瞬态吸收峰都在340 nm, 该吸收峰归结为瞬态产物puerarin-4-O•; 葛根素与OH•反应产生了较宽的瞬态吸收光谱(300~750 nm), 该谱图归结为puerarin-2-O•, puerarin-4-O•和[puerarin-OH]•瞬态吸收的叠加. 另外, 葛根素与NO2•, NO•和OH•反应的速率常数分别为2.6 × 108, 1.7 × 108和3.9 × 109 L·mol-1·s-1.  相似文献

The reactions of the pharmaceutical fluoxetine (FLX) with different radicals were investigated by pulse radiolysis. The reaction of hydroxyl radical (·OH) with FLX formed hydroxylated adduct of the aromatic ring, while oxidation of FLX by sulfate radical anion (SO4·-) formed benzene radical cation that further reacted with H2O to yield the ·OH adduct. The determined rate constants of ·OH, hydrated electrons (eaq-), and SO4·- with FLX were 7.8×109, 2.3×109, and 1.1×109 mol·L-1·s-1, respectively. In the steady-state radiolysis study, the degradation of FLX in different radiolytic conditions by electron beam irradiation was detected by HPLC and UV-Vis spectra techniques. It was found that FLX concentration decreased by more than 90% in both N2O and air-saturated solutions after 1.5 kGy irradiation. In contrast, only 43% of FLX was decomposed in N2-saturated solution containing 0.1 mol·L-1 tert-butanol. The degradation rates of FLX in acidic and neutral solutions were higher than those in alkaline solutions. Our results showed that the degradation of FLX is optimal in air-saturated neutral solution, and ·OH-induced degradation is more efficient than SO4·- oxidation of FLX. The obtained kinetic data and optimal conditions give some hints to understand the degradation of FLX.  相似文献

利用脉冲电子束进行了多种条件下4-氯酚稀水溶液的脉冲辐解研究,对其瞬态光谱中的主要吸收峰作了归属,并初步考察了这些瞬态物种的生长、衰减等行为,研究表明,·OH基与4-氯酚在碱性条件下反应生成氯代酚氧基,速率常数为4.14×10^9L/(mol·s),在酸性条件下要经过OH-adducts;H原子与4-氯酚反应生成H-adducts的速率常为2.0×10^9L/(mol·s),产物可通过双分子二级反应逐步脱氯;eaq^-可直接从4-氯酚分子夺氯,反应速率常数为1.82×10^9/L(mol·s)。  相似文献

Abstract

The radiation polymerizations of ethyl acrylate (EA) and hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) monomers in aqueous solutions were studied. For pulse radiolytic experiments, optical detection was used to measure the concentration of intermediates. The absorption spectra taken after a 2.6?μs pulse in N2O-saturated acidic solution of EA and HEA are shown to have maxima at 300 nm. It was proved by comparative measurements that these maxima belong to α-carboxy alkyl radicals. At a low acrylate concentration (below 1 mmol˙dm?3) and a relatively high dose/pulse value (above 30 yY), the decay of the transient signal occurs close to second-order kinetics. Average values of the termination rate parameters were calculated from aftereffect measurements. A computer program based on numerical integration was applied in order to estimate the individual rate parameters.  相似文献

采用纳秒级脉冲辐解技术研究了偶氮染料甲基橙在水溶液中与羟基 (·OH)、水合电子 (e-aq)、氢原子 (·H)的反应 .对反应产生的瞬态图谱作了归属 ,提出了相应的反应机理 ,并通过准一级动力学模拟 ,首次求得了甲基橙与这三个瞬态粒子的反应速率常数 .研究表明 :·OH ,e-aq和·H均能破坏甲基橙中的偶氮~苯环的共轭基团 ,导致其脱色 .·OH主要加成到甲基橙的偶氮键和带甲氨基的苯环上 ,形成相应的加成物 ;e-aq则主要进攻与磺酸根相连的苯环 ,生成的阴离子自由基迅速质子化成偕腙肼自由基 ;·H进攻甲基橙形成含肼撑结构的自由基 .甲基橙与·OH ,e-aq和·H的反应速率常数分别为 5 7× 10 9,7 2× 10 9和 1 2× 10 10 dm3 ·mol-1·s-1.这些结果将有助于人们进一步了解偶氮染料降解的本质 ,从而为该类染料废水的降解处理提供理论基础 .  相似文献
