Based on the analysis of the magnetostriction for Terfenol-D composites, Terfenol-D 2-2 magnetostrictive composites have been prepared with laminations perpendicular to [1 1 2] axes. Then one of the samples was annealed in the vacuum at 423 K for 15 min at the magnetic field of 240 kA/m, which is along the direction of laminations and vertical to the [1 1 2] axes of the specimen. The static magnetostriction λ and dynamic magnetostrictive coefficient d33 of samples were measured under the compressive stress of 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 MPa. Effects of the compressive stress and the magnetic field heat treatment on the magnetostriction λ have been investigated. It is found that the magnetostriction of 2-2 composites can be improved under the compressive stress when the magnetic field is larger than 20 kA/m. The magnetostriction of 2-2 composites with the magnetic field heat treatment increases under compressive stress, and it can reach 1390×10−6 at the magnetic field of 200 kA/m and under the compressive stress of 4 MPa, much larger than the value of 860×10−6 without the magnetic field heat treatment. The highest magnetostriction of the 2-2 composite with the magnetic field heat treatment can reach 1530×10−6. The dynamic magnetostrictive coefficient d33 of 2-2 composites with the magnetic field heat treatment have been improved, compared with that without magnetic field heat treatment. The maximum value of d33 of the sample with magnetic field heat treatment is 71% larger than that without magnetic field heat treatment.  相似文献

用电弧熔炼法制备了Nd3.6Pr5.4Fe83Co3B5合金铸锭,然后利用熔旋快淬法在铜辊转速V=20m/s下制备了Nd3.6Pr5.4Fe83Co3B5薄带.快淬带主要由软磁相α-Fe和Nd2Fe14B型的硬磁相组成.采用直流退磁剩磁曲线方法分析了样品在反磁化过程中的可逆与不可逆磁化部分,并研究了软磁相和硬磁相的反磁化行为,得到样品的不可逆磁化形核场Hno约为440kA/m.同时研究了样品的磁黏滞性,结果表明由于软磁相的存在使得热激活体积较大. 关键词:  相似文献

Platelet γ-Fe2O3 particles of particle size less than 100 nm were prepared for medical applications that use the hysteresis-loss heating of ferromagnetic particles. The γ-Fe2O3 particles were obtained through the dehydration, reduction, and oxidation of platelet α-FeOOH particles, which were synthesized by the precipitation of ferric ions in an alkaline solution containing ethanolamine, and the crystals grown using a hydrothermal treatment. The γ-Fe2O3 particles contained dimples formed by the dehydration of α-FeOOH particles. The coercive force and the saturation magnetization of the γ-Fe2O3 particles were in the ranges 11.9 to 12.7 kA/m (150 to 160 Oe), and 70 to 72 Am2/kg (70 to 72 emu/g), respectively. The specific loss power of the γ-Fe2O3 particles, estimated from their temperature-raising property measured under a peak magnetic field of 50.9 kA/m (640 Oe) and at a frequency of 117 kHz, was 590 W/g. This value is higher than that of spherical cobalt-containing iron oxide particles having equivalent coercive force and saturation magnetization, reflecting the larger area of the minor hysteresis loop measured under a peak magnetic field of 50.9 kA/m (640 Oe).  相似文献

Nanocrystalline Cobalt chromite (CoCr2O4) ceramic has been synthesized under a mild condition, rather than by a high-temperature sintering (e.g. >1673 K, in general). A shifted hysteresis loop with an exchange-bias field of 35.7 kA/m and a high coercivity of 627.9 kA/m at 4.2 K was achieved under the cooling field of 2.39×106 A/m. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) results reveal that a strong lattice distortion and a large amount of surface defects exist in CoCr2O4 nanocrystallites (NCs). The anomalous magnetic properties, such as bias field and large coercivity, are attributed not only to the nanosize effect but also to the lattice distortion and crystal defects.  相似文献

The Cu2MnAl alloy was prepared by rapidly quenched (suction-casting and melt-spinning) methods with various thicknesses of 20, 40 and 1000 μm. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns of the fabricated samples show a single phase of Cu2MnAl. All the samples reveal soft magnetic behavior with coercivity below 1.6 kA/m and Curie temperature of about 600 K. Resistance of the alloy behaves as a linear function of applied magnetic field. Magnetoresistance (MR) ratio depends on the thickness of the samples and achieves ∼0.8% at the field of 240 kA/m for the sample with thickness of 20 μm. The variation of the properties of the alloy can be interpreted by the difference of energy band structure caused by defects in the alloy.  相似文献

The simultaneous application of electric and magnetic fields on single crystals of Sr-, Ba-and Pb-dinitrate yields an additional term to the pure electrogyration and Faraday effect. The symmetric part of the fourth-rank tensor of this magneto-electrogyration has been completely determined with the aid of a high-resolution computer-aided polarimetric device. In Pb(NO3)2 a maximum magneto-electrogyration of about 10% of the magnitude of electrogyration is observed when a magnetic field of 1000 kA/m (1.2 Tesla) is applied along [111]. The effects in Sr(NO3)2 and Ba(NO3)2 are much smaller. Index of refraction, electrogyration, Faraday effect, and the new magneto-electrogyration obey the same sequence: Pb(NO3)2 > Ba(NO3)2 > Sr(NO3)2.  相似文献

The amorphous Tb40(Fe49Co49V2)60 films were deposited at different sputtering powers and substrate temperatures. The microstructural and magnetic characteristics were investigated by means of field emission scan electron microscope, magnetic force microscope and vibrating sample magnetometer. Our results show that with increasing sputtering power, out-of-plane coercivity decreases monotonically while saturation magnetization has a maximum value of 231 kA/m for the sample prepared at 50 W. The as-deposited alloy films are amorphous, whereas the coercivity and saturation magnetization are strongly dependent on the substrate temperature. An out-of-plane hysteresis loop with coercivity below 22 mT and saturation magnetization over 290 kA/m is obtained combining dc power and substrate temperature. The dominant mechanism of room temperature coercivity appears to be domain wall pinning, rather than nucleation under all conditions measured. The variation of saturation magnetization is similar to that of perpendicular magnetic anisotropy with either sputtering power or substrate temperature according to the difference of magnetic domain structure.  相似文献

In this study, we established a multiphysics coupling model of magnetic fluid hyperthermia (MFH), using complex magnetic permeability to solve the magnetic losses of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs). The experiments were performed to verify the validity of numerical coupling method. The optimal treatment time (OTT) was regarded as the time required for the lowest temperature point of the tumor to attain the damage criteria. The OTT increased by about 42 s as the tumor radius increased by 1 cm, and decreased by 10 s for the increase in MNP dose per gram of tumor by 1 mg. To achieve cost-effective therapies under moderate treatment conditions, the preferable ranges of external magnetic field intensity H0 and frequency f, MNP radius R and volume fraction ? are 3–11 kA/m, 200–500 kHz, 8–10 nm, and 5%–10%, respectively. It is greatly encouraged to adopt the combination of higher H0 (8–11 kA/m) and lower f (200–300 kHz), and the conjunction of higher R and ?. There was a slight thermal damage to normal tissues due to eddy current loss. In conclusion, MFH can provide an excellent therapeutic effect for deep tumors.  相似文献

研究了结构为 (FM/SiO2)3/Ag/(SiO2/FM)3 多层膜的巨磁阻抗(GMI)效应(这里的F M≡FeCuCrVSiB).多层膜采用射频溅射法沉积在单晶Si衬底上,沉积过程中,沿膜面长方 向施加约72kA/m的磁场,然后在不同的温度下对样品进行了退火处理.结果表明,该多层膜 样品即使在沉积态便具有相当好的软磁性能和GMI效应,在7MHz的频率下,最大纵向和横向 巨磁阻抗比分别为45%和44%.在230℃下经90min退火处理后的样品具有最佳的GMI效应,在85MHz的频率下,最大纵向和横向巨磁阻抗比分别达到251%和277%.与磁性层总厚度相同的FeCuCrVSiB/Ag/FeCuCrVSiB三层膜相比较,在这种多层结构中出现的GMI效应更强. 关键词: 多层膜 巨磁阻抗效应 趋肤效应 有效磁导率  相似文献

Mössbauer spectroscopy, DSC and magnetic measurements have been used to study the influence of B and P on structural; magnetic properties and thermal stability of cast iron based alloys. Results reveal that addition of B and P affects appreciably: (1) the crystallization temperature and supercooled liquid region ranging between 690–781 and 53–81 K respectively; (2) the spin texture, disorder and (3) the obtained magnetization parameters. Coercive field values range between 10.09 and 16.37 A/m, with lowest value of 10.09 A/m obtained for Ci87.82B12.17. Saturation induction (B s) values vary between 1.32 and 1.85 T. Highest B s value of 1.85 T is obtained for the Ci95.65B4.32 alloy which is at the edge of glass forming ability, with only 4.32 at.% of boron was added to the cast iron composition. Losses (at 50 Hz and 0.32 kA/m) for the studied samples range between 0.43 and 0.82 W/kg. Lowest losses of 0.43 W/kg was obtained for the Ci91.3P4.35B4.35 alloy. Phosphorous and boron additions, helps in the bulk glass forming ability, suggesting perspective applications of these cheap cast iron based soft magnetic alloys as a substitute of the conventional materials.  相似文献

Giant magnetostrictive SmFe2/Fe exchange-coupled multilayers were fabricated by ion beam sputtering deposition on glass substrates. The effects of SmFe2/Fe exchange coupling action and vacuum annealing on soft-magnetic property and static-dynamic magnetostrictive characteristics of SmFe2/Fe multilayers were investigated. The results showed that the soft-magnetic, static-dynamic magnetostrictive characteristics were greatly improved by SmFe2/Fe exchange coupling action and proper vacuum annealing treatment temperature. Compared with that of SmFe2 single film, the coercivity in the direction of easy magnetization axis for SmFe2/Fe exchange-coupled multilayers exhibited a greater decrease. Better soft-magnetic properties were achieved (Hc=2.54 kA/m, Ms=120.38 emu/g, and Mr/Ms=0.21) after vacuum annealing at certain temperature. The magnetostrictive coefficient for SmFe2/Fe exchange-coupled multilayers was about 135 ppm at 16 kA/m magnetic field. At first order resonant frequency (99.2 Hz), the amplitude peak-peak value for the as-deposited SmFe2/Fe exchange-coupled multilayers was 46 μm. After the vacuum annealing treatment at 250 °C, the amplitude peak-peak value increased to 650 μm.  相似文献

A three steps synthesis route is proposed to generate thermosensitive and magnetically responsive γ‐Fe2O3@Wax@SiO2 sub‐micrometer capsules with a paraffinic core and a solid and brittle shell. The process integrates Pickering‐based emulsions, inorganic and sol–gel chemistries to promote monodisperse in size wax droplets, γ‐Fe2O3 nanoparticles and mineralization of the wax/water interfaces. Hybrid capsules are obtained with an average size around 800 nm, representing the first example of sub‐micrometer capsules generated employing Pickering emulsions as templates. Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) cationic surfactant added during mineralization at concentrations between 0.17 and 1.0 wt% impacts the shell density. The shell density seems to improve its mechanical strength while affording a low wax expansion volume without breaking for CTAB concentrations above 1.0 wt%. At lower CTAB concentration (0.17 wt%), the silica shell becomes less bulky and cannot resist the wax dilatation induced by the solid‐to‐liquid phase transition imposed by hyperthermia. The magnetically induced heating provided by the internal magnetic moments is sufficient to melt the wax core, expanding its volume, inducing thereby the surrounding silica shell rupture. Such γ‐Fe2O3@Stearic Acid@Wax@SiO2 sub‐micrometer capsules allow a sustained wax release with time, whereby 20% of the wax is released after 50 min of alternating magnetic field treatment.  相似文献

The effect of thermal treatment on the magnetic properties and structure of magnets made from an alloy of (wt %) 6.3 Nd, 6.84 Pr, 14.5 Dy, 2.12 Tb, 2.25 Gd, 14.0 co, 52.62 Fe, 0.08 Al, 0.03 Cu, 0.03 Re, 1.23 B is investigated. Following the optimum heat treatment (1175 K, 7.2 ks + cooling V = 0.02 K/s+ 675 K, 3.6 ks), baked magnets have the following magnetic properties at 300 K: B r = 9.93 T, j H c = 1640 kA/m, H k = 1360 kA/m, BH max = 168 kJ/m3, α < |0.01|% K in the temperature range of 223–373 K. Nanoheterogenic areas 8–12 nm in size are found in grains of R 2(Fe,M)14B-type magnetosolid phase by means of atomic force microscopy.  相似文献

The effect of a magnetic field on the temperature dependence of thermal expansion of Ni2.08Mn0.96Ga0.96 alloy in the range of structural-phase transformation is investigated. It is found that, when the sample is cooled in a magnetic field with an intensity of 110 kA/m, it shortens by 0.21% more strongly than upon cooling in the absence of the magnetic field. The additional shortening of the sample under the action of the magnetic field depends on the intensity of the magnetic field applied to the sample.  相似文献

Four series of water-based dextran-ferrite (DF) magnetic fluids (MFs) containing Melphalan (MP) were prepared. Their saturation magnetization (Ms) was from 0.8 to 7.8 kA/m; specific power absorption rates were 240 W/g Fe. After nine courses of magnetic fluid thermochemotherapy with MP containing DF MF (Ms 7.5 kA/m, pH 6.6, ζ+15 mV) at 44–46 °C for 30 min in an AC magnetic field (0.88 MHz, 9.3 kA/m, 0.3 kW), complete P388 tumor regression was seen in 30% of BDF1 mice. Furthermore, a life span increase of 180% was achieved.  相似文献

The Dy layer was inserted into the structure of SiO2/Ti/Nd-Fe-B/Ti as the buffer or capping layer of the Nd-Fe-B layer. The insertions of Dy layers had no significant influence on the film texture with the easy axis mainly perpendicular to the film plane. The film without Dy layer gave the out-of-plane coercivity of 533 kA/m, maximum magnetic energy product (BH)max of 245 kJ/m3. With a Dy buffer layer, the out-of-plane coercivity and (BH)max were increased to 1074 kA/m, 291 kJ/m3 respectively. The film with Dy capping layer had a coercivity of 1035 kA/m and (BH)max of 286 kJ/m3. Microstructure observations showed that the Nd-rich phases were evolved into grain boundaries from triple junctions by a Dy buffer layer deposition, resulting in a well magnetic decoupling of Nd2Fe14B neighboring grains. Through capping a Dy layer, the environment of grain boundaries had been improved and some Dy diffused into Nd2Fe14B phases, which contributed to the enhancement of magnetic performance.  相似文献

利用MPMS-7(magnetic property measurement system)型超导量子磁强计对垂直布里奇曼法生长的Hg0.89Mn0.11Te晶片磁化强度变化规律进行了测量.试验采用了两种不同的外场和冷却条件.首先在5 K恒温下,-5200到5200 kA/m范围内改变磁场强度进行了测定.然后维持800 kA/m恒定磁场,分别在有场冷却和无场冷却条件下,从5到300 K范围内改变温度,研究了变温条件下的磁化特性.并采用分子场近似模型,用类布里渊函数,最小二乘法对磁化强度随磁场强度变化的实验结果进行拟合和分析,结果表明,Mn2+离子之间存在反铁磁相互作用.磁化率和温度关系分析表明:在测试范围内Hg0.89Mn0.11Te是单一的顺磁相,在高温区磁化率和温度服从居里-万斯定律,呈线性关系,低于40 K时,磁化率和温度的关系偏离居里-万斯定律,表现出顺磁增强现象. 关键词: 0.89Mn0.11Te')" href="#">Hg0.89Mn0.11Te 磁化强度 磁化率 类布里渊函数  相似文献

对定向凝固方法制备的Ni47Mn32Ga21多晶合金,通过扫描电镜、金相、电子能谱等手段研究其组份和组织形貌,通过对合金磁化强度与温度关系、等温磁化曲线及磁感生应变曲线等的测量分析,研究了合金结构相变和磁相变过程中的磁熵变及不同压力下的磁感生应变. 研究结果表明:合金组份与设计组份基本一致,室温下合金大部分为马氏体相. 升温过程中合金的磁熵变在居里温度(365 K)附近有最大值,并有较大的磁熵变峰值半高宽,747 kA/m的磁场下该磁熵变最大值为-1.45 J/kg ·K,磁熵变峰值的半高宽为21 K. 合金在室温(298 K)下有较好的双向可恢复磁感生应变,480 kA/m磁场下,无压力时合金的磁感生应变值达到-670×10-6,并趋饱和;而在与磁场方向平行的27.3 MPa外压力作用下合金的磁感生应变值增大到-1300×10-6,且未饱和. 关键词: Ni-Mn-Ga 铁磁形状记忆合金 磁熵变 磁感生应变  相似文献
