It was shown by ab initio quantum-chemical approximations HF/6-31G(d) and MP2/6-31G(d)//HF/6-31G(d) that the conformational isomerization of 1,3-dioxane and 1,3-dithiane proceeded along common routes. The potential energy surface of both compounds contains six minima including the chair invertomers and enantiomeric flexible forms. They are separated by several potential barriers. It was established by molecular dynamics method that the flexible conformers at heating and keeping at 295–300 K transformed into each other and in the chair conformer.  相似文献

Two compounds of 2-ferrocenylmethylidenehydrazono-1,3-dithiane (1) and 2-ferrocenylmethylidenehydrazono-1,3-dithiepane (2) are synthesized and their single crystal structures are determined by the X-ray diffraction method. Compound 1 belongs to the orthorhombic Pca21 space group with the cell parameters: a = 13.989(4) Å, b = 5.785(2) Å, c = 18.231(5) Å, V = 1475.4(7) Å3; while compound 2 crystallizes in a monoclinic symmetry, P21/c space group with a = 15.320(2) Å, b = 5.8028(6) Å, c = 36.584(4) Å, β = 91.932(1)° and V = 3250.4(6) Å3.  相似文献

Addition of PhLi and lithiated dithianes to 2,3-O-isopropylidene-D-erythronolactone affords lactols, which are reduced with Et3SiH to the corresponding C-glycosides, the structures of two of which have been solved by X-ray diffraction. The use of a d-ribose-derived lithiated dithiane nucleophile in this chemistry allows for the convenient construction of a furanose C-disaccharide.  相似文献

Deprotonated 2-phenyl-1,3-dithiane undergoes competitive losses of H˙, C3H6 C2H4S, C3H4S, C7H6S, C10H10 and C10H10S upon collisional activation. The elimination of H occurs from the phenyl ring. The loss of C3H6 occurs by simple cleavage of the dithiane ring. All other processes involve specific proton transfer followed by either cleavage or internal nucleophilic displacement.  相似文献

The enthalpies of combustion and sublimation of 1,3-dithiacyclohexane 1-oxide (1,3-dithiane sulfoxide, 2) were measured by a rotating-bomb combustion calorimeter and the Knudsen effusion technique, and the gas-phase enthalpy of formation was determined, DeltafH degrees m(g) = -98.0 +/- 1.9 kJ mol(-1). This value is not as large (negative) as could have been expected from comparison with thermochemical data available for the thiane/thiane oxide reference system. High-level ab initio molecular orbital calculations at the MP2(FULL)/6-31G(3df,2p) level were performed, and the optimized molecular and electronic structures of 2 afforded valuable information on (1) the relative conformational energies of 2-axial and 2-equatorial--the latter being 7.1 kJ mol(-1) more stable than 2-axial, (2) the possible involvement of nS --> sigma*(C-S(O)) hyperconjugation in 2-equatorial, (3) the lack of computational evidence for sigma(S-C) --> sigma*(S-O) stereoelectronic interaction in 2-equatorial, and (4) the relevance of a repulsive electrostatic interaction between sulfur atoms in 1,3-dithiane sulfoxide, which apparently counterbalances any nS --> sigma*(C-S(O)) stabilizing hyperconjugative interaction and accounts for the lower than expected enthalpy of formation for sulfoxide 2.  相似文献

The attempted acid-catalyzed azeotropic removal of water from a mixture containing lactamide and chloral in refluxing toluene lead to the elimination of ammonia; both cis- and trans-5-methyi-2-(trichloromethyl)-1,3-dioxolan-4-one were isolated. A number of 1,3-dioxolan-4-ones and 1,3-oxathiolan-5-ones were obtained by cyclodehydration of aldehydes with α-hydroxy- and α-mercapto-carboxylic acids in the presence of boron trifluoride etherate. Geometric isomers were separated, and their configurations were determined by nuclear magnetic resonance.  相似文献

Summary Nitrones2 derived fromD-glucose oxime and benzaldehydes without employing any protection of hydroxyl group were isolated in pure state. The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of2 to N-arylmaleimides gave predominantly theanti isoxazolidines3 and was rationalized byZ/E isomerization of N-glycosylnitrones2. The structure and steric configuration of the products have been assigned on the basis of1H- and13C-NMR spectroscopy. AM1 calculations of the nitrones and MM2 calculations of the adducts were performed.

Zusammenfassung Die Nitrone2 wurden ausD-Glucoseoxim und Benzaldehyden ohne Schutz von Hydroxylgruppen in reinem Zustand erhalten. Die 1,3-dipolare Cycloaddition von2 an N-Arylmaleimiden ergab bevorzugt dieanti-Isoxazolidine3; dies wurde über eineZ/E-Isomerisierung der N-Glycosylnitrone2 rationalisiert. Struktur und Stereochemie wurden auf Basis von1H- und13C-NMR-Spektroskopie ermittelt. Außerdem wurden AM1-Berechnungen an den Nitronen und MM2-Rechnungen an den Addukten ausgeführt.

Starting with a chloronitrouracil, the synthesis of 1, 3, 6-trimethyllumazine has been achieved. Oxidation to the 5-oxide and subsequent rearrangement gave 6-hydroxymethyl-1, 3-dimethyllumazine. Because of the method of synthesis, the product is uncontaminated with the 7-isomer.  相似文献
