It is established that reversible adsorption of water and methyl alcohol molecules, occurring via formation of hydrogen bonds, changes the dynamic properties of domain walls in the surface region of soft ferromagnets, as well as their initial static magnetic susceptibility. Dependence of the differential magnetic permeability on the speed of magnetization reversal was found in ribbons of an amorphous ferromagnetic material. When the ribbon thickness is 10–3 cm and the initial permeability is 10–5, an increase in the frequency of the harmonic magnetization reversal causes a decrease of by a factor of 2–3; this takes place in the region around 100 Hz. We experimentally studied the magnetoresistance of a superconducting Al microbridge fabricated on top of a ferromagnetic BaFe12O19 single crystal. Due to the presence of a one-dimensional domain structure in the ferromagnetic substrate, the superconducting critical temperature reaches its maximal value at the compensation field, |H|?B0|H|?B0, when superconductivity nucleates above magnetic domains of opposite polarity with respect to the applied magnetic field H   (so-called reverse-domain superconductivity, B0B0 being the amplitude of the z-component of the nonuniform magnetic field). Such localized superconductivity makes it possible to transfer superconducting currents without dissipation only along the magnetic domains, leading to a pronounced anisotropy of the resistance of this system at low temperatures.  相似文献

On soft magnetic amorphous specimens, a rapid decrease in the surface amplitude of 180° domain wall oscillations relative to the bulk amplitude is observed with increasing frequency of the magnetizing field. The dynamics of the domain wall is studied by a magnetooptical method at the specimen surface and by the induction method in the bulk. The results of the experiment disagree with the theory, which takes into account the effect of eddy currents and predicts that, with increasing frequency, the surface amplitude of the domain wall oscillations should decrease slower than the bulk amplitude. The observed behavior of the domain wall is explained by its interaction with macroscopic defects at the specimen surface. This interaction gives rise to unsteady chaotic surface wall displacements, which lead to an increase by several orders of magnitude in the effective surface damping parameter in the Landau-Lifshits equation.  相似文献

A research has been conducted into the dynamics of the 180° domain wall in a cubic ferromagnet with induced magnetic anisotropy, this domain wall moving at a velocity close to the limit one. The Landau–Lifshits equation has been reduced to a modified double Sine–Gordon equation with the highest dispersion. A solution has been found which corresponds to the moving 180° domain wall. This paper has determined the dependencies of the velocity of the domain wall's stationary movement on the quality factor and on the ratio of the induced and the cubic magnetic anisotropy constants in slabs with the developed (0 0 1) and (0 1 1) surfaces.  相似文献

具有垂直磁各向异性的磁性纳米结构是自旋转移力矩器件的重要研究内容, 本文采用反常霍尔效应系统地研究了磁控溅射法制备的[CoFeB/Pt]n多层膜的垂直磁各向异性. 当CoFeB的厚度小于0.6 nm时, 可以在[CoFeB/Pt]n多层膜中观察到清晰的垂直磁各向异性, 其垂直磁各向异性强烈依赖于CoFeB和Pt层厚度及多层膜周期数. 当多层膜周期数n ≥ 5时, 出现零剩磁现象. 另外, [CoFeB/Pt]n多层膜的矫顽力均小于2 kA·m-1, 有望作为垂直自由层的重要侯选材料应用于垂直磁纳米结构中.  相似文献

We grew tetragonally distorted FexCo1-x alloy films on Pd(001). Theoretical first-principles calculations for such films predicted a high saturation magnetization and a high uniaxial magnetic anisotropy energy for specific values of the lattice distortion c/a and the alloy composition x. The magnetic anisotropy was investigated using the magneto-optical Kerr effect. An out-of-plane easy axis of magnetization was observed for Fe0.5Co0.5 films in the thickness range of 4 to 14 monolayers. The magnetic anisotropy energy induced by the tetragonal distortion is estimated to be almost 2 orders of magnitude larger than the value for bulk FeCo alloys. Using LEED Kikuchi patterns, a change of the easy axis of magnetization can be related to a decrease of the tetragonal distortion with thickness.  相似文献

采用直流磁控溅射法在玻璃基片上制备了Pt底层的Co/Ni多层膜样品, 对影响样品垂直磁各向异性的各因素进行了调制, 通过样品的反常霍尔效应系统的研究了Co/Ni多层膜的垂直磁各向异性. 结果表明, 多层膜中各层的厚度及周期数对样品的反常霍尔效应和磁性有重要的影响. 通过对多层膜各个参数的调制优化, 最终获得了具有良好的垂直磁各向异性的Co/Ni多层膜最佳样品Pt(2.0)/Co(0.2)/Ni(0.4)/Co(0.2)/Pt(2.0), 经计算, 该样品的各向异性常数Keff 达到了3.6×105 J/m3, 说明样品具备良好的垂直磁各向异性. 最佳样品磁性层厚度仅为0.8 nm, 样品总厚度在5 nm以内, 可更为深入的研究其与元件的集成性.  相似文献

It was founded using the magneto-optical technique that the domain wall in the iron-based amorphous ferromagnet in its movement experienced enhanced deceleration on the surface compared to the volume. The surface deceleration of the wall intensifies under water molecules adsorption on the sample surface. This effect is explained by the domain wall interaction with magnetic micro-defects observed on the sample surface using a magnetic force microscope.  相似文献

Magnetostatic surface waves with fixed frequency and wave vector are predicted to exist in a ferromagnet with an inhomogeneity of the magnetic anisotropy such that the spectral function has a turning point on the surface. This result is most important for the case when an external magnetic field magnetizes the ferromagnet perpendicular to its surface. The frequency of the surface wave is determined by the frequency of the magnetostatic volume wave at the surface of the ferromagnet, and the wave vector is determined by the surface values of the local magnetic anisotropy field and its derivative. We demonstrate an isolated magnetic interface anisotropy in amorphous CoFeB films on (Al)GaAs(001), similar to that in epitaxial films but without a magnetocrystalline anisotropy term. The direction of the easy axis corresponds to that due to the interfacial interaction proposed for epitaxial films. We show that the anisotropy is determined by the relative orbital component of the atomic magnetic moments. Charge transfer is ruled out as the origin of the interface anisotropy, and it is postulated that the spin-orbit interaction in the semiconductor is crucial in determining the magnetic anisotropy.  相似文献

In ferromagnetic amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloys the induced magnetic anisotropy plays a fundamental role in the hysteresis behavior but, due to the elongated shape, it can be measured only if KU is perpendicular to the sample long axis. In order to measure the longitudinal induced anisotropy, an original method derived from known thin layers measurement techniques was used. Hysteresis loops shifted by perpendicular bias field were recorded for this purpose. Direct measurement of the longitudinal induced anisotropy in amorphous and nanocrystalline ribbons or wire without needing sample preparation is reported for the first time. Evidence of self-induced anisotropy is brought in a Fe–Co-based nanocrystalline alloy.  相似文献

The dependence of the elementary excitation energies and sound velocities on the magnetoelastic coupling and the magnetic field strength has been theoretically investigated in field-induced ferromagnets.It has been shown that near the field intensities, where the long range magnetic order appears, the acoustic quasi-phonon velocities and, in consequence, some elastic constants turn to zero. Magnetic anisotropy energy (MAE) plays a key role for 2D magnetic materials, which have attracted significant attention for their promising applications in spintronic devices. Based on first-principles calculations, we have investigated the influence of surface adsorption on the ferromagnetism and MAE of monolayer CrI3. We find that Li adsorption can dramatically enhance its ferromagnetism, and tune its easy magnetization axis to the in-plane direction from original out-of-plane at certain coverage of Li. The monotonic enhancement of in-plane magnetism in CrI3 as the coverage of Li increases are attributed to electrostatic doping induced by charge transfer between Li atoms and I atoms, as supported by the charge doping simulation. The tunable robust magnetic anisotropy may open new promising applications of CrI3–based materials in spintronic devices.  相似文献

The rapid temperature decrease in magnetization characteristic of amorphous alloys is often attributed to short-range exchange interactions. The temperature dependence of the hyperfine field distribution in an amorphous Fe80B20 (METGLAS 2605) measured by Mössbauer technique disagrees with such an explanation. It is shown that for this alloy each magnetic moment follows the same magnetization curve, i.e. the temperature dependence of the magnetization is determined by long-range correlations.  相似文献
