A sterically controlled transformation of 3-oxo-17β-acetoxy-Δ1?-α-androstene ( 2 ) into 1β,4β-oxido-3-aza-17β-hydroxy-A-homo-5α-androstane ( 16 ) is described. With the exception of two conversions [ 14 → 15 (60%); 15 → 16 (50%)], the yields of the remaining seven steps are higher than 75% each. Reactions of succinyl chloride with 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde and 3-ethoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde gave the corresponding succinates which were brought into the condensation with naphthalen-2-amine to obtain Schiff bases. The latter reacted with CH acids (cyclohexane-1,3-dione and 5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione) to form bis[2-alkoxy-4-(11-oxo-7,8,9,10,11,12-hexahydrobenzo[a]acridin-12-yl)phenyl]-succinates which can also be obtained by three-component heterocyclization of naphthalen-2-amine with bis-(2-alkoxy-4-formylphenyl)succinates and CH acid. 相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of [Mn(mep)2- (NCS)2] ({ {mep}}=4-methoxy-2-(5-methoxy-3-methyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-6-methylpyrimidine) have been determined by X-ray crystallography. The crystal structure of the title compound is built up of isolated [Mn(mep)2(NCS)2] molecules with the stereochemistry of a distorted octahedron for the MnN6 chromophore. The e.p.r. Poly(1,3[2-methoxy-4-hydroxy-5-acetylphenylene]butylene) was prepared by Friedel-Craft polycondensation of 2-hydroxy, 4-methoxyacetophenone
and 1,4-butane-diol in presence of poiyphosphoric acid catalyst. The polymer samples were characterized by IR spectra, TGA
and their Mn determined by nonaqueous titration. Viscosity measurents in DMSO showed that solutions exhibited normal behaviour.
Polymers were complexed with Cu(II), Ni(II), Mn(II), Co(II) and Zn(II) and characterized. Chelation and ion exchange properties

Synthesis and structure of 5-oxo-1-phenylpyrazoline-3- and 4-alkanoic acids. Antiinflammatory agents
Condensation of appropriate β-keto esters with phenylhydrazine gave 5-oxo-1-phenyl-2-pyrazoline-3-and 4-alkanoic esters 1 and 3 which were saponified to the corresponding alkanoic acids 2 and 4 . Analogous condensation of the same β-keto esters with hydrazobenzene gave 5-oxo-1,2-diphenyl-3-pyrazoline-3-and 4-alkanoic esters 5 and 7 which were similarly converted to acids 6 and 8 . The structures of the oxopyrazolines as revealed by their infrared absorption are discussed, and results of their antiinflammatory screening are reported. 相似文献

由2-(1,2-亚乙二硫)亚甲基-3-羰基-5-芳基-4-戊烯酸与三苯基氢氧化锡反应,合成了九个标题化合物3。用X射线衍射法测定了3b的晶体结构。该晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P1,a=0.9074(2)nm,b=1.6809(3)nm,c=2.1834(4)nm,α=77.57(3)ⅲ,β=88.04(3)ⅲ,γ=89.47(3)ⅲ,V=3.2503nm^3,Z=2;R=0.0592。由锡氧原子间距离可推测,该晶体中羧酸根作为双齿配体与锡原子形成了分子内五配位结构。 相似文献
