A new flavonol glycoside, isorhamnetin 3-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)]-beta-D-galactopyranoside, and the known diglycoside, isorhamnetin 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-galactopyranoside were isolated from the aerial parts of Astragalus vulneraria. Characterization of the two compounds was done by spectroscopic methods (1D and 2D NMR, and FAB-MS).  相似文献

Paprika and pimiento are used as vegetables and spices. We have obtained three new acyclic diterpene glycosides, called capsianosides XVII (1), V methyl ester (2) and XIV (3) together with capsianosides I and II from the aerial parts of paprika and pimiento. Two new 8-O-4’ neolignan glycosides, named matteustruthiosides A(1) and B(2) were isolated from the aerial parts of Matteuccia struthiopteris. Their chemical structures were characterized on the basis of various spectroscopic techniques. The absolute configurations of them were determined by experimental circular dichroism(CD) spectra. Abstract

Three new pterocarpans, named abrusprecatins A-C (1–3), along with three known ones, namely medicarpin (4), maackiain (5), and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-8,9-methylenedioxypterocarpan (6) were isolated from the aerial parts of Abrus precatorius. The structures of these compounds were established by extensive analysis of mass spectrometric data, 1?D and 2?D NMR spectroscopic data. In addition, the absolute configurations were determined by a combination of single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and circular dichroism spectroscopy.  相似文献

A new isocoumarin, along with 10 known compounds, was isolated from the aerial parts of Aconitum gymnandrum. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including extensive 1D and 2D NMR techniques. Among the known compounds, compound 11 was obtained as a natural product for the first time, which was previously reported as a synthetic product. In addition, compounds 15, 7 and 9 were tested for their cytotoxicity against four human cancer cell lines. The results showed that compounds 3, 4 and 7 displayed cytotoxicity against lung cancer A549 and gastric cancer MGC80, respectively, whereas 5 and 9 showed selective cytotoxicity against hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2.  相似文献

Column chromatographic separation of a MeOH extract of the aerial parts of Saussurea triangulata led to the isolation of a new sesquiterpene glycoside 6, together with three quinic acid derivatives, two phenolics, two sesquiterpene glycosides and two flavonoids. A new ent-clerodane diterpene, named bacchariol (1) was isolated from the aerial parts of Baccharis gaudichaudiana DC. (Compositae), together with known ent-clerodane diterpenes (2, 3), eight known flavonoids (4-11) and 3, 5-dicaffeoylquinic acid (12). Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analyses. Phytochemical investigation of the aerial parts of Leonurus japonicus led to the isolation of one new labdane diterpenoid, leojaponin D(1) and two new ionone derivatives, leojaponones A and B(2 and 3),together with seven known diterpenoids(4–10). Their structures were elucidated by extensive 1D and2 D NMR spectroscopic data and by comparison with data reported in the literature.
