海洋微生物资源由于具有可持续开发性,而且其活性物质不像来源于其它海洋生物(如海绵、海藻、海兔、珊瑚等)产生的生物活性物质,其生产不受天然资源难再生的限制,能通过发酵进行胞外生产,与现代微生物技术相结合,较容易实现工业化生产,特别是其生产不对环境造成危害,符合当今绿色化学发展的方向.  相似文献

A new furanocoumarin, 5-methyl-8-(3-methylbut-2-enyl) furanocoumarin (1), together with seven known compounds, sterequinone C (2), cyclo(6,7-en-Pro-L-Phe) (3), bergapten, scopoletin, umbelliferone, 1,7-dihydroxyxanthone and 3,5-dimethoxybiphenyl, was isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus, Penicillium sp. ZH16 obtained from the South China Sea. Their structures were determined by analysis of spectroscopic data. Compound 1 exhibited cytotoxicity against KB and KB(V)200 cells in?vitro with IC(50) values 5 and 10?μg?mL(-1), respectively.  相似文献

Two new benzaldehyde derivatives, 6-ethyl-2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-3-methylbenzaldehyde (1), 6-ethyl-2,4-dihydroxy-3-methylbenzaldehyde (2), together with 2, 4-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethylbenzaldehyde (3) were isolated from mangrove fungus (No. ZZF 32#) from the South China Sea. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were established by comprehensive analysis of the spectral data, especially 2D NMR spectral results.  相似文献

The structure elucidations and complete 1H and 13C NMR assignments are reported for two new xanthone derivatives: 1,7‐dihydroxy‐2‐methoxy‐3‐(3‐methylbut‐2‐enyl)‐9H‐xanthen‐9‐one (1) and 1‐hydroxy‐4,7‐dimethoxy‐6‐(3‐oxobutyl)‐9H‐xanthen‐9‐one (2). Both of these secondary metabolites were isolated from the fermentation medium of a mangrove endophytic fungus (No. ZH19). High‐resolution electron impact mass spectrometry (HREIMS), Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) absorption spectrometry, and NMR experiments including gCOSY, gHMQC, and gHMBC were used for the determination of the structures and NMR spectral assignments. Preliminary pharmacological test showed that compounds (1) and (2) inhibited KB cells with IC50 values of 20 and 35 µmol/ml, and KBV200 cells with IC50 values of 30 and 41 µmol/ml, respectively. Abstract

A new isocoumarin derivative pestalotiopisorin B (1), along with six known compounds, (R)-(-)- mellein methyl ether (2), pestalotiopyrone G (3), (R)-mevalonolactone (4), pestalotiollides A–B (5–6) and pestalotiopsol A(7) were isolated from Pestalotiopsis sp., an endophytic fungus obtained from Chinese mangrove plant Rhizophora stylosa. Their structures were elucidated unambiguously by the comprehensive analysis of extensive spectroscopic data. Compound 1 exhibited modest antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa with 12.5?μg/ml, 50?μg/ml, respectively. Compound 4 showed moderate calcineurin inhibitory activity towards p-nitrophenyl phosphate (IC50 =134.29?±?5.377?μM).  相似文献

Paeciloxocins A and B (2-(1-hydroxy-3-methylbutyl)- and 2-(1-acetoxy-3-methylbutyl)- 11-hydroxy-9-methyl-1-methoxy-5H,7H-dibenzo[b,g]-1,5-dioxocin-5-ones), viz., two new metabolites, were isolated from the mangrove fungus Paecilomyces sp. collected from the Taiwan Strait. A new isocoumarin, 3,4-dihydro-6-methoxy-8-hydroxy-3,4,5-trimethylisocoumarin-7-carboxylic acid methyl ester (1), together with three known compounds, 3,4-dihydro-4,8-dihydroxy-3,5-dimethylisocoumarin (2), 3,4-dihydro-8-hydroxy-3-methylisocoumarin-5-carboxylic acid (3), and Entinclole SB (4) were isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus (No. dz17). The structure of the compound 1 was elucidated by analysis of spectroscopic data. Primary bioassays showed that 1 exhibited weak cytotoxicity against Hep-2 and HepG2 cells. A new depsidone derivative botryorhodine I (1), along with eight known compounds (2-9) were obtained from solid rice cultures of the fungal strain, Lasiodiplodia theobromae M4.2-2 isolated from a mangrove sediment sample. The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated on the basis of 1?D and 2?D NMR analysis as well as by HRESIMS. All compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxic potential against the mouse lymphoma cell line L5178Y as well as for their antibacterial activities against a panel of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial strains. Compound 3 revealed potent cytotoxic activity with an IC50 of 7.3?µM whereas compound 7 showed selective anti-bacterial activity against different S. aureus and E. faecium bacterial strains with MIC value of 25?µg/ml.  相似文献

One new pyrone derivative, named penicillone (1), together with paxilline, pyrenocines A (2) and B (3) were isolated from the endophytic fungus Penicillium paxilli PSU-A71. One new dihydrobenzofuran derivative, botryomaman (1), was isolated from the broth extract of the endophytic fungus Botryosphaeria mamane PSU-M76 along with six known compounds, 2,4-dimethoxy-6-pentylphenol, (R)-(-)-mellein, primin, cis-4-hydroxymellein, trans-4-hydroxymellein and 4,5-dihydroxy-2-hexenoic acid. The structures were assigned by spectroscopic methods. All compounds were tested for antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 and methicillin-resistant S. aureus SK1. Four new lasiodiplodins (14), together with three known analogues, have been isolated from a mangrove endophytic fungus, Lasiodiplodia sp. 318#. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic techniques. Cytotoxic activities of compounds 17 were evaluated in vitro against human cancer lines THP1, MDA-MB-435, A549, HepG2 and HCT-116. Chemical examination of Chinese mangrove Ceriops tagal endophytic Cytospora sp., yielded a new biscyclic sesquiterpene seiricardine D (1), and eight known metabolites, xylariterpenoid A (2a), xylariterpenoid B (2b) and regiolone (3) 4-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol (4), (22E, 24R)5, 8-epidioxy-5α, 8α-ergosta-6,22E-dien-3ß-ol (5), (22E, 24R)5, 8-epidioxy-5α, 8α-ergosta-6,9(11), 22-trien-3 ß-ol (6), ß-sitosterol (7) and stigmast-4-en-3-one (8). These structures were unambiguously elucidated on the basis of extensive NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric analyses. The antimicrobial activities of compounds 1–8 and their effects on a panel of plant and human pathogens were evaluated.  相似文献

Three xanthones were produced from the marine-derived endophytic fungus isolate 1850 from a leaf of Kandelia candel from an estuarine mangrove in Hong Kong.
