Treatment of the bulky iminophosphine ligand [Ph2PCH2C(Ph)N(2,6-Me2C6H3)] (L) with [M(CH3CN)2(ligand)]+n, where for M = Pd(II): ligand = η3-allyl, n = 1, and for M = Rh(I), ligand: 2(C2H4), 2(CO) or cod, n = 0, yields the mono-cationic iminophosphine complexes [Pd(η3-C3H5)(L)][BF4] (1), [Rh(cod)(L)][BF4] (2), [Rh(CO)(CH3CN)(L)][BF4] (3), and cis-[Rh(L)2][BF4] (4). All the new complexes have been characterised by NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 shows moderate activity in the copolymerisation of CO and ethene but is inactive towards Heck coupling of 4-bromoacetophenone and n-butyl acrylate. 相似文献

Reactions of fresh M(OH)2 (M = Zn2+, Cd2+) precipitate and (RS)-2-methylglutaric acid (H2MGL), 2,2′-bipyridine (bipy), or 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) in aqueous solution at 50°C afforded four new metal–organic complexes [Zn2(bipy)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] (1), [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)(MGL)2] (2), [Cd(bipy)(H2O)(MGL)] · 3H2O (3), and [Cd(phen)(H2O)(MGL)] · 2H2O (4), which were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectra, TG/DTA analysis as well as fluorescence spectra. In 1, the [Zn(bipy)(H2O)]2+ moieties are linked by R- and S-2-methylglutarate anions to build up the centrosymmetric dinuclear [Zn2(bipy)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] molecules. In 2, the 1-D ribbon-like chains [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)(MGL)2] n can be visualized as from centrosymmetric dinuclear [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] units sharing common aqua ligands. Both 3 and 4 exhibit 1-D chains resulting from [Cd(bipy)(H2O)]2+ and [Cd(phen)(H2O)]2+, respectively, bridged alternately by R- and S-2-methylglutarate anions in bis-chelating fashion. The intermolecular and interchain π···π stacking interactions form supramolecular assemblies in 1 and 1-D chains in 2–4 into 2-D layers. The hydrogen bonded lattice H2O molecules are sandwiched between 2-D layers in 3 and 4. Fluorescence spectra of 1–4 exhibit LLCT π → π* transitions. 相似文献

Cyclometallated Ru(II) complexes of the type [Ru(CO)(EPh3)2(L)] (E = P or As; L = tridentate hydrazone-derived ligand) have been obtained by refluxing an ethanolic solution of [RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3] or [RuHCl(CO)(AsPh3)3] with the hydrazone derivatives H2php (2-[(2,4-dinitro-phenyl)-hydrazonomethyl]-phenol), H2phm (2-[(2,4-dinitro-phenyl)-hydrazonomethyl]-6-methoxy-phenol) and H2phn (2-[(2,4-dinitro-phenyl)-hydrazonomethyl]-naphthalen-1-ol). The formation of stable cyclometallated complexes has been authenticated by single crystal X-ray structure determination of two of the complexes, and the mechanism of C–H activation is discussed in detail. The spectral (IR, UV–Vis and 1H NMR) and electrochemical data for all the complexes are reported. Electrochemistry shows a substantial variation in the metal redox potentials with regard to the electronic nature of the substituents present in the hydrazone derivative. 相似文献

The reaction of equimolar quantities of LiOCH2CH2NMe2 and E14(OCH2CH2NMe2)2 (E14=Ge, Sn) in ether yielded new ate complexes [LiE14(OCH2CH2NMe2)3]2 (E14=Ge (1), Sn (2)) with bidentate ligands. The compounds 1 and 2 are white crystalline substances which are highly soluble in THF and pyridine and very sensitive to the traces of oxygen and moisture. The structures of these compounds are studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. The ate complexes 1 and 2 are powerful nucleophiles and may be employed as ligands (neutral) in the coordination chemistry of the transition metals. The electronegative O-substituents at the divalent E14 atoms render them less oxidizable than alkyl- or aryl-substituted derivatives, and the bidentate ligands, owing to intramolecular donor-acceptor interactions, make them more thermodynamically stable compared to monodentate ligands. 相似文献

Three mercury(II) complexes, [Hg((23-MeO-ba)2en)X2] (X = I (1), Br (2) and Cl(3)), and the ligand (23-MeO-ba)2en ((23-MeO-ba)2en = N,N′-bis(2,3-dimethoxybenzylidene)-1,2-diaminoethane) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The crystal and molecular structures of 1 and 2 were determined by X-ray crystallography from single-crystal data. The metal-to-ligand ratio was found to be 1:1. The mercury(II) center in 1 and 2 has a distorted tetrahedral geometry with HgN2I2 and HgN2Br2 chromophores, respectively. The Schiff base ligand (23-MeO-ba)2en acts as a chelating ligand, coordinating via the two nitrogen atoms to the mercury(II) center, and it adopts an E,E conformation. The coordination sphere of the mercury(II) center in 1 and 2 is completed by the two I and Br atoms, respectively. In complex 1 an inter-molecular non-classical hydrogen bond of the type C-H?O was found, while in complex 2 inter- and intra-molecular non-classical hydrogen bonds of the type C-H?X (X = O and Br) were found. The 1H NMR spectra of the complexes exhibit downfield as well as upfield shifts of the free ligand resonances, reflecting changes in the ligand’s geometry during its coordination. 相似文献

Self-assemblies of the 2,4,6-tris(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine (tptz) and Cu(OH)2 in the presence of dicarboxylate ligands yielded four new complexes, [Cu4(bpca)4(L1)2(H2O)2]·5H2O (1), [Cu2(bpca)2(L2)(H2O)2]·2H2O (2), [Cu2(bpca)2(L3)(H2O)2]·H2O (3), and [Cu2(bpca)2(L4)(H2O)2]·3H2O (4) (bpca = bis(2-pyridylcarbonyl)amide anion, H2L1 = phthalic acid, H2L2 = succinic acid, H2L3 = maleic acid, H2L4 = acetylenedicarboxylic acid). Their structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyzes and further characterized by IR spectra and thermogravimetric analyzes. The five-coordinate Cu ions in 1 are bridged by phthalate to form 1-D chains, which are assembled into 3-D frameworks by extensive hydrogen bonds. Compounds 2–4 possess similar structures, built up of [Cu2(bpca)2(L)(H2O)2] (L = L2 for 2, L3 for 3, L4 for 4) and lattice molecules. The reaction of a mixed phosphine-phosphonium ylide, PPh2CH2PPh2C(H)C(O)Ph with mercury(II) halides in methanol under mild conditions yielded the P, C-chelated complexes, [HgX2(PPh2CH2PPh2C(H)C(O)Ph)] where X = Cl (2), Br (3), I (4). Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies reveal the presence of mononuclear complexes containing Hg atom in a distorted tetrahedral environment and long Hg-Cylide bond. The five-membered chelate rings in the two independent molecules present in the asymmetric unit of 4 adopt ‘envelope’ and ‘twist’ conformations. Spectroscopic studies also indicate the weaker Hg-C bonding. Additionally, the molecular structure of the free ylide (1) is also discussed. 相似文献

The reaction of succinamic acid (H2sucm) with Ca(NO3)2·4H2O yielded compounds [Ca(Hsucm)(NO3)(H2O)]n (1) and [Ca(Hsucm)2]n (2). The succinamate(-1) ligand presents two new ligation modes and coordinates through the two carboxylato and the amide O-atoms, thus bridging three CaII ions which assemble into zig-zag 1D chains in 1 and 2D networks in 2. Intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions in the crystal structures of 1 and 2 result in overall 3D framework structures. Both compounds have been characterized by IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy, and their thermal decomposition was monitored by TG/DTG and DSC measurements. The structural comparison of 1 and 2 with known lanthanide(III) succinamate(-1) complexes reveals differences in the coordination mode of the ligand and in the coordination number of the metal ions; the biological relevance of these differences is discussed. 相似文献

本文在惰性气氛中通过取代反应合成出富勒烯金属配合物C60Pd(Ph2PCH2CH2CH2CH2PPh2),采用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、光电子能谱以及X射线粉末衍射等手段对产物进行表征,同时研究了产物的氧化还原性能及热稳定性能。此外,在光电化学电池中测定了C60Pd(Ph2PCH2CH2CH2CH2PPh2)在GaAs电极上形成n+n型异质结的光伏效应,结果表明:产物具有优良的光电转化性能,尤其是在BQ/H2Q介质电对中,光生电压最大达到212 mV;当C60Pd(Ph2PCH2CH2CH2CH2PPh2)薄膜厚度为1 μm时,光伏效应值最大。 相似文献

The reaction of mercury(II) halides with 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane monoxide (dppeO) in 1:1 molar ratio yielded P,O-coordinated polymers having the empirical formula [HgX2(dppeO)]n [X = Cl (1), Br (2), I (3)]. In contrast, the reaction between the same reactants in a 1:2 molar ratio yielded the P, P-coordinated monomeric complexes, HgX2(dppeO)2[X = Cl (4), Br (5), I (6)]. The structures of 2, 3, 4 and 5 have been characterized crystallographically. The results indicate that the geometry around the mercury atom in each of these molecules is tetrahedral with considerable distortion. The 31P NMR spectra of the 1:1 complexes indicate the dissociation of the Hg–O bond in solution. 相似文献

Two nickel(II) complexes of [1 + 1] macrocyclic Schiff base ligand (L) have been prepared by cyclocondensation reactions between 1,3-diamino-2-propanol and 2-[3-(2-formylphenoxy)-2-hydroxypropoxy] benzaldehyde, using NiX2 (X = Br, and I) salts as template agents, and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, molar conductivity and electronic spectra in both solid and solution states. The single-crystal X-ray diffractions of the complexes are also reported that contain nickel(II) ion in a distorted octahedral geometry coordination of N2O3X (X = Br, I and NO3). In all complexes the ligand behaves as a pentadentate ligand. Cyclic voltammetric studies of nickel(II) complexes indicate a quasi-reversible redox wave in the negative potential range. 相似文献

Two diethyl phosphonated phosphine ligands of formula Ph2P(CH2)3PO3Et2 (ligand L) and Ph2P(4-C6H4PO3Et2) (ligand L′) were used to prepare different complexes of platinum(II) (1, cis-PtCl2L2; 2, trans-PtCl2L2·H2O; 3A and 3B, cis- and trans-PtCl2L′2) and palladium(II) (4, [PdCl2L]2; 5, trans-PdCl2L2·H2O; 6, trans-PdCl2L′2·CH2Cl2). The single-crystal X-ray structure analyses of complexes 1, 2, 4-6 indicate that complexation involved only the phosphine end, whereas the strong polarization of the PO bond was highlighted by the formation of hydrogen bonds with a water molecule in 2 and 5, and with a dichloromethane molecule in 6, with an exceptionally short CH?O hydrogen bond length (C?O separation 3.094(3) Å). 相似文献

Two new Cd(II) complexes with a 3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazole-based ligand, [Cd(L)2(SCN)2] (1) and {[Cd(L)2N3](ClO4)}n (2) (L=3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazol-1-ylmethylbenzene) were synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a=14.833(3), b=13.790(3), c=15.970(3) Å, β=110.89(3)° and Z=4, while 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with a=13.622(4), b=23.286(7), c=10.547(3) Å, β=111.084(6)° and Z=4. In the two complexes, the Cd(II) centers are coordinated by six nitrogen atoms, in which four from two distinct L ligands and two from thiocyanato (1) or azido (2) anions. Complex 1 has a mononuclear structure, whereas 2 has a 1D chain structure bridged by azido anions. In 2, the azido adopts a μ-1,3-trans coordination mode, which is not common in the azide Cd(II) complexes. In addition, in the structure of 2, the 1D chains were further assembled into a quasi-3D supramolecular network by the C–HO hydrogen-bonding interactions. The structural difference of the two complexes is attributable to the different anions, which have different coordination natures. 相似文献

Five new complexes of composition [Cu(dpt)Ni(CN)4] (1) (dpt=dipropylenetriamine), [Cu(dien)Ni(CN)4]·2H2O (2) (dien=diethylenetriamine), [Cu(N,N′-dimeen)Ni(CN)4]·H2O (3) (N,N′-dimeen=N,N′-dimethylethylenediamine), [Cu(N,N-dimeen)Ni(CN)4]·H2O (4) (N,N-dimeen=N,N-dimethylethylenediamine) and [Cu(trimeen)Ni(CN)4] (5) (trimeen=N,N,N′-trimethylethylenediamine) have been obtained by the reactions of the mixture of Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O, appropriate amine and K2[Ni(CN)4] in water and have been characterized by IR and UV–Vis spectroscopies and magnetic measurements. The crystal structure of [Cu(dpt)Ni(CN)4] (1) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The structure of 1 consists of a one-dimensional polymeric chain ---Cu(dpt)---NC---Ni(CN)2---CN---Cu(dpt)--- in which the Cu(II) and Ni(II) atoms are linked by CN groups. The nickel atom is four coordinate with four cyanide-carbon atoms (two cyano groups are terminal and two cyano groups (in cis fashion) are bridged) in a square-planar arrangement and the copper atom is five coordinate with two cyanide-nitrogen and three dpt-nitrogen atoms, in a distorted square-pyramidal arrangement. The temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibility (2–300 K) was measured for compound 1. The magnetic investigation showed the presence of a very weak antiferromagnetic interaction (J=−0.16 cm−1) between the copper atoms within each chain through the diamagnetic Ni(CN)4 2− ions. 相似文献

New complexes of the general formula, [M(H2dap4NMetsc)(H2O)2](NO3)2·H2O (M = Zn2+, Cd2+; H2dap4NMetsc = 2,6-diacetylpyridinebis(4N-methylthiosemicarbazone) and [Sn((dap4NMetsc)X2] (X = Ph, Cl and I) (dap4NMetsc = the doubly deprotonated form of 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(4N-methylthiosemicarbazone) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by a variety of physico-chemical techniques. X-ray crystallographic structure determination shows that in the zinc and cadmium complexes, the bis(thiosemicarbazone) ligand coordinates as a neutral N3S2 pentadentate chelating agent through the two azomethine nitrogen atoms, the pyridine nitrogen atom and the two thione sulfur atoms. The N3S2 donors of the ligand occupy the equatorial plane and the two aqua ligands occupy the sixth and seventh axial positions of the seven-coordinated cadmium(II) and zinc(II) ions. In the tin(IV) complexes, however, the thiosemicarbazone is coordinated to the tin(IV) ion as a dinegatively charged pentadentate chelating agent via the pyridine nitrogen atom, the two azomethine nitrogen atoms and the two thiolate sulfur atoms. The two apical positions of the seven-coordinate tin(IV) ion are occupied by either phenyl, chlorido or iodido ligands. In each of the complexes, the overall geometry adopted by the metal ion may be considered as a distorted pentagonal-bipyramid. 相似文献
