A new mercury(II)-organic polymeric complex generated from 2,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole (3-bpo) as an angular dipyridyl derivative ligand, [Hg(3-bpo)2(SCN)2], was prepared from reactions of ligand 3-bpo with mercury(II) thiocyanate. The compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR-, 1H NMR-, 13C NMR-spectroscopy and structurally determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The thermal stability of [Hg(3-bpo)2(SCN)2] was studied by thermal gravimetric (TG) and differential thermal analyses (DTA).  相似文献

A new nickel coordination polymer was obtained from an unsymmetric building block 5-(3-pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thione (HL6) and Ni(NO3)2 · 6H2O-afforded [Ni(L6)2(H2O)2] n (1) with a (4,4) network. Complex 1 exhibits moderate antimicrobial activity against Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633 and Candida albicans ATCC 90028. Thermogravimetric data and magnetic moments for 1 have been investigated.  相似文献

Two new inorganic–organic coordination networks based on a versatile and unsymmetric building block 5-(4-pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thione (Hpot) and inorganic CoII and CdII salts have been synthesized in mixed solvent media and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal Hpot (1) was obtained from methanol solution. Reaction of Co(NO3)2 · 6H2O with Hpot afforded a neutral two-dimensional (2-D) porous coordination polymer {[Co(pot)2] · 6H2O}n (2) with a (4,4) network, which shows a 3-D supramolecular network through O–H?O weak interactions. While substituting the transition metal ions used in 2 with Cd(NO3)2 · 6H2O, a neutral 2-D coordination polymer [Cd2(pot)4]n (3) with a (6,3) network which further extended to a 3-D supramolecular structure through versatile hydrogen bonds C–H?X (X = O, N and S) was obtained. It is remarkable that the building block “pot” anion exhibits versatile coordination modes in complexes 2 and 3. These results indicate that the versatile nature of this rigid unsymmetric ligand, together with the coordination preferences of the metal centers, plays a critical role in construction of novel coordination polymers. The properties of gas absorption, magnetism and luminescence of 2 and 3 have been investigated and discussed in detail.  相似文献

Two new coordination supramolecular complexes based on a versatile and unsymmetrical 5-(4-pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thione (Hpot) and MnII and NiII have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Reaction of MnCl2?· 4H2O with Hpot afforded a neutral mononuclear complex [Mn(pot)2(H2O)4]?·?2H2O (1), which exhibits a three-dimensional (3-D) supramolecule through versatile intermolecular O–H?···?X (X=O, N and S) hydrogen bond interactions. When using NiCl2?·?6H2O instead of MnCl2?· 4H2O under similar reaction conditions, a neutral mononuclear complex [Ni(pot)2(H2O)4] (2) is also obtained, which does not exhibit intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions. It is very interesting that the pot anion exhibits different coordination modes in complexes 1 and 2. The IR spectra and the TGA for 1 and 2 have been investigated and discussed in detail.  相似文献

以2-甲基-5-(2-吡啶基)-1,3,4-噁二唑(L)为配体合成了[Cu2L2μ-Cl)2Cl2](1)和[CdL2(NO32](2),测定了X射线单晶结构,用红外光谱、紫外光谱、荧光及热重分析进行了表征。配体L和配合物2属于单斜晶系,配合物1属于三斜晶系。L,12的空间群分别为P21/c,P1C2/c。配合物1是通过2个氯原子(Cl1,Cl1i)桥联形成的双桥双核Cu(II)配合物,具有畸变四方锥构型[CuCl3N2]。配合物2具有畸变八面体构型[CdN4O2]。  相似文献

A new 1-D polymeric chain complex [Mn(pydc)(1,10-phen)]n· nH2O (pydc = pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylate, 1,10-phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesised and characterised by elemental analysis, FT-IR spectrum, thermal analysis and variable temperature magnetic susceptibility studies. Single crystal X-ray diffraction study reveals that the central Mn(II) ion is in a distorted octahedral coordination geometry, and is coordinated to pydc and 1,10-phen. The complex shows interesting hydrogen bond modes involving the dicarboxylates and lattice water molecules. The presence of weak antiferromagnetic coupling with J = −0.72 cm−1 for the complex has been concluded from the cryomagnetic susceptibility studies.  相似文献

Two novel mononuclear mixed-ligand complexes [Ni(en)2(3-pyt)2] (1) and [Cu(en)2](3-pyt)2 (2), derived from potassium [N′-(pyridine-3-carbonyl)-hydrazinecarbodithioate [K+(H2L)] and containing en as a co-ligand, have been synthesized. The [K+(H2L)] undergoes cyclization in the presence of ethylenediamine (en) and is converted to 5-(3-pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thione (3-pyt). [Ni(en)2(3-pyt)2] and [Cu(en)2](3-pyt)2 have been characterized with the aid of elemental analyses, IR, UV–Vis, magnetic susceptibility and single crystal X-ray studies. The complexes 1 and 2 crystallize in the orthorhombic and monoclinic systems with space groups Pca2(1) and C2/c, respectively. The single crystal X-ray diffraction studies of both complexes indicate that (3-pyt) adopts a thione form in 1 but is present as a thiolato form in 2.  相似文献

Two novel Ni(II) complexes {[Ni(en)2(pot)2]0.5CHCl3} (3) {pot = 5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thione} (1) and [Ni(en)2](3-pytol)2 (4) {3-pytol = 5-(3-pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thiol} (2) have been synthesized using en as coligand. The metal complexes have been characterized by physical and analytical techniques and also by single crystal X-ray studies. The complexes 3 and 4 crystallize in monoclinic system with space group P21/a and P121/c, respectively. The complex 3 has a slightly distorted octahedral geometry with trans (pot) ligands while 4 has a square planar geometry around the centrosymmetric Ni(II) center with ionically linked trans (3-pytol) ligands. The π?π (face to face) interaction plays an important role along with hydrogen bondings to form supramolecular architecture in both complexes.  相似文献

Nanoparticles of a new Hg(II) one-dimensional coordination polymer, {[Hg(4-bpdb)I2] n , 4-bpdb?=?1,4-bis(4-pyridyl)-2,3-diaza-1,3-butadiene} were synthesized by reaction of HgI2 and 4-bpdb by a sonochemical method. The new nanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and FT-IR spectroscopy; [Hg(4-bpdb)I2] n was structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound consists of one-dimensional polymeric units of [Hg(4-bpdb)I2]. The thermal stability of [Hg(4-bpdb)I2] n was studied by thermal gravimetric (TG) and differential thermal analyses (DTA).  相似文献

A one-dimensional coordination polymer [Co(μ 1,3-NCS)2(npdo)2] n (npdo?=?4-nitropyridine N-oxide) has been synthesized and structurally determined by X-ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group of Pbcn with a?=?22.688(5)?Å, b?=?7.2636(17)?Å, c?=?10.299(2)?Å. Adjacent Co(II) ions are coordinated by two μ 1,3-SCN? bridging ligands, forming a one-dimensional chain along the c axis and the npdo coordinates to Co(II) ion as a terminal ligand. The thermal variation of the magnetic moments of the complex reflects the antiferromagnetic interaction between the bridged Co(II) ions above 20?K and the ferromagnetic transition or the strong short-range spin interaction below 20?K.  相似文献

A new complex associated with Cd2+, [Cd(OH-H2Bdc)(2-Pbim)]n (1), (OH-H2Bdc = 5-hydroxyisophthalic acid, 2-Pbim = 2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazole), has been synthesised under hydrothermal conditions and characterised by elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy, TG/DTG and fluorescence spectrum. Its in vitro cytotoxicity towards four selected tumour cell lines has been evaluated by an microculture tetrozolium assay, the results suggest that complex 1 displays greater inhibition than the free benzimidazole ligand. On the basis of the combination of absorption titration and fluorescence emission titration, the binding mode of complex 1 to calf thymus DNA has been investigated. Complex 1 can interact with the base pairs of double-helical DNA via the combined mode of intercalation and groove binding with larger binding constants.  相似文献

The ligand N2-[bis(benzylsulfanyl)methylene]-2-methoxybenzohydrazide (N2-bmbh) (1) on reaction with CuCl2.2H2O yielded the mononuclear complex [Cu(bzsmp)2Cl2] (2) (2-benzylsulfanyl-5-(2-methoxyphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole, bzsmp). Complex 2 has been characterized by analytical, spectroscopic and X-ray data. X-ray study of 2 reveals that the cyclized ligand 2-benzylsulfanyl-5-(2-methoxyphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole (bzsmp) acts as neutral bidentate ligand to form six membered chelate ring and the presence of C–H?π (face to edge) and C–H?S and two type of C–H?Cl weak interactions.  相似文献

A new dithioligand [N′-(2-methoxybenzoyl)hydrazinecarbodithioate] ethyl ester (H2mbhce, 1) formed complexes [M(Hmbhce)2]n {M = Mn(II), Cd(II)} which have been characterized with the help of elemental analyses, magnetic susceptibility measurements, IR, UV–Vis, 1H and 13C NMR and mass spectrometry. [Mn(Hmbhce)2]n (2) crystallized in monoclinic system with space group P21/n. In the polymeric structure of 2, the ligand acts as an uninegative tridentate N(1), O(1), S(3) donor and forms a five membered chelate ring with N(1), C(2) and O(1). The intermediate bond lengths (between single and double bond distances) O(1)–C(2) = 1.241(3), N(2)–C(2) = 1.325(3), N(1)–N(2) = 1.393(2), N(1)–C(8) = 1.311(3) ? and C(8)–S(3) = 1.704(2) Å suggest considerable delocalization of charge which develops slightly aromatic character in the chelate ring.  相似文献

The reaction of potassium [N′-(2-methyl-benzoyl)-hydrazinecarbodithioate [K+(H2L)?] with metal acetate yielded M(H2L)2 (M = Ni, Cu), which on reaction with excess ethylenediamine (en) formed mononuclear mixed ligand complexes [Ni(en)2(tot)2] (1) and [Cu(en)2](tot)2 (2). The complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR, magnetic susceptibility, and electronic spectral studies. A Cu(II) coordination polymer (CP) (that is, [Cu2(OH)(H2O)2(cbca)·2H2O]n (1)) has been obtained with the reaction between Cu(II) salt and 4′-(1-carboxyethoxy)-[1,1′-biphenyl]-3,5-dicarboxylic acid (H3cbca), a semi-rigid tricarboxylic acid ligand under the hydrothermal reaction condition. Prevention activity of the new compound on hypotension after anesthesia surgery was evaluated and the related mechanism was researched at the same time. The noninvasive blood pressure monitor was firstly conducted to measure the blood pressure of the animal after compound treatment. Besides, the real time RT-PCR assay was also used to determine theα receptor relative expression on vascular endothelial cells after compound treatment.  相似文献

The Hg(II) complex [Hg(TFP)2(OTFP)3][ClO4]2 with TFP=tri-2-furyl-phosphine and OTFP=tri-2-furylphosphinoxide has been prepared and characterised. It crystallises in the hexagonal P63/m space group with Z=2, a=13.308(3), c=21.092 (4) Å, V=3235(1) Å3. An asymmetric bidentate Schiff-base ligand (2-hydroxybenzyl-2-furylmethyl)imine (L–OH) was prepared. Three complexes derived from L–OH were synthesized by treating an ethanolic solution of the appropriate ligand with an equimolar amount of metallic salt. Three complexes, Cu2(L–O?)2Cl2 (1), Ni(L–O?)2 (2) and Co(L–O?)3 (3), have been structurally characterized through elemental analysis, IR, UV spectra and thermogravimetric analysis. Single crystal X-ray diffraction shows metal ions and ligands reacted with different proportions 1?:?1, 1?:?2 and 1?:?3, respectively, so copper(II), nickel(II), and cobalt(III) have different geometries.  相似文献

Three mercury(II) complexes, [Hg((23-MeO-ba)2en)X2] (X = I (1), Br (2) and Cl(3)), and the ligand (23-MeO-ba)2en ((23-MeO-ba)2en = N,N′-bis(2,3-dimethoxybenzylidene)-1,2-diaminoethane) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The crystal and molecular structures of 1 and 2 were determined by X-ray crystallography from single-crystal data. The metal-to-ligand ratio was found to be 1:1. The mercury(II) center in 1 and 2 has a distorted tetrahedral geometry with HgN2I2 and HgN2Br2 chromophores, respectively. The Schiff base ligand (23-MeO-ba)2en acts as a chelating ligand, coordinating via the two nitrogen atoms to the mercury(II) center, and it adopts an E,E conformation. The coordination sphere of the mercury(II) center in 1 and 2 is completed by the two I and Br atoms, respectively. In complex 1 an inter-molecular non-classical hydrogen bond of the type C-H?O was found, while in complex 2 inter- and intra-molecular non-classical hydrogen bonds of the type C-H?X (X = O and Br) were found. The 1H NMR spectra of the complexes exhibit downfield as well as upfield shifts of the free ligand resonances, reflecting changes in the ligand’s geometry during its coordination.  相似文献
