Large-bite bisphosphite ligand 1,3-C6H4{OPOC10H6(μ-S)C10H6O}2 (3), is obtained by reacting chlorophosphonite {OC10H6(μ-S)C10H6O}PCl (2) with resorcinol in the presence of triethylamine. Treatment of 3 with CuCl in 1:1 molar ratio produces a 1D-coordination polymer [CuCl{(-OC10H6(μ-S)C10H6O-)P(-OC6H4O-)P(-OC10H6(μ-S)C10H6O-)}-κP,κP] (4) in good yield. Similar reaction of 3 with two equivalents of AuCl(SMe2) affords a dinuclear complex, [Au2Cl2{(-OC10H6(μ-S)C10H6O-)P(-OC6H4O-)P(-OC10H6(μ-S)C10H6O-)}-κP,κP] (5). Single crystal X-ray structures of the ligand 3 and the complexes 4 and 5 are reported. The gold complex 5 shows dimeric structure supported by strong Au···Au aurophilic interactions.  相似文献

A novel compound of {[(C6H5)NH]2C=NH(C6H5)}[B(C6H5)4]·C2H5OH is prepared and examined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data: C45H44BN3O, M = 653.64, monoclinic, space group P21/c, unit cell parameters: a = 24.375(2) Å, b = 17.5829(15) Å, c = 18.090(1) Å, β = 105.277(2)°, V = 7479.0(11) Å3, Z = 8, d calc = 1.161 g/cm3, T = 293 K, R 1 = 0.064. The structure contains two crystallographically independent cations, two anions, and two solvate ethanol molecules. Three types of interactions occur between them: interionic N-H(N)⋯π and N(H)⋯π⋯H(C), π-delocalized system of Ph rings of the anions, and interaction of ions with ethanol molecules N-H⋯O-H(O)⋯π. The compound is characterized by IR and luminescence spectra. At room temperature, the emission intensity grows with time of exposure to UV irradiation. Original Russian Text Copyright ? 2008 by T. [RuCl2(PPh3)3],B10H102-与p-BrC6H4COOH在CH2Cl2中回流, 得到两个闭式十一顶钌十硼烷簇合物: [(PPh3)(p-BrC6H4CO2)2RuB10H8] (1) 和 [(PPh3)2Ru(PPh3)(p-BrC6H4CO2)RuB10H9] (2), 并进行了元素分析、红外光谱、1H核磁共振谱、13C核磁共振谱、X-射线单晶衍射表征. 簇合物1属于单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c, a = 2.569(4) nm, b=1.546(2) nm, c=1.927(3) nm, β=95.11(2)°, Z=8, V=7.622(21) nm3, Dc=1.533 Mg/m3, F(000)=3472, S=1.009, R=0.0418, wR=0.0775; 簇合物2属于三斜晶系, 空间群为P-1, a = 1.3142(3) nm, b=1.3761(3) nm, c=1.8503(4) nm, α=90.445(4)°, β=105.950(4)°, g=108.980(4)°, Z=2, V=3.0251(12) nm3, Dc=1.434Mg/m3, F(000)=1316, S=1.007, R=0.0464, wR=0.1175. 单晶结构分析表明, 两个簇合物的中心都具有一个闭式1:2:4:2:2堆砌结构的十一顶{RuB10}金属硼烷骨架, 硼笼开口处具有船式构象的环状的六个硼原子对Ru(1)原子呈h6船式配位. 在簇合物1中, 钌原子有三个簇外配体, 一个三苯基膦, 两个对溴苯甲酸根. 对溴苯甲酸根上另外的两个氧原子分别取代了B(2)和B(3)上的氢原子, 从而在簇合物的两侧形成两个对称的Ru-O-C-O-B五员环. 簇合物2是一个双金属钌硼烷簇合物, Ru(2)通过一个Ru-Ru键和两个{RuHmB}桥键与簇合物中心{RuB10}相连, 从而在簇外形成了一个变形的Ru(1)-Ru(2)-B(3)-B(6)四面体结构.  相似文献

The thermal decomposition behaviour of europium p-chlorobenzoate complex with 1, 10-phenanthroline and its kinetics were studied in nitrogen by non-isothermal thermogravimetry.Its thermal decomposition occurs mainly in three steps..The intermediate and residue for each step of decomposition were identified from TGcurve.The kinetic parameters were obtained from analysis of the TG-DTG curves by the Achar method.the Madhusudanan- Krishnan-Niman (MKN) method and Ozawa method respectively.The most probable mechanisms function for the first and second stage were suggested by comparing the kinetic parameters.  相似文献

A novel organotin complex [(o-Cl-PhCH2)2Sn(OCOC9H6N)2]·2(C6H6) has been synthesized. The crystal structures of the complex was determined by X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to monoclinic space group P2/c with a=1.322(4) nm, b=1.035(3) nm, c=1.498(4) nm, β=101.62(4)°, V=2.008(10) nm3Z=2, Dx=1.440 g·cm-3, μ(Mo)=8.16 cm-1, F(000)=884, R1=0.058 6, wR=0.099 1. The bond length Sn-C is 0.217 2(7) nm, The Sn-O is 0.208 9(6) nm, The Sn-N is 0.257 5(8) nm. This compound is monomeric, with six-coordinated tin atom in a distorted octahedron geometry. 运用密度泛函理论, 在B3LYP/6-31G*水平上, 对叠氮化合物C6H6-n(N3)n(n=1~6)进行理论计算, 并对所得到的几何结构进行了振动频率分析. 计算结果表明, 这些化合物是热力学稳定的. 基于自然键轨道理论, 分析了稳定结构的电荷分布及成键情况. 在不破坏苯环和叠氮基的原则下, 设计等键反应计算了这些化合物的生成热, 结果表明, 标题化合物的生成热都很高, 且随着叠氮基数目的增加而线性增大.  相似文献

标题配合物M=1892.01,单斜晶系,空间群P21/c, a=1.2975(3) nm, b=2.6591(9) nm, c=1.2118(3) nm, β=96.95(1)°, Z=2, Dc=1.577 g/cm3, T=293(2)K。最终的偏离因子R=0.0583。该配合物以二聚体形式存在,通过其中的桥联羧基形成了双核分子。该分子中羧基具有桥联双齿、桥联三齿和单齿三种配位模式,Eu-Eu之间的距离为0.4019(1) nm。在77K下测得配合物中Eu(Ⅲ)离子仅有一种格位。 5D07FJ(J=0~2)跃迁光谱说明Eu(Ⅲ)离子格位具有C2对称性。  相似文献

The complex has been synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic techniques and single-crystal X-ray analysis. The crystal is orthorhombic , space group P212121 with a=1.6620(3)nm, b=1.7300(4)nm, c=0.5450(1)nm and Z=4. In the crystal lattice, the molecules create a two-dimensional network structure through hydrogen bonds. The C-H…O intermolecular hydrogen bonds connect the title complex to form layer super-molecular plane structure perpendicular to the axis b, with the layers stacked by the Van der Waals interaction. The title complex Cu[C5H3N(CCH3=N-C6H5)2]2(PF6)2 has been synthesized by reaction of Schiff base C5H3N(CCH3=N-C6H5)2 and cupric sulfate in toluene solution. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method and the chemical formula weight of the complex is 1041.85. The crystal structure belongs to triclinic system with space group P1 and cell parameters: a=12.6470(10)?, b=14.123(2)?, c=15.613(2)?;α=66.150(10)°,β=79.470(10)°,γ=78.290(10)°, V=2481.6(5)?3, Z=2, Dc=1.394Mg·m-3 and F(000)=1064. The final R[I >2σ(I)]:R1=0.0668, wR2=0.1927; R(all data): R1=0.1133, wR2=0.2357. The Cu(Ⅱ) was coordinated by six nitrogen, at the same time the Cu(Ⅱ) formed a distorted octahedron, besides the angles and planes of this compound were discussed . The result of kinetics of the thermal decomposition indicated that the first step of it is 2 series chemical reactions, the function of machanism is f(a)=(1-a)2, and the activation energy is 144.64E/kJ. IR光谱说明RE3+ 分别与3个PDC的6个硫原子双齿配位, 同时与o–phen的2个氮原子双齿配位, 配位数为8. 用精密转动弹热量计测定了它们的恒容燃烧热△cU分别为(-16788.46 ± 7.74), (-15434.53 ± 8.28), (-15287.80 ± 7.31), (-15200.50 ± 7.22)和(-15254.34 ± 6.61) kJ•mol-1; 并计算了它们的标准摩尔燃烧焓△cHmθ和标准摩尔生成焓△fHmθ分别为( -16803.95 ± 7.74), (-15450.02 ± 8.28), (-15303.29 ± 9.28), (-15215.99 ± 7.22), (-15269.83 ± 6.61) kJ • mol-1和 (-1115.42 ± 8.94), (-2477.80 ± 9.15), (-2619.95 ± 10.44), (-2670.17 ± 8.22), (-2650.06 ± 8.49) kJ•mol-1.  相似文献

Visible light irradiation of the benzene complex [(η-1-ButNH-1,7,9-C3B8H10)Fe(η-C6H6)]+ in the presence of the charge-compensated carborane anions [9-L-7,8-C2B9H10] (L = SMe2, NMe3) affords ferracarboranes (η-1-ButNH-1,7,9-C3B8H10)Fe(η-9-L-7,8-C2B9H10). The reaction of with p-CH3C6H4S(O)2O(CH2)3C6H5 produces (η5-C5H5)(OC)3Mo(CH2)3C6H5. This is only the second structurally characterized organometallic species in which an aromatic moiety is separated by three or more methylene groups. The alkyl chain adopts a staggered conformation, the Mo-C(1)-C(2)-C(3)-C(4) unit is nearly coplanar, and the alkyl chain eclipses the trans-carbonyl group on Mo. The benzene complex [1-(η-C6H6)-12-ButNH-1,2,4,12-FeC3B8H10]+ (3a) was synthesized by the photochemical reaction of [(η5-C6H7)Fe(η-C6H6)]+ (1) with the anion [7-ButNH-7,8,9-C3B8H10] followed by the treatment of ferracarborane 1-(η5-C6H7)-12-ButNH-1,2,4,12-FeC3B8H10 (2) with hydrochloric acid. The benzene ligand in cation 3a is replaced by alkyl-substituted benzenes under visible light irradiation in CH2Cl2 to form [1-(η-C6R6)-12-ButNH-1,2,4,12-FeC3B8H10]+ (3b–e; C6R6 is toluene (b), mesitylene (c), hexamethylbenzene (d), or anisole (e)). The complexes [UO2(C6H4NO2)2(C6H5NO2) (I) and [UO2SO4(C6H5NO2)(H2O)] · H2O (II) were synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystals I are monoclinic: a = 7.0081(3), b = 14.9624(7), c = 9.1837(5) ?, β = 96.594(2)°, Z = 2, space group P21/m. Crystals II are triclinic: a = 6.8097(6), b = 9.3837(8), c = 10.4556(10) ?, α = 85.279(3), β = 75.434(3), γ = 69.180(3)°, Z = 2, space group . The main structural unit of crystal I is a mononuclear fragment, which belongs to the crystal chemical group AB 2 01 M1 (A = UO 2 2+ , B01 are ions of pyridine-2-carboxylic (picolinic) acid, M1 are molecules of picolinic acid) of the uranyl complexes. The main structural unit of crystal II is a chain, which belongs to the crystal chemical group AT3M 2 1 (where T3-SO 4 2− , M1 are water and picolinic acid molecules) of the uranyl complexes. With copper(I) iodide as catalyst, σ-alkynyls, compounds (η5-C5H5)Cr(NO)2(CC-C6H5) (5), [(η5-C5H4)-COOCH3]Cr(NO)2(CC-C6H5) (10), and [(η5-C5H4)-COOCH3]W(CO)3(CC-C6H5) (13), were prepared from their corresponding metal chloride 1, 6 and 12. Structures of compound 3, 5 and 12 have been solved by X-ray diffraction studies. In the case of 5, there is an internal mirror plane passing through the phenylethynyl ligand and bisecting the Cp ring. The phenyl group is oriented perpendicularly to the Cp with an eclipsed conformation. The twist angle is 0° and 118.4° for -CC-Ph and two NO ligands, respectively. The orientation is rationalized in terms of orbital overlap between ψ3 of Cp, dπ of Cr atom, and π of alkynyl ligand, and complemented by molecular orbital calculation. The opposite correlation was observed on the chemical shift assignments of C(2)-C(5) on Cp ring in compounds 6 and 12, using HetCOR NMR spectroscopy. The electron density distribution in the cyclopentadienyl ring is discussed on the basis of 13C NMR data and compared with the calculations via density functional B3LYP correlation-exchange method.  相似文献
