In this paper, the distance between laser spots has been measured using sub-pixel accuracy estimation and the accuracy has been tested in a noise environment. Here, the correlation like method (CLM) is used for the distance measurement between two laser spots and to count the estimation precision effect under noise factor by relevant CLM theorems. From the maximum value of the data series, then the position of the center of laser spot can be derived by interpolation. The estimation precision effect under noise factor and DC offset are tested and analyzed by a computer system. Also, for improving the estimation precision, a Kalman filter, which is often applied for random estimation and control theorem, is adopted. The innovation research combines CLM, and Kalman filter in sub-pixel accuracy estimation is more precise. This method can be used for measuring the gap of LCD glass plates, of optical strain gauge and the characteristics of spectral, quickly and can be automated.  相似文献

In this paper a new marker alignment method is applied to the fabrication process of FPC positioning bonding, and sample comparison technology applied to the combined fabrication process of TFT-LCD. After the first linear regression method, filtration process, and second linear regression calculation, the central coordinate of the positioning marker can be obtained. The compensation method carries out sample point mapping compensation through parallelism or perpendicularity between the middle line and boundary line. This method can effectively avoid the positioning error produced by flaws in image taking process or poor image quality. This positioning method not only applies to the single image, but also could precisely position two images. In the future, it is expected this positioning method can be combined with positioning machine, and conduct positioning online.  相似文献

对极值法和相位法测量超声波声速的准确度问题进行了研究,实验与理论分析证明:相位法测量波长比极值法准确度要高.在与简谐运动有关的测量中,测量最大变化率点常常比测量最大值点的准确度要高,这在其他物理实验中也适用.  相似文献

Continuous phase plate(CPP),which has a function of beam shaping in laser systems,is one kind of important diffractive optics.Based on the Fourier transform of the Gerchberg-Saxton(G-S) algorithm for designing CPP,we proposed an optical diffraction method according to the real system conditions.A thin lens can complete the Fourier transform of the input signal and the inverse propagation of light can be implemented in a program.Using both of the two functions can realize the iteration process to calculate the near-field distribution of light and the far-field repeatedly,which is similar to the G-S algorithm.The results show that using the optical diffraction method can design a CPP for a complicated laser system,and make the CPP have abilities of beam shaping and phase compensation for the phase aberration of the system.The method can improve the adaptation of the phase plate in systems with phase aberrations.  相似文献

 Radon变换与参数可调的输运元件结合,可以为束流诊断提供一种与束流模型无关的新方法。此方法与计算机图象处理技术的结合至少可以使测定束流横向发射度的精度提高一个量级,而且可以得到足够分辨率的束流四维横向相空间分布。该方法为加速器,特别是高亮度强流加速器的研制提供了一种有力的监测工具。为研究束流传输、验证束流动力学理论提供了更为可靠的判据。  相似文献

The bidirectional beam propagation method based on the method of lines is proposed as an innovative and efficient algorithm to investigate the optical properties of photonic band gap (PBG) structures. A few examples illustrate the application of this technique to the modeling of passive, lossy and active one-dimensional and index confined PBG structures. The algorithm results are validated by comparison with those obtained via the transfer matrix method, the mode-matching method and the finite difference time domain method. With respect to these methods, the present algorithm exhibits accurate results with reduced computer resources.  相似文献

本文用超声方法确定密质骨的弹性特征,其基本原理是基于弹性波理论中的Christoffel方程。本文应用液浸、声波穿透技术,对牛胫骨样品中一些特殊入射方向的声波速度进行了测试,利用固体中沿任意方向的弹性波传播速度与材料的弹性系数间的关系,通过计算机编程反演出具有六方晶体对称结构的密质骨组织的5个独立弹性常数。结果与相关文献中其它方法所得结果一致。  相似文献

A new quality parameter measuring method of image intensifier based on Fourier transform phase measurement is proposed. A standard sinusoidal fringe pattern is projected into the measuring system by spatial light modulator and the corresponding reference pattern and deformed pattern are captured by CCD. The Fourier transform and inverse Fourier transform are applied in order to extract the phase distribution of deformed pattern. The magnification, pillow-shaped distortion, barrel-shaped distortion, snake-shaped distortion and shear distortion of image intensifier are obtained at the same time. Experiment has proved its feasibility with real-time performance and without manual intervention.  相似文献

本文从理论上分析了利用调制的单模激光场共振激发来测量原子或分子的寿命.结果表明:感生荧光或共振荧光信号与调制信号间的相移主要来自三个过程:(1)由原子的横向弛豫时间及激光线宽决定的激发过程;(2)由激发能级及其他能级上粒子数衰减过程;(3)与系统达到平衡态粒子数分布所需的弛豫时间有关的碰撞激发过程.讨论了在不同的情况下它们的影响,并在分析中考虑了多普勒加宽的影响.  相似文献

In the computational electromagnetics and acoustics, spatially smoothed sources are often utilized to alleviate the aliasing errors in the pseudospectral time-domain (PSTD) algorithms. In our work, an analytical derivation of the optimum source patterns is presented according to the accurately derived expressions of the dominant source-introduced aliasing errors according to the circular discrete convolution and Tailor series expansion method. We quantitatively demonstrate, for the first time in literature, that the aliasing errors can be optimally suppressed and rapidly reduced to the negligible levels by these optimum patterns and with the increment of source cells. We also provide the different implementation schemes of the optimal patterns both for the soft and hard source cases. The numerical calculation and 1D PSTD transient simulations are conducted to verify the excellent performance of these optimum sources.  相似文献

We propose a theoretical scheme for realizing the generalconditional phase shift gate of charge qubits situated in ahigh-Q superconducting transmission line resonator. Thephase shifting angle can be tuned from 0 to 2π by simplyadjusting the qubit-resonator detuning and the interaction time.Based on this gate proposal, we give a detailed procedure toimplement the three-qubit quantum Fourier transform withcircuit quantum electrodynamics (QED). A careful analysis of thedecoherence sources shows that the algorithm can be achieved with ahigh fidelity using current circuit QED techniques.  相似文献

We propose an explicit multi-symplectic method to solve the two-dimensional Zakharov-Kuznetsov equation. The method combines the multi-symplectic Fourier pseudospectral method for spatial discretization and the Euler method for temporal discretization. It is verified that the proposed method has corresponding discrete multi-symplectic conservation laws. Numerical simulations indicate that the proposed scheme is characterized by excellent conservation.  相似文献

设计了一套基于压差流量法的试验装置来测量不同表面粗糙度玻璃钢试样的放气速率;采用两种砂纸(100#和500#)打磨而得到两种不同表面粗糙度玻璃钢试样;采用扫描探针显微镜对试样表面粗糙度进行测量,测量了不同表面粗糙度试样在不同温度下的放气速率。试验结果表明:测量室温度越高,玻璃钢试样的放气速率越大;试样的表面粗糙度越大,其放气速率越大。  相似文献

In this paper we describe a technique based on two-dimensional fast Fourier fringe pattern analysis for the automated evaluation of the inclination angle of parallel fringe patterns. Analysis of noise-free theoretical parallel fringe patterns is presented and numerical results of the angle evaluation error using this algorithm are discussed. We also demonstrate an application of the method to the measurement of the inclination angle of experimental parallel fringe patterns.  相似文献

一些辐射学和光度学的测量是以高精度测量精密光阑面积为基础的, 因此高精度测量孔径光阑的面积有着至关重要的意义. 目前高精度测量孔径光阑面积主要有以下两类方法: 接触法与非接触法, 几何法与有效面积法.本文首先对各种方法进行简单介绍, 并对非接触法、 几何法和有效面积法进行重点阐述.最后通过对比不同方法的测量精度、 实现难易程度以及测量设备成本情况, 得出结论: 几何法和有效面积法是非常有前景的.然而要进一步提高孔径光阑面积的测量精度, 稳定的激光光源、精准的移动平台是必不可少的. 关键词: 高精度测量 测量方法 光阑面积  相似文献
