Abstract

In order to selectively extract trans‐resveratrol from Chinese herbs, molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) were prepared with trans‐resveratrol as the template molecule. The influences of porogenic solvents and functional monomers on the recognition properties of the polymer were studied. The MIP, which was prepared in acetone using 4‐vinylpyridine as functional monomer, displayed good affinity and recognition property for the template molecule. This indicates that the 4‐vinylpyridine can form hydrogen‐bonding or ionic interaction with trans‐resveratrol. Experimental result also indicated that the MIP column can separate trans‐resveratrol from matrix components in the Polygonum cuspidatum extract.  相似文献

A simple method for preparing gold nanoparticles in aqueous solution has been developed by using glycosaminoglycan‐heparin as reducing and stabilizing agent and HAuCl4 as precursor. The obtained gold nanoparticles were characterized by UV‐vis spectroscopy, resonance light scattering spectroscopy (RLS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and electrophoresis technology. The influence of reactant concentration for the preparation of gold nanoparticles was investigated. The results indicated that the gold nanoparticles carried negative charges in the aqueous solution and the size and shape of the gold nanoparticles could be controlled by changing the concentration of the heparin. Moreover, the gold nanoparticles obtained with relatively high concentration of heparin were very stable and had relative narrow size distribution.  相似文献

In the development of high performance polymeric membranes, it is essential to design the molecular and morphological characteristics for specific applications. Polysulfone and cellulose acetate of blend membranes with various concentration of polymer pore former, PEG600 were prepared by phase inversion technique and used for ultrafiltration. Polymer blend composition, additive concentration, and casting conditions were optimized. The blend membranes were characterized in terms of compaction, pure water flux, water content, hydraulic resistance and separation of dextran studies. Surface morphology of the embranes was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy at different magnifications. Further, the characterized membranes were attempted for treatment of distillery effluents after secondary treatment and the results are discussed in detail.  相似文献

Polymethacrylamide/Na‐montmorillonite nanocomposites have been prepared by free‐radical polymerization. All the nanocomposites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and differential thermal analysis. The thermal properties of nanocomposites are notably improved by the presence of the montmorillonite layers in comparison with pure polymethacrylamide. X‐ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy confirmed that polymethacrylamide could be easily inserted between the layers of Na‐montmorillonite to form intercalated nanocomposites, and significantly large d‐spacing expansions from 1.19 to 2.93 nm of the nanocomposites. Adsorptive properties of nanocomposites were also investigated.  相似文献

Poly(N‐vinyl‐2‐pyrolidone) protected Pt‐core bimetallic Pt/Au‐shell (Pt@Pt/Au) nanoparticles were prepared by multi‐step reduction of HAuCl4 and H2PtCl6 alternately by hydrogen adsorbed on platinum atom. Transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) and x‐ray diffraction (XRD) were used to characterize Pt@Pt/Au nanoparticles. In this study, N‐vinylpyrrolidone (VP)/methacrylic acid (MAA) copolymers have been prepared at three different mole percents, the methacrylic acid composition being around 5, 10, 15%. MAA and VP monomer mixtures have been irradiated in 60Co‐γ source at different irradiation doses and percent conversions have been determined gravimetrically. ~80% conversion of monomers into hydrogels were performed at 3.4 kGy irradiation dose. These hydrogels were swollen in distilled water at pH 4.0, 7.0, and 9.0. P(VP/MAA) hydrogel which contains 5% methacrylic acid showed the maximum % swelling at pH 9.0 in water. Diffusion of water was found to be of non‐Fickian character. Diffusion coefficients of water in P(VP/MAA) hydrogels were calculated. Initial swelling rates of P(VP/MAA) hydrogels increased with increasing pH and MAA content in hydrogels. Swelling kinetics of P(VP/MAA) hydrogels was found to be of second order. Thermal behavior of PMAA, PVP and P(VP/MAA) hydrogel were investigated by thermal analysis. P(VP/MAA) hydrogel gained new thermal properties and the temperature for maximum weight loss and temperature for half‐life of P(VP/MAA) hydrogel were determined.  相似文献

Abstract

A novel reproducible solid‐phase microextraction (SPME) coating was prepared on the surface of silanized silica fibers by molecularly imprinted polymerization using prometryn as template molecule. The structure and extraction performance of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) coating was studied with the scanning electron microscope and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Specific selectivity was found with the prometryn MIP‐coated fiber to prometry and its structural analogues such as atrazine, simetryn, terbutylazin, ametryn, propazine and terbutryn. In contrast, these triazines could not be selectively extracted by the non‐imprinted polymer fiber or commercial polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), polydimethylsiloxane/divinylbenzene (PDMS/DVB), polyacrylate (PA) fibers.  相似文献

Abstract

trans‐1,4‐Polybutadiene (tPBD) networks crosslinked free radically with dicumyl peroxide (DCP) were reinforced by in situ silica formed in a two‐step sol–gel technique. Changing the degree of crosslinking by changing the amount of DCP, or changing the amounts of the sol–gel components [tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and dibutyltin diacetate (DBTDA)], changed the silica generated with regard to the amount precipitated, particle size, and degree of dispersion. Stress–strain measurements in continuous extension indicated good reinforcement, even at relatively low amounts of silica. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) indicated decreases in heat of crystallization with increases in the amounts of silica, but thermogravimetric analysis showed initial decomposition temperatures (IDT) remained relatively constant. Suggestions are made regarding interpretation of these properties in terms of the composite morphologies.  相似文献

The preparation of ZnAlLa-hydrotalcite-like compounds [ZnAlLa-HTLcs] was studied.ZnAlLa-HTLcs were synthesized by a method of variable pH with the raw materials of Zn(NO3)2.Al(NO3)3, La(NO3)3, and NaOH. The effects of some factors (i.e. pH values, the mole ratio of Al^3- to La^3-.temperature and the period of hydrothermal treatment) on the preparation of HTLcs were discussed systematically. XRD. TG-DTA. FT-IR spectroscopy, and ICP were performed to characterize ZnAlLa-HTLcs samples, and the thermal stability of HTLcs was also discussed. It was shown that unique ZnAlLa-HTLcs with high crystallinity can be prepared, under the conditions of pH=5.5-6.5. n(Zn^2 )/n(Al^3 La^3 )=2 and the atomic ratio of La^3 to Al^3 ranging from 0.07 to 2. hydrothermal treatment at 120℃ for 5 h. When the calcination of the HTLcs is performed at temperatures above 200℃. ZnO phase is detected with Al2O3 and La2O3 spreading on its top. The complex metal oxides derived from ZnAlLa-HTLcs at 500℃ have higher catalytic activity and selectivity than those from ZnAl-HTLcs for the esterification of acetic acid with n-butanol under the same reaction conditions.  相似文献

A simple route for the preparation of lipo-alkaloid is presented. When aconitine or one of its analogues is heated with a fatty acid for 20 min at 100℃ in water, the C8 acetyl group of aconitine is displaced by a long chain fatty acyl group. PdO/Al2O3 catalysts prepared by glow discharge plasma treatment followed by thermal calcination show a much higher dispersion and a better catalytic activity for methane combustion at relatively low temperatures. The dispersion of palladium active species by such plasma prepared catalysts is 29.7%, 5.4 times higher than that of conventional catalysts. XPS analysis indicates that a surface enrichment of Pd active species (PdO) has been achieved after plasma treatment. The surface atomic composition of PdO of plasma prepared catalysts reaches 10.5%. XRD characterization also confirms a wellcrystallized PdO phase present on the plasma prepared catalyst. The lightoff temperature of the plasma prepared catalyst is 370°C, 50°C lower than that obtained from the conventional catalyst.  相似文献

Unique coupling reagent, bis-(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) phosphate was used to prepare coated and functionalized superparamagnetic nanobeads, leading to a simple, effective method for coating the nanobeads. With this method, the thickness of the coating layer and the functional group contents on the nano-beads could be controlled by changing the quantity of the coated monomers. The nanobeads were characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The membrane emulsification coupled with solvent evaporation was adopted to prepare monodispersed polystyrene (PS) microspheres. Firstly, stable oil‐in‐water emulsion has been successfully obtained by pressing PS solution through SPG membrane into continuous phase at appropriate pressures. Then monodispersed PS microspheres with size of 2–20 µm were obtained following the removal of solvent. The size of the PS microspheres was strongly dependent on the mean pore size of SPG membrane and concentration of PS solution. Furthermore, the effect of emulsion stability, operation pressure and emulsifier on the size and size distribution of microspheres were systemically investigated.
