应用密度泛函UBP86方法对具有分子导线潜在应用性的金属串配合物Ni3(dpa)4Cl2进行研究,分析了外电场对配合物的几何构型和电子结构的影响.结果表明,零电场条件下存在沿着Ni63+轴及轴向配体Cl的Ni—Ni及Ni—Cl离域作用.沿金属轴Cl4→Cl5方向施加外电场,可使高电势端的Ni2—Cl4键长增大而Ni1—Ni2键长减小,低电势端的Ni3—Cl5键长减小而Ni1—Ni3键长增大;分子能量降低,偶极矩线性增大;HOMO与LUMO能隙减小,前线占据轨道分布向低电势方向移动且轨道能升高,空轨道分布则向高电势方向移动且轨道能降低,其中沿着金属轴方向离域的前线轨道分布及其轨道能随电场的变化尤为显著.在电场作用下,电荷分布发生改变,低电势端Cl5的负电荷向高电势端Cl4转移,但金属和桥联配体的电荷变化很小;同样,在电场作用下,配合物存在明显的结构变化和电子转移现象,呈现出类似导电过程中电子定向转移的变化规律.  相似文献

在Cl→M(r)和M(r)→Cl两个方向电场作用下,采用密度泛函UBP86方法研究了线性杂金属串配合物[CuCuM(npa)4Cl]+(1:M=Pt,2:M=Pd,3:M=Ni)的几何和电子结构的变化规律.总体上,电场作用下高电势端原子的自旋密度减小而低电势端原子的自旋密度增大,原子的负电荷向高电势方向移动,分子能量下降,偶极矩呈线性变化;前线轨道分布呈规律性变化,随电场增大前线占据轨道能升高的显著性次序为πnb>σ*>δ*M(r)—N(r),这使前线占据轨道能级易交错.在Cl→M(r)电场作用下,自旋密度由Cu向杂金属M离域,Cu的正电荷向M转移;分子能量下降更显著;Cu—Cu和Cu—M键缩短,前线轨道能隙减小,利于金属链的电子传输.而M(r)→Cl电场则使Cu—Cu,Cu—M键增长,但对分子能量及金属原子的电荷密度和自旋密度的影响不明显,当增大至一定电场强度后金属原子的自旋密度保持不变,两个方向电场作用下自旋密度的变化呈明显的非对称性.故1~3可能具有分子整流器的潜在应用.  相似文献

用密度泛函自洽场晶体轨道方法计算了几种一维酞菁聚合物及其取代衍生物的能带结构和电子性质,得到这些聚合物均是半导体.研究发现,聚合方式和共轭程度的差异不仅影响能隙的大小,而且影响能带的形状.取代基对聚合物能带形状的影响不大,但取代基的电子特性对能带的位置高低起到一定的作用.  相似文献

采用密度泛函(DFT)方法在6-31g(d)水平下研究了聚吡咯和聚吡咯并[3,4-c]吡咯, 以及它们的单体和低聚物的电子结构. 对中心键的键长、电荷密度以及Weberg键级的研究表明, 随着主链聚合度的增加, 其共轭性增强. 对聚合物还进行了能带结构和态密度分析. 结果发现, 在3位聚合的并环化合物具有最优的导电性能, 其能隙仅有0.25 eV, 可以作为潜在的导电聚合物材料.  相似文献

采用密度泛函方法研究了EuB6的电子结构, 得到高精度能带结构和态密度分布信息; 分析成键情况, 从原子间轨道相互作用的角度说明EuB6能带结构的特征及其半金属性质. 计算出EuB6的介电函数、反射率、光电导率和能量损失函数谱等, 与实验结果一致, 表明了能带计算获得的电子结构信息的可靠性.  相似文献

以密度泛函理论结合跳跃模型, 重点研究了氯原子和烷基链的引入对吲哚并咔唑类衍生物传输性质的影响. 计算结果表明, 与吲哚并[3,2-b]咔唑(1)相比, 氯原子的引入增大了2,8-二氯吲哚并[3,2-b]咔唑(2)和2,8-二氯-5,11-二己基吲哚并[3,2-b]咔唑(3)的最高占据分子轨道(HOMO)的离域程度, 而对最低未被占据分子轨道(LUMO)则无显著贡献, 但明显降低了二者的能级. 上述结果表明, 对于LUMO, 氯原子体现了吸电子效应, 而对于HOMO, 氯原子体现了共轭效应. 烷基链的引入使化合物3的空穴迁移率明显高于化合物1和2, 这主要归因于化合物3具有更加紧密的分子堆积, 尤其在跳跃路径A中, 具有更大的分子间电子耦合和轨道重叠. 同时能带结构的计算结果进一步证明, 氯原子和烷基链的同时引入大大改善了吲哚并咔唑类衍生物的电荷传输性能.  相似文献

在自洽场晶体轨道法全略微分重叠(SCFCNDO/2-CO)水平上对氧桥和硫桥一维链硅锗酞菁聚合物的能带结构和电子特性进行了研究,探讨了堆积酞菁环间交错角以及中心原子和桥原子的变化对电子特性的影响.计算结果表明,除前线带宽外,交错角变化对所研究的聚酞菁电子特性影响不大.晶体轨道分析表明,氧桥聚酞菁电荷载流子主要通过垂直酞菁环π轨道的纵向重叠导电通路流动,而硫桥聚酞菁导带电子还可经中心原子和桥原子的d轨道重叠通路迁移.  相似文献

使用基于混合基表示的第一原理赝势法,研究了CuSn化合物的电子与几何结构性质.得出CuSn二元化合物在NaCl结构、 CsCl结构、闪锌矿结构、 WC结构、 NiAs结构和四角结构(在CsCl结构计算的基础上,再沿C轴畸变)下的体系"能量-体积"的关系,即能量与结构相图;还给出了最稳定相的能带结构、电子态密度以及电荷密度分布等性质,也讨论了CuSn在最稳定的NiAs结构下电子键合性质的特点.计算得到的CuSn能量最低结构为NiAs结构,与实验结果一致.  相似文献

用一维自洽场晶体轨道法探讨了过渡金属夹心高聚物[(C~4BH~5)M]~n(M=Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni)的一维链结构和电子结构.计算表明,堆积单元(C~4BH~5)M中价电子数为奇数的高聚物结构会发生Peierls畸变,而价电子数为偶数的将取规则结构,由能带结构得到, [(C~4BH~5)Mn]~n的前线能带出现交叉,可能会发生进一步的结构畸变,但也有可能保持非满状态,成为异体.[(C~4BH~5)Ni]~n可能是不稳定的.其余三个高聚物为半导体或绝缘体,这系列高聚物电荷载流子通路主要依赖于金属d轨道重叠.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

In the context of the preparation of camptothecin and luotonin A analogs, the synthesis of some key keto-precursors and their use in Friedländer condensation are described. This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献
