以沉淀法制备的Cu_2O为牺牲模板剂,采用水热法制备La施主掺杂的BaTiO_3钙钛矿半导体纳米晶,借助X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)、X射线光电子能谱((XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)表征La掺杂的BaTiO_3晶的物相、微观形貌及光催化性能。结果表明,La掺杂BaTiO_3构建了晶体缺陷,有效提高了BaTiO_3的光催化性能。当掺杂量为4%(w/w)时,样品的光催化性能最好,在可见光照射360 min后,对4-硝基苯酚溶液的降解率可达到93.2%。该催化剂5次循环后的活性仍然大于86.7%,表明La施主掺杂的BaTiO_3是一种有效的可见光催化剂。  相似文献

采用单分子层剥离-重堆积技术将掺铁的聚合羟基锆离子嵌入到钛酸盐层间, 制得了铁掺杂羟基锆柱撑钛酸盐复合材料(FZPT), 考察了Fe掺杂对Zr柱撑钛酸盐复合材料(ZPT)形成及光催化活性的影响. 利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 透射电子显微镜(TEM)、 紫外-可见漫反射光谱仪(UV-Vis DRS)和吸附分析仪等对材料进行了表征. 结果表明, 当铁的掺入量小于锆质量的10%时, 复合柱撑材料FZPT的孔径和比表面积随着Fe掺入量的增加而增大, 继续增加则结果相反. 紫外-可见光催化降解亚甲基蓝(MB)实验结果表明, FZPT催化活性均高于ZPT, 可能与掺杂后材料形成介孔结构与比表面积增大有关. 样品FZPT-0.20的可见光催化活性相对较好, 表明材料的光催化活性与掺杂后柱撑材料中含铁客体与主体间的电子耦合作用有关.  相似文献

Fe3+改性纳米ZnO光催化降解壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用氨浸法制备了不同Fe3 含量的Fe3 /ZnO光催化剂,并用X射线衍射、N2吸附、X射线光电子能谱和紫外-可见漫反射光谱对纳米Fe3 /ZnO进行了表征.以壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPE-10)为模型污染物,分别在紫外光和可见光下考察了纳米Fe3 /ZnO的光催化活性.结果表明,该方法能成功地将Fe掺杂到ZnO晶体上,且随着Fe3 添加量的增加,ZnO的晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,比表面积逐渐增大.与纳米ZnO样品相比,Fe3 /ZnO中Fe2p结合能减小,而Zn2p和O1s结合能增大,ZnO表面的羟基氧和吸附氧含量增加,光催化活性提高.当Fe3 的添加量大于0.5%时,Fe3 /ZnO样品的吸收光谱发生红移,在可见光区出现吸收.光催化降解结果显示,0.5?3 /ZnO样品的光催化活性最高,在紫外光和可见光照射3h后对NPE-10的降解率分别比纯ZnO提高18%和69%.  相似文献

Ce掺杂K_2La_2Ti_3O_(10)催化剂的可见光高效催化制氢的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用高温固相法合成了铈掺杂的K2La2Ti3O10催化剂,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见漫反射(UV-visDRS)、透射电镜(TEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对催化剂进行了表征.考察了催化剂的可见光催化分解甲醇水溶液制氢的活性,并对可见光催化机理进行了分析.研究表明,铈的掺杂没有改变K2La2Ti3O10的微晶结构,并使催化剂粒径有所减小.紫外可见漫反射分析表明禁带宽度为2.3eV左右,对可见光具有较高吸收.XPS表明La和Ti为+3和+4价,而Ce则是+3和+4的混合价态.担载2wt%Pt后,在可见光下光催化活性大大提高,当铈的掺杂量为0.5mol%(即Ce取代La的摩尔百分量)时,光催化活性达到最大,产氢速率为0.05mmol/h;光照5h后产氢量为0.22mmol,而纯K2La2Ti3O10的产氢量只有0.037mmol.  相似文献

以钛酸四丁酯、无水乙醇和无水氯化铁为前驱体,通过一步火焰辅助热解法制备了Fe掺杂嵌碳TiO2,并研究了样品的光催化活性. 利用扫描电子显微镜及能谱、X射线光电子能谱、X射线粉末衍射和紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱等对样品的形貌、组分、晶型和光吸收进行了表征,并研究了样品在紫外和可见光下的光催化活性. 结果表明,无需后续热处理可直接得到主要是锐钛矿相TiO2的样品,Fe3+以替位掺杂形式进入TiO2晶格,随掺杂量增加,样品在可见光区域的吸光度提高,吸收带边红移. Fe掺杂量(摩尔分数)小于0.2%可改善样品的光催化活性,当Fe掺杂量为0.1%时,样品在可见光和紫外-可见光照射下均显示出最高的降解亚甲基蓝速率.  相似文献

以硝酸铈和三聚氰胺为原料,采用热解法合成系列Ce掺杂石墨相氮化碳(g-C_3N_4).采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱仪(UV-Vis DRS)、荧光光谱仪(PL)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)等对样品进行了表征.结果表明,Ce掺杂使g-C_3N_4晶粒尺寸减小,比表面积增大,光生电子/空穴对复合几率降低,并影响到能带结构.在可见光下光催化降解亚甲基蓝水溶液的结果表明,Ce掺杂g-C_3N_4的可见光光催化活性远优于纯g-C_3N_4.其中,0.10-Ce-C_3N_4样品80 min内对亚甲基蓝的降解率高达98.51%,速率常数达0.0506 min~(-1),是纯g-C_3N_4的4.9倍.  相似文献

通过高温固相反应合成了N掺杂的SrTiO3和(SrTiO3)1-x(SrTaO2N)x固溶体,对其进行了X射线衍射,紫外可见吸收光谱,X射线光电子能谱分析和比表面积的表征。随x由0增大至0.4,固溶体带隙变窄,由3.2eV降至2.3eV,吸收光谱由紫外光区扩展到可见光区。在甲醇溶液(50mLCH3OH+220mLH2O)中进行了光催化分解水产生氢气的反应,在硝酸银溶液(270mL,0.01mol·L-1)中进行了光催化分解水产生氧气的反应,在可见光(λ420nm)照射下,实现了可见光响应的光催化分解水。  相似文献

采用浸渍法制备了La掺杂Bi2O3(La-Bi2O3)光催化剂,利用X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)和光致发光谱(PL)等分析测试手段对样品的La掺杂量、晶体结构和光谱特征等进行了表征,并以2,4-二氯苯酚(2,4-DCP)水溶液的降解作为探针反应,考察了样品的可见光催化性能.结果表明,适量的La掺杂能有效抑制Bi2O3由四方相向单斜相转变,并将光吸收范围拓展到550 nm以上.掺杂的La可取代Bi2O3晶格中部分Bi,形成Bi—O—La键,并生成了少量镧铋复合氧化物(La0.176Bi0.824O1.5),它们的存在能有效抑制光生电子-空穴对的复合,从而提高光催化量子产率.可见光照射下2,4-DCP的光催化降解实验表明,La-Bi2O3具有良好的可见光催化性能,并且当La的掺杂量为3%(摩尔分数)时,催化剂的可见光催化效率最高.  相似文献

研究了用一步水热法制备的掺镧钛酸铋(Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12, BLT)纳米线的光学和可见光催化性能,并对其晶体结构和微观结构用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)等手段进行了表征.结果表明,制备的纳米线为纯相的Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12,平均直径约为25 nm.室温光致发(PL)光谱显示BLT纳米线在433和565 nm附近有较强的发射峰,分别对应激子发射和表面缺陷发光.紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)表明BLT样品的带隙能约为2.07 eV.利用可见光(λ>420 nm)照射下的甲基橙(MO)降解实验评价了BLT样品的光催化性能.结果表明, BLT的光催化活性比商用TiO2催化剂P25、掺氮TiO2和纯相钛酸铋(Bi4Ti3O12, BIT)高得多. 采用溶胶-超声辐照技术同步合成了生物质C-N-P自掺杂TiO_2复合催化剂,通过X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis-DRS)及光致发光光谱(PL)对样品进行了表征.以亚甲基兰(MB)为目标污染物,研究了C-N-P共掺杂TiO_2的可见光光催化性能.实验结果表明,在可见光照射下,光催化反应时间为2 h时,C-N-P共掺杂TiO_2复合催化剂对亚甲基兰的降解效率最高可达9 8.5%;相比纯TiO_2,C-N-P共掺杂TiO_2复合催化剂的比表面积增大,吸收边带红移,禁带宽度减小,相变温度升高,光生载流子复合率降低.  相似文献

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. 非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

Two vanilloids, (5E)-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)oct-5-en-4-one (1) and 4-[3-hydroxydecyl]-2-methoxyphenol (2), isolated from the dried seeds of Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta), were synthesized; the latter compound was made as the S-enantiomer and the material derived from the seeds was found to be a 1:1.7 mixture of the R and S isomers. The synthetic route used should allow the preparation of analogs having extended alkyl chains and consequently different lipophilicity, and 3, a homolog of 2, was also prepared.  相似文献

Main hydration products of two cement pastes, i.e. CSH-gel, portlandite (P) (and specific surface S) were studied by static heating, and by SEM, TEM and XRD, as a function of cement strength (C-33 and C-43) hydration time (th) and subsequent hydration in water vapour.Total change in mass on hydration and air drying, Mo, increased with strength of cement paste and with hydration time. Content of water escaping at 110 to 220°C, defined as water bound with low energy, mainly interlayer and hydrate water, was independent on cement strength but its content increased with (th). Content of chemically bound (zeolitic) water in CSH-gel, escaping at 220-400°C, was slightly dependent on strength and increased with (th). It was possibly derived from the dehydroxylation of CSH-gel and AFm phase. Portlandite water, escaping at 400-500°C, was independent on cement strength and was higher on longer hydration. Large P crystals were formed in the weaker cement paste C-33. Smaller crystals were formed in C-43 but they increased with (th). Carbonate formated on contact with air (calcite, vaterite and aragonite), decomposed in cement at 600-700oC. It was high in pastes C-33(1 month) and C-43(1 month), i.e. 5.7 and 3.3%, respectively; it was less than 1% after 6 hydration months (low sensitivity to carbonation) in agreement with the XRD study showing carbonates in the air dry paste (1month), and its absence on prolonged hydration (6 months) and on acetone treatment. Water vapour treatment of (6 months) pastes or wetting-drying increased this sensitivity.Nanosized P-crystals, detected by TEM, could contribute to the cement strength; carbonate was observed on the rims of gel clusters.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

The enthalpies of solution of several oxosulfides of rare-earth elements and the high-temperature enthalpies of oxosulfides and oxosulfates of lanthanum and yttrium were measured using solution calorimetry and high-temperature microcalorimetry techniques.
