为解决掺杂引起的二氧化钒薄膜的红外调制幅度下降以及二氧化钒复合薄膜相变温度需要进一步降低等问题, 采用纳米结构、掺杂改性和复合结构等多种机理协同作用的方案, 利用共溅射氧化法, 先在石英玻璃上制备高(002)取向的ZnO薄膜, 再在ZnO层上室温共溅射沉积钒钨金属薄膜, 最后经热氧化处理获得双层钨掺杂W-VO2/ZnO纳米复合薄膜. 利用X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、扫描电镜和变温光谱分析等对薄膜的结构、组分、形貌和光学特性进行了分析. 结果显示, W-VO2/ZnO 纳米复合薄膜呈花状结构, 取向性提高, 在保持掺杂薄膜相变温度(约39 ℃)和热滞回线宽度(约6 ℃)较低的情况下, 其相变前后的红外透过率差量增加近2倍, 热致变色性能得到协同增强.

本文研究了热致变色微胶囊环氧绝缘材料的介电松弛特性及机理.结果表明,热致变色微胶囊环氧绝缘材料表现出非单调介电松弛特性,即在58—66℃温度范围内,介电松弛时间随温度升高而逐渐延长,无法通过传统的Arrhenius或Vogel-Fulcher-Tammann方程进行描述.分析认为,该非单调介电松弛特性主要源于微胶囊内限域相变引发的自由体积变化.随着温度的升高,微胶囊有限空间内发生固-液相变,使得微胶囊内的自由体积逐渐减小,限制了偶极子随外电场的定向过程,导致介电松弛时间逐渐延长.采用限域介电松弛模型拟合了热致变色环氧试样的非单调介电松弛特性,并得到了介电松弛活化能.不同微胶囊含量的热致变色试样的介电松弛活化能均处于相同的数量级,表明其非单调介电松弛过程均发生于热致变色微胶囊内,验证了限域相变对非单调介电松弛特性的作用. 相似文献

(La1-xSrx)MnO3型热致变色材料是一种新型热致发射率变化功能材料,该材料的最大不足在于对太阳辐射具有很大的吸收率.针对以上问题,本文将一维微结构光谱控制特性应用于(La1-xSrx)MnO3型热致变色材料的吸收控制研究,根据太阳辐射能量分布及热致变色材料的应用温度,分析了一维微结构与热致变色材料的匹配特性,确定了一维微结构的光谱特性及其带宽.采用遗传算法优化设计了一维微结构,计算了优化结构的光谱特性,根据其光谱特性分别评估和计算了吸收控制性能和发射率变化特性,并进行了深入分析. 相似文献

采用室温溅射沉积和空气热氧化方法低成本地制备出纳米结构热致变色节能薄膜。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、激光拉曼光谱仪和红外光谱分析仪等对其特性进行测试分析,研究了热氧化退火与VO2薄膜的微结构和热致红外开关特性的内在关系,找出了直接影响薄膜的晶粒尺寸、晶格结构、组分、热滞回线和红外透射比等的主要因素及其控制方法,获得了最佳工艺参数并在玻璃上制备出高能效的纳米VO2热致变色节能薄膜。根据X射线衍射谱和拉曼光谱结果,利用相关公式计算得到VO2的平均晶粒大小约为45 nm。薄膜在2.5μm波长处相变前后红外透射比差量超过50%,相变温度为39℃,可见光透射比约达53%,显示了很好的热致变色性能。 相似文献

利用磁控溅射和Sr成分的调制以及原位热处理方法,在10mm×10mm大小的(001) 取向SrTiO3单晶衬底上制备出三明治结构为La0.7Sr0.3MnO3(100nm)/La0.96Sr0.04MnO3 (5nm)/ La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 (100nm) 的隧道结外延薄膜,然后再次 利用磁控溅射方法,在三层单晶膜上方继续沉积Ir22Mn78(15n m)/Ni79Fe21(5nm)/Pt(20nm)等金属三层膜.最后利用深紫外曝 光和Ar离子束刻蚀等微加工技术,制备出长短轴分别为12和6μm或者8和4μm大小的椭圆形L a1-xSrxMnO3成分调制的复合磁性隧道结.在4.2K和 外加磁场8 T的测试下,La1-xSrxMnO3成分调制的复 合磁性隧道结其隧穿磁电阻(TMR)比值达到3270%, 直接从实验上证实了铁磁性La0.7 sub>Sr0.3MnO3金属氧化物的自旋极化率(97%)可接近100%,具 有很好的半金属性质.

利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列的La0.8Sr0.2Co1-xFexO3样品.通过研究在不同外加磁场下磁化强度和温度变化的关系发现,在较高的外场下La0.8Sr0.2Co1-xFexO3样品的磁性反转现象没有被观察到;在低场下La0.8Sr0.2Co1-xFexO3系统磁性反转现象被实现.这说明Fe的掺杂引起了La0.8Sr0.2Co1-xFexO3样品中铁磁和反铁磁之间的竞争,导致了La0.8Sr0.2Co1-xFexO3样品磁性反转;同时外加磁场的强弱影响了La0.8Sr0.2Co1-xFexO3系统磁性反转现象的发生,外加磁场增大使得在La0.8Sr0.2Co1-xFexO3样品中Co离子的自旋平行趋势更强,在铁磁和反铁磁之间的竞争中铁磁耦合占主导优势,因此在较高的外场下磁性反转现象没有被观察到. 相似文献

Employing atomic force microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and the second harmonic generation technique,we carefully explore the structural properties of 6-unit-cell-thick La_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)MnO_3 films grown on SrTiO_3 with atomically flat TiO_2-terminated terraces on the surface.The results clearly demonstrate that the terraces on the surface of TiO_2-terminated SrTiO_3 can improve the layer-by-layer epitaxial growth of the manganite films,which results in uniform film coverage at the beginning of growth and thus reduces the substrate-induced disorder at or near the interface.Comparing the magnetic and transport properties of La_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)MnO_3 films with the thicknesses varying from 6 unit cells to 80 unit cells grown respectively on as-received SrTiO_3 and TiO_2-terminated SrTiO_3,it is found that these atomically flat terraces on the surface of TiO_2-terminated SrTiO_3 can greatly enhance the Curie temperature and conductivities of the ultrathin La_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)MnO_3 films with thickness less than 50 unit cells,while no obvious difference is detected in the magnetic and transport properties of the 80unit-cell thick films. 相似文献

Interface engineering is an effective and feasible method to regulate the magnetic anisotropy of films by altering interfacial states between films.Using the technique of pulsed laser deposition,we prepared La_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)MnO_3(LSMO) and La_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)MnO_3/SrCoO_(2.5)(LSMO/SCO) films on(110)-oriented La_(0.3)Sr_(0.7)Al_(0.65)Ta_(0.35)O_3 substrates.By covering the SCO film above the LSMO film,we transformed the easy magnetization axis of LSMO from the [001] axis to the [110] axis in the film plane.Based on statistical analyses,we find that the corresponding Mn-Mn ionic distances are different in the two types of LSMO films,causing different distortions of Mn-O octahedron in LSMO.In addition,it also induces diverse electronic occupation states in Mn~(3+) ions.The eg electron of Mn~(3+)occupies 3 z~2-r~2 and x~2-y~2 orbitals in the LSMO and LSMO/SCO,respectively.We conclude that the electronic spin reorientation leads to the transformation of the easy magnetization axis in the LSMO films. 相似文献

A c-axis magnetotransport and resistance noise study in La_(1.97)Sr_(0.03)CuO_(4) reveals clear signatures of glassiness, such as hysteresis, memory, and slow, correlated dynamics, but only at temperatures (T) well below the spin glass transition temperature T_(sg). The results strongly suggest the emergence of charge glassiness, or dynamic charge ordering, as a result of Coulomb interactions. 相似文献

The ultrafast laser-excited magnetization dynamics of ferromagnetic(FM) La_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)MnO_3(LSMO) thin films with BiFeO_3(BFO) coating layers grown by laser molecular beam epitaxy are investigated using the optical pump-probe technique.Uniform magnetization precessions are observed in the films under an applied external magnetic field by measuring the time-resolved magneto-optical Kerr effect.The magnetization precession frequencies of the LSMO thin films with the BFO coating layers are lower than those of uncoated LSMO films,which is attributed to the suppression of the anisotropy field induced by the exchange interaction at the interface between the antiferromagnetic order of BFO and the FM order of LSMO. 相似文献

Strain Induced Nanopillars and Variation of Magnetic Properties in La_(0.825)Sr_(0.175)MnO_3/LaAlO_3 Films 下载免费PDF全文
To investigate the process of strain relaxation and resultant variation of microstructure and magnetic properties,low-doped La_(0.825)Sr_(0.175)MnO_3 epitaxial films with different thicknesses are deposited on LaAlO_3 substrates and strain induced nanopillars are discovered inside the La_(0.825) Sr_(0.175)MnO_3 film. Perpendicular oriented nanopillars mainly exist below 30 nm and tend to disappear above 30 nm. The distribution of nanopillars not only induce the variation of lattice parameters and local structural distortion but also lead to the deviation of easy magnetization axis from the perpendicular direction. Specifically, the out-of-plane lattice parameters of the film decrease quickly with the increase of the thickness but tend to be constant when the thickness is above 30 nm. Meanwhile, the variations of magnetic properties along in-plane and out-of-plane directions would also decline at first and they then remain nearly unchanged. Our work constructs the relationship between nanopillars and magnetic properties inside films. We are able to clearly reveal the effects of inhomogeneous strain relaxation. 相似文献
