Reaction of 5-methyl-1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbocylic acid chlorides with tryptamine derivatives afforded substituted 1-aryl-N-[2-(1H-indol-3-yl)ethyl]-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxamides. At heating these compounds in toluene in the presence of POCl3 and P2O5 Bischler-Napieralski cyclization occurs giving 1-(1-aryl-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-4,9-dihydro-3H-β-carbolines that can be transformed into β-carboline and tetrahydro-β-carboline derivatives.  相似文献

A straightforward and highly efficient series of new substituted 3-aryl-1,8-naphthyridine derivatives 3a–e, 4a–e, and 6a–e were synthesized. Condensation dissimilar quantities of 2-chloro-3-aryl-1,8-naphthyridine 1a–e with benzene-1,4-diamine 2 and sodium ethoxide refluxing in ethanol solvent yielded the compounds 3a–e and 4a–e. The 2-(4-((3-aryl-1,8-naphthyridin-2-yl)amino)phenyl)isoindoline-1,3-diones 6a–e were obtained by treatment of compounds 3a–e with phthalic anhydride 5 in refluxing N,N-dimethylformamide is described. All synthesized compounds evaluated for their antimicrobial activity. The structures of the compounds have been proven on the established of spectral (IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR) data and elemental analyses. The reaction will be characterized by good efficacy, easy workup, simple purification of the products, and availability of catalyst.  相似文献

In this paper new heterocyclic compounds 5-[(1,1-dimethyl)ethyl]-3-aryl-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)-5-isoxazolidinols were obtained by the reaction of vinyl triazole derivatives with hydrox-ylamine hydrochloride under the action of sodium carbonate.The biological tests indicate that they had plant-growth regulating activity.  相似文献

Two aromatic multicarboxylate ligands tuned Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymers, namely, {[Zn_(0.5)(H_2L)(tp)_(0.5)(H_2O)]H_2O}_n(1) and {[Zn_2(HL)(btc)(H_2O)]H_2O}_n(2)(H_2L = 3-(1 Hpyrazol-4-yl)-5-(pyridin-3-yl)-1,2,4-triazole, H_2tp = terephthalic acid; H_3 btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic) have been synthesized. Their structures were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, elemental analyses and infrared spectra. Compound 1 possesses a one-dimensional chain structure and is finally extended into a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture though hydrogen bonding interactions. Compound 2 shows a three-dimensional framework. Meanwhile, compounds 1 and 2 exhibit luminescent emission in the solid, and can be investigated as potential luminescent materials.  相似文献

Photophysical characteristics of new 3-(1-acyl-5-aryl-3-pyrazolinyl)coumarins have been measured. These coumarin derivatives are found to be effective fluorophores and show high values of quantum yields of fluorescence both in nonpolar and in polar solvents. The 3-(1-acyl-5-aryl-3-pyrazolinyl)coumarins turned to be photosensitive compounds and undergo photolysis under irradiation in the range of 310–465 nm. Photolysis is suggested to include retro-cyclization and retro-condensation steps. The process is accompanied by a sharp drop of fluorescence that can be of interest for the creation of new media in optical recording of information.  相似文献

A 2,4,6-trisubstituted pyrimidine including a 2-(1H-indol-1-yl) substituent was synthesized by the reaction of 1-ferrocenyl-3-(2-chloroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-3-yl)propanone with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran. The structure of the synthesized compound was confirmed by IR and 1Н NMR spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction analysis. It has been shown that the ferrocene-containing compounds synthesized in the present work all demonstrate intramolecular charge transfer which is evidenced by the observation of the corresponding absorption bands with λ absmax > 480 nm. The oxidation potential of ferrocene (E Fcox ) in all the compounds is higher than 700 mV.

A series of novel N-(1-(3-chlorophenyl)-3-aryl-3-oxopropyl)-2-(4-nitrophenyl) acetamides were synthesized using p-nitrophenylacetonitrile, m-chlorobenzaldehyde, and aryl methyl ketones as starting materials and trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) as catalyst. This realized an improved Dakin–West reaction in which p-nitrophenylacetonitrile was involved. The chemical structures of up to 15 target molecules were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and high-resolution mass spectrometry. This method provides a facile synthetic protocol under more moderate reaction conditions, smaller dosage (0.40 mol%) and hence lower cost of catalyst, and simpler posttreatment in comparison to other known methods. A reaction mechanism is proposed in which hydroxyacetophenone is first catalytically converted into the corresponding acetoxyacetophenone prior to be involved in the subsequent Dakin–West reaction that eventually leads to hydroxyl-acetylated target compounds.

A simple synthetic approach to racemic N-tert-butyloxycarbonyl-2-methyl-3-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)alanine (5) in four steps and 68% overall yield starting from oxazoline derivative 1 is reported. This synthesis involves the alkylation of 1H-1,2,4-triazole with an O-tosyloxazoline derivative, followed by an oxazoline ring-opening reaction and oxidation of the N-protected β?aminoalcohol by potassium permanganate.  相似文献

Summary Mercuric catalyzed hydrolysis of acetylatedL-rhamnal1 gave the ,-unsaturated aldehyde2. 1,2,4-Triazole was coupled, in a Michael type addition reaction, to2 at C-3 in the presence of 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) to give, after acetylation at the anomeric center, an anomeric mixture of 1,5-di-O-acetyl-3-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2,3,6-trideoxy-L-arabino-hexofuranose (3). Reaction of3 with silylated 2,4-dihydroxypyrimidines4 in the presence of trimethylsilyl triflate as catalyst followed by deprotection with 33% methylamine in absolute ethanol afforded the corresponding nucleosides7 and8.

Zusammenfassung Die quecksilberkatalysierte Hydrolyse von acetyliertemL-Rhamnal1 ergab die ,-ungesättigten Aldehyde2. 1,2,3-Triazol wurde in Gegenwart von 1,8-Diazabicyclo[5.4.0]-7-undecen mittels einer Addition vom Michael-Typ an C-3 von2 gekoppelt und ergab dann nach Acetylierung am anomeren Zentrum eine anomere Mischung von 1,5-Di-O-acetyl-3-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2,3,6-trideoxy-L-arabino-hexofuranose (3). Die Reaktion von3 mit silyliertem 2,4-Di-hydroxypyrimidinen4 in Gegenwart von Trimethylsilyltriflat in absolutem Ethanol ergab die entsprechenden Nucleoside7 und8.

Compound [Cd_(1.5)(ppt)Br_2(H_2O)]_(2n)(1),where Hppt = 3-(pyridin-4-yl)-5-(pyrazin-2-yl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole,has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectra,powder XRD,and X-ray diffraction.Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 7.4402(6),b = 8.0570(7),c = 12.8674(11) ?,α = 89.7300(10),β = 89.8570(10),γ = 68.3910(10)°,V = 717.13(10) ?3,Z = 1,Dc = 2.638 g/cm3,μ = 7.824 mm~(-1),F(000) = 534,the final R = 0.0324 and w R = 0.1084 for 2324 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).X-ray diffraction analyses revealed that complex 1 is a 2D layered coordination polymer constructed from the linkage of [Cd_3(μ-Br)_4] trinuclear units with ppt-spacers,and a 3D supramolecular architecture is further assembled in 1 via hydrogen-bonding contacts.Fluorescence measurements show that 1 has medium fluorescent emission at 450 nm.  相似文献

Three new coordination complexes, [Cd2(ppt)2(cpba)]?·?(H2O)2 (1), [Zn(ppt)2]?·?(H2O) (2), and [Zn(MoO4)(Hppt)] (3) (H2cpba: 3-(2′-carboxy-phenoxy)-benzoic acid; Hppt: 3-(pyridin-3′-yl)-5-(pyridin-2′′-yl)-1,2,4-triazole), were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Their structures have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, and thermogravimetric analyses. X-ray diffraction analyses revealed that Cd(II) ions are linked by ppt? to form a ladder-shaped structure along the a-axis and further displays a 2-D supramolecular architecture with cpba2? along the c-axis. In 2, each Zn(ppt)2 fragment is linked by the nitrogen of pyridin-3′-yl from the neighboring Zn(ppt)2 forming a V-shaped chain. Compound 3 consists of a ladder structure, in which each {MoO4} unit is a bridge linking three Zn(Hppt)2+ fragments.  相似文献
