以2-(3'-吡啶基)-4,4,5,5-四甲基咪唑啉-1-氧基自由基和碘甲烷在THF中回流反应制得阳离子配体{[H3CPy Mz OHOCH3]2+(2),H3CPy Mz OHOCH3=3-(1-羟基-3-氧甲基-4,4,5,5-四甲基)咪唑基-1-甲基吡啶};2与K2Ni(mnt)2在乙腈中反应合成了一个新的阴阳离子对配合物{[Ni(mnt)2](H3CPy Mz OHOCH3)2·CH3CN·I2(1),mnt=丁二腈烯二硫醇阴离子},其结构经IR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射表征。1(CCDC:846 605)属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,晶胞参数a=20.612(4),b=7.188 6(14),c=18.309(4),β=107.15(3)°,V=2 592.4(9)3,Z=2。1中阴阳离子分别形成完全分立的柱状堆积结构,在阴离子堆积柱内,Ni(Ⅱ)形成了均匀的一维链。  相似文献

The title compound [BrBzPy][TCNQ] (BrBzPy^+=1-(4-bromobenzyl)pyridinium cation, TCNQ = 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethanide anion) was synthesized by the reaction of [BrBzPy]Br and LiTCNQ in ethanol solution and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 14.067(3), b = 7.3089(14), c = 23.796(4)A, β = 122.011(9)°, V= 2074.6(7)A^3, Z = 4, C24H15BrN5, Mr = 453.32, Dc = 1.451 g/cm^3,μ = 2.002 mm^-1, S = 1.047, F(000) = 916, R = 0.0398 and wR = 0.0921. The most prominent structural features are the completely segregated stacking columns of the TCNQ- anions and [BrBzPy]^+ cations. In a TCNQ column, the centroid-to-centroid distances of the neighboring anions of TCNQ are 3.2693 and 4.9464 A, respectively.  相似文献

合成了苯并15-冠-5与Na_2[M(SCN)_4] (M = Pd, Pt)生成的配合物:[Na(B15- C-5)]_2[Pd(SCN)_4] (1), {[Na(B15-C-5)][Na(B15-C-5)(H_2O)]}[Pt(SCN)_4] (2)。1为单斜晶系,空间群P2_1/n,a = 1.0164(6) nm,b = 1.3743(3) nm,c = 1.4987(7) nm,β = 95.248(6)°,V = 2.0847 nm~3,Z = 2,D_(calcd) = 1. 47 g/cm~3,F(000) = 944,R = 0.053,wR = 0.072。2为三斜晶系,空间群P(1- bar),a = 1.1484(2) nm,b = 1.4210(3) nm,c = 1.5026(3) nm,α = 62.500 (3)°,β = 72.393(3)°,γ = 73.106(4)°,V = 2.0398(7) nm~3,Z = 2, D_(calcd) = 1.674 g/cm~3,F(000) = 1028,R_1 = 0.0327,wR_2 = 0.0885。1 由两个[Na(B15-C-5)]~+配阳离子和一个[Pd(SCN)_4]~(2-)配阴离子组成,两者通 过Na-N键形成中性配合物,[Na(B15-C-5)]~+A相对钯原子呈反式排列。2由[Na (B15-C-5)]~+和[Na(B15-C-5)(H_2O)]~+配阳离子和一个[Pt(SCN)_4]~(2-)配阴离 子组成,它们也通过Na-N键形成中性配合物,配阳离子相对铂原子呈顺式排列。2 的两个分子通过氢键形成二聚结构。  相似文献

吡啶-4-甲酸与(n-Bu)2SnO反应合成二(μ-氧)二(μ-羟基氧)桥联四[二(正丁基)锡]二(吡啶-4-甲酸酯),经元素分析、1H NMR、IR和X-射线衍射表征分子结构,该配合物晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,晶胞参数:a=1.306 5(3)nm,b=1.314 5(2)nm,c=1.660 8(3)nm,β=96.180(5)°,V=2.835 7(9)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.454 g.cm-3,μ(Mo Kα)=1.784 mm-1,F(000)=1 248,R1=0.044 9,wR2=0.124 1(I2σ(I))和R1=0.088 7,wR2=0.175 6(对所有的衍射)。共收集15 802个衍射点,其中独立衍射点4 885个,可观察衍射(I2σ(I))点2 733个用于结构精修。中心Sn原子形成五配位畸变三角双锥构型,分子间通过N…H-O氢键作用形成二维网络结构。利用量子化学G98W软件,在Lanl2dz基组对配合物的稳定性、前沿分子轨道组成及能量进行研究。  相似文献

利用 (n Bu) 2 SnO与ArCHCHCO2 H反应 ,合成 5个二聚二丁基锡芳基丙烯酸酯氧化物 {[(n Bu) 2 Sn(O2 CCHCHAr) ] 2 O}2 .通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征 .用X射线单晶衍射测定了 {[(n Bu) 2 Sn (O2 CCHCHPh) ] 2 O}2 ( 1)的晶体结构 ,结果表明 ,化合物 1是以Sn2 O2 四面体为中心的 ,中心对称的二聚体结构 ,内环锡为五配位的畸变三角双锥构型 ,外环锡为六配位的畸变加帽体三角双锥结构 .该化合物属三斜晶系 ,空间群P1- ,a =1 0 172( 11)nm ,b =1 3 80 4( 16)nm ,c =1 470 3 ( 17)nm ,α =10 6 75 0 ( 18)° ,β =10 5 61( 2 ) )° ,γ =10 0 2 95 ( 18)° ,Z =1,V =1 82 9( 4 )nm-3 ,Dc=1 413g/m3 ,μ =1 40 0mm-1 ,F( 0 0 0 ) =792 ,R =0 0 5 5 9,wR =0 12 5 0 .  相似文献

用常规合成方法制备了基于Anderson结构阴离子的二维层状化合物[(C6H5NO2)2Pr(H2O)4](CrMo6O24H6)·2.5H2O,通过红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射对其进行了表征.结果表明,该化合物属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群.a=2.3442(9)nm,b=1.3291(5)nm,c=2.458(1)nm,β=103.08(1)°,V=7.460(5)nm3,R1=0.0727,wR2=0.1903.结构分析表明,[CrMo6O24H6]3-阴离子通过端氧担载一个配位的Pr3+离子形成中性的(C6H5NO2)Pr(H2O)4(CrMo6O24H6)基团,相邻的中性基团在Ot—Pr—Ot桥联下形成一维链,链与链又通过异烟酸的桥联形成二维层状结构.  相似文献

采用溶剂热法,以K2Se:SnCl2·2H2O∶Se∶en=1∶1∶4∶48的摩尔比,在150 ℃下反应5d,生成黄色透明柱状晶体[(enH2)2Sn2Se6·en]。该晶体属于三斜晶系 ,空间群为Pl^-,晶胞参数,a=0.8659(2)nm,b=1.1055(2)nm,c=0.66360(10)nm, a=104.44(3)°,β=110.93(3)°,γ=79.74(3)°,V=0.57198(19)nm^3,Z=1.[ (enH2)Sn2Se6]晶体由质子化的乙二胺正离子(enH)^+,(enH2)^2+和二聚硒代锡根 负离子(Sn2Se6)^4-堆积而成。在AxSn2Se6系列化合物,正离子A的大小对晶体结 构的类型产生重要的影响。研究表明,此晶体具有1.76eV的能隙(Eg),是个半导 体,对太阳辐射具有选择吸收特性,在温度低于180℃时是稳定的。  相似文献

The structure analysis shows that the anions are stacked into a column with isolated π-dimers,and there is one type of TCNQ entries(TCNQ) ,in agreement with the IR spectra analysis and density functional theory calculations of the compound. A novel compound, (IBzQI)(TCNQ)2 2 (IBzQ1=1-(4-iodobenzyl)quinolinium and TCNQ = 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane) has been fabricated and X-ray single-crystal structurally analyzed. This compound crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.3540(17), b = 13.284(3), c = 16.185(3) А, α= 82.12(3), β= 75.19(3), γ= 72.34°, V = 1651.2(6) А^3, Z= 2, C_40H_21IN_9, Mr = 754.56, Dc = 1.518 g/cm^3,μ= 1.015 mm^-1, S = 1.010, F(000) = 754, R = 0.0387 and wR = 0.0948. The structure analysis shows that the anions are stacked into column with tetrads, and there are two types of TCNQ entries (TCNQ-1 and TCNQ^0) in agreement with the IR spectra analysis of the compound. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility (2-300 K) for 2 exhibits spin gap of singlet-triplet feature, and the best fit gave △/kB = 1523.4 K. In order to understand both magnetic behavior and local charge distribution of [(TCNQ)2]-unit, the molecular orbital calculations and analysis based on extended Hückel method were performed, and the results support the analyses of both crystal structure and IR spectra.  相似文献

The new compound was prepared by the reaction of Cd(ClO4)2·6H2O,1,10-phenanthroline (phen)and picric acid (HPA)(ratio 1∶3∶2) in methanol-aqueous solution refluxing for 4 hours. The crystals used for X-ray analysis was obtained by slow evaporation of the solution at room temperature. The crystal compound is in triclinic with space group with a=1.1363(4)nm,b=1.2593(2)nm,c=1.3972(4)nm,α=93.97(2)?,β=100.84(3)?,γ=106.29(2)?,Z=2,V=1.8690(9)nm3,Dc=1.715g·cm-3, μ(MoKα)=0.677mm-1,F(000)=972,R=0.0907,wR=0.2240. In the complex, the Cd(Ⅱ) cation is octahedrally coordinated to two 1,10-phenanthroline ligands and two water molecules in cis disposition. As outer sphere, picrate anions are combined with inner by hydrogen bond and static electricity interaction.  相似文献

采用直接法合成了新型高氮含能配合物[Zn(DAT)6](ClO4)2(DAT=1,5-二氨基四唑), 并用元素分析、傅立叶变换红外光谱对其结构进行了表征. 利用缓慢蒸发溶剂法培养出其单晶, 采用X射线单晶衍射仪测定其晶体结构, 结果表明该晶体属于三方晶系, 空间群, a=b=1.18398(9) nm, c=0.65700(10) nm, γ=120°, V=0.79760(15) nm3, Z=1. 在目标配合物的最小不对称单元中有1个Zn2+, 6个DAT分子和2个. 来自6个DAT分子的6个N原子分别与中心Zn2+配位, 形成一个六配位、非中心对称的畸变八面体结构. 用差示扫描量热分析、热重-微分热重分析结合红外光谱研究了标题化合物的热分解机理以及分解反应动力学参数. 测定了标题配合物的感度性能, 结果表明标题配合物具有一定的摩擦感度.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the Rh[(EtO)2PS2]3 (I) and Co[(PhO)2PS2]3 (II) chelate compounds were determined from X-ray diffraction (XRD) data (CAD-4 diffractometer, MoK β radiation, 1193 F hkl , R = 0.0516 for I and 513 F hkl , R = 0.0305 for II). Crystals I are monoclinic: a = 14.233(3) Å, b = 13.570(3) Å, c = 14.272(3) Å; β = 90.66(3)°, V = 2756.3(10) Å3, Z = 4, ρcalc = 1.587 g/cm3, space group C2/c. Crystals II are trigonal: a = 15.149(2) Å, c = 30.306(6) Å; V = 6023.2(16) Å3, Z = 6, ρcalc = 1.493 g/cm3, space group R3ˉ. Structures I and II consist of discrete mononuclear molecules. The title complex has been synthesized by the reaction of silicotungstic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) monohydrate and cupric acetate. The crystal structure belongs to triclinic system, space group P1 with a=1.158 46(15) nm, b=1.658 8(2) nm, c=1.664 4(2) nm, α=82.090(2)°, β=76.001(2)°, γ=86.531(2)°, and V=3.072 6(7) nm3, Dc=3.887 g·cm-3, Z=2, F(000)=3 196. R1=0.086 7, wR2=0.185 8. The structure shows that the copper(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from the one phen and three oxgygen atoms from three water, forming a distorted square-pyramid configuration The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex is also reported. [Cu(TO)2(H2O)4](PA)2 was prepared by mixing the aqueous solution of 1,2,4-triazol-5-one(TO) and Cu(PA)2. The molecular structure and crystal structure of the title complex was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction method. The crystal is triclinic, space group with a=0.7321(1)nm,b=0.7474(2)nm,c=1.3649(3)nm;α=88.65(2)°,β=85.63(1)°,γ=63.35(1)°;V=0.6655(2)nm3,Z=1. The Cu2+ coordinated with two TO molecule through its 2-nitrogen atom and four water molecules and showed an octahedral configuration.  相似文献

A novel heteropoly compound, containing two kinds of coordinated cations, [K(H2O)2Ni(H2O)6]2[V10O28], has been synthesized through routine process and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 51V NMR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a=0.87382(17) nm, b=1.075 4(2) nm, c=1.111 1(2) nm, α=65.10(3)°, β=75.01(3)°, γ=70.63(3)°, V=0.884 8(3) nm3 and Z=1. The X-ray analysis reveals that the two kinds of coordinated cations are linked by three shared coordinated water molecules, and K+ cations coordinate with ten oxygen atoms: five of which come from V10O286- anion, the other five from water molecules. The title compound exhibits extended 2D array building up of V10O286- groups connected by ten-coordinated K+ cations. The hexahydrated nickel cations Ni(H2O)62+ lie in neat apposition to three adjacent V10O286- clusters. CSD: 413271.  相似文献
